Digipad is not at par with current generation of android auto & apple car play. Below features are useless with this current setup:
1. Mirror link cannot be used by most commonest of mobile phones in market today.
2. Navigation system is offline. Had it been connected to android auto, it gives a real time feature.
3. New apps cannot be downloaded

    Dear team honda / quality division

    Hope you are doing well!!

    With reference to the details, we bought our car from vision honda. It was our dream to be part of honda family, finally we became a member of honda eco system.

    However, it was not that much satisfactory for us being a customer. Kindly check below mentioned concerns and we are looking forward to hearing from honda, in detail from honda quality division.

    We got the honda with serious manufacturing and quality issues.
    While received, honda vehicle km shown in display was 154 km, we enquired about it, the response was, a test driving will be their before delivering, as a part of quality assurance.

    Our concern is if honda’s quality division is testing before delivery, how came they neglect these serious issues.
    1) problem :scratches on right side door – interior, - we found it on next day itself and called the representative of honda, he replied that before delivery the owner should check and clear it, if it found before then they will replace otherwise they can’t.

    2) problem: oil content found inside vehicle. – solved: they cleaned by using #3m leather cleaner – these two things happened within 2 days after delivery.

    3) problem: there was painting issue with both sides of back door – they said it might be happen, out of 1000 one car will may have issues - so this vehicle is one among the defective model. Solved: by free repainting

    4) problem: there was a noise in steering while left & right turning the vehicle, we found it on the same delivery day itself and we thought it will be like that because of the delivery has done after testing of 154 km so we didn’t felt any problem.

    We inspired our 3 neighbors and they bought. One day we got a chance to drive new vehicle and found that our vehicle having problem with steering and informed vision honda. Solved by replacing the part.

    These above issue are happened within free service period - below 2500 km

    5) problem: finally last month we given our vehicle for service and received at the same day itself, next day we found one hole under wiper, plastic cover. We went to honda service center and asked about this, they said its rat bite & every month there will be one or two vehicle having the same problem.

    Our concern - problem 5

    - we have been using cars (Kl 11 an 9006) for last 4 years and parked at the same places. This new one also was parked at the same place for last 6 months. So their is no chances for rat to enter in our car from our parking place, if then some plastics or materials used in honda maybe attracting the rat, or with reference to our previous problem we may conclude that the manufacturing and quality issues was occurred and due to the absence of pre quality check was not done for our vehicle. These things are happening.

    Then next day also the same thing happened and we consulted honda, they given order for the plastic part, changed the ac filter, done total cleaning by removing dash board and mats and used some gem cleaning - we paid 5000 for the above-mentioned works.

    We decided to park our vehicle in neighbor house, they have two cars with them, next day we found a massive damage happened inside our vehicle and their vehicles were not attacked by rats.

    Next day we went and met service manager and he agreed about these concerns and absence of quality check etc. Advised us to go for insurance. We parked in service center. After 2 days we went to check the status and everyone realized the effect including insurance, service adviser and staffs.

    We are expecting your response in this regard asap. Not only about rat bite, low quality material or service issues but also about the pre quality check issues and damages happened. Painting, interior issues, steering issues, etc.

    Being a honda family we are seriously unsatisfied and we need a detailed explanation rather than solution. We expect it asap. We are in trouble and can’t afford next quality issue in near future. So, we need a guarantee, explanation and solutions for the above concerns. We can’t bear anymore.

    We need a detail explanation from honda india - quality department and sales team of vision honda.

      We bought wr-v from emperor honda nagpur, from first service we are complaining for the same issue though its been 3 services over they had not even resolved... Now the most important thing is that back side right panel paint is getting out just by the tinner.

      Please do the needful.

        We booked an honda city car on purchase price - 1014201/- in exchange deal with swift vxi - 3, 55, 000/- (Exchange value) on 23.09.2017, in the name of sunita rani[protected].

        While receiving the invoice bill after delivery, the dealer is giving a bill of rs. 999900/-, and submitting that value of your car was less as compare to what was given i. E.3, 55, 000. And therefore, difference of around rs.14301/-cannot be refunded, which was not finalized by the dealer at that time, as per documentary proo[censored]ploaded. The above is a clear act of fraud by the dealer.

        In addition to above, they have not provided the tcs certificate for rs. 10412/- (10% of the value) charged at the time of purchase. They said that as the bill has been generated for less than 10.00 lakhs, therefore the amount paid towards tcs will be refunded, which confirms the above mentioned fraudulent act by the dealer

        It is requested that the above matter should be addressed immediately and appropriate action must be issue against the responsible persons, as the registration of the vehicle is due in 10 days. Non submission of final bill to the registration authority upto 10 days, will levy heavy penalty to me.

          Dear sir,

          I have a honda city v model purchased in 2016 from crown honda sec-63 noida

          Just within 2 weeks of purchase even before first service (1 month) a problem developed that whenever i press the brake at even normal speed like 30-40 kmph i get a shrilling sound which comes out from the front tyres backside where brakes are positoned..

          I dont know the root cause yet neither the problem is solved untill now even mentioning this issue in each past service 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th and 5th done recently.. Service center people (Crown honda sec-63 noida) say this is because oil or deposits getting collected over a period of time so they clean it but the problem doesnt subside and recurs again withing 4 -5 days of servicing.. I had also raised a gr for this issue but nothing has happened...

          I think now its enough and dont want to get my vehicle serviced with crown honda because i think they are not capable to handle this issue...

          Kindly suggest what should i do i have an extended warranty for my car for 4 yrs for all parts

            I have purchased new honda city 2017 car 28 april 2017 but the navigation & music system was not working properly.

            But while servicing deccan honda, pimpri chinchawad has given replacement of music system & still the navigation was not working. Later they have denied the chip replacement saying that it is physical damaged which has happened in the showroom by there service person.

            Being new car, quality is not assured by honda. Also no value of the honda name.

            Need help in this regards.

              I bought honda amaze from honda - madinaguda, hyderabad showroom in june, 2016. From the day i bought car front two seat buckles are not working properly. I have given complaint "n" number of times while car servicing at honda service center, miyapur. Till issue remains and if i ask about status, they will simply say we ordered spare part. I am tired with following up with service managers at honda. Worst part is, they ask for 10 rating for their service. I don't have idea how honda take care of customer complaints. Do honda have online complaint system to track this. How can i know my complaint reference number. What is the tracking system? What is the eta for my complaint?

                I have purchase it on 21 /01 2016.
                On 03/10/2017 i traveled from hyderabad to karimnagar with my own driving at minimum speed i observed sudden sound from engine and vehicle suddenly breakdown.
                It traveled only 50km and purchase only 1.5 years back it is new vehicle.
                Workshop technician told that crank shaft broken in side the engine.
                Is it my mistake or company mistake?
                It completely company responsibility and how can believe the honda company?

                HONDA CARS COMPANY CHEATING ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN INDIA.
                FOR REPAIRING PURPOSE IT WAS TAKEN ALMOST 15 DAY WITHOUT PROVIDING ALTERNATIVE VEHICLE EVEN-THOUGH COMPANY FAULTS AND MISTAKES.

                    If you want to buy honda cars think twice...
                    Because these guys having the worst service centers...
                    They didn't hear about our complaints..
                    They just do what they do...
                    If we have told 4 complaints means they solve any one of them.. Like choose the best answer...
                    If we asked about other complaints means they are having very cool answer sorry sir we didn't hear that next time we will do that that's their answer...
                    For each time i have to pay more than 600rs... Simply waste of money... Worst honda... Worst honda in service...

                      Honda city 2017 tyre burst issue:

                      I have purchased brand new honda city zx 2017 from johns honda thrissur. And the tyres of the cars are very dangerous to drive in our roads. Initialy the right front tyre had got a buldging, and the company told tht they cant do any thing, only thing we have to do is change the tyre in customers cost. After that with in a week the nex tyre had also burst not bludged and the alloys had got bent. This had happend only because the low quality tyres used by the company. This is not first case many cases have been reported in our country. This means the customer have to ride the car in their own risk. The car is elgible to run in our country. Initially the show room guys have told theychange the tyres and now after a long time they are telling that they cant change the tyres. The delearship is having very bad service because we have been waiting for a response from them for last 3 or 4weeks. Now also they have responded only after contacting them... The company is cheating the customer by giving low quality products. Hoping that will have a postive response from your side for this issue.

                      Dear Sir/Madam
                      I purchased Honda City VX Pertol from Gopi Nath Honda Vadodara, RC No is GJ-06 LB 2002, during diwali holiday we planned to travel to Maharastra crossing Sohn Gard border on 20.10.2017 whhile car was running at speed of 65 KMPH front left hand side tyre got bursted (while flaaing in small road pit ), I replaced same immedately with spare wheel.
                      Than while travelling back from Maharastra near to Nawapur post left side both tyres busted on very normal road condition at 50 KMPH, during journey travellers detail was as below
                      · Adults 04 + Kids 02 total weight 290 kg Approx
                      · Luggage 03 bags total weight 32 kg Approx
                      · Air pressure in tyres checked 02 times while starting from Vadodara & returning from Aurangabad 33 & 36 .
                      Since today car reached to Dream Hond Surat & same is closed on 23, 24 Oct 2017 car will be attended on 25.10.2017 only.I travelled back by taxi to vadodara after staying today wile day in Surat as I was not informed by customer support team regarding toady holiday..
                      Just to make you understand little bit about me, I am already having Ford fiesta car with number PB11Q 0050 which I am driving from last 11 years, I am working as a senior level executive with one of the leading Germany based company, Mecanical engineer by education, also worked with leading tyre making company in past . Never faced such issue with my old car with whome I have travelled nearly 3 Lak KM in 11 years.
                      My family was also with me during tyre bursting incidence they are still in shock, my 2 year son was totally disturbed after bursting, with the grace of god I managed to stocp car safely, now I would like team Hond to really investigate the whole faliure why Honda cars is doing good on world class road & not on Indian standard roads, as expected if I go by normal delaer process they will come up with idea that tyre was ok, conditins may be road, driver ets lead to failure .
                      But as a Team Honda I expect from you fair investigation sord of 8D, CAPA, Root cause analysis before concluding . Also I request you for helping me in getting back confidence /trus of my 2 year old son, 9 years old daughter & my wife in brand Honda so that we can enjoy long drives in Honda once again .

                      My honda car V diesel model is just 4 months old and has run 5000 km. While travelling at 50 kmph front left wheel tyre got burst and was declared unusable. This is just unheard of in new car histories and this will create an unsafe sense among family members. The car with such a reputation can not have such a risk inbuilt in their cars and will have a telling effect on their reputation
                      While returning from Mumbaimy 2 left tyre busted. I have New Honda City Automatic with only 7500 KM

                        I am akshit jiwani, i own a honda city with the billing name of mohan sales with contact no. [protected] in jabalpur and i wanted to tell you that i went for an interior wash and the thing that happened was the service centre people didn’t wash my car well and secondly they washed the seats with seat covers, so the thing that happened was my leather seats got wet and they are stinking like hell! And the leather seats have swollen and i need a permanent solution.
                        Even i paid for the interior wash and this is what i am getting after paying.
                        Completely disappointed with your service at jabalpur.
                        I need a fix as soon as possible.
                        Its just been 6 months since i have got this vehicle and this is what i am getting at service.

                          Sir,
                          I bought a zxi petrol two months back from abhikaran honda indore.
                          Till date i have not received extended warranty & on road side assistance original invoice (Received mailed copy). When reported to day to sales person mr akshay tiwari he replied to send mail again. Do you not issue original copy to consumers.

                          Secondly yesterday i went to pithampur 35km from indore & came back i. E. 70km run. Today morning when i was washing car i found that a bubble measuring 50mm dia is visible on front lhs tyre.

                          I reported this to mr akshay. He sent me nos. Of work shop & quality sales.

                          I was surprised to see that none of massaged nos. Are interested i hearing my problem instead they are giving me yet another nos. I do not know what's happening.

                          Please see that your personal give right solution instead off shaking responsiblity.

                            Myself, praveen sundar, owner of honda city dx (2003 model) bearing # ka22 n2876, stay in mysore. I had been planning for a while to drop my car to authorise service center (Insipire honda, mysore) for certain repairs & general service such as:
                            - o2 sensor replacement (As it was not working)
                            - left mirror assembly replacement (As the mirror was broken)
                            - right-side front bumper replacement (As the clip was broken)
                            - general service (Ac vents neutralization; engine coating, etc.)

                            On 1st sep, 2017, i decided to drop my car, so on my way to service center, car broke down to some extent as gear shift was not working, but luckily managed to reach the service center somehow where it completely broke down. I was attended by service advisor by name ravi (Mob#[protected].

                            I was given job card, which i am attaching along with this.

                            Later, after inspection/examination by mechanic, i was advised by service advisor ravi to go for clutch assembly replacement for which i asked why to go for compelete assembly replacement instead identify the exact fault with the exact part (S) of the assembly & get the same replaced. Again, after examination, i was advised to go for clucth plate/pressure plate replacement instead of complete assembly replacement. I gave a go-ahead signal to place a order for the same immediately. I was told by ravi that it takes 4-5 days to reach/arrive mysore as the warehouses are in noida/chennai & for my model car parts are available in one of these warehouses. I said fine & order (1st order) was placed.

                            After parts arrived, i was told that one more part (Bearing which fits into the center of flywheel) has to be ordered as they forgot to place for the same in the 1st order itself which shows sheer negligence from mechanic & service advisor side in not inspecting the fault (S) correctly. Anyhow, i asked ravi to place the order for the one more part immediately, but later i came to know that this bearing part alone cannot be order separately instead flywheel (Comes along with the bearing has to be ordered) has to be order. I said fine & 2nd order was placed for flywheel (Along with bearing) which took same time (4-5 days) to arrive.

                            Later, while fixing, again because of negligence from mechanic, i came to know that some spring part got broken/damaged, so same part has to be order. Its been more than 2 weeks since i dropped my car now, no fix has been given & car is in the same condition. I came to know about this on 20th sep, 2017 when i called up ravi to get the update.

                            Inspite of going through frustration & anger, i asked ravi to place the 3rd order immediatley for the replacement of damaged part. Later i came know that part has not arrived even after 4-5 days, reason being, the order was back ordered from chennai warehouse & no immediate action was taken by ravi to place a fresh order with noida warehouse. Due to negligence from ravi, there was delay of 2-3 days to place a fresh order (4th order) for the damaged part replacement. As it was festival time (Dasara), there was further delay in the arrival of the part & i was told the part while arrive only by 2nd oct, 2017. I was expecting that atleast i will get the car back before festive time so that i can perform ayudha pooja for my car, which didnt happen, all due to sheer negligence from serive advisor, mechnaic & manager to certain extent.

                            All during this time when i didnt had my car, i had tough time commuting to office as it was/still raining heavily almost everyday/every alternate.in between, my daughter was hospitalised, when i was in need of my car i didnt had, instead had to depend on cabs. I had go through very tough time all these days. Also, i been following with the service adivsor ravi for the update every alternate day by calling up as i never got any response from him inspite of him being always saying that he will keep me updated (But he never kept me updated/posted). I am attaching the call sheet (Highlighting all the calls i had with him).

                            On 2nd oct, i raised a complaint (Communication id# 1-[protected]) with honda121 customer care asking for compensation.

                            Now, when i checked with the manager for the update (4th oct, 2017), i came to know that left mirror assembly has not arrived in the any of the orders (4 orders) placed & is missed out somehow, which again shows negligence from warehouse side as well as service advisor (In failing to/not verfying the arrived parts). So, now 5th order was placed for the mirrot assembly, which took 4-5 days to arrive.

                            Its more than a month now, yesterday (10th oct, 2017) car delivery has to happen as promised by manager & service advisor, i came to know that ac vents neutralization & engine coating (As part of general service request asked by me during car drop) was not done, which again shows negligence from service advisor/manager. So, now the next promised delivery date is today that is 11th oct, 2017 but still i havent recieved my car back yet.

                            My patience limit is crossed now, but whatever has happened, has happened, more than one month of time is gone by, it cant be corrected by going back.                             - clutch assembly related parts (Plates, flywheel, spring, etc) cost
                            - labor cost involved in the fixing of above parts
                            - mirror assemly cost & labor cost involved in the fix.

                            If above items are not fulfilled, then i need to take up this forward with customer forum (Customer court) for further action. So, i again kindly request you to do the needful asap.

                              I've booked honda wrv vxmt (I - vtec) golden brown metallic colour, from rushabh motors pvt. Limited, nanded (Maharashtra) on 28/09/2017, with their promice of being available by diwali or before that. I. E. On or before 16/10/2017... It have booked that vehicle only on d basis of their promice of being available on or before that date... And the dealer told me not to worry the car will be available by above mentioned date and told me to proceed for loan application process, now i have applied for the loan and loan is also about to sanction, the dealer manager mr. Pankaj and his sales consultant mr. Vikas saying that the car will not be available by this diwali and u have to cancel the booking...
                              Now when everything is upto date from my side and we all family members are ready to welcome new car they are saying it will not be available.. Isn't it like a fraudness from the reputed company like a honda?

                                Till date the dealer has not agrred to install acessories. Over and above he is asking to take another appointment for such installation of acessories

                                  After completion of 2 years in the month of sep 17 the std. Warranty period of honda city v car ka-09 mb 8390, jubilant generics ltd, mysore. Has expired so i personally went to show room requesting for extended warranty of 2 years of the above car.
                                  They informed that, it can not be renewed because it not at all possible from their end. Then informed me to contact customer care of honda, when i asked contact number provide to me, from there called the customer care honda to explained by above issue the customer care asked to deal inspire honda.in same call inspire honda team inform that can not be provide at all. We requested pls connect the right authorized person. He asked to hold call it will be connected authorized person for the solution / answer. The phone kept on hold more than 1.15 hr. Where i could listen honda music only, no one replied this call at all. This service provided by honda customer care to me & mysore honda team. Mean time inspire honda called customer care asked respond the above. Whole 2.30 hrs (4pm to 6.30 pm) spent for renewal ew but' it has not yielded any result. Hope you will do the needful the extended warranty of my car. I thank inspire honda mysore team for the support & special care for the customer.

                                      It's with utmost despair i'm writing this. I booked a honda amaze car[vxmt] on sep 15th at kannur showroom by giving rs 21000 to mr prajil, asst sales manager. He informed that it'll take 7-8 days or a maximum of 10 days for delivery and hence we opted for this, though we had test drive of renault, ciaz [maruthi] etc, so we planned a pilgrim trip on sep 30th being vijayadeshami day, an apt day for vehicle pooja also and the car delivery as promised should be effective even before that. Mr. Prajil told that the car loan interest at sbi being reasonable [8.75] he would ask the sbi loan section personnal to contact us - this was acceptable for us also, so the next day itself we [ both o[censored]s are busy doctors, myself a radiologist and my wife a dermatologist] somehow found time to go to sbi to apply for the loan after collecting the necessary documents.
                                      After 2-3 days the bank personnel started calling asking whether they can process the loan. But we were in a dilemma since there was no news from the honda. When we called mr prajil many times he didn't even answer. So we asked the bank to delay the processsing since it'll fetch interest from that day. After that for the next few days we contacted the honda many times, but the answer was very vague - may take 5 days. The only thing honda people wanted to know was when we would transfer the funds. How can one transfer the funds when you don't even know how long it'll take for delivery. The honda people was adament that they would be taking the temporary reg, only when we transfer the whole amount.
                                      On sep 28th mr prajil informed that the car has reached uduppi and not kannur. On sep 30th morning [ i. E.15 days after the booking] he informed that it has reached kannur, but as pre planned we had started our pilgrim trip. Hence on oct 2nd when we returned, we called honda only to know that it was a holiday [ gandhi jayanthi]. So the very next day, oct 3rd both my wife and myself took leave and went to kannur honda to see the car and by afternoon tranferred rs 2, 55907 and sbi tranferred rs 6.5 lakhs i. E. The whole amount. The interest rate of loan was risen to 8.95 instead of 8.75 since it was another month. We even signed the home delivery risk letter and was told that car would be delivered the very next day.
                                      The next day[ oct 4th] evening there was a call from honda telling that the temporary reg process was not complete and hence would be delivering only the next day.
                                      By this time we were actually fed up of buying a car and we were busy on our way to our concerned hospital duties. Then one miss aathira from thalassery showroom called to tell that we were supposed to sign a home delivery risk letter. She didn, t enquire the kannur honda about the same nor did the kannur honda inform her that we had already signed the same. At last at 12.30pm, oct 5th the car reached our home where my son was waiting. She delivered the vehicle and asked for rs 12500 being the amount for the accessories[ hand rest, reverse sensors and under body coating]. But we were reluctant to give the amount since she didn't bring the receipts for the same, in which there'll be 5yrs warranty for the coating. She immediately took back the keys of the delivered vehicle and humilated more than ever. So we couldn't do the pooja that day also. Only late in the evening did we receive the keys and the receipts and we paid the amount.
                                      The next two days we were out of station and returned just yesterday night, keeping the new vehicle at home itself since we couldn't give it for permanent reg.
                                      We are actually proud owners of honda amaze car bought 4yrs ago. Didn't have these types of bitter experiences at that time. So please make sure to take necessary action against these types of irresponsible and arrogant staff in your company.

                                        I have a honda city bought 2 yrs ago. Run for 20000 kms. Brought the vehicle to check noice coming out of brake. Sundaram honda service manager sankaraj says brake is to be changed. I have an extended warranty and this is not covered under the warranty. I have now agreed to pay the cost of the brake. I am surprised that honda is selling extended warranty which does not cover half the items. Considering my usage of the vehicle the brake is a manufacturing defect and should have been replace foc.
