it was observed after 2nd service that performance of car goes down and avg. 10km/ltr, Door window gasket open, navigator not working
Sir I bought Honda city avn in 2012. Distance from my home to Ghos Brother Guwahati is about 350 km. They told me at selling time that they offer home servicing. I offer total TA DA and every expenditure but they couldn't respond me.

    I got the bike in time but at the time of regstration he have given me t/r number of blue colour i have complaint six months back since thers a no response from one of your showroom i. E located at sadhadhivpet dist: sangareddy

    I have given that whole papers back to that showroom owner at that time they have mistaken in colour...
    But now they are just saying me that i haven't given any kind of documentation to them...
    Please help me get rid of this # i am facing so much problem regarding this...
    Now please you guys let me know what should i have to do next? Because i am unable to drive over that bike anywhere...

      I hv purchased a honda jazz cvt 4 wheeler from your rajahmundry (A. P.) dealer on 5th of april 2017 and at the time of second free service in july, 2017, i requested the service executive to change one of the wheel with the spare-wheel provided along with the vehicle (To avoid the tyre of the spare wheel getting brittle, which may happen due to not using continuously for quite a long period - this is my experience with my old vehicle).

      Then came the reply from your service executive to my surprize, "sir, the spare wheel provided to jazz vehicles is of 15" size and where as all 4 fitted wheels are of 14"and hence it should not be used for regular use and to be used only on exigencies that to for a short while only". Yes, if it is of a different size, i agree with him, as the use of 15"wheel along with 3 other 14" wheel will definitely affect the wheel-alignment and i have to incurr cost for its rectification.

      Immediately, i approached and requested sri srinivasa raju, the gm at the dealer's outlet, to arrange for a replacement of the spare-wheel provided with the vehicle, which is not compatible with other wheels. He said that he is helpless, as the company is providing only 15"spare wheel along with, especially, jazz model vehicles and he had gone further saying that this information was already there in the brochure provided to me. After reaching my home, i perused the brochure, but nothing sort of such information (That spare wheel is of a different sized one) is found. Then i contacted the sales manager, mr. Prasad and appraised him of my demand for replacement of the wheel as above and he promissed to look into the matter and to refer to your company, if necessary.

      But, when i contacted him again yesterday, he informed me to make a reference to you directly.

      Therefore, i am making this complaint to you to understand my problem in all perspective and arrange for a compatible wheel of the same size with that of the other 4 wheels. I believe, it may not pose any problem to resolve this issue, as i am only asking for a less costler wheel in exchange of a 15" alloy wheel. Which must be more costlier.

      You will definitely understand my concern, as i will be forced to incurr recurring costs towards setting right the problem of wheel alignment, every time i put this incompatible spare wheel even for a short while in exigencies. Which i do not want to. Moreover, this type of providing a spare-wheel of different size is not in vogue with any of the car manufacturers and even for your other models, i believe.

      Further, it should not pose any problem for you, as mostly these wheels and tyres you procure from outsoursing supplies.

        Hello, i have purchased honda amaze car in feb 2017 from crystal honda viman nagar, pune. I was referred by my sister for buddy loyalty bonus of 5000 points. We generated the required voucher and submitted it to the dealer (Mr. Pranay). Till now even after so many follow ups, i haven't been given confirmation on car seat cover availability. This is very bad service.

          I gave my car no up 16 aw 4047 for service and minor scraches on 06 july 2017... To ace honda noida service centre.. Today 12 days passed.. When i approached for collecting the car. It was not repaired only fraction work was done.. On inquring service adviser abhay told that he got only that approval. Then i contact insurance agent saurabh juneja.. Who told it was a missed in mail... These people are making me fool from last 12 days making a number of excuses... Honda i have not expected this from you.. Pathetic experience

            At the time of sales i was told by the sales person that best quality parts are used in their cars like the headlights have very long life, the windshield wiper blades are of long life silicon rubber. Now its just 6 months i bought the car, but having a very poor visibility while driving in rain. 3-4 times called the sales executive but no one turned up, which shows they know about its poor quality.
            This was not expected from the honda family.

              Eastern honda service centre picked my car for first servicing on due date but returned the car without doing any serving. On complaing to the service centre they picked up my car after almost 2 months but once again returned the car without filling up service log book.
              This service centre seems to be run by unprofessional and untrained employees.
              I sufferred loss of fuel cost twice that way for around 60 km.

              i am an existing user of honda amaze.I left my for claim at your agency in mohali last monday i.e. 10/07. The dealer had committed to repair the vehicle within 3-4 days . Today, after a week when i went to collect my vehicle the repair work was not even started.I request you to take action againt this delay in service and give a solution to the problem as soon as possible. contact number [protected].

              This is to inform that i left my car (PB 65 W 0999) at the honda agency mohali . It was committed that the car would be reapared within 3-4 days but it has been above a week but still the repair work has not been started.                 I bought honda city vx cvt in jan 2015. After couple of months itself... I started getting problems in horn. I complained at car fist service also at prime honda, ansal plaza, vaishali ghaziabad, up.

                Itney adjusted the horn and said that it is design problem and horn is not compatible to india conditions. It is under 7 years warranty so get it corrected when ever u find any problem. After couple of weeks of 1st service, i again complained for same and prime honda changed the horn in nov 2015 just after 10 months of new car. It worked fine for 4-5 months then started giving problem again. I complained about it at every service of car and prime honda adjusted it every time. Last week i got my car serviced at prime honda again as regular service and honda did not look into it and said that warranty jas been over. It was under 2 years warranty
                They did not behave properly also and denied to look into this.

                I am really very very disappointed with this. I spent 14 lac at honda brand and i am getting this in return...

                I would you to please look into this. This is spoiling honda image. This could be the reason why honda sales has gone down so much in last 2 years. This service centres are the main culprits.

                I do not know whether itnis correct forum or not but please look into this matter very seriously. Take it to sales and sercice head.

                  I had given my city 2017 to falcon honda services at nashik. The vehicle was purchased on 24.06.2017 and given for replacement of rear bumper on 10.07.2017 post an accident. Even after four complete days, the service station - falcon honda, nashik could not give a date of delivery saying they have no information when they will receive the bumper from their mumbai office. Also understand that they have been told to cancel the old order and place fresh order for the bumper. That means the delay continues further. Also understand that the delay is due to gst!!!

                    I had booked my honda mobilio for replacing wind shield wiper's water supply tube which was bitten by a rat on 11/07/17, at white field honda, bangalore. The reception desk person told me that, their service manager will call me, which never happened for two days. So i called back to reception desk, they told me again that, their service manager will call me, which never happened. I again called them on 14th and fixed appointment for 15th but few minutes later they called me and told me that if i leave my car on 15th, they will deliver the car only on 17th evening. Does it take so much time for changing a tube. I have changed it myself personally in 15 minutes. I am bringing this to your notice, because i called the customer care on phone and took up this matter with them and it was of no use.

                      I am owning an honda city vehicle number kl 17 n 8626 while on 3rd service after taking the vehicle at vision motors private limited, muvattupuzha (17531km) they advised me to change the front wheel brake pads and they had replaced the same. But again when i am giving for next service at (25149 km) at the same service centre they had advised to change again the brake pad as it got weared again, where with the new brake pad after changing and the brakes equiped with abs the vehicle drove only for nearly 7500km
                      This is really unacceptable where a brake pad average life ranges from 30000km to 50000km depends upon the highrange drive to highway drive, the new brake pad changed for me is only lasted for 7500km and brakes are equiped with abs, the service advisor explanation was really not convincing so requesting for look into the matter

                        I gave my honda city for service with capital honda, meenambakkam, chennai on 12.07.2017. Car was picked up by honda's driver at 7.15 am but was delivered only around 9.15 pm after my repeated calls. When i saw the car on 13th morning, i could notice grey paint spillage in the front left side (Above wheel) and complained to the customer care officer. As there was no proper response i took the vehicle and showed to him at the service center. He vehemently rejected my claim and said that this would not have happened at the service center. I told him this might have happened when the vehicle was in possession of the driver but he said honda is not responsible. I am owning honda for the past 10 years and this is my second vehicle. I tried to convince him saying i need not take up this issue if it did not happened after i handed over the car to the driver, but he was not believing. I thought its not worth talking and convincing and came back. I am sure that the rectification work is not going to cost much as its a small area that got affected, but the way in which he did not believe the customer was shocking. Hope honda will take appropriate steps to attend to this.

He assured me that he will provide me daily status update of my car from wed 12-jul-17 but nothing happened till date.

                          Despite repeat follow up and mailing, I still have no response from Honda. Are they human beings? Don't they have common sense or heart? They are behaving worse and very unprofessional. Looks like they are unfit to be in business.

                            We booked car honda jazz 2016 model, through your reprentative of mr bharat & mr satish patil (Sangli)
                            Due old model, they offered me deal of rs 9, 30, 000/- original price is rs10, 52, 487/-
                            We given rs 1, 50, 000/- payment on same time on 21/07/2017,
                            And asked to to give balance payment after loan approval, also given loan application in lic on my father name who is club member of lic,
                            We got the loan approval in last week but sales representative mr satish patil called me asked that will not give the car as per our deal price, you have to give rs 990000 for same
                            We are very much disappointed with the service of company like honda cars india,
                            Our loan cheque also ready but representatives mr satish patil and mr bharat are asking extra payment because of this my fatther is very much disappointed, as bp patients my fater got admitted last night
                            We are very much dissatisfied with the behaviour of my satish patil & mr bharat

                            Kindly help me on same, give us this car as per agreed deal or refund our rs1, 50, 000/- with interest

                              This mail is bring you in notice that i purchased a vehicle (Honda jazz) from divine honda dehradun which invoice was raised on 31 dec 2016. The vehicle is registered on the name of mrs. Seema devi with the registration no. O[censored]p81-bp7070 (Aligarh). Just a few days after the purchase i started getting calls from divine honda for my regular vehicle service. I told them its just been a few days and not even a month, upon this divine honda told me that i am already late for vehicle service. On confirming the purchase date they told me my vehicle was purchased on 31 aug 2016 i. E. 4 months before the vehicle was handed over to me. I told them it must a mistake and to kindly rectify it but on further enquiries i came to know my vehicle was already sold to mamta arya a resident of haridwar on 31 aug 2016 and the same date has been mentioned in delight software. This accordingly means i have paid money for a new vehicle wherever i have been handed over a second hand vehicle. Due to this i have lost 4 months warranty of my car. I told telephonically the same story to divine honda and asked for a justified reason for why they sold me a second hand vehicle but no calls or replies from them as if now. Sir i am very much tensed for this fraud so i would highly appreciate if you could look into this matter.

                                I purchased a new honda city vx cvt model facelift edition automatic in march 2017. On the day of delivery itself noticed the hood alignment was improper, and from the third day, the brake lights fails to turn off which led to battery drain out thrice... Road side assistance had to be called.. Next comes the brake issue.. There is loud noise from the brakes while reversing the car always... Was told their is a rust formation in the brakes and not to clean with water... Shocking and surprising.. My car cleaning boy everyday wipes the car with wetcloth and is that the reason for the rusting of brakes?..in the third month there was a noise while running the car.. The reason said was the fault in ac and and changed the parts.. But still the noise continues.. A bad odour is coming from the ac everytime we start it...
                                Have bought 3 cars in the past from different brands.. Did not face any issues like this. After spending 15 lakhs change now to buy a car, that too for a honda brand.. Facing so many issues in a new model. I am told now that in the warranty period, diagnose will be done to sort out issues. What after that?
                                Being a woman and self driving, i maintain my cars so well with regular maintenance.. This is a mental harassment for me asking me to bring the car for check ups so many times..in a span of 3 months so many issues in the car.. What after a year?... I demand for an extended warranty as i do not know what issues will come next always and am driving my car with fear.. If this is not taken care of.. I will have to go legal.
                                I feel so sad that i am unable to say proudly i am an honda customer.

                                  It has been more than 2 yrs i have bought my activa 3g from hindon honda that is situated at meerut road ghaziabad. I have no doubt that honda is a bad manufacturer but at the time of service the authories dealers provide so bad facility that people will not suggest any one to buy honda vehicels. At the time of paid services u will find that how much great mistake u have done... I want to tell honda that you must be strict towards your agencies and it is your duty to not to let these types of dealers (Hindon honda) to run there agencies.

                                    I advise having purchased a honda city cvt from m/s ring road honda showroom located at janpath, new delhi. My observations as under : -

                                    I) the head light of the car were changed with the other vehicle.
                                    Ii) at the time of fixing number place/seat cover a dent was noticed. The general manager said we don't have the expertise at our show room and the same will be get removed at the time of service. The service centre could not remove the dent and advised to go to body shop. The gm did not pay any heed to my request and bluntly said it will not be removed at the body shop, we will not pay for it. The reasons are best known to him.
                                    Iii) the cash memo for the accessories was paid.
                                    Iv) the accessories were priced over and above the printed rate.
                                    V) corporate discount payment is still pending.
                                    Vi) number of advices for car were raised. No control over the accounts people.
                                    These are the illustrative grievances and not the exhaustive one.

                                      I have visited prime honda vaishali on 3 july 2017 at 4pm for car scanning, there was misfiring in engine. I was attended by the mr mahesh exceutive he told me that our car scanner printer is not working as it was 4.40 when he told me this, at it was time to close down the car submission they made a excuse for it, i think prime honda is a renowned n big service centre among all other service centre, i always prefer n recommend my friend circle for honda cars as they are low maintenance car, reliable n good service. When i called on the one 2 one telephone number she said 'sir hosakta ha printer kharab mein kya kare sakti hu' this type of reply from a honda never expected that. I recieved a call from abhay too.

                                      I'm attaching the job card number n gate pass where mahesh has signed n written the excuse... He might thought gate pass will be submitted at the gate n i will not get any proof of what he has written.

                                      Please do the needful otherwise i will take it to the social media n higher level.

                                        I am experiencing the worst part of services in my life-time from whitefield honda. I have already provided feedback to you through your website on 7-jul-17 but i have not received any response from you people. This gives me an impression that, whole of whitefield honda group from top to bottom level of employees do not care for customers.

                                        My vehicle wrv-ka53 me 1162 was given to whitefield honda, bodyshop, bangalore workshop on 29-jun-2017 for repair. It required insurance coverage and the survey was done only on 3-jul-2017. Why do you people require 5 days to get survey done? Is your insurance supervisor veerendar so worst in coordination?? Finally, though the inspection was done on 3-july and approval obtained, till today-10-jul-17 (12 days over), your supervisor veerendar doesn't give any updates on what happened to my vehicle. I have not seen such a worst person in my lifetime when it comes to customer services. Infact, i was calling him daily from 3-july-2017 till 7-july-2017 to check on the status of my vehicle. But, he doesn't have any information. He says, he will update me on the same evening but till date, he has not bothered to me call even once and update me. I call him the next day and again check and his answer is the same. Is he so shameless and anti-customer??

                                        I am not aware what you people did with my vehicle, as he is not able to give me any updates. You people need to learn from maruthi dealers who deliver within 3 days to customer for any kind of repair. Above all, they keep the customer updated at every step. Whereas you honda people don't keep customers informed about the status, despite the customer's calling daily and asking for the vehicle and its status.

                                        Due to your carelessness and unprofessional way of working, i have lost more than rs. 3000.

                                        I am not sure, if any action will be taken by you on seeing this mail, as i lost all confidence on honda and especially the unprofessional and useless employee veerendar who is worst in customer interactions.

                                        For sure, i am not going to recommend to anyone about choosing honda cars and especially whitelfield honda. After discussing with many of my friends, i received the same kind of feedback from almost all. I think, i am the next victim.
