I am experiencing the worst part of services in my life-time from whitefield honda. I have already provided feedback to you through your website on 7-jul-17 but i have not received any response from you people. This gives me an impression that, whole of whitefield honda group from top to bottom level of employees do not care for customers.

My vehicle wrv-ka53 me 1162 was given to whitefield honda, bodyshop, bangalore workshop on 29-jun-2017 for repair. It required insurance coverage and the survey was done only on 3-jul-2017. Why do you people require 5 days to get survey done? Is your insurance supervisor veerendar so worst in coordination?? Finally, though the inspection was done on 3-july and approval obtained, till today-10-jul-17 (12 days over), your supervisor veerendar doesn't give any updates on what happened to my vehicle. I have not seen such a worst person in my lifetime when it comes to customer services. Infact, i was calling him daily from 3-july-2017 till 7-july-2017 to check on the status of my vehicle. But, he doesn't have any information. He says, he will update me on the same evening but till date, he has not bothered to me call even once and update me. I call him the next day and again check and his answer is the same. Is he so shameless and anti-customer??

I am not aware what you people did with my vehicle, as he is not able to give me any updates. You people need to learn from maruthi dealers who deliver within 3 days to customer for any kind of repair. Above all, they keep the customer updated at every step. Whereas you honda people don't keep customers informed about the status, despite the customer's calling daily and asking for the vehicle and its status.

Due to your carelessness and unprofessional way of working, i have lost more than rs. 3000.

I am not sure, if any action will be taken by you on seeing this mail, as i lost all confidence on honda and especially the unprofessional and useless employee veerendar who is worst in customer interactions.

For sure, i am not going to recommend to anyone about choosing honda cars and especially whitelfield honda. After discussing with many of my friends, i received the same kind of feedback from almost all. I think, i am the next victim.

    Today the 8th July, I left my Honda City Car for Service at TRIDENT Honda on Mysore Road, Bengaluru (Near RR Nagar Arch).

    While taking delivery on same day evening, I was surprised to note that vehicle has not been washed. They have only done the Internal works like oil change, Filter clean etc. The car engine side inside the bonnet is also not cleaned.

    The reason I understand is that the pollution board has restricted them to use Water. In that case they should have informed us at the time of taking Vehicle for Service and they should reduce the Paid Service charges for not washing the Vehicle. This is really unethical on part of Honda.

    I am very disappointed and the Image I carry on Honda was really spoiled.

    I am now forced to take my car to a private garage for washing which I don't like.

    Sir, i m investing 12lacks in honda car.i think i m a fool, i hav seen many cars n had finally selected to buy honda wr v, but the response frm the dealer is [censored] coming out...so plz

      Got New Honda city ivtec vx from Deep Honda amritsar punjab. Dealer did not give proper information about memory card containing navigation software.my kid tried to put songs in same memory card and deleted navigation software.now dealer didnt listen complaint and says nothing can be done as software cant be loaded again.earlier they asked for 9000 rupees.dealer is just fooling me.i am really ashamed to have Honda city as my new car. Dealer is not paying any attention to the complaint and simply harrasing me.

      My Honda City Car No. PB18-V-6745 has met with an accident and I have handed over my car to the to M/s Deep Honda, Fatehgarh Churian, Amritsar r on 23/8/2021 evening for lodging the claim.

      But I regret to inform you that the aforesaid Dealer is stating that they are unable to register the claim and depute online surveyor against the above policy due to some technical error at the end of National ins Co.Ltd.

      I have even contacted the local office of National Insurance Co.Ltd. at Court Road, Amritsar but no proper response has been given to me in this regard and my vehicle is lying idle at the aforesaid dealer for the last three days without deputation of surveyor and non-lodging of claim which is a gross neglicence at your part as well as Deep Honda, Amritsar as period of more than 72 hours has passed but no claim could be lodged by either office.

      Through this mail, I request you to redress my grievance at the earliest possible otherwise I would have left with no option but to address my grievance before the DCRF, Amritsar for deficiency in service.

        I have honda amaze car.Registration number-GJ-01-RY-0014.Insurance policy number-ITG/82328347.My car got accidented six days ago.I had been put my car at honda service station at bopal-aambli road, Ahmedabad.There was an issue created.my car had been accidented by an auto rickshaw at the left side.The insurance company said that only left side fender and co driver door can be repaired as per policy but the issue was that there was a also a damage at the rear left side door.Insurance company said that they can not be recovered rear left side door.I want the full support from the honda.You must have to have a fight with the insurance company.Otherwise if i fight i can also put that issue at the consumer court and also in media.my car is located at the honda service station.solve this issue in short time.I have not enough time for this type of nonsence.Contact me soon.

          Our car UP14CY 7071 got serviced on 03/07/2017 and our complaints are as under.
          Delivery time was 6.30PM but handed over at 9PM that too without attending my work.
          inside cleaning was not done even layer of dust can be seen after lowering any window glass.
          Lot of dust is accumulative on every hinge of door.While complaining to service adviser it was told that it's a special silicon grease & can't be replaced with new one as it's very expansive.As a mechanical engineer I can't buy this statement.

            I own a Honda city automatic which was purchased in Dec 2016. since I bought the car, music system is not functioning properly. I had given it for service 5 times but still no result. At last company has denied any assistance and the dealer has no clue how to resolve this. this is the worst ever experience in buying a high value brand like Honda and wasting 13 lacs of hard earned amount.               Car was purchased in May 2015. It has stalled/refused to start 4 times, and I've had to call roadside assistance. each time new problem has been detected.
              In 2015 the wire harness under dashboard had been relaid and stated as manufacturing defect. Subsequently it was replaced.
              So far the battery (replaced twice), starter motor, fuse, wire harness, horn, starter switch has been replaced. The car was returned to me on 24th June after changing battery and is back for repair today with AC not working and blower making noise.

              How many parts will Honda replace before they realize they need to replace car!! what calamity do they need to happen before Honda admits they have rolled out a defective piece!! What will it take for Honda to wake up!! Everytime the car is returned to me I'm assured it has been fully checked. Was it not tested for these same parameters when it was rolled out of the factory?

              All I ask for is a car which can be relied on to perform when I need to use it!! A car which doesn't leave me and my daughter stranded on dark roads at night in an unsafe city like Delhi, which doesn't force me to travel by cabs at night.

              My earlier car, a Toyota, didn't give me quarter of this trouble even after 100000 km.

                This has reference to the above subject. I have bought a honda wrw vx mt from hallmark honda dealer, having taken the delivery of the vehicle on 30.6.17. I had a poor customer service from the dealer as mentioned in the below points.

                1. Poor follow up: i had visited the dealer twice to have a look at the vehicle. The marketing executive just did not follow up with me to know my decision. I had inquired with another dealer (Regent honda) in mumbai. The executive from the dealer not only kept in touch with me on a regular basis, but also came and met me at my office with his team leader.
                2. Autozone: i desired to sell my existing vehicle and buy the new wrw. I visited the hallmark autozone to get my car evaluated. I did not get a proper evaluation value, only a rough amount of rs 4.5 lac was indicated. The team leader of regent got my vehicle evaluated and helped me sell the car at rs 5.5 lacs (Rs 1.0 lac more than hallmark honda)
                3. Delivery period: while enquiring for the delivery period i was informed that the delivery period is 4 weeks and booking had to be done in the beginning of the month. Based on the number of vehicles allocated by honda to them they could tell me the period. I had informed them that i needed the vehicle immediately and i would be making a out right purchase. The color of the vehicle was also decided. Regent honda when they met me informed that the vehicle is available when i enquired.
                4. Loan for vehicle: i had already informed that i didnot need any finance to buy the car. Yet the executive of hallmark honda kept asking as to if i needed financing. Why was i being asked? Does he get a cut.
                5. Follow up by hallmark: i decided to procure the vehicle from them as it was close to my residence and i had already procured brio from the showroom. I also get my city serviced from the showroom. Inspite of having a long association with the showroom they did not follow up regularly with me. Once i decided to buy the car, i immediately deposited the booking amount of rs 25000 on 21.6.17. I transferred rs 1, 50, 000 on 22.6.17. On 22.6.17 i receive the first follow up call from hallmark. The person asked me of the decision taken by me for the vehicle as i had visited the showroom to inquiry. The person was not aware that the purchase decision was already made and the amounts had already been paid. Does the right hand not know that the left hand does. On thursday i receive a call from the showroom telling me that i need to pay the balance amount by end of day (Friday). I had already informed the gm sales that the balance amount would be paid by tuesday morning (The next week) as it was long weekend with the banks being closed which the gm sales agreed. As the person asked for the money by friday evening i made necessary arrangements for the fund transfer by friday afternoon. When i enquired on saturday morning regarding the progress in documentation as the total amount had been paid, i was informed that the work would start only on tuesday. The question is why was the amount being asked on friday when no work was going to be done. When i asked the dealer i did not receive a satisfactory reply.
                6. Payment receipts: the executive of hallmark came to my office to complete the documentation (Welcome kit). As he was coming i had requested for the receipts of payments made to be brought. When he came he conveniently forgot to bring the receipts. He then sent the receipts through whats app.
                7. Delivery of vehicle: i had informed the showroom that i would be taking the delivery on 30.6.17 at 3.30. I was informed that i should spare around 1 hour for the delivery. On reaching the showroom on time my experience with my family was as follows: a) the vehicle was not ready for delivery inspite of informing the time well in advance (2 days) b) the accessories requested and paid for were not available and could not be fitted and vehicle delivery taken without the accessories. The showroom had to make only 3 car delivery on the date. On enquiring i found that the showroom did not have the accessory for a long time and had ordered for it. They were not sure when the same would be available. The question is why ask for payment when the parts are not available. I was also informed that when the accessories came i would have to pay the additional gst amount. I cannot seem to understand the reason, as the car was being bought pre gst. C) the airconditioning of the showroom is not working (This has been seen in my past visits also). We were made to sit in a warm showroom without any body attending to us (The executive kept coming and going). He did not have any other delivery or customer to attend to, then why were we not given proper attention. D) the 1 hour to take delivery was being taken to understand the documents (Takes 5 minutes) and getting a proper brief of the working of the car features. The proper brief /explanation of the features was not given. The connectivity of the phone with the audio system for hands free could not be done, and was informed that probably iphone 7 was not compatible (Which i did not agree).in short the experience while taking delivery was very poor and would rate the same as 4 on a scale of 10.
                I have expressed my experiences above and hope that someone makes note of the same and takes necessary actions to resolve my issues to make me a satisfied happy customer. I would be happy to hear from you informing the corrective actions taken.

                  My honda mobilio vehicle no tn 22db 2903 broke down on the way from chennai to bangalore on 25/06/2017. From 11:30am we have been contacting the honda roadside assistance. I was told that one person is coming. After repeated calls one mr. Joseph asked us, if you want any service, bring the vehicle to the honda service station (This is not the kind of response we expect from a reputed company like honda). We were stranded on the road with 93 year old mother with no help. Finally we arranged to toe the vehicle to magnum honda, no 27/2 kanakapura main road, raghuvanahalli, next to ksit college bangalore, 560 062. The honda service station took the vehicle in at 4:25pm after being toed by us. What a wonderful road side assistance!!!
                  From that day we have been regularly contacting the service station and no proper and responsible response has been received. Once we visited the service station personally (On 27th afternoon) and inquired.in spite of all these no proper response from the service station as the condition of the vehicle and possible type of work to be done and the possible date we could take the vehicle. What we have been receiving are irresponsible responses. I did not expect this from honda.
                  I made a complaint this evening by phone. The person took the complaint and assured that this will be followed up. He also said that, since there was some issue he could not issue a ticket number. I was confused about this issue not being able to issue a complaint number for future follow up. Hence i am making this appeal to do the needful so that i get the correct and proper information and my vehicle back to me in good condition. I will pursue further, for the agony the old women, stranded on the road, on account of the negligence of honda road side assistance, and the inconvenience without a vehicle and uncertainty over when the vehicle will be ready.
                  I do hope that honda management will resolve this issue!!

                  Agree with you, they survive by fraudulently selling spares parts even by creating problems in the car. This is how they survive and make money. My engine and Ac are spoiled just to make up extra 50000 Rs at Magnum Honda

                  Mayur Bansal, Harjot Singh, SR PATIL, are systematically playing fraud. Honda spares, services are nothing but scam. They repair nothing, but change everything for 4 to 10 times more price. Total thieves.

                  Same way they looted me in Road side Assistance subscription, So many times called never got any assistance, So much waste of money. Cheating customers on the name of RSA which never works. In India road side mechanics are much faster, efficient and knowledgeable . This looters from Honda are good for nothing except to pickpocket your money. My car is parked from 1 year without any help. they need to refund 20000 Rs fraudulently taken for service.

                    Hello sir, i have purchased an amaze automatic petrol car from courtesy honda chandigarh on 20 april 2017. Everytime we sit or use the car, the average is 10.7
                    and it is constant but the dealers mentioned clearly that the average will go around 11.0 or something .
                    And whenever we use the audio player(FM/AM) there are only punjabi songs going on . No other channel of songs is there . And one time servicing is also done .

                    The Front windshield wipers replacement was requested but apart from windshield polish, wipers were not replaced! I have no where to go apart from Honda service. If I go to grey market, they wouldnt accept my car at service!!!

                      My honda city car no: mh 02 br 0495, had been given to mr. Sujit for insurance claim & servicing, solitare had promised me to return my car by 3 to 4 days, it is 28 days still my car is not delivered.

                      I am highly disappointed my unprofessional service by solitaire honda borivali & mr sujit.

                      In last 28 days i must have made more then 75 calls to mr. Sujit, call center, service center, every time promised delivery in 1 day

                      If solitaire cannot handle regular customers like me, then how much would normal people suffer, either increase the capacity or shut down solitaire honda borivali branch

                        I have taken car from rr honda show room on 10th may, 2017 – hond wrv.

                        • after so many calls, i got the required documents.
                        • by continuous follow up calls, i have got the temporary registration no. On 26th may ’17. (After 16 days of car purchase)
                        • i am doing 2 ~ 3 calls daily, but not picked up my call. I have not received the final registration no. Yet & my trn already expired on 26th june '17. How can i drive my car?

                        Really it is very embarrassing moment for me & i have not heard such a incident from any of other show room.
                        I have not received registration no. Even after 45 days.


                        Kindly help me in this matter & confirm me following things on highest priority. Today itself. If it is not in your preview, kindly suggest the concern person to discuss.

                        1. Final registration no. Receiving by me. Date???
                        2. No. Plate will receive at your end to fix up in my car. Date???
                        3. Rc will be hand over to me. Date???

                          I have booked a honda city with landmark jamnagar. I have given booking amt cheque on saturday for honda city and had a word with your team that i want car delivery on coming thursday. Now your manager is calling me on monday evening that we are not able to deliver car on thursday. If your team is not confirmed whether they can give delivery on thursday or not than they should have kept this matter on hold by saying wait for our confirmation rather than confirming delivery on saturday at time of taking booking amt cheque.

                          In every communication i have insist them that date of delivery is important than car i. E thursday. But your team is saying that there is communication gap. That is no acceptable form your team.

                          This kind of services you are providing to your premium customers. I have booked premium car and i do have some reputation in market and just because of your miscommunication and carelessness my wish of getting car on thursday is not possible. That car was for gifting purpose on special day. You may understand the importance of gifting on special day

                            19th june 2017 i visited crystal honda wagholi pune to put my car for claim, i was told the claim cannot be raised unless the total documents are submitted. I had moved my car from baroda and hence endorsement from old dealer was necessary hence i left my car and told the advisor i ll mail the required documents and then she can raise the claim, post evening i got to know their was some name mismatch in policy and my new rc which occurred due to rto error hence endorsement was not possible, hence i called the advisory and told i would take the car back the next day. Next day i kept calling the advisor to tell ill come and pick the car but there was no response, finally this lady picked the call and i told her not to process the claim due to rc error but i get to see claim registered by then. When i went to show room i was told i cannot withdraw the claim till the survey gets over. I tried explain i never asked to raise the claim since documents were not sufficient and don't understand with whose permission the claim was raised, to my surprise insurance guys told me even if i withdraw the claim i cannot claim for same damage. Finally i requested for withdrwal, paid 1500 inr as cost against estimated claim cost to crystal honda and got the car.
                            I see pure case of money making by dealer, in this case dealer tried to put push the case in the urge of making money without guiding me on the process and raising despite of asking her not to raise it... I would never recommend crystal honda to any of my friends and collegues

                              Meri honda brio ka minar accident hua tha jiske liye 1 may 2017 se meri car shubh honda bilaspur me padi hai, abhi tak car ki repairing nahi hui hai, o ab (24/06/17) bol rahe hain ki humne car ko lift kar k check nahi kiya tha isliye kuchh parts ka servey nahi ho paya hai isliye aap ko pay karna padega, serveyor se maine baat ki to unhone kaha ki jitna detail sc walo ne muzhe di hai maine usi ki report taiyar kiya hai ab dobara servey nahi ho payega, to 2 mahine se sc wale kya check kar rahe the muzhe urgent me 1 saptah me car chahiye tha lekin ab tak sc wale kya kar rahe hain samazh nahi aa raha hai jo ki ek car ko 2-2 mahine tak kuchh parts change nahi kar pa rahe hain.

                                Am using honda jazz v diesal which was bought in january. It had covered only 10000 kms. The problem is the colour on the steering is already started fading off. First when it appeared i tried not to hold the steering tight. I also changed the position where i hold it. Still were ever i hold the colour is starting to fade. Yesterday i did the service for 10000 kms. I complained my delar apco honda malappuram about this issue and they said it is hard to get warranty and replacement for this problem. Using the vechicle for just 5 months and seeing my vehicle looking old is disappointing. I kindly request you to consider my issue and solve it as soon as possible

                                  We have booked a city in february but still today i didn't get delivery so we planned to cancel booking no response from sales manager we have booked in 20 february but from manager there is no proper response. Aditi honda dealer has assured that he ll delivery by a week but a week turned in to 4 months. We have booked honda city v mt petrol varrient orchaid white. So what to do sir?

                                    I purchased Honda Amaze S Petrol in Delhi in Dec 2015 after owning a Honda City LQ model, which i am still really happy with. I also own a Renault Duster, Hyundai Grand i10 and an Accent. I am really ashamed to inform you that your Amaze has terrible shocker/suspension. The car is so bouncy even on the well built roads of New Delhi that it has given me a chronic back ache. Ultimately after having driven this car for 20, 000 kms, I am advised to wear a back pain belt at the young age of 24 to fulfill my day to day activities. My father Mr Avnish Kumar is a very renowned Insurance Loss Accessor in Motor Department (North India) who then spoke to various Honda Dealers and other brand dealers. They said this model is a bit bouncy than its competitors. I regret that the fact that because of my previous experience with Honda i blindly trusted you and got myself a product which has given me a problem of a lifetime and I wouldn't advocate Honda for myself or to my friends if they seek my opinion.

                                      Hello sir. My name is dr. Dhiraj sasan and i m driving a city honda. My real brother bought a new city honda for himself from courtesy honda, chandigarh. And he was assured buddy loyalty points for another family member who has another city honda car (He gave my name, provided my e mail address and phone number) as asked for. The dealing person name was sandeep. He never asked for any further documents etc regarding the same. My brother had bought his car in mid december 2016. Now i was entitled to 5000 buddy locality points as informed verbally. These girls would keep on calling for me to get service done for my car but i surely wanted to avail the buddy loyslity points. These girls are so dumb and have no clue about buddy loyality points. Ever since jan 2017 i have been telephonically conversing with them. With no productive information from their side. On june 8 2017 i get a call that my car is due for service etc. To which i asjked about my buddy loyality points, to which a girl named palavi politely says, my points would expire soon. I was shocked. I rushed to the courtesy honda showroom and expressed my grievance personally to the general manage. He assured definite action. And i also wrote a hand written complaint. Why should i suffer because of negligence on any staff"s part. I came to know that the guy who had assured buddy loyality points to my brother dr arvindpal singh sasan was also to ask for rc of my car which he never did, neither did any of the staff. It's been almost 15 days and i haven't heard anything from the general manager, chandigarh. I request that please look into the matter seriously and take appropriate action. Such casual behavior from authorities is really shocking. Thanks and regards, drdhiraj sasan

                                        I had bought city 2015 sv idtec model and have been facing an issue regarding mic in the bluetooth infotainment system. The voice delivered via the mic to the other person is very very low in a comfortable driving position thus we have to scream or come close to the music system to talk which is not at all safe while driving. This issue is persistent among all sv models only whereas the top and lower variants work perfectly fine. I have taken the car to honda service centre then to honda authorised music system service centre an they have declared it as manufacturing or company fault. Please look forward to this problem as soon as possible.
