Ace honda service team / honda india team

This is regarding problem been faced in newly bought honda city from ace honda noida
It seems to be manufacturing issue and been faced from the day of purchase regularly
3 to 4 times i have visited service center with problem explained below and it keeps on re-appearing time and again

Re-occuring problem faced -
1) car losing its power and no smooth ride (Re-appearing from the day of purchase)
2) press accelerator hard but the rpm and car acceleration is not up to mark
3) car lose its power and the accelerator, steering wheel, clutch and car smoothness is lost. It seems car has lost its power and very heavy to control the car. Need to press the accelerator very hard but rpm and vehicle speed is not picked as per expectations.

This re-appearing issue has been noticed from the beginning and i have visited honda ace service center for about 4 times for same problem. Each time cause was rectified with different reasons. I want honda india manufacturing and service team to look into this manufacturing defect deeply and solve it completely
I am not at all satisfied with service and the way the problem been handled.

    Hello,

    This is regarding our car honda amaze up16au7439 which was giving some problem about low engine oil indication, for quite some time. We have given the car to crown honda, noida, sector-63 for servicing and rectifying the issue for about 3-4 times during the last year. Each time they handed us a bill for about 4-5k saying that the issue got resolved but everytime within 1-2 weeks of servicing the problem reappeared. Recently, on 15 july 2017, we again went there and told about this problem and they told that this is manufacturing issue only and is something which is coming from the company itself and that they have to submit our car in the manufacturing unit only in rajasthan to get it rectified. We faced hell lot of troubles commuting our office, doctor and many other places without the car which they took for about a month and have handed us today i. E. 16 aug, 2017. But to our surprise even after saying that this issue is something which is coming inbuilt in these units, they are again asking us to pay a sum of 5 thousand rupees. Instead of reimbursing us the amount which we have already paid them 3-4 times for the issue which did not get resolved at all they are again asking this huge amount from us. Please lodge a complaint against these fraudulent people and do the necessary action and cancel the unjustifiable bill amount and also pay us back the money which we have already paid.

    I would like to add few more points to this complaint:-

    1) They took my car to Rajasthan without my consent. and kept it there for more than 20 days.
    2) Even after keeping the car for about a month with them, they didnt bother to even clean the dust from inside and outside.The car's condition when i got wa even worse than public transport. It was so dusty that when i sat in it, my yellow coloured suit got black.
    3) AC was working fine still they applied charges in the bill for rectification in AC, only after a fuss of about half an hour, they were convinced that they have added this by mistake.
    4) The back door lock got damaged, it was absolutely fine previously, but now it does not open from inside. Only if you open it from outside it will get opened.

    Please someone help and give a dose to these Honda people. They took Rs.3900 from us without any reason. A manufacturing defect in a car should be treated and corrected by the company itself rather than askinfg the buyers to pay for the defect. We have done a huge mistake buying Honda Car. I suggest all of you out there please boycott this company and its products. Honda Sucks ...

      My car RJ14 CZ 3154 honda city met with an accident few days back i sent it to pinkcity honda vki, jaipur. Their official staff suggested me to take claim instead of bearing it on my own. I told them to proceed with the insurance claim. They took 7 days to give my car back that too without even solving the main problem which was bracket and alignment of a part downside. They just changed the splash gaurd and when I complained they said they didn't know about the damage because the guy who took my car in was into service and he didnt convey the problem to the claim dept. i want this part to be repaired under insuarance else I will file a case on public forum. I have always rated the company 10/10 because they always behaved like that n they deserve it. Need to get this problem resolved.

        I have taken honda city car in karur. There is no service center in karur, they have asked us to take service in erode service center. I didn't take first service, for second service they picked up my car from karur to erode and done a service n while dropping a car to karur, they make a accident and some parts were damaged but they didn't rectified that damages fully, for third service they again again n again forced me to do service there so this i have taken my car there to do service but service was not at all good there, they didn't check n do wat i have said they just service alone they didn't rectified the mistakes that i have said to them n tool box in the car was missing... After reaching home i have noted that toolbox is missing and i called to erode service center one lady picked up my call n i have explained her regarding the same n she said i'll call u within ten minutes n i asked them to courier the toolbox to my address, i didnt get a call from them n they didn't rectified the mistake in audio set (It making sound, phone is connected to talk when head light is on), this is second time am getting a worse service from them, answer what they are telling is not satifactable. Because of accident of my new car first time i was frustrated because of them n again they are making me irritated,

          My car MH43-BE-8786 met with an accident on 28th July 2017 and it was immediately taken to Hallmark Honda, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. They had promised to deliver the car by or before 12th August 2017.

          But I am very disheartened to write here that, they failed to do so. No one from the office even bothered to call and inform me about the same.

          When I called them to check the time of delivery, they very causally said that, it will not be possible today.

          I called and spoke to them, sent them an email but no one there is bothered to revert.

          I do not know, whether this complaint on this forum will also see a light or this will also go to deaf ears.

            I have done service my car (Gj10ap1256) honda city, in vadodara (Aspan honda, gsfc) 4 months (April 2017) back including full body painting and 4 tyre changed. After received my car i have found two damaged1} back opening cover light 2) front (Passenger side) the sun protector. Service representative mayur bhai told that parts are not available, once it available they will do the repair at free of cost. Also, old four tires will be delivery to my residence.

            Till date, i have not received any positive response from dealer. I spent around 84000, 00 for above jobs.

              Dear sir/ madam

              I have purchased honda city 2017, may 2017 model. The car has run just 1500 km since i purchased it in may 2107. However, when i was taking the car for second free service on 12 aug 17 i noticed pulsation in the brake padle on applying brake. The service centre informed me that the brake disc of both front wheels has been corroded and the same were skimmed on advise of honda. I want to know how in two months the disc of both front wheels get corroded. It points towards poor quality control and material used in the car. Kindly investigate and provide me the reasons and solution for this problem.

                The caska avn system was installed in my honda mobilio car at the ace honda showroom in noida in 2014.
                The system has hanged about a month back and i have been running from pillar to post trying to get the problem rectified.
                The customer care number available online, as well as given to me by the honda dealer does not work.
                We paid a huge premium in getting the caska avn system installed at the honda showroom at the time of purchasing the car; only in order to ensure service and unaffected warranty. Yet honda seems to have no coordination with your company to service the system. The dealers simply washed their hands off saying the 'system is out of warranty'.in spite of repeatedly telling them that we would pay the necessary charges, they were not able to do the needful. After several calls and multiple visits, some service centre numbers as well as the number of a service engineer was given to us and each of those centres refused to service the system because 'they were located far away from my residence'. The service engineer too said to get in touch with customer care!!!
                I am amazed that a so called premium product is sold by honda and there is no service provided.
                I request you to kindly revert to me and provide service for my caska avn system,

                  On August 2
                  My Car Met With An Accident ( Honda Jazz 2015) KL52J3883 Which Fliped Over And Went Into A Total Loss(approved by the insurance company). The AirBags Didn't Deployed When The Accident Took Place Nor after the collision the car's airbags dint Deployed, 2 of the co-passengers Were Injured! in the Hands and legs. Just because Of the seat belt The Driver was not seriously Hurt. But The Co-passengers Were Hurt on their head and hands Leading One To Have BackPain From Quite Sometime
                  The rear Passenger was hurt in his knee and back.
                  We Were Seriously Saved By The Prayer Of Our Parent And By Gods Grace!

                  We want an explanation to the situation! on why the AirBags didn't Deployed!
                  Even after the car was the top end premium one!

                    The most pathetic service outlet i have come across in 5 years of my journey with honda. I had given my car for service this morning at 9 am after booking a servicing in advance. They told me it takes 4-5 hours for regular paid servicing.
                    I called around 11 since i didn't hear anything from the rm and i had few things to fix. Around 11:30 the rm in the name of payndey called me and told me they have started the servicing (Medium servicing) which will cost me approximately 4000 rs. I told him specifically that my right side breake/tail lamp is not working and front side indicator lamp unit has come out and hanging. He said it will be taken care of. I told him i need the car latest by 4. At 4:15 he called me an said the car is ready to be sent out. When i asked for the total bill he told me it was 8k. When i asked him specifically what extra did he do that took the bill up by double, he started fumbling and told me he needs to readjust the bill and in two minutes he will call back and send tha car. After 15 minutes i called back and he said the bill was 6k and that the driver has left the service centre with the car. I asked for the driver's number as i could sense he was lying. The driver told me he wasn't even at the service centre and my car was getting washed. When i called back mr. Pandey didn't recieve the call and after calling the centre 8 times they finally dispatched the car. The car reached me at 5:20 and i checked if they had done the work, guess what, none of the lamps were even touched. Front indicator light is still hanging and rear right side brake lamp is not working. The bill is 6k which includes both the lamp cost that they have not even touched. The car was barely cleaned from inside. I had not asked for wheel balancing or wheel alignment which were done and charged. Weight balancing was not needed but done and charged. When i refused to pay without being satisfied, the driver threatened me that he will not give my car keys without the payment. The manager took the driver's call after 15 minutes and his resolution was to subtract the bulb costs and pay the rest. He said the tail lamp bulb was not available which they didn't bother to inform and had no justification why the indicator lamp unit was not fixed. Not even worth 1 star and will inform everyone in my circle to neither buy or service their car from such cheaters.

                      I purchased my Honda jazz vehicle on march 29th but till the date i don't receive my vehicle's registration certificate of RTO. Ihave contacted the dealership (sushine Honda, jaipur, Rajasthan) several times and don't get any attention. I faced so many difficulties and irregularities from dealership side from the day of booking the vehicle . First they failed to dilever my colour booked car. Then they took months to provide my RC which was incorrect in June. Then they took it back on the same day for corrections but failed to provide me till date ( 10/08/2017) . After purchasing the car I cannot drive it peacefully. And dealership s officials are not giving me proper response. And also I don't received any call from HONDA after purchasing the car. So please help me .

                        Hi my name is mukesh kumar yadav and I booked wr-v from pearl honda sector 53 gurgaon and I cancelled the booking within a week and it's been more than a month or I guess 45 days and I haven't received my cheque till today and every time I call them they use to give me time for some other day like this Saturday then Monday then Wednesday it seems like they are taking us on a ride and not willing to pay my refund cheque of 10k. Don't they have 10k in their account to pay my cheque. So now if I won't get my cheque in next 24 hours i'm going to file a complaint in consumer court day after tomorrow so this is the last time i'm contacting you guys.

                          The Lally Auto mobile private Limited Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi took Rs. 500 as advance for the spare part as on 26.07.2017 with the assurance that part will come in 4-5 days. We are calling them on the numbers mentioned on slip no. 483. Every time we call them they give one number on which we have to talk. When We call on second number, they give another number. They are not giving any proper response. today is 10.08.2017 but no response from courtesy Honda.
                          Total Non Professional Approach.
                          They take interest and speak nice words only at the time of booking car for Service.

                            If you call any car for serivce please give them perticular time . So time is not wasted. I was called by 9 am and they cleared my query and servicing by 5 30 pm.
                            This was done in vasai branch maharashtra
                            I tried to fight for this thing they asked me to call my head and susided the matter. Please give token or proper timing to any person so that they can utilize their time in their personal thing. No 1 is free for you "HONDA" that they waste their whole day for you.

                              Hi Team,

                              I have Honda amaze (s) version.

                              I have requested for front grill change due to faulty chrome issue and layers are coming off. Car is still under warranty and its not even a year and i am facing grill issues. Purchased on 25/11/2016.

                              Dealer had said, it is not a manufacture fault and have lifted hand off from complaint.

                              Even after several complaints and follow up on MAGNUM HONDA kankapura road. No proper result.

                              Please help us on issue.

                                  Sir,
                                  I am a proud owner of honda jazz car purchased on may 12 2016 form nakasha enterprise noida. But i feel sorry to bother you about the quality of good year tyres used in this jazz car is very poor as with in week of purchase of this car the tyre got puncture and again and again same tyre got punctured and almost one year has passed my car run about 21000 km now the condition of all the tyre is getting worse although we always maintain air pressure ever time we fill fuel.
                                  We are already having three more honda car in our family. And we have already faced this type of problem with our honda city vtec model earlier.
                                  This is my personal request that the company should take immediate action in this case.
                                  I will be thankful if we may be replaced with new tyres.

                                    I would like to complain regarding the repair to my new honda b-rv. After minor damage to a side panel, the car has been with the honda dealer in adichira kottayam. The car has been with them since june 29th and i have not had an adequate explanation for the delay to the repair.

                                    I am extremely disappointed with honda's customer service and wanted to highlight this. I hope you may be able to help me get a speedy resolution to my issue or at least bring to light honda's very poor customer service.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I have enquired honda city in your showroom (Manchester honda) which is located in avinashi road, coimbatore. I am working as an relationship manager at ambal nexa. Due to my designation, he refused to provide me the details of your car as bcoz he didn't consider me as an customer. Is there anything in your concern that the customer working in other showrooms shouldn't buy a car in your brand.? Even i am a proprietor of one concern, but still your executive named mr. Hari didn't follow up things further. I didn't receive any of the details yet. He entered into my workplace and shouted like anything. Is this your brand taught to the executives. I never ever expected this from honda. I own ciaz and swift too. Being a reliable engine in honda, i preferred to go for it. A face is the index of the mind. But your executive never made it. Very poor experience

                                        2month since i've bought my car from crystal honda - wagholi - pune.. Called them 4-5 times since last 2 weeks for pick up service, but no response. Now they are saying that there a separate charges for the same.. The dealer never mentioned any thing about this till the time the booking was done...
                                        When asked the manager he said it's your fault... Also the trunk has many screws missing for the covers was not addressed.. The rubber tubing of doors are also loose... Very bad servise by the dealer.. My honda city is suppose to be a luxury car... And look at the service. Bad... 'tis is not only my story.. On google review many people have given bad review to them
