I have given my car to emerald honda, sg road, ahmedabad for suspension and bumper problem since one week, but still they have no spare parts in stock, this much of big dealer is not keep parts in stock worth of rupess 10000, also honda india have a very very poor reputation by this kind of workshop. I have visit in japan, i will try to give complain there also about honda india, and its dealer

    Hi

    Need to highlight your best car dealer lacks efficiency and communication problem. They bother people so much that put of irritation people go to alevel of abusing the staff.

    They ask for claims n cuts for unsuccessful deal as well.

    Ms kirti accounts person shamelessly is helding back our loan file to be transferred to other dealer as she says she has put in her time behind this file.

    Is this justified when you failed to handle situtation in first go why are you troubling us by holding file back.

    Totally selfish and cheap behaviour viva honda staff carries.

    Sales is worst their team leader mr. Anwar doesnt take ownership in any any emails or calls. What leaders they have.

    Sales staff ms. Sheryl doesnt know what is the problem and whom shld be blamed for what. She says she has processed file but later blames if crossed check that she had requested but back office didnt update.

    They bring shame to your brand.

    Viva Honda Chandivali is the worst service center OF HONDA, as they do not just care !! I have just received my car after service which they did not deliver on time ... I had to call and ask them where is my care and the response was pathetic.
    I got my car just delivered for which they have charged !!
    It came back unclean!
    Wind screen dirty with bird ### on it
    Car Wheels not clean
    Moisture in Radio panel
    Back wiper blade which was asked to be cleaned not done !!

    They are simply the worst
    I do agree VIVA Honda worst Honda dealer. They sell defective car and don take responsibilities. VIVA CRM also very worst. they don't support if customer complaint to them., They don't even care if you complaint to Honda also,

      Hi All,

      I have book Honda city SVMT in the Name D.Jayanthi at Manasarovar Honda Porur Chennai by paying 5000 RS and post GST price of VMT got Reduced so i changed the booking from SVMT to VMT. So Again I paid 4, 95000( 4 lakh ninety five thousand) to confirm the booking, So totally i paid 500000 RS ( 5 Lakh). Then Also they dint allot any vehicle or invoiced my booking, Now because of their bad service and customer relation i have cancelled the booking, Now they are delaying to refund the amount. Sale person Name is Shanmugam[protected] & [protected]) & his manager's number is ([protected]). Dealer Manasarovar Honda Porur. Kindly Advice to whom i should raise this issue or route me to the appropriate team.

      I own a Honda amaze (sx) model. The finish of the product is just less than the any other car. There are plenty of noise from inside the cabin. The service provider is just do nothing except telling the lie. I am suffering a lot mentally after purchasing the car. Kindly look into the matter urgently. My car no is DL9CAU7954.         This email is in reference to the vehicle number with registration number hr51 bj 5529.
        On 17/07/2017, we came to know that alignment got failed for my car and steering is not coming back after taking a rotation on the turn.
        Then, the supervisor at delight honda told me that rac & pinion need to be replaced for the resolution of this problem.
        They informed me to wait for 10 more days for that part to be available at the showroom for replacement. At last, it took more than 25 days for the part to be available.
        On 26/07/2017, i went delight honda to deliver the car for the resolution of this problem. Later on, i was informed that they have replaced the rack & pinion of the car and the issue was still there. Further, they replaced suspension and shockers and the issue still persists.
        Then the surprising information came, they have replaced the old rack & pinion and informed that the issue got resolved and when we asked what was the issue, they didn't have any specific answer to say regarding the resolution of the problem.
        I was very much demotivated and dissatisfied with the service and the fact that they have kept my car for approx 5 days, and they are not even able to justify that what the problem was and how it got resolved. During these 4 days, i have visited their shroom twice and suffered several losses in my business due to unavailability of my car.
        During this tenure, i have asked them multiple time, please mentioned what you have done with my car in last 4-5 days (Please find their reply in the email chain below). Also, i have asked about the general manager email id and contact number and they denied for the same.
        They kept on saying the issue is resolved please try the car.
        Yesterday, when i received my car, i found that the issue still persists, when i called them about facing the same problem again, they told me to bring the car back to the showroom. I have already wasted my hell lot of time for this issue, they are making the joke of their customers.
        I request honda to recall my car and resolve my issue asap, as i don't have leisure time for visiting delight honda again and again for nothing fruitful.
        I request the concerned authority to take serious action and against the quality of service being provided on the name of honda.
        I also ask that you reimburse my travel costs that were incurred as a result of faults and inefficiency to resolve the problem.

          Dear all,
          I have booked a jazz (P) smt clr msm with crystal honda, viman nagar, pune, maharashtra.
          On 09 august 17, with rs. 10, 000/- so that i can get my car before eid. But due to various factors it somehow does not materialized. After eid, we had some medical emergency in our family and so had to divert most of the fund to it. Hence, we decided to postpone the buying around first quarter of next year.

          Thereafter, when i called to get my refund, mr. Prashant gujar and mr. Ajay singh misbehave and rude behavior with my mom and dad (This is my second complaint against this staff) with us and blankly told me that he can't return me the money instead he will adjust. They also told me that if want my money back, you have to purchase car either it will be your loss.

          Since i don't want to take some serious action against dealer so kindly look in to the issue
          I will never suggest to anyone buy car from crystal honda. It was such horrible experience.

            My honda jazz mh01cd7261 was floded during recent rains in mumbai on 29th aug. When i sent my car to kalina service centre they refused to take my car for servicing citing lack of space to accommodate my car & we were told to take prior appointment. When my person took appointment on 31st aug mr manish sharma, assistant service managergave us appointment for monday i. E. Today[protected].
            Now when my person has taken the car for servicing mr santosh chandan, service manager is refusing to take my car saying that there is communication gap & you were told to take car to bhandup service centre but this was not the case. We were never told to took our car to bhandup service centre.
            I think this is unnecessary harassment from your poeple. We understand that you people are overburdened due to rains but it doesn’t gives you right to harass your customers. I don’t want my car to get repaired from any unauthorised service centre but if this continues like this then i will be left with no choice but to get my car serviced from any other service centre than honda.

              Sir representative from harmony honda chandigarh booked my honda city vx pearl white model petrol mt on 3.9.2017 and assurance was made to deliver on 4.9.2017 on reaching showroom i was told that it will be delivered today before 5pm as vehicle is standing at their store and then i was told that vehicle can't be delivered before a fortnight what a harassment by harmony honda chandigarh they brought mental agony to me, my kids, my family

                This is altaf chhatriwala from mumbai. I feel really disheartened, disappointed and irritated with the honda service, didn't expect this kind of pathetic service from honda al all. I feel like i have done the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing a honda car.

                I had purchased new facelifted honda city zx cvt petrol six months back & last sunday on 27-08-17 while i was driving back from lonavala to my home in mumbai my car tyre got punctured. So i complained for the same at the customer care and they forwarded my complaint to arya honda service center in sewri, mumbai. They then called me and called my car with their driver and told me that we will keep the tyre with them and show it to the tyre vendor and reply me in a couple of days, meanwhile they said they will dispatch the car to me on the same day, so i said ok and they sent my car back on friday evening on 01-09-17 the same day they took the car in morning.

                After i came back from my work on friday night i noticed that the car cabin light was on and i was shocked to see that the car was not locked it was kept unlocked open, so i went inside and switched off the light and tried to lock the car through my remote control key but there was no response from the remote controller key and the car was not getting locked or unlocked, so i immediately complained for the same to the customer care and road side assistance people who advised me to contact the service centre in the morning.

                Then in the morning when i checked the car it was not even starting and there was no response from the car so i contacted the sewri service centre assistant service manager mr. Shrikant gorivale who sent a road side assistant with jump starter kit to start the car thinking that the battery might have gone down. But he was also not able to start the car with the jump start battery, he then even got another battery and tried with that as well but no result.

                I was really shocked at that time that what have the service center people or the driver have done to my car that a perfectly well working car has become dead after they got it back.

                So shrikant told me that the car needs to be towed to the service station to check the problem, this was told by him on saturday evening 02-09-17 around 5:00 p. M. After that till today monday 1:40 p. M. I have made numerous calls, i think around 100 calls to shrikant, honda customer care & to honda roadside asisstance but they have still not sent the towing van to pick up my car to the service cetnre. Everytime i call they just apologise for delay and give some baseless excuse and make a false promise that the towing van will reach you in one hour or half an hour or 90 minutes. But till now nothing has happened and i'm just after them like crazy. Infact shrikant is not answering my call since yesterday evening. Then today morning i got the number of service manager abhijeet so i spoke to him and explained him the entire story and like all even he promised me that the problem will be solved now immediately but till now no result. Infact after that even he is not answering my calls. Even the roadside assistance people kept on calling me on friday and always they called they just used to ask me that what is the problem, then after explaining the entire problem they would say that they will send the towing van soon, and then eventually instead of sending the towing van they cancelled my complained on 01-09-17 night, when i called to enquire at night i came to know that sir your complaint has got canelled. I was shocked on this and then i re lodged the complaint after that also they are just making false promises without any solution. I think that they are not taking this issue seriously or they are just fooling around with me, i dont know what they are doing but i have not got a solution for my problem in 3 days which was created by your service centre or by your driver.

                I'm writing this detailed letter to you hoping that this problem will be solved today itself otherwise i don't want your company car, kindly take it back and refund me my money.

                  honda amaze brake pedal get hard and stuck

I am not sure who will be responsible if i will meet to accident because this issue occur suddenly once in 15 days and i feel like break fail.

                  I purchased honda amaze from your showroom bearing registration no. Dl2cax4159 vide registration dated 11/8/2017 (Invoice dated 31/7/2017)

                  In this regard, i regret to inform you that on receipt of my registration certificate i came to know that the said car was manufactured in january, 2017 and hence an anxiety/issue has arisen in my mind as to why you did not deliver me latest manufactured car.

                  To substantiate my contention one of my friends also purchased honda amaze from your showroom in april, 2017 who has been delivered car which is manufactured in february, 2017 which means by necessary implications that i have been deliberately supplied old car that of january, 2017. This has resulted into unnecessary anxiety into my mind that the said car might be defective one and delivered to me in august, 2017 after carrying out certain repair work etc which amounts to deficiency in service on your part and, in fact, i have been cheated.

                    I purchased a honda city car petrol version from the noida dealer of honda - ace honda this year on 01st feb-2017

                    Product issue - since very first day there were some alignment issue in car as it was pulling towards right side and also problem was there in gear shifting. Which i complained and informed the sales person immediately after i took the delivery. Sent information mails as well... They called me with product, i went there but they told that there is no issue, then i shown this car to actual honda city car owners in my society and all of those 4 members found the same issue, i sent again mail to gm of ace honda as well but shockingly there was no response as if he was sitting there just to sell the product and make his incentive and mail was escalating from one computer to another one... Anyways that same story continued for almost 6 months, i visited almost 7 to 8 times for this issue and also informed them about this in all the three services also which they did in past 6 months. But still same problem is there in product. Anyways finally i gave up with this product and planning to sell as well.

                    Dealership issue - very unprofessional attitude of sales and service guys. And trust they only and only believe in selling the product anyhow without bothering any single problem which customer faces after purchase.

                    Remarks and suggestion: i am not sure that this is standard problem in honda or my luck was quite bad when i bought this car, no doubt honda city was a iconic car once upon a time but now there are many more much better options available, i worked with honda, so feeling really bad that honda was really known as a good product and quality standards were very high but not able to understand that why those has been deviated now... Very painful to say but i really feel enjoy driving my santro which is 7 years old and vento... Anyways all i can advise to honda that please try to make the product which value for money and also please make some better and strong policy to appoint the dealers and do the dealers evaluation periodically.
                    Really the ace honda kind of dealerships will bring down the dream of honda to become a major share holder of indian car segment.

                      Contact centre has not given tow vehicle details kept saying 5 mins but did not call/contact?
                      The person concerned is customer service representative arun kumar. I was stuck here with my family (Old parents)
                      Honda also advised that they will provide any assitance without making a payment and the services are prompt within 60 mins
                      However they cannot disclose the name of the driver or the location of the tow vehicle or cannot even tell us where the tow vehicle

                        I took my honda amaze to courtesy honda after a small accident (I. E. Body shop work on minor damage - some scratch and dents on the front, back bumper, front left side fender, right side back tail light broken & a slightly dent on right side quarter piece) as well as a service, on 6th august 2017. At the service station i was asked get the servicing done first, take the car back home and get it back after 3-4 days to the body shop for the rest of the work.

                        I deposited the car back to courtesy honda on the 16th of august, per their request, for accident damage repair, for which they raised a claim with bajaj insurance 2-3 times, and ultimately the claim was stuck. They made me visit honda 2-3 times to write over 3 claim cancellation letters due to their ignorance on raising the correct claim. After a few days of depositing i was told that there was some problem with my insurance and to visit courtesy honda again to file another letter of claim withdrawal as well as asked me to return my ncb. Why should i return my ncb when i don’t even know which policy it was claimed from??

                        I bought the vehicle from courtesy honda on 6th august 2013 and insurance for the vehicle was taken since purchase to date from honda.

                        Today is the 1st of september and it has been over 16 days since my car has been laying around in your body shop (Dl3cba8480). My case is being handled by akash chaturvedi & an singh rajput as well as your insurance team.

                        In the meanwhile i had checked with other service centres and they had told me that it would take a maximum of 2-3 days to complete the work, and here i am stuck “car-less” for 5 times that time duration!

                        I honestly don’t know what is going on in your service department. I have tried to contact your service manager over 3 times but he does not pick up my call. The vehicle is still at d-160 okhla phase-1. I used to commute to office every day by car and now without a vehicle how should i manage my transport – you haven’t even provided me with a backup vehicle!! Who will bear the cost of my travel using taxi’s and autos?? This is complete harassment of the consumer!

                        Please let me know when i will get my car back!! If the work not yet started pl return as early as possible

                          I purchased new honda city vmt petrol model in june-2017 from crystal honda pune. I choose this car over hyundai verna just because its japanese car and known for petrol.

                          I really like this car but my happiness is not more than 40 days. As i seen this car has hard gear shifting problem and even so hard as compared others cars from hyundai, maruti, volkswagen. From day 1 i observed gear shift is hard later i feel sometimes i am unable to switch from 3 to 2 immediately its just stuck to neutral. I complaint to showroom immediately initially they said its honda and gears are hard you might feeling. Again i used it for 30 days then i feel i am unable switch to 2nd gear from 3rd gear immediately then i checked may i not pressing clutch completely then push hard on clutch still not able to do it. I have to release it then try again then its works. The behavior is like old jeep cars from india it doesn't feel me like driving premium/executive car.

                          I raised complaint to showroom again then they keep it for 3 days after that i feel problem is solved but i faced same issue in last 2 days in rush traffic and its scary for life.

                          Now i feel its not worth buying honda cars looks like they have manufacturing defects itself. Now i am fully convinced not all japanese technology are good and will not encourage people to buy honda cars go for hyundai, nexa or other brand.

                            I have procured a honda 1.2 vxmt wrv, petrol car from m/s pinnacle honda on 24/05/2017. The service provided by the dealer is treacherously bad from the beginning and the gm is a liar.
                            The following are the examples
                            A) although promised, the door mats were not fitted, they were sent to my residence after one and a half months and that too after repeated follow ups,
                            B) there was repeated phone calls to me from the dealer, including the gm, to give good ratings to them during the phone verification from honda.
                            C) the tc was delayed due to miscommunication and inactiveness from the dealers end
                            D) the charges for no plate fitting and registration were already billed and taken at the time of purchase. But no intimation was given about the date of no plate fitting. The issue had to be taken up with the motor vehicles dept for getting the registration done and fitting the no. Plate. The dealer was totally clueless about it and did nothing. I had to pay the fitting charges also, though it was paid by me to the dealer.
                            E) till date i have not received ant blue book and whenever i follow up, i am asked to wait for seven days. I was asked by the gm to submit a letter to mv dept for the blue book through them, which was sent to them on 10th. July but i came to know that the letter was never submitted. It was a total bluff.
                            F) there has been total miscommunication from the dealer regarding driving the vehicle without the blue book and it seems that they are totally unaware of the mv rules, though they deal with car sales.

                            Under the above circumstances, i am totally fed up with the services of the dealer and would like to return my car, which i am not being able to use.

                              The door lock and 1 window glass switch of the above mentioned brio car are not working.

                              The matter was reported to the service dept., impression honda, siliguri on 09/8/2017.

                              In the mean time i talked several times over mobile phone with the staffs but no satisfactory response has been received rather harassment.

                              Though after sending a sms message, they send me a reply sms on 29/8/17 and informed that the matter has been registered and its no. Is 1-[protected].
                              I have the honda any time warranty from 23.05.2017 and i did it by the influence of the staff. But now they are saying the door lock will not be covered by this policy though it has not been written any where in the terms and conditions and i stated it to them.

                              Major complain: most probably 2 years ago both the engine lock and door
                              Locks were not working and the company issued me the same however, it was not changed as those were started to function. But i am facing this difficulties frequently which is very much unexpected from honda cars.

                              So, the company should take care about the same and they must have to ensure about the same to the customer.

                              Request: please try to solve this problem as soon as possible which will enable me to use the car with lock.

                                Complaint against radiant honda baramati.

                                Hopeless n ridiculous service..
                                Service head very arrogant.
                                Spares not available..
                                Extrm delay in service.
                                Least bothered about complaint to be raised.
                                They want deliver vehichle forcefully without completing th job.
                                Above all using bhaigiri language
                                I strongly recommend to shut down radiant honda baramati.

                                    We had bought a honda city from your coimbatore show room, last october. Ever since we started using, the back seats (Which are positioned directly over the rear tyres) are really not comfortable, as they tend to jump whenever there is the slightest irregularity in the road and for every speed breaker. The local service center told us it will improve with time and also to reduce the air pressure if the tyres. Neither of it helped. Kindly resolve the issue as it is really becomes uncomfortable, especially while traveling in roads within the city.

                                      Hi,

                                      This to bring in your knowledge that how competant your product team / sales team / sales head / technical trainer are at this showroom. (Mr sachin head sales / mr aquil tech trainer / other sales team and customer care)

                                      A wow vehicle, which claims to be with unique features for digipad with connectivity @ browser / hdmi cable / applications which are compatible with usb cables / phone link feature etc... Which are to be claimed best... Unfortunately... At this show room :- not even a single person knows about these features and their demo and technology issue and its resolution about same.

                                      Back ground:

                                      I purchased wrv @ top model deisal with all inbuilt features.in next two / three days after purchase of vehicles, i noticed :-

                                      1:- browser does not support when you go to playstore @ google.
                                      2:- chrome does not supoort in digipad.
                                      3:- phone link application does not support.
                                      4: which hdmi cable support with android phone :- no one knows their at show room

                                      5: which are application s which are compatible with usb :- only one application was suggested.

                                      6:- if you at google... Instead of words... Boxes are shown on screen for language options.

                                      7:- message keep showing.. On sites... Licences expired.

                                      I approched showroom for understanding about feature and above tech issues with demo from my side to thier sales team / customer care team etc.

                                      After checking in details... They said they will get back to me. They provide me number of mr aquil directly to get issue resolved since they gave feeling.. About lack of product feature / tech issue and solution s.

                                      Mr aquil also called me to come at showroom and checked issue... And confirmed that digipad will be replaced through crm... And made me visit at showroom twice to take pics / video etc.

                                      Crm team (Ms shweta) called me on 25th to come at showroom on 26th aug for replacement of digipad. (This was my 5 th visit wrt to this issue at showroom)

                                      Aftet two hrs post my reaching there and r&d / restting etc by service team and taking confirmation from some one from tech team @ honda (Who denied to speak to me on phone)... They said this problem can not be sorted out and car comes with these limitatiom only.

                                      Your sales head (Mr sachin) does not know even... About :-

                                      How these features / functions works in car and kept saying we have given mannual to understand. His answers were :

                                      Tell me what is your problem :- it means he does not know what is pain there with customer in showroom / service center even a customer has visited 5 times at showroom. Simple no tracking system at there about issues of a customer till final resolution... Not even service center incharge knows this.

                                      When i requested to show demo of hdmi cable with andoride phone... Mr sachin and team... Kept saying... We do not hdmi cable... To show this feature to you. When i asked.. Which hdmi cable will support with andoride phone...
                                      They said.. Any one... But do not know.

                                      When i asked to mr sachin... What is memory given in digipad and what is use of left memory... Replies were :- 1.5 gb and in unused memory... You can not download any thing.. But your mannual says othetwise at some place.

                                      Extreme worst experience!!

                                      Now i would like to know ;

                                      1 :- why should not i take up this flaw on technology issue with your competition and on social media and review with videos of the issues.

                                      Pls note in all your electronic & print media.. You guys displays this feature as key feature.. Which actually not.

                                      2:- why should not i make complaint in consumer court about misselling of the product with wrt to digipad and features.

                                      3:- why i was asked to visit showroom many times when as last solution.. As replacement of device... But finally told.. That no solution at all. Who is responsible to waste my time?

                                      4:- incompetant staff wrt to technology knowledge about product.

                                      5:- important to note :- how they propose replacement of device... From another new vehicle that device was to be taken out and to be put in my vehicle. Is this policy of honda as brand for replacement of parts... To take out from any car and put it in other car? Should not i make is published as review on sites and on media?

                                      6:- do share connect details of md / ceo of india operations and also of honda head office. Of coursr i will get it from other sources.

                                      About me :-. I am an employee of one private bank who is partner with honda and honda dealers for vehicle finance.

                                      I would request a propmpt reply on same on all issues in written along with technology which is claimed in vehicle by various means (Mannual / media.) vs in actual.
