I own two honda city car's of which the one bought in 2014 has rusted around the door seals and various other spots around the car. I have brought this up at the landmark honda dealer at ahmedabad and also i have registered complaints online for which i am given assurances of getting a call within 48 hours but i haven't been contacted.
At landmark honda i was given outright rude replies as to why the car has rusted such as the paint work isn't authentic, which makes no sense as the car was bought and repaired at an authorised honda dealer (For which i have bills).
Apart from this recently i was contacted multiple times for a servicing campaign worth rs.999 and an airbag update. I had categorically stated i dont want the car to be serviced but only the airbag to be updated.
I was billed for rs.1898 and on enquiring about the high bill the employees to cover up their goo[censored]p stated my car wasn't included in that scheme worth 999 and this is how honda earns which in the first place i hadn't asked for. Finally i had to pay rs.1100 as a "settlement" and have been given a free teflon coating voucher as an add on the next time i come for servicing as the centre didn't have any complaint registeres allegedly. Such poor quality for the paintjob and outright rude and in apt replies from the employees has made me loose faith in honda, a company i own two cars of and known for its reliability and good service.

    I was driving my car honda city gj018432
    At sg highway ahmedabad on 24/07/2017 in heavy rainfall. Suddenly during driving, steering of car became hard so i took my car to emerald honda ashram road ahmedabad. I was informed by mr praful (Mob. No [protected]) that there is some problem in the module of car which caused the steering problem. Then i asked him the reason for the module problem and the answer was because of the rain. I asked him in the written format and he told me for the charge of rs450 he will give me.
    Then i asked him to intimate to the insurance company bajaj allianz. He told me that you wont be getting insurance because of the damage is caused by rain. I am very frustrated and mentally harassed by the behaviour. I certainly dont expect this kind of attitude of honda towards its customer.
    I am not buying honda again and definitely not recommending to others.

      Hi, i own a honda city with the number ts08en1125 and you may verify the services i had availed from your green honda center at nagole. Incenditelly, i had no choice than using your services as i reside in nagole and essentialy i depend on your center for any service requirements. I had multiple experiences to evidence and establish that its completely money driven and not service oriented (Under any circamastances). I can give the following reasons and experiences which includes the previous experiences which i have not highlighted taking a lenient view on the staff.

      Every time i give the vehicle for service or for washing, i get a standard response from the staff that, "due to heavy rush and high number of vehicles, washing could not be done properly, and pl give your feedback that you are not satisfied with the washing quality, we will get it done free of cost at a later date, may be about a week or 2 later.". Surprisingly, i never received any call from green honda to inquire about the quality of their service from them. I can challenge them on this issue! This is only a trick and sympathy to play with the customers that heavy rush and improper cleaning, actually its a way to avoid the work and mint money from the customers. Pl show one customer where they have reduced their pricing on account of improper service!

      Timelines given were never adhered or obeyed. This is not a new story and i am very sure that green honda have more than required stories to justify the delay in service. Why do they commit? They only know to give exaggerated estimates and bill less to claim that they have saved your money. I have enough evidences to show that they have given the items which are not essential but given as part of mandatory service only to increase their billing. 3. Insufficient parking and improper management while receiving - i again have a point to challange where i was asked to wait at the vehicle and a service engineer will be sent for taking the vehicle. I can not explain my anger in words as i was made to wait so much time in hot summer and security personnel have no clue who is going to attend the vechicle and when i enquire at service desk, i get the same answer that pl wait at the vehicle..

      This is an attempt to consolidate the problems i had encountered as recently as 3 days back but these issues include instances about an year back. Given a chance, i never recommend any of my friends to go to this place and ofcourse, i stand on top to avoid green honda. But i have no choice as of now. Hope i will receive some response from some one on my issues. I do not want to write all my issues at one go. There are issues with the staff, behaviour, security, and many more. Will come out with more feedback soon (About the instances of theaft of equipemnt from my car at showroom)

        I had clutch replacement twice in 60k for honda amaze diesel. Current appears to be unfit for diesel version. I had honda city which i drove 1 lakh kms without changing the clutch.

        Also amaze suspension is horrendous. Cabin nvh is poor.

        I was a big fan of honda when i was driving city zx but my current amaze would be last buy from honda due to recent experience with your inferior quality parts.

          I have purchased honda jazz on 30th june 2017 from sundaram honda, vijayawada and i found air conditioning is very very bad with the car and i made a complaint with the dealer immediately. They have tested and refilled with gas and told me to see for some more miles. Even after driving few hundreds of kilometers i am not satisfied and when i went for 1st service i reported again. They said they tested and did something and it's fine as per them. But even after it's not at all satisfactory even with the comparison with maruti alto 800. I request you to take the subject seriously and do the needful. I never expected honda product will be this much worse. Hoping to hear from you.

            Respected sir,
            I recently purchased honda cb shine at thiruvarur branch tamilnadu.
            Dt :[protected] till now i closed 1000 m only. But my engine is producing too much of over heating. At the time of 600 km itself.
            So i conduct thiruvarur service center for the complaints. They do the first service.
            But the problem is continuously accord even i drive 4 km.
            The day next of my 1st service they do one full day service and reply we solve the problem but the problem is still continue i can not drive the bike more then 5 km for the heat problem.

              Dear mr complain receiver,
              I would like to mention that i have a minor scratch in the back of the body of the car. I wanted to claim my insurance for the paint job. For the purpose i have given my car to highway honda, bhubaneswar on wednesday i. E 02.08.17. The service manager committed to give the car by saturday i. E on today (05.08.17). But they have failed to deliver the car by today and asking me to wait for monday for a minor scratch. Last time around the same has happened and they failed to deliver the car by the committed day. When i asked the head manager about the problem they have resolved the issue and did the job on the same day within three hour time from the scratch.
              I need to tell you that these people are not at all professional in carrying out their job and failing to deliver anything in time. I have bought a car for 12 lakhs rupees and simply can not enjoy it by sending it to service center. You are requested to intervene into the matter and do the needful for atleast a bit of satisfaction on buying honda car. It is really pathetic to see the satisfaction rate in the web site but hoping for the best.

                I have purchased honda city car from vision honda muvattupuzha on 11.04.2017. After rain there is water condensation on both head lamps. I reported the matter with the dealer for which they have given the following reply.

                Regarding the concern of headlight fog, we already tested your car and communicated to you, this is a natural phenomenon and not a defect in the part.

                The said phenomenon occurs due to condensation of air within headlight due in difference in temperature within and outside the headlight. While observation of your car the fog formation disappeared with change in air temperature and no water ingress was detected.

                You would appreciate the same phenomenon happens on glass filled with cold water, windshield/window glass in rainy/winter season etc.

                Please be assured that your car is in pristine condition and covered under honda care program of hsci.

                We assure you our best service at all the times.
                Photo of head lamps after rain is attached. Please replace the faulty head light.

                  The poorest handling of the vehicle if i had ever seen is done in the workshops of honda! Yesterday i called up harmony honda chandigarh because i needed to get the disc pads as the old ones were finished! The honda representative said they are available and when i reached the show room he took my car after all the 15 min paper work to the garage! After 1 hour i called him up regarding the work of my honda amaze ch 01 au 7737 and then he replies sir i was about to call you and says the parts required for your car are out of stock! I mean it took 1 hour to confirm that the parts are available or not? Disgusting. Then when he gave me back my car i was so frustrated about this whole this mess! I came to the service center! None of my vehicle work was done then he asks me to pay 414 rs for the labor! No work still i had to pay! And when i reach my home the mats of car were missing! It was such a horrible experience i would never go back to such a firm who can not even take care of the customers car accessories. I would never recommend any one to go for honda! Sahil thakur

                    My name is sujatha gudala, i purchased a honda jazz s petrol from pride honda madhapur, hyderabad.

                    While my visit to the show room before buying the car, i interacted with their executive by name gana. I inquired about jazz variants and differences. I very clearly told him that safety and abs is my first priority. As he advised honda jazz s petrol, i went for it and took this car on 30/06/2017, this weekend i happened to a long drive and while doing break the abs system not functioning. Fortunately i was able to avoid an accident.

                    I got a doubt on abs and started inquiring about it. Now i got the conclusion from your customer care team that this model don't have abs which made me completely upset and unsecured.

                    I need help from honda team or pride team in this issue as i get into this problem without my mistake.

                      Every tym i give scooty for servicing n the problem starts in the scooty i don't know what they do at the tym of service i have to take it again to the showroom. This tym it was heights i gave as the battery wasn't working. For three days i had to take rounds of the showroom it was too embarrassing to go again and again. I came out crying plz fo improve ur services else it wont work out. The showroom was kasliwal showroom on pilyahana road.

                        The courtesy Honda is holding my car for 24 days...They are fraud cheap and shameless... After 100 of emails and call the shameless GM and VP are not ready to return the car...

                          I owe amaze petrol since my beginning of my purchase of the car the front and back glass is not clear during rainy season especially during night time driving its been very tough to see the opposite vehicles i have given a complaint to honda customer care but no one has taken a proper action on this and to be shame being a new car it was very hard to give a mileage of max 13 on highways with maximum speed of 80-100 atleast no person from honda team were unable to sort out the issue and no response from them, please dont go for honda vehicles from now. This is not the problem from service center its the problem from honda company where they have reduced their standards and left the customers with nill customer satisfaction

                            I usually give my car for service at Capital Honda, Mennambakkam, Chennai . Last month, when i gave the car for service it did not had paint spillage on left side front, above wheel . When the car was delivered at my residence by Honda driver in the night around 9.30 PM i could not notice the spillage as it was dark . Next day morning i noticed and informed customer relations manager, who promised to get back . As there was no response i took the car and showed to him . But they said it is not their fault and the paint was there even before . when i told them there is no remark aboiut it in the service sheet given before taking vehicle for service, they simply said that due to dust it was not noticed . I am a customer of Honda for five years and when my real complaint was not entertained i felt hurt and as there was no meaning in arguing with them i came back .

                              Started water leakage last year.. Got it repaired twice at vapi service station.. Atlest for 10 days!!
                              No tsure about the solution as the monsoon went off..
                              This year in 2017v... The same problem has started again...

                              Shall i have ti send it for repair in every monsoon??

                                Hi sir/madam
                                I have purchased a Honda BR-V1.5S MT (I-DTEC) on 4th June 2017 by Grace Honda Jamshedpur (Narbheram Motors pvt. Ltd.). After first servicing one of the horn stopped working, after several attempt by the service mechanic they are not able to resolve the issue. I was told that the horn will be replaced under warranty. Its very difficult to drive such a big SUV in traffic the voice of the horn is so low any moment it may cause an accident. Now from the show room customer care people are telling the horn is not available any were in India, and you have to wait. Please feel within a month if any customer will face such issue like horn. it is disgusting. At the time of purchase 2 months back the accessories called door garnish which is still pending.

                                Requesting you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

                                  Honda city diesel was purchased by angad singh aulakh in june 2014 through your dealer emerald honda at ahemdabad. The decision to purchase the vehicle was taken after great deliberations &keeping the company's reputation in mind. However it is with with great anguish & pain that i approach you that your company has failed me miserably. Its only the grace of god that has saved me & my family miraculously. On 29/30 july night my vehicle met with an accident on the porbander city road, dangerous enough to snuff out our lives, but the car's airbags failed to open up. It was by sheer grace of the almighty that i am alive & corressponding with you. Please intimate me the reasons for this dysfunction on priority 0r else i shall use other options available tio me as your client.

                                    I went to the sunshine honda to purchase new honda amaze for commercial use on 22nd july 2017. I made a booking for amaze s (O) mt diesel variant and paid rs.2, 100 as booking amount via imps to dealer's account and asked for delivery on 31st of the month i. E. Monday and the dealer got agreed for the delivery and he assured me for that. After that on monday i. E. 24th july, the sales manager called me and asked for applying for the loan and i said i already applier for car loan then he asked me to pay the down payment about 1 lakh rupees instantly so he will made a order to get new car at his store, it sounds weird because i already paid the booking amount as mentioned above but i paid him 1 lakh rupees via imps on next day to his account just for get my car on said day. Then next day i. E. Wednesday sales manager called me and said the color i chose which is not in stock and it will be available in next month with no date commitment, so he asked me to change the variant and pay 40k more. I made a thought and i agreed to go with that variant which is sx variant and he promised me to deliver on either saturday or monday. On thursday morning i called him and asked for booking the sx variant and he said that he booked my car but now all that he need is disbursal order for my loan from bank. I contact bank person to send the d. O. To dealer so i can bill my car and take delivery on monday. On saturday evening he got the mail from bank side and after getting the d. O. The sales manager is telling me that car is not in stock and he can't give me that car until 10th of next month or he is offering me to change the color option and go with the only white colour which i already refused in starting. I placed order for. Golden brown metallic and i need it on monday morning anyhow. Due to this inappropriate behavior of sales officer, i cancelled my all plans just because of this ridiculous behaviour of the sales manager from honda. I took money on interest from various places to get this car and planned to pay back by the income from commercial use of. This car.

                                    So i would like to request honda that this kind of behaviour is spoiling the reputation of brand and please take a strict action against that sales officer whose name is tahir hussain contact no. [protected].

                                        It was shocking that not even rectify the single complaint! Many time i complaint same things but they did not doing any thing. My complaint is when we ride 100-200km speed the car gets vibration. What the service side is saying that in india we have to ride only 100km speed above that we have this vibration problem! Worst service station in pondicherry (Capital honda)
