We are your very old loyal customers having your honda city car also. I vk gupta had booked your wrv-1.5 vx mt on 28/3/2017 and paid advance to your dealer sterling automobiles p ltd in faridabad vide receipt no-dd[protected] and a sales contract was made vide no-1712 where our old toyota car was to be exchanged and the price was valued at 110000/- and delivery period of 6 weeks for new car. After waiting for 2 months in the month of june we were told that the company will only give 70000/- for the old car instead of agreed price of 110000/- and also we may quit our booking and can purchase some other companies car instead of honda. The behavior was very
Rude while dealing with a senior citizen of 75 years. Despite of my repeated requests that a valid contract was signed but sterling auto did not listen and were very rigid and wanted that i should not buy this car as this model was in heavy demand and by showing this kind of attitude giving less price of old exchange car i will quit. Ultimately we bought the car by paying extra 40000/- under protest as there was nobody to listen our concern. Sir we are filling this complaint so that honda should know how there dealer sterling cheated from a senior citizen and charged 40000/- extra despite of signing a valid contract. Please take this matter with concern and arrange to refund 40000/- and an apology for the humiliation i have suffered my name - vk gupta a-23 friends colony. New delhi=110065. Mobile-[protected]

    Hi honda car india,

    I have a concern with respect to my booking of wrv with sterling honda dilshad garden, delhi. I was promised delivery within a week after full payment of the car. The dealer asked me to make the down payment and get the car loan approved. They promised to deliver the car in a week after that. Accordinly, i made the down payment and got the car loan approved within 2 days, but i didn't receive the car as promised. Now for the past two weeks, the dealer is trying to avoid my calls. They are now saying that the car will come in first week of july. They cheated me in getting the full payment in first week of june and now asking to take delivery in july. This is my first experience with a honda dealer. Should i trust honda brand now?

    Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and get back to me on this issue.

      Buyed honda city in december 2015. Totally not satisfied from product, as the car is having many issues. The quality of paint is good but it is of very thin layer and it is fading from corners including bumpers.ac cooling not upto the mark and if turned off, very bad smell came from vents. Gear shifting is very hard, feels abnormal. Only 2500km driven in 1.5 year but doesn't feel new and tight body. Dashboard vibrates very badly through bad sections of road. Totally disappointed.

      Also there are very bad sounds coming from front (driver side) from shocker or suspension doesn't know. I am facing these problems since I have bought it as new from Lalli motors, Patiala, Punjab.

        I had purchased new honda city 2017 zx dissel on 28/2/2017 from akshay honda dhule, maharastra, india. My problem is that whenever i wanr to talk with any person with bluetooth connected phone from car, with ac blower on, then person infront of me with whom i want to talk can not hear me, but gets sound of ac blower only. This is because bluetooth mic of music system is very close to ac vent which captures only blower noise. If company shifts this mic position to another location then this problem may get resolved.
        Plkease think of it and do needful.

        I uttam palrecha from pune have taken pick up appointment of my car for routine service from deccan honda dhankavdi showroom on 14.6.2017.
        i had called on that day also but no proper response was given.it seems negligence on the bafna showroom towards their customer.

        I have a Honda City 2016 model SV type. My problem is Bluetooth mic of the system is on the dashboard. So when I am driving and want to speak it does not capture my voice clearly. I have to lean forward by bringing myself closer to dashboard then only my voice goes clear to others. Is there any solution to this problem?

          I have booked honda brv s model on 18 april2017 by 1lakh booking amount, now today is 20 june2017 but still false commitment from honda dealers financer adviser.. He every second day asking any document and delay for delivery... I ready to 50 % finance and 50% loan, but evertime slaes and finance adviser are making false commitment and making disappointed, completely irritating... I think dealer is not serious about customer feeling and his family... I like to by brv but due to such type of irritating tratment making me to cancel the brv...             My car (Hr 21k 8591) is under warranty and a. C compressor of my car has been diagnosed as faulty by your service center located at hisar, haryana. They are saying that it will take 7 days for new compressor to reach their service center. How do you think that the customer will manage 8 days without car in today, s busy life. Who will compensate for my loss which i will incur without car for 7 days? I have spent rs. 11 lakh for my honda city car just becoz of such a good brandname honda and i[censored] guys can not deliver the services as promised than u are gonna a loyal customer as i have purchased one honda amaze car in november 2016.

                Sir,
                I purchased a honda amaze car no. Up25bl4616 from heritage honda bareilly on 12/08/2015. I took the car for 4th service at standard honda lucknow after driving approx 20000 kms on 18/06/2017. Here, i was infomed by advisor that its clutch box and brake pads needed replacement. I am surprised that clutch box and brake pads could not resist a driving distance of only 20000 kms. Either it is a wrong information given by advisor of the service station just for the sake of money or it is shameful for honda car india that they manufacture such low quality car spare parts. This needs cross verification by the experts of the company. Kindly do this for customer satisfaction and reputation of the company.

                Complaint: It has been 10 days since the car has been lying with the Service Center and every time I call I am told that necessary paper work is not complete.

                  My car number gj 05 jh 9108 has been serviced but udaipur service of honda excuses that insurance clearance will take three to four day while the insurance benefit is a cashless transaction. The excuse isn't genuine. These things affects honda's reputation. As our complaint was replied yesterday hoping it will be replied today. Car is an obvious need please understand and get things clear as soon as possible.

                    My car honda city with number gj 05 jh 9108 was left at one of your service center at udaipur, rajasthan on 17th march 2017 due to an accident occurred. I was told only fifteen days would be needed for recovering the car but it has been almost a month and we haven't heard anything about our car from the service centre and more over my calls are not received or replied. I hope you understand that it is very difficult to manage my life without a car since a month. I hope you to take my regards and understand my situation.

                      I have a honda amaze car, i bought a extended warranty for 2 years at the time of bought my car. After one year my car lock was not working properly i did complaint to my car dealer courtesy honda they refused to change lock excuses with lock part not covered in extended warranty. This complaint i did dated on 15/10/2014 with miss vandana & preeti (Service executive) they told me you can use your another key, i did same. After long time i facing same problem i again complaint to the same but they refused to change lock in under extended warranty.
                      Agasinst this i already complaint to honda custome care number my communication id is 1-[protected].

                      Now my car locked i trying to many times to open the lock but lock is not open, i humbly request you please cooperate with me. I use honda product so i faith on honda car not to honda care dealers.

                        It is a shame on honda car india on their lack of response on complaint mails sent by us as follows.
                        We highlighted a safety hazard complaint of honda jazz on 12th june 2017 and subsequently on 13th june 2017, thereafter called the customer care also. But i am surprised to see no mail or response of acknowledgement have been received so far leave aside the rectification work.
                        This shows honda car india’s inefficiency of after sale service on company’s end, leave aside the dealer network.
                        Following are very serious safety issues in honda jazz.
                        1) honda jazz has a very serious safety hazard, as during driving it drops the power on 2nd gear.in that case if a person is overtaking a vehicle and uses 2nd gear to overtake the car power drops and it becomes dangerous for the driver to overtake.
                        2) during uphill drive again while ascending the hill, if 2nd gear is applied the car drops its power and one has to apply hand break and then has to use 1st gear to again drive.
                        The local dealers’ comment on this problem is that this complaint persists with all jazz cars and therefore no rectification can be done at their end.
                        The price we paid for 1200 cc car and risk on safety of self and family is a very serious issue which should be brought in notice to transport tribunal, consumer forum and all car media blogs.

                          This is ravi kunkala from nellore. I'm sorry to say that i am completely dissatisfied with the service of people over here.. My car (Honda amaze ap 26 bh 2889) was struk in an accident and we have ordered for spare parts (At the honda showroom in buranpur, chemudugunta, nellore 524320) by paying a sum of 50, 000. We have waited so long but, they havent ordered the spare parts till now. This isnt the way dealing customers. Hope ull understand, take necessary action and guide us whom to contact and what to do.

                            With lots of expectation from our existing vehicle amaze, we bought one more vehicle of honda i. E. City vx automatic version. I would like to draw attention to all that we are witness a average of 7 per km.in delhi city, where by our vehicle is single hand driven too. I went to the showroom at moti nagar, delhi i. E. Ring road honda, their front manager asks me to come tomorrow at 9 am and our driver gonnna make an average of 10 at least. Ohh.. Manager thanks a lot you didnt told me to come at 6 am and drive vehicle on emplty roads and then your vehicle gonna made an average of 15 or 20 per km. I am planning to change my vehicle and change my myth that honda has a good products. They are useless. My complaint number with honda is 1-[protected]

                              With great dreams people go and buy honda like me and they suffer. Even before i had purchased my car i had researched and asked several times of any upgrade is happening for honda city and honda india and dealer replied no on an email to it. And after me purchasing the car in next 4months new face-lift was launched this is a pure betrayal to customers mine is honda city v and most of the features are missing on it. Secondly service is damm hopeless anyways and the music system is so cheap. I did send emails to honda india head shika patina and she said even an exchange is not possible. Inspite of we saying we will pay the exchange amount reply from honda is no. So do we think we should but honda car for high pirce.

                                I advise having purchased a honda city cvt (V) from ring road honda, janpath on 14th may, 2017 and my feedback/grievance is as under : -

                                The discount/deal offered by the agency is not transparent.
                                E. G. Corporate discount of rs.8, 000/- was offered. Check yet to be given.
                                Account team - very poor - atlest 5-6 times quotation was given with number of mistkaes.
                                Seat cover of rs.7, 000 odd with a print price of company. No bill no clear rate was given. For that rs.8, 000/- was charged.

                                There was a problem with a head lights - when deficiency was pointed out that was exchanged with the other parked vehicle

                                Most important - when the seat cover was fitted - a dent was observed on the bonnet that was brought their knowledge. The general manager mr. Dahiya promised that at this hour nothing can be done. However, at the time of service, this will be rectified. The service people could not clear that dent and advised to go to body shop.
                                Now mr. Dahiya and his team is not owning this liability and flatly refused to do anything.

                                Please look into the matter and provide me the solution.

                                  I have visited honda cars authorised service centre spectrum honda at guwahati and dibrugarh 7 times for a problem which i had repeatedly requested them to solve and travelled 370 kms to guwahati and 80kms to dibrugarh from my place of residence. But inspite of my repeated travel to these centres they have not solved the problem and has harassed me. I will also file a complaint at consumer forum for my loss of time and money.

                                    It very very unfortunate to come across such quality of product in honda cars. I have taken delivery of the car on 2nd of june 2017. To my surprise today the front left tyre got totally deflated. When the same was being replaced with the stepney/ additional tyre it was found that the entire side of the tire has worn out and torn. However rough roads are there a brand new tyre cannot be worn out and torn in just 7 days. The quality of the tyres are so bad that it cannot even withstand the mumbai roads. This is ridiculous.

                                    Kindly arrange to replace the tyre immediate basis else i will have to take it up at the highest level informing them that such inferior quality tyres are used in honda vehicle. I will even put this up in media if required if such is the condition of the tyre in just 7 days. Please act on this immediately.

                                      I purchased honda zajj diesel car on the month of october 2016 end at the time your sale people said millage comes 27.5 km per lt but my car millage come only 13 in long drive so many times i given a complaint to your service people (Prasad) service head at rajahmundry ap but they are not responding my vehicle no is ap05ea1899 please take the necessary action immediately otherwise i will go for legally

                                        I booked my honda white wrv diesel in lally motors jalandhar 3 months ago. Now they are asking me to choose another colour other than pearl white as this color is not available in csd. I tried raising this issue with hondacarindia by calls and emails. But no actiontaken where as the same color and model is available with dealer in ambala. As we are resident of punjab and if we buy car from ambala we are liable to pay entry tax. But instead of helping me out they suggested me not to buy it pathetic service
