On 4th july 2017 my honda amaze car's clutch plate was replaced at global honda see jyothilakshmi cars pvt ltd at shivamogga but the clutch plate failed on 24th aug 2017 when i called to honda service station they are now delaying to take the responsibility of it. If am so frustrated with quality of service provided by honda.

After spending 16500 now i see the parts failed and service station ppl are not even concerned of

    The most insensitive and casual customer service team i have ever seen in corporate world is honda cars customer service team. No concern and responsibility towards customer seems to be your motto. Their authorized dealer solitaire honda in mumbai bumps my car when it's in his custody and goes mute. Even after escalating the same to their customer service team there is no visible action. Have marked their md in cc of my mail and still not getting any update from last 3 days. From last 12 days my car is with their dealer and i am suffering for no fault of mine. Very bad customer service. The worst part is that none of their employee coming forward and taking any responsibility complaint number 1-[protected].

    Very bad... Now people will think 100 times before buying Honda Cars...

      Sir,
      I am a honda fan since long and have 2 honda car at our hm. But this time my experience with honda service made me to regret my opinion towards honda brand.
      1) today 25/8/2017 i took my car honda crv for brake light check at honda service station sterling automobile pvt. Ltd dlf industrial state faridabad haryana.
      2) my car brake light was at fault, service advisor asked me to take service of the car, i agreed.

      3) they serviced the car and recommend some minor jobs in the car which i avoided nd kept for next service as i smell some foul in the the advisor recommds.

      4) there was no recommendation of any gear box problem.
      5) service was completed i came back home driving, i stopped at some place n switched off the engine but when i again started the engine, suddenly i see my car gear not working, gear were jamed and i cannot move the car.

      6) i called sterling motors they came n checked n said your gear box is damaged now. I was shocked as the car came directly from service station n the gear box was completely ok n was working fine before going to the service at honda service station.


      7) i dont know what they have done at service station, my problem of brake light was not completed as they were not having the required part but they completely damaged my car gear box which was completely fine.

      8) they checked the car thouroghly while servicing all d parts all were working fine, i am sevearly hurt by this incident as its a loot practise n cheating by the service station.
      9) i strongly recommend to take action against them.
      10) i am very depressed n shocked by this incident. This is completely carelessness on honda service station.
      Expecting some quick action on this and help me to keep my loyalty alive with honds cars.

        This is my complaint
        To the higher authority of admire honda
        I own a honda car of jk02 bl5196, which is near about 2 years old, i got it serviced last month and paid around 17000 dehradun admire honda service station, i met with an accident due to steering failure it happened on 13/8/17. Its a new well serviced vehicle how is it possible that a new car has a steering failure. I have broken my hand and the person with me is severely injured. So i have decided i'll be going to the consumer court or if you could look into the matter that how this mishap took place.
        Already i have complaints many times but i didn't get any reply from ur side so this time if you are not respond so i will file a case against your company.

          I purchased new honda jazz v cvt last month it made only 2000 kms. The car won't start suddenly and i send it to service. They service it and deliver the same problem arise in few days. Now third time i send the vehicle for fixing the problem. They said it is pump problem. I am tired and after sales service is very poor in honda. Let me know what to do

            Hi,
            My name is satish borkar. I purchase new honda amaze car from honda authorized dealer (M/s sterling automobiles private limited), 14/1, main mathura road, faridabad - 121003, tel.[protected].
            S-8, dlf market, dlf industrial estate-1, faridabad, haryana - 121003.

            I purchase new honda amaze 1.2 s mt (I - vtec) on date - 01/02/2017.
            On 3/5/2017 suddenly i observed that break is not working so i stop car with hand break. Stop car check externally & restart. Then everything is normal. On second servicing i discussed with classic honda dealer persons. He told that they checked everything and such problem u will not face in future.

            But again on 24/07/2017 i face same problem of break pedal jam and this time i just safe to happen an accident. Same time i visit to dealer to discuss such issue. They submit my car and committed that after two days resolve issue and car will be deliver to me. But they have taken complete 8 days to to handover my car.
            Classic told me that they found oil leakage in break mechanism so they change below parts.
            - cylinder break master
            - power set break master
            - set master power
            - master cylinder
            - break fluid dot3
            Then i asked classic honda that if same issue happen in future and it cause any majer damage to my car and me then who will be responsible for that accident. Is there any provision in honda to provide any extra benefits to customer.
            I got a reply that nothing will provided from honda company.

            My question is that, this problem occurs at any time in running.
            How i ensure that the problem is resolved completely.
            Because classic honda ensure me once but still i face same issue after that.

            If same problem occure and that cause any kind of damade to me then who will be responsible to that damage.
            And what is the commitment from honda side for such repeatative problems.

            Because of this problem i can not drive my car with free mind.

            Please do needful. This car driving is very fearful for me.

            I hope honda compony will help me regarding above.
            Please reply and take action.

            I also purchased Honda Amaze in AUG 2016 and facing the same break issue when i purchased the car. three time i have taken the car to service centre at Bangalore but same issue finding even two time got saved to meet with accident.

                I have bought this car in november 2003 when i had gone to buy the then new second generation honda city with cvt transmission. On questioning the sundaram motors sales manager as to how honda could manage such a humongous dicky space in the then new honda city, he told me that the fuel tank was shifted below the front seats. I did not like the idea of sitting on top of the fuel tank and as i was leaving the show room on mount road, chennai, they offered this car parked on the terrace (I learned later that it was parked there for 3 months for reasons i suspect that may be as to what transpired in december, 2003).
                The car was beautiful barring the noise from the idling gear in the synchromesh gear box (Which has since become quite loud after 75000 km) and the entire family fell in love with it, esspecially my elder son from us who was to be married shortly. The entire family drove down to bangalore to visit our would be in-laws. On our drive back with me a the wheel, wife on the seat next to me with both my sons flanking my would-be daughter-in-law on the rear seat.
                A couple of km after rajiv gandhi memorial, sriperambudur, approaching chennai (Then madras), 2 riders on a tvs 50 with a sack of paddy in front on the tank approached the highway from the right and were even looking in our direction and i expected them to stop after climbing up the steep gradient (The 4 lane highway was being constructed then). To my horror they popped right in front of our car which was doing about 100 kmph, i applied full brakes and the tyres screeched but car would not stop. So i steered the car to go between the moped and the left edge of the road which had a drop of 5 ft where the other 2 lanes were being laid. My wife who was fast asleep next to me, woke up with a start and screamed "mummy" and grabbed my left hand and the steering wheel rotated left an i had no choice but to jerk to the right and hit the moped in the rear just to the left of the right head light. The moped reared up like a bucking bronco as the car came a stop, when both riders and the sack slid on to the bonnet and rolled of to the right on to the road. We got down and told them to get into the car to go to the hospital. They insisted they were alright and asked us to carry on. We made sure they were ok and walked back about 60 ft and found only 2 tyre marks and not 4. However, we reported to the police after reaching besant nagar, chennai.
                We claimed insurance and had the car repaired by sundaram honda and told the works manager to check the brakes thoroughly as only the front brakes had applied. When the car was delivered, i asked the works manager "what was wrong with the rear brakes?". He said that there was nothing wrong with it and that it needed an adjustment. I went to the marina beach and applied emergency brakes a few times and checked the tyre tracks on the sandy road with none made by the rear wheels. I went straight back to the work shop and told them to check again properly. The finally found that the rear brake pads were installed incorrectly and the brakes were barely touching the drums.
                I then complained to your company then known as honda siel cars india ltd. And one mr agarwal flew down from delhi and personally apologized for having endangered the lives of my entire family twice and declared that for the life of this car the servicing will be hence forward free. However after my free services had finished the sundaram motors did not honour this commitment by g m mr agarwal as they said he had left the company. Shows the integrity of this company. They had not only endangered the lives of my entire family twice but did not keep the word of your g m nor did you follow up.
                Now i am hitting the wall with my head to have the rear seat fixed on to the body. Last month i had spoken to your customer care and had explained that there is a plastic clip (1/4 in x 1 in) which goes into the body with an incert in which the gun metal hook attached to the bottom of the rear seat on both sides which is bent forward slides into this insert. These clips are shown in the diagrams of your rear seat assembly in your technical manuals on line. The sundaram motors personell are at sea with this and say that there are no clips and when i went to them as suggested by your technical experts, they just shoved the hooks into the rectangular holes (1/4 in x 1 in) after removing the bolt attachment at the back of the rear seat. The next day when my grandchildren sat on the rear seat, the hooks just slid off the rectangular holes in the body and my lovely car was back to square one : (!
                The capital honda guys at omr, chennai are absolute cheats. The steering box was leaking a bit and they said it had to be changed. When i collected the car they did not give be the old part saying that the old parts buyer had just come and taken all old parts. 3 months later the new rubber bellows at the ends of the steering box perished and the same leak started. I was forced to give to a local mechanic who said the steering box is the original one and has never been changed. He just machined new bushes and put it about a year ago and there is not a drop of leak now.
                I called customer care again yesterday and was told by them that within 24 hrs someone will call you, which did not happen. So i called after 24 hrs today and was again told the same but in a much nicer way. The communication id is 1-[protected] and my car registration number is tn 07 l 3028.
                I need some assistance in solving these minor and not so minor problems with the car i adore. The idle gear noise which i am convinced was the reason this car was parked on the terrace of sundaram motors for 3 months before it was palmed off to me, is hanging heavily on my head. Please advice me as to how to go about it.

                  The caska avn system was installed in my honda mobilio car at the ace honda showroom in noida in 2014. The system has hanged about a month back and i have been running from pillar to post trying to get the problem rectified. The customer care number available online, as well as given to me by the honda dealer does not work. We paid a huge premium in getting the caska avn system installed at the honda showroom at the time of purchasing the car; only in order to ensure service and unaffected warranty. Yet honda seems to have no coordination with your company to service the system. The dealers simply washed their hands off saying the ‘system is out of warranty’.in spite of repeatedly telling them that we would pay the necessary charges, they were not able to do the needful. After several calls and multiple visits, some service centre numbers as well as the number of a service engineer was given to us and each of those centres refused to service the system because ‘they were located far away from my residence’. The service engineer too said to get in touch with customer care!!! I am amazed that a so called premium product is sold by honda and there is no service provided.
                  Subsequently, i would like to update you on the status of my complaint.
                  I have just received a call from ace honda that the motherboard of the music system is irreparable and has to be replaced at cost of rs 18000/- and that there will be no warranty for the system thereafter.
                  I would like to inform you that the system was installed on the recommendation of ace honda at the time of purchase of my honda mobilio. We paid a huge premium of rs 50000/- for this based on the expectation of service and assured quality of something being sold by honda.
                  It is very evident to me that ace honda is unable to get the caska system serviced/ repaired and i am being quoted a huge figure with no warranty only so that i refuse to have it done and they are able to state resolution of the problem based on my refusal. I could have predicted this train of events because caska company doesn't seem to be available for service anywhere. My initial mail was addressed to autotrendz as well (Marketeers of caska), but there was no reply. No one answers on their phone numbers. I do believe that this company has closed for all practical purposes. Honda had no business selling such an expensive, so called premium product by a 'fly by night' operator'. As long as the systems they sold don't trouble its great. But if there is any problem, they first send you on a wild goose chase, hoping that you will give up. If that doesn't happen, then they will quote a crazy figure for repair with no warranty and if you are stupid enough to take them up on it, well i wonder what happens then.
                  This kind of bad business practice is neither expected nor acceptable.

                    Hi, i am using shine from aug 2016, in the morning when i am starting the bike i need to use choke.. Otherwise it switched off... Once i face this problem in the morning it keep continuing the whole day while i slow the bike it get switch off. When i informed while giving service, they said we will check thats it. But again n again i face d same prob daily. This problem is occuring for u all?. Please reply

                    As wel as noise also change. Its nt like that honda cb shine. Head light power also less when compared to other bikes in tvs.. Etc,,

                      I am really unhappy to forward you that your customer service is not just bad but worst and it's not even a week before I bought a Honda car and I regret purely based on ur service
                      It was a mistake of your part to deduct a amount of 15000 from my account when the amount was only 1500 ..
                      after I complain none of the officer could help me to provide a feedback on how long it will take to get back my own money
                      It was expected you should have given my money back within 24 hours time which also I think a lot since it was a mistake from your part . It's been already more than 48 hours now I don't even receive a proper feedback
                      I[censored] can kindly get back to me asap or else I have no other option than complaining to higher authority.

                        I had given car on 22nd july for repair, on 4th august onward start taking follow ups with honda call center. (No satisfactory result from honda)
                        They are unable to resolve my complain, even not a honda company person is knowing about this.
                        Dealer had repair my car with out my permission and raise a bill for 45, 000/-

                        This is a very wrong strategy. And hond company is unable to do any thing.

                        I hate honda management and compnay who has no care about customer.
                        In my family i have four honda car and i will sale as soon as possible and i will black list honda company
                        21st august i had taken back my car, because i was without vehicle.

                          My honda mobilio regd. No. Is od02aa1890. My bajaj allianz insurance no, is hba/00453494 done at highway honda, bbs. At the time of commencement of insurance they promised it is their responsibility to settle all the claims. Last time in the month of january 2017, i felt embarrassed when they didnot care to attend my claim under insurance policy. I have to deal with bajaj allianz to settle for nearly 50% of claim. Which took nearly seven days, though i have given a station diary in grps bhubaneswar rly. Station. Now i have given my car for damages under claim at your highway honda bbs on 17.08.17, but again bajaj allianz not accepting and you are avoiding responsibility as promised which i beleived on good faith. Still now no estimate is given to me. Now without vehicle for five days i am facing a lot of problems to attend office and droping the children to school and suffering with mental agony. I am totally unsatisfied with your dealings as promised.

                          I bought Honda Jazz in Jan 2017, but I am not happy with suspension/shock absorbers et all.
                          Even a small uneven road gives a big zerk to the car.
                          I was using Ford iKON flair earlier and I feel every car manufacturer should learn from Ford on suspension .
                          Pls fix the problem at the earliest.

                            The right window glass of my brio car kl02al7650 cannot be raised. Have tajen the car to muthoot honda service centre, the only service centre in kollam, three times for the complaint. But the problem is still there. Service centre says they do not have the button even after ten days and that they have to get the button from mumbai. I am not able to use the car for the last eight days for the reason

                              Hi i raised a complaint on the official honda india portal a couple of weeks back about the very average quality of service i received from the bowenpally centre pertaining to the 2-year service of my honda city (Ts07eq7240). The complaints were: 1 scratches and un-removable black marks on the bumper and left ovm of my car 2 ripped tether holding the cover of the micro-sd card reader on my avn (The cover falls off to the floor every now and then now) 3 mileage and pickup worsened (I shared visual evidence from the obd2 output recording couple of my trips to the airport and back with the customer care executive ms nayomi). However i received extremely dissatisfying response from the customer care prompting me to get a free teflon coat which is not going to remove the scratch marks anyway. I went to 3m car care subsequently and spent rs 6200 to have the scratch marks removed and shared the invoice as well with the crm upon request. I want to escalate this complaint to the higher authorities. I'm going to alert my friends in my network not to go to the bowenpally metro honda centre based on the forgettable experience i had.                               I received a call from Honda Cars 3 days back. I explained my experience to him. He asked me to share the invoice for the service I availed from a third party to fix my scratch marks. I did so immediately over whatsapp to a number shich is supposed to be Honda Banking. However there has been no update since then.

                                I purchased honda jazz v cvt from capital honda chennai meenambakkam showroom on 29 th june 2017. They delivered the vehicle by second week of july 2017. After two weeks the vehicle didn't started i complaint this issue with the dealer and send the vehicle for service to capital honda. They serviced and delivered the vehicle. The same problem raised three days before i send the vehicle to capital honda service station again. Three days i am waiting they are still fixing the issue. I just drived only 2000 kms. Very poor response from service centre of honda. If there is any manufacturel defects they have to fix the issue fast and should deliver the vehicle at the earliest to the customer. After buying a car for 10 lac now i am going thru ola cab. Very thanks to honda. Let me see whether they are going to solve the problem or not

                                I Contacted Mitra Honda Vijayawada, They are saying on road price of Honda Unicorn 150 is Rs. 89000/- But according to your price list it is Rs. 82, 000/- in Vijayawada. They are adding show room price additionally Rs. 7000/-

                                  Dear sirs,

                                  Since day of purchase till date we have complained for car staring issue (Battery issue) but the problem is not solved from root.
                                  Case1:mar2015 car don't start at residence parking itself.
                                  Case 2: nov2016 we had been to wedding locked car and after 1 hours wen returned it did not start.
                                  Case 3:2/8/2017 had been to childs ptm at dps nashik after meeting car dint start, with kids in heavy rains i kept booking complain for on site assistance no one reverted from honda i called my spouse he toed the car and we came home.
                                  Case 4:18/8/2017 car not starting at the residence.
                                  Many more in que since beginning but problem not resolved.
                                  This is my second car of honda but after this experience will never buy a car from honda nor ever will recommend any one cause the customer support is pathetic.
                                  Till date all communications were verbal so may be there wont be any evidence to prove my self hence i wrote my experiences today so that sum one would consider my problem.

                                    I purchased a car on 15 july2017. While driving the left taillamps was damaged in a collision. The order for a new taillamp was placed on 5th august. Via my car dealer (Vishal honda, patna).. Till now i haven't received the new taillamp. Please look into the same and send the new taillamps.

                                      I had done my servicing if vehicle 20 days back.in last two days car broke down twice as battery is down. When enquired with service center they supply asked to replace battery. Y did they not check at the time of service. How can battery died in 2.5 years. Car in getting on time servicing, what type of service is being done. Veh ts09ee7298. City.

                                        Very worst customer service, initial they will estimate totally 6 parts after they will put bill 10 parts. Starting they will say labor charge is 350 rs like that starting itself i inform oil change and replace and headlight and etc.. Billing they not put oil then i asked oil not changed after i buy new oil and then i give but they billing two labor charge 350 rupees and service charge 63 total 413 and another labor bill charge oil change 50 rs service charge 9 rs same day two labor bill its very worst customer service. I lost 59 rupees but they asked 100 rupees so its not good honda service. Poor and cheating...
