We had bought Honda Amaze from Vision Honda, Mannutthy, Thrissur showroom, we regret to inform you that considering the purchase of Honda Amaze in the month of December 5th 2016 with in running 15, 000 kms among the 4 tyres the back tyres one worn out and the other one blasted in running and it was in middle of the road, the tread is worn beyond the recommended tread depth level and in worst condition, we have already spoken to Vision Honda regarding this and they are giving excuses like honda is not responsible the tyre manufacturer defect etc... Simultaneously Honda doesn't have any role or what its Honda car and they are not aware its ridiculous to hear from Honda. The smiling face of the executives won't appear while we go with any complaint.

Honda is preferring the worst quality tyres to the vehicle and the customer needs to compromise, it is Honda's duty to replace the Tyres in the warranty period hence, it is ridiculous to believe such an International company can cheat its customer in such a way that Honda will loose its own customers. It is not so with the other car companies. Pls look in to this matter at the earliest

    Honda car company and its dealers are fraudulent. Just like I have a Honda City car just a few days ago my driver's side door was damaged. Now I live in Nagaur, where Honda car has no service center. I want to repair my car in Nagaur but any Honda car dealer in Rajasthan is not giving me the gate and side glass of the driver side, but I am ready to pay the first one. All these dealers say that you bring the car to our dealership and then we will repair. This is the way to rob everything. I have the recording of conversation on all the dealerships. Should I seek help from the court in this case? So that the arbitrariness of these people could stop. These people should be shy A Honda Car Suffer.

      Myself dr. Krishan poonia, have purchased a honda city car in 2016, i gave it for service and minor damage repair at paras honda jodhpur on 16/5/2017.
      They have'nt repaired it till this date and they just keep extending the date from last so many days, their behaviour towards this situation is non-professional. I hope you will take prompt appropriate action in this case so that i get my car back fully done with all the repairs as soon as possible.

        I have booked brw from vision honda kottayam and they informed us that we will deliver car in 12 days because they told that the car is arriving from noida. And now its almost 22 days and they are not giving a proper response.in between the dealer told that the pearl white colour which you ordered is unavailable now. And we told that we will cancel our booking and again that dealer named prince promised that he will deliver car in time. He said he will deliver car within this month. Tommorow is the last day of this month and still they are not giving a proper response or feedback.

                  I had purchased honda mobillio in september 2014, petrol version, s model from janpath showroom connaught place delhi-110001.

                  Within 3-4 months my car started causing a weird issue, while moving, car suddenly stops and then it doesn't starts, after waiting for around 20-30 minutes it starts automatically. I had complaint at your service centre (Prime honda patparganj) several times (I had also regularly given the car for regular services) but they say me that they are not able to detect any issue, is this a joke, your engineers are so unskilled that they are not able to detect a major issue which is very dangerous for our lives
                  You can imagine yourself that this issue is so risky for my and my families life, i want this issue to be resolved immediately asap.
                  If in future any incident happened with me then your company is fully responsible for that as you are not able to detect this issue, i want the issue to be solved or my car to be replaced and i bet, i'll never ever connect with honda in future neither i'll recommend my friend too, if this issue is not solved i'll have to take the help of the court

                    I bought an honda brio car from delight honda sarita vihar on september 2016.... They told us that urban titanium colour is available then we insist them to show us the car and they denied that it's not ready now... Then they gave us delivery within a week... Car's engine was making noise from first day.. We complained about that and they said we will check... From the starting back gear was also creating issues.. It will done most of the time after 4-5 attempts... When we got rc then we came to know the model from january 2016...in glass and engine it is mentioned 2015... We complained about this fraud but they are not ready to accept and in every servicing they resolve noise issue but after few days the situation is same... I am very disappointed from honda...in fact if we are going to buy from an old stock they should inform us and definitely they should give us a huge discount...in this situation nothing is happen like this... They even don't bother to inform us... Please do something... I want to throw this car to delight honda back...

                      With due regards to the customer care department of Honda. This is to bring to your very kind notice that your sales department of Kanpur Pushp Honda needs to learn some good manners regardless how to deal with customers. Their tone should certainly be more polite and helping attitude rather than dominance and high pitch. Being a customer of Honda since years it's really disappointing to be treated like this., but nevertheless I am totally aware of my consumer rights and would love to avail it if the attitude is not brought on the right track.
                      Furthermore the components and facilities promised at the time of booking are being ignored., like the staring and other parts also differ. Making a purchase not only involve money but emotional and desires to. To be deeply noted that STARING of the car is not upto what was shown nor on our demand the correction are being made.
                      Therefore kindly make sure that the things required are available and the provider are best in their behaviour.

                          The above vehicle was given to your maradu service centre for periodical service on the 25th may at 9 a m. The vehicle was attended by the service engineer shri jiby thomas. His services were excellent. The vehicle was taken by me in the evening at around 6.15 pm after due payment. As it was a bit dark in the evening the vehicle could not be inspected by me entirely. On reaching home i noticed a big dent on the left rear side of the vehicle. Undoubtedly, it happened in your custody only. Otherwise the defect could have been noticed and pointed out by the service engineer yesterday morning itself before carrying out the periodical service.
                          I have today morning shown the vehicle to mr. Jiby thomas who has directed nr. Atul to take inventory. Mr atul agreed to attend to the work from monday or.29th may.
                          I therefore request you to please complete the repair work without any monetary loss to me.
                          The vehicle is covered under the comprehensive insurance cover taken from you.
                          This is my my first unhappy experience from your company during my last ten year old relationship with your company.
                          Looking forward to your good gesture to resolve my grievance amicably without incurring any monetary loss to me.

                            I had buy Honda city zx on 30 April 2017 from ring road Honda, tolstoy marg, New Delhi -110001.

                            There is a sales person name Abhinav at the time of booking the car he promised me to provide a michelline tyers he said 1000 percent he will provide me with the michilline tyers but at time of Dilevary he said he tyers is not available he will give me in 2 weeks as he confirm with his manager mr Ajay but today when I asked for tyers he said no tyers is not available and he will not give Ajay said this.

                            First they had given me which was haveing dent at the bumper of the car and rubber of drivers seat window was also not there they had given me a second hand car at the price of new car

                            Please ask them to give me a Michellen tyers by the end of this month and they also have taken extra amount from me of the car
                            When I ask for refund they are saying it's in process amount Rs 1655 for one month it's in process it is pathetic services you are giving to customers.

                            Ask them to give my payment and michllen tyers by the end of this month positively

                                Rushabh Honda Nashik is not maintaining proper spare part inventory, I suffered 5 times including today's evidence of non a availibility of clamps of bumper.

                                No satisfactory explanation from them for this.
                                i upset with with this, due to such service station next time will shift to some other brand.

                                  Dear Honda,
                                  Unfortunately I decided to Purchase a Honda Active 4G from Regency Honda Jammu being Nearer to my place of Residence

                                  1. On approaching the showroom on 9th of May almost at about 5.45pm none of the sales executive bothered to attend but on asking who shall attend to brief the detail's of the product I intended to purchase, one gentle lady sales executive approached but instead of briefing in detail about the product she seemed to be in hurry to leave for home as it was about to be 6 pm.

                                  2. Next day on 10.05.17 I again approached the showroom for purchasing the above said scooty on cash down, again none was available to properly brief the details about the product, anyway one Sardarjee service executive half hardheartedly showed scooty which was on display and told that this can be made available, i.e dark grey mat finish color but did not divulge that more options like metallic finish colors are also available.

                                  3. Without having the full details about the available products like metallic colors etc Mat finish scooty which was readily available with the dealer was got ready for me which was totally against my choice and desired requirement.

                                  4. On pointing out that the scooty made available to me does not have any metallic type, I was told that it would have taken twenty days to get the metallic finish scooty as such we provided you the mat finish.

                                  5.The papers of the Vehicle were handed over as if a customer is a beggar to get proper regard to be an genuine customer.

                                  6. Last but not the least the Total invoiced vouchers did not match the actual amount received by the dealer by cheque. Which amounts to almost cheating. The dealer cashier was approached but he gave a non sense reasoning regarding the difference in payment receipt and the actual invoiced one, very unfortunate way of dealing by the showroom. (If you desire I can provide the Invoiced Scanned copies as well receipt copy for your reference)

                                  7. Now I dont understand how you as Honda is going to sort-out these above enumerated issues, particularly regarding the Finish of the Scooty which has been sold to me by the showroom as the same is against against my choice of desired Metallic finish instead of Mat finish.

                                  8. Very unfortunate of Honda to act like this Ist impression is the last impression and The Honda I understand is / never compromises with the bad reputation.

                                    My name is Aritra Basudev Talukdar and our family has been a loyal Honda buyer for ages.
                                    I had given my Tyre for warranty 2 weeks ago and Mr. Amit Salunke from Honda Pimpri section was my adviser.
                                    After i deposited the damaged tyre, i received no notification as to what is happening with my tyre. It was very frustrating that i required to inquire time and again from the adviser and the adviser himself doesn't care or cater to customer requests.
                                    Today, i.e, 23rd May 2017, i called up the adviser in the morning and asked him what needs to be done for the tyre. he said it will be done and i will be informed. A minute later something irked me and i called again and told my name and Vehicle number (MH14FS2651) and asked if he has any information as to what needs to be done. At that time, I realized that he did not even know his own customers and he was just making a fool of his customers giving false hopes of your work will be done. Hesitantly he asked what was it t that required to be done for me and that he is asking me after 2 weeks of me depositing my tyre to the dealer.
                                    And when i confronted him, he did not let me, the customer speak, neither did he listen to what i required to say and moreover was arrogant and stubborn enough to threaten me. When i asked for his superior's number he shouted on my face stating do what you want to do and cut the call on my face. I got angry and called again and shouted this time as to how dare he insult a customer when i was talking properly to him and asked for the superior's number, he again shouted and threatened as to do what you can do and cut the call on my face.

                                    I regret buying my honda from Deccan honda pimpri chinchwad.
                                    I will surely be putting this on my website as well as share on twitter/facebook too and have already started the procedure of suing the company in Consumer's court.

                                    It was a very insulting and humiliating experience as a customer. If the basic training for hospitality and client management is lacking in a person, he'she should never be offered a job in servicing industry.

                                      In Month of Dec16 I have got my Car Honda Civic AP29Ah8271 service done with Sree Krishna Automotives Hyd Pvt td (Authorized Service Delear for Honda Cars). At that time the when service was done there was no mention of any major issue with the vehicle by Automtives and service was done.

                                      In Feb17 when I had some issues with the vehicle, when I took the car to the same Service delear but different location who mentioned that major issues with Vehicle, they mentioned there were lot of pending jobs like Break Pads, Break Disk s, Shock Absobers etc not completed .

                                      Complaint: In a Span of 2 Months how come there would be major issues with Break Pads, Shock Absorbers, Breal Disc? Either Service which was done in Dec16 was not upto the quality or Service Dealer who checked the vehicle in Feb17 was wrong? Apparently both the dealers belong same company. I got the vehicle checked with a different Service Dealer and understood that Dec16 Service was not done properly leading these issues.

Its just the video breaks or u can say stops soo many times inbetween bt the audio is clear and perfectly fine.. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible..
