My honda mobilio vehicle no tn 22db 2903 broke down on the way from chennai to bangalore on 25/06/2017. From 11:30am we have been contacting the honda roadside assistance. I was told that one person is coming. After repeated calls one mr. Joseph asked us, if you want any service, bring the vehicle to the honda service station (This is not the kind of response we expect from a reputed company like honda). We were stranded on the road with 93 year old mother with no help. Finally we arranged to toe the vehicle to magnum honda, no 27/2 kanakapura main road, raghuvanahalli, next to ksit college bangalore, 560 062. The honda service station took the vehicle in at 4:25pm after being toed by us. What a wonderful road side assistance!!!
From that day we have been regularly contacting the service station and no proper and responsible response has been received. Once we visited the service station personally (On 27th afternoon) and inquired.in spite of all these no proper response from the service station as the condition of the vehicle and possible type of work to be done and the possible date we could take the vehicle. What we have been receiving are irresponsible responses. I did not expect this from honda.
I made a complaint this evening by phone. The person took the complaint and assured that this will be followed up. He also said that, since there was some issue he could not issue a ticket number. I was confused about this issue not being able to issue a complaint number for future follow up. Hence i am making this appeal to do the needful so that i get the correct and proper information and my vehicle back to me in good condition. I will pursue further, for the agony the old women, stranded on the road, on account of the negligence of honda road side assistance, and the inconvenience without a vehicle and uncertainty over when the vehicle will be ready.
I do hope that honda management will resolve this issue!!

Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
after aprox. 20 days i found the rare tyre of is defected service centre is not cooperate with me and not resolve my problem
