निवेदन यह है कि मेरी कार हौंडा अमेज up15bq5029 जोकि platinum honda meerut में 24/05/2017 से एक्सीडेंटल रिपेयरिंग के लिए दी थी, जिसकी डिलेवरी डेट 5/6/2017 दी गयी थी, जिसमे मुझे अभी तक कंपनी कभी इंश्योरेंस सर्वे लेट कह के मुझे 9/6/17 डेट दी जिसमे अभी तक कार का कार्य नही हो पाया है जब मैने वहां के सर्विस मैनेजर से बात की तो फिर मुझसे झूठ बोला गया कि कार कम्पलीट है जब मैंने वहां जाकर देखा तो मेरी कार में अभी तक साइड मिरर अभी तक नही लगा और अब उससे पहले इंश्योरैंस डीओ नही आया ये कह के टाला जा रहा अतः आपसे निवेदन है उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करेंl

      My car no up78da 3675 amaze. A. C. Is not working properly since i purchase this above mention vechicle i so many times complaint for this a. C. Not working properly, your authorised service center in kanpur pushp honda in previous complaint change my a. C. Unit complletely but my problem is not solved after that date, i launched complaint for a. C. Dated 23/05/17 for my problem and i drop my car in your work shop pushp honda service advisour name saurabh mobile n0.[protected] he says 7days time period for rectify my problem but still he is not able to solve my problem please solved my problem dated 10/6/2017

        Sir,
        I have given my vehicle for body shop work at muthoot honda on may 29th, its been noted that my vehicle encountered with scratches on the front right door and front bumper, long lined scratch on fender while recieving vehicle june 7th which was not there before.
        I am disappointed with their irresponsive approach towards my vehicle treatment.

          I bought a honda wrv vehicle from magnum honda showroom in bangalore may 27, 2017. After driving 4 days. Infotainment system initially got hanged and later stopped working. I checked with the dealer and warranty person told me that this problem is coming in many new honda wrv vehicle. He will get the new system and installed. Nothing so far, i got a call for warrenty person from honda and saying i have to come back again to check this system in another place in shanti nagar. He has taken all the details about the system earlier. I am very disappointed with honda.

            I bought honda amaze top end automatic & was given a commitment of parking camera &sensors but was charged 10k extra when i went to book the vehicle. This is very disappointing and i request to look into the matter and request you to refund the 10k.
            Dealer - sundaram honda. Secunderabad.. Rani gunj.
            Sales person name - mani
            I was charged extra for the parking camera (Touch screen) and the sales person told me that it was for 25k.. But the actual mrp on the box is rs18990.
            I have already given a complain but still no action has been taken.
            So request you to kindly check and refund the extra amount charged i. E.10k.

              Change front steering assembly, back shocker & two times replace excel, back glass fogger not working with low milage

              Late response by marit honda, bhiwani than finally demand paid sevice against this complaint,
              So i cant paid more beacause my car in warrenty period.

              I am not enzoy my car due to your sevice, starting from ur deliver of car to till date

                My self is dr navneet.in nov 2016 my wife dr aruna badoni purchased a honda brio car from one of honda dealer in dehradun (Admire honda). The car was damged in accident in april 2017. My car is fully covered by new india insurance policy (Zero depriciation) done by admire honda when we purchased the car.
                They did the repair work of my car at their kunwawala centre dehradun for which they are charging rs 27000 from me. The policy is of zero depriciation and they have also not informed me what kind of work is to be done ie - which part to be replaced etc.
                I have also tried to get information by cotacting them but they did not reponded.
                I have will not take the delivery of my car till the matter is solved.
                I hope positive response from your side to help me

                  I have bought honda jazz 1month ago from honda pearl gurgaon, i e - 5may 2017... I hv been suffering from so many problems in car... My ac is not working, car pick up is zero... I hv complained to service center of pearl honda wazirabad... About it
                  They said... It is like this only in jazz... They just have put gas in ac... Nothing else
                  I want to file a complaint in consumer law if my car parts, eg — ac compressor n gear body parts not been changed fully to new one...
                  So last request to honda dealer, pls look into this matter n put fresh n original parts in my car...
                  Looking forward to ur reply very soon...

                    Pl refer complaint no 1-[protected] dated 24 may 17. A new sun glass worth 7999/-has been lost while ibid car was drove to honda showroom forconsidering second free servicing. While contacting driver mr pawan and other officials of honda showroom kota they categorfically refused having seen during inventory check. Beauty of this episode is that ibid sunglass was seen by my son before departure and was duly intimated to my wife as i was away in office. It was believed considering the reputation and trust the company honda is enjoying there was nil possibility of foul play.in my perception it is not the price that matters albeit it is the reputation of honda that is in stake. I feel very disappointed as i have nothing to prove except empty wrapper of glass.
                    It is requested that matter may pl be look into in more professional manner and justice may be provided to me.

                    An early and speedy action is solicited.

                      I went to your service center in faridabad after getting calls for replacement of air bags on my visit i was entertained by mrs. Maya who asked me to contact some rajan who further asked me to contact rambeer no one had practical manners to talk and kept me waiting with a form for 2 hours
                      I was getting call from your company because of which i went there

                        One unfortunate day i decided to buy Honda Amaze from Prime Honda PatparGanj. Its AC malfunctioning from start. I have given this car to dealer several times, I lost count but they are unable to rectify the fault. Last time the dealer said they will keep my car for as many days and return it after complete checkup. The car was returned after 5 days with AC again showing glitches.

                          I visited at Classic Honda, Fbd today. The staff employed there are thieves. They take out SD cards and even whiskey bottles from your car. And that whisky is consumed while serving duty in the official hours.
                          An incident happened with me when I got my car to Classic Honda today. There were two whiskey bottles lying under driver seat. This was in knowledge of advisor. When I got my car back, I found that one out of the two bottle is missing. On checking with the advisor, he just simply escaped by saying that there was only bottle. I went to the GM and requested for his intervention on the matter. When he came and asked the washing contractor to check with his boys. I was told again that there was only bottle and nothing else. I requested him to check again, he then came and said that we are searching for it. But at same time also told that the bottle was found empty. It means the first statement was a complete lie and I was acquised. After sometime, the GM & advisor came to me with folded hands to let it go. I asked them while you were on search of bottle, where the hell it went. They agreed that someone has consumed, my goodness. The staff deployed there first tries to make customers fool by telling false statements & making them leave the place.
                          This is really pathetic and should be dealt in a serious way otherwise name of 'HONDA CARS' will be at stake. Thanks

                            I bought a new honda city on 29th May '17 and the new tyre quality was soo poor that today on normal road, it's got damaged till inside around at one side which results in puncher. I felt cheated by honda using such poor quality of tyre. I tried reaching dealer for the same but no response. I believed that Honda City parts and body made quite strong but looking the quality of tyres and unstructured fittings, i am badly trashed. Please get the tyres changed of my car on priority and at least give value to your product, so that we can feel the zeal in your product.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that service work happening at prime honda vaishali is in seriously compromised state. I gave my vehicle up78cd 4797 for servicing and that time i was told that your ac condenser is not appropriate and i should allow it to replace.

                              I gave my permission as they said that they have thoroughly inspected my car and nothing else needs to be taken care of for cooling issues. I was charged for labour, condenser, ac gas refilling and all.
                              To my surprise, with in 2 days of the delivery ac functioning was back to same i. E. Again zero
                              Upon contacting the prime honda vaishali i was told to bring the vehicle for a checkup.

                              I again gave a second chance to the service centre

                              But this time shockingly i was told that they feel that cooling coil is also not right and you should get it changed too.

                              It seems that they dont check anything

                              Again i was charged for the labour, cooling coil,

                              But this never ended here

                              Again within a day of delivering the vehicle ac is non functional.

                              So my question to you that is this the way you handle customers on the name of authrised service centre?

                              Through this email i request you to stop fooling around with people just on the name of authorised service centre and doing such a compromised non professional work.

                              We have plenty of non authorised service centres who are way beyond honda can imagine.

                              This a serious wake up call fro you.

                              I the mean time i would like to receive an official clarification on the same from your side not from the dealer side before i proceed for legal action on the same.

                                Irony of a customer
                                Dear sir,
                                The pain of nine long days is really hard to withstand but nevertheless one has to bore the brunt because of the soft corner attitude towards honda. I had send my honda activa bearing the no – or 02 bx 6486 to the servicing centre of shivam honda, 797, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar on 27th may ’17. As my vehicle is covered with the amc contract, it was due for servicing and replacement of certain spare parts. The relationship head mr debasis - [protected] gave the nod to return my vehicle on 31st may ’17. Umpteen calls has followed since then and i had pleaded for a final estimate over whatsapp and all these has been sidelined. I had been handicapped for the due absence of my vehicle as this was the only means of transportation for me. I have lost out the ideas and don’t know whom to approach. I had never imagined such a fate at your servicing centre and that too from a reputed company like yours. This incident has certainly tarnished the reputation of your servicing centre particularly shivam honda as a whole and only god knows if i will get back my vehicle in this month or not.
                                I would request you to look at this matter at the earliest and ensure me a speedy return of my vehicle.

                                  Hi,
                                  I gave my honda jazz for service in jan 2017 at sundaram honda, chennai. The car was in perfect shape. Dealer called me and said there is a manufacturing defect in the airbag and will be replaced free of cost. Meanwhile, they also asked me to give the car for service.
                                  The service advisor name is gopal. The service was so terrible that there is huge cabin noise after that and i understand that the clutch is tampered with after service. The audio system gives jarring noise, am getting smell from ac vent even when the vent is closed etc..
                                  I am really irate on this issue and want to take this matter to higher authorities if not given a proper response.
                                  I have spoken to people in sundaram honda after that and provided this feedback, but it seems they don't respect their customers.
                                  I want a free service to set right all these issues and also warn/reprimand the service advisor for the careless work he has done.
                                  Pls. Respond and set right this issue.

                                    Hello,

                                    I want to complain about non satisfactory service quality of my honda car from crystal honda pune. I had given the feedback post service but it doesnt look like it has taken seriously by service lead/ team. There is chief managing directors email id mentioned on board, which is not working condition. (When i tried sending mail to that id it bounced back).

                                    This dealer is putting honda's brand image and quality norms at risk.

                                    Please help.

                                      Horrible car with low engine performance and low fuel economy, there is no pickup even at 1 st gear. The ac doesn't work properly. The gear box doesn't function properly, has parts problems, and the dealer (Sundaram honda) takes months to register a complaint, if you have the capacity to influence honda to have better service or a replacement, then please ook into it.

                                        I purchase brand new honda city 2017 in the month of march 2017.
                                        The head light of my car is fluctuating in running time on the road.
                                        I want to check and correct the fluctuation of head light, but it showing at running time and possible to check in night time.
                                        I contact to mr. Binod ([protected]) at samara automax pvt. Ltd. A-block, maya puri, new delhi-110064.
                                        He refused to check me for this problem, and tell me to submit my car to workshop in evening for minimum 1-2 days.
                                        I have only this vehicle and i want to check the head lights at 6.30 p. M. Approx.
                                        Any day you want for checking, thereafter i submit my car next day morning for repairing.
