Hi,

I went to Courtesy Honda workshop at Wazirpur for my Car AC Repair on 22nd April'2017.
On discussion with Car service advisor, they took my car for 3 days to look after the issue and it was identified that there is AC gas leakage.
They also insisted me get my Car AC serviced, to which I agreed on hoping that this is one time cost.
However, they charged me Rs 7800 for all the above things.

After 2 days, I experienced the same problem with AC, and filed complaint for this at Courtesy Honda to took my car from home since I work in Noida and its difficult for me to follow up these persons on daily basis.
They were not ready to pick up the car and after many arguments, they took my car the next day, diagnosed the issue again, returned after 2 days, and replaced the AC Fuse to which they said that the problem was with the AC fuse only.

I would like to highlight here that AC fuse cost is only Rs 185 only/- and there was nothing related to gas leakage and moreover AC service was also not required since I had purchased my car 2 years back only and AC was working perfectly fine before.
Not only this, they forced me to pay Rs 185 more, for which I denied them after many arguments since I already paid them almost 10 times for gas leakge and AC service which was absolutely not required.

Afterwards, I drove my car for 40 kms only to office the next day and AC blowers in front of the driving seat was not working, I called courtesy Honda to file the complaint again to which they said AC assembly is broken and the cost for this would be incurred by the customer.

I really dont understand that why courtesy Honda (Lally Automobiles) is not diagnosing the issue and taking appropriate action at the first time.
They are misguiding the customer and charging money for unneccesary things for which there was no need.
Also, after filing the complaint second time, I need to do repeated follow up with them to which they are ignoring me.

I would not recommend courtesy Honda (Lally Automobiles) to anyone and would give rating 0/10.

    As we were riding my car towards a wedding function along with my family it was 6.15 pm in the evening from kodailguttu road to tma pai conventional hall m. G. Road suddenly the car stopped in the middle of the road which resulted in total road traffic block due to my break down of the car could not start suddenly i contacted service adviser manjunath for road assistance he came and found that the power fuse had blown off
    I still don't understand when i being electrical engg on the run sudden breakdown of such a reputed brand vehicle had this type of break
    This is for your information i should both my maruthi vehicle and joined honda brio to my wife for me brv. This is a very bad and shameful experience to me on your brand honda i have recommended so many friends of mine about your vehicle i had booked maruthi brezza and cancelled it for your brv
    If this is breakdown would have taken place in the mid high way then we would loose our family life in the middle of the road. I feel that to return your vehicle back to you for this disaster. Please see no more breakdowns occur. This is lack of supervision of the vehicle at the time of service.

      My name is jineesh t ji had purchased shine 125 bike (Kl49e 6570) from johns honda, thrissur, kerala on 2014 and continuing maintenence of my vehicle with amc at the same showroom. Last month[protected] i gave my vehicle for maintenance. At that time i requested customer relation officer to sign a road worthy certificate of my vehicle which i need to submit to my company to prove that my vehicle is fit for use and i am doing preventive maintenance of my vehicle at regular interval. He told me that he wil get sign on that certificate. Next day i went to show room to take the vehicle after service. I asked for that the certificate. At that time they told that they can not sign on that certificate. I spoke with mr. John, owner of johns honda. He also refused to give the signed certificate. By hearing that i am surprised and ask him that i am maintaining my vehicke at your show room for the last three year. If you can not issue the certifiate no one can issue the certificate for me. He told me that he will call ne after discussing with his higher up. I have waited for one month. Till this date i didnt get any reply from their side. So now i will do to get that certificate.

        Complaint no. 1

        Very poor performance in respect to drive uphill.

        Never imagined such a poor performance from honda wrv petrol.
        Otherwise would have opted for a diesel version of wrv.

        Also because of 1.2 litre petrol which is really low for a bigger body like wrv. The city drive average is poor.
        The body weight ratio in comparison to the engine power is very very less therefore resulting in knocking of engine while climbing a steep road.
        What would the company advise me in such a position.
        A refund or an exchange of model.
        I am very disappointed and need an immediate resolve of my problem. The car is parked at my house and i am not taking it to my work outside the city.

          I bought honda amaze sx in novemeber 2015. But to my surprise the ac switch of my vehicle gets hot the moment i switch on the ac. Though complained to dealer akc motors pvt ltd. Ludhiana they say that it is common in all the vehicles and there is no harm due to plastic qulaity or the light provided in that switch it gets hot. But in summers the same is getting more hot and gives you burning sensation when needed to switch off the same. Kindly get the same rectified.

            Subject: - Complaint of Misuse of Car RJ07 CC 4500.
            Sir,
            I know that you will through this mail in waste paper basket but being a customer of your Bikaner dealer and a user of Honda City Car I am writing this mail to you.
            I also know the consumer rules, wherein I can approach to the competent authority.
            The car owned by me bearing No. RJ07 CC 4500, was given for service to your Bikaner dealer. I want to let you know the first episode in respect of accepting the amount of service charges in Cash. The official on duty categorically denied accepting the Cheque and compelling for making the payment in Cash. This is clear cut flouting of rules and regulation of business as well as against the announcement of policy of Hon’ble Prime Minister. When we compel he accepted the cheque but detained our vehicle and write down that he will hand over the vehicle after clearing of the cheque.
            Sir, I want to first of all introduce that I am not new Car user of Honda, previously the Honda City RJ 14 5C 3606. This fact is subject to verification from your own record. The Car No RJ07 CC 4500 is also subject to verification from your own record. If you want to know about myself you can very well know from Google by putting the name of Suresh Ojha, Suresh Ojha Bikaner. I think this itself will speak. I am repudiated person of Bikaner and perhaps the cheque of mine were newer bounced, therefore the system so adopted by the dealer is highly objectionable. I am enclosing herewith scan copy of invoice duly hand written the remarks.
            You are requested to kindly do the needful and take action.
            The Second complaint is in respect of misuse of car as and when remained in their custody or doing service. When my son went for taking the delivery of car one pair of baby shoe was found. In my family there is no baby. The baby shoe was belongs to the person who sit in the car. This is very serious matter which should be looked into the record of the Car and period of custody of the dealer is subject to verification from the record of the dealer. You are therefore, requested to kindly obtained CC TV footage and enquire the matter that who brought the car out of the service center before delivered to me in my absence for his personal use. This is not expected from the dealer of company like Honda.
            The matter not ends here, the owner of the agency was approached on Telephone No. [protected] but he refused to talk and bluntly said that talk at counter only and I will not come to you to verify about the complaint of mine.
            Sir, the dealer is not PARDANASHEEN and is supposed to hear the customer. He is not there to sit only but has to hear the complaint also. Though we are having no authority to say anything but you are the competent person to compel him in future to attend the customer also, when he is very much in the premises.
            Before parting one example I want to let you know, which is bring reproduced hereunder mailed to your Bikaner dealer on today.
            “In connection with complain of behavior of the official I have try to contract Mr.
            Ankit Gupta on the cell phone no[protected] but the phone was not responding at 10.30 Am of 27.04.2017. I want to request so as to least attend the phone.”
            WHAT I FEEL THAT IN YOU COMPANY THE SYSTEM OF ACCOMODATION STARTED, ONLY BECAUSE THEREOF THE OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY IS KEEPING MUM ON THE COMPLAINT OF CUSTOMER AND THE DEALERSHIP IS DARE TO BEHAVE IN THIS RUDE MANNER.
            I hope that this complaint will be attended and action shall be taken.
            I ALSO KNOW THAT THE CLERK SITTING IN THE CALL CENTER IS RESPONDING IN STREO TYPE LANGAUAGE. THIS IS NOT A COMPLIANT WHICH SHOULD BE REPLIED IN STREO TYPE.

              The digipad is hanging from day 1 and the home button is stuck on my 1 nd a half year old Honda city... I had complained about this on the first servicing nd was promised that the next day I would be called for a warranty replacement. It's been 20 days since and I yet did not get a call.. Why is this happening? This is a brand new car and I got issues and it's not attended to. Why.? This breaks my trust towards the company.

                Hi,

                I have been a honda city user and have been a satisfied customer till now. However, 2 weeks back when I sent my car for service I had the worst experience ever.

                I had requested for a basic service and had instructed that no optional replacement of parts be carried out multiple times.

                However, not only was I being hard sold for
                1. A minor crack in the rear tail light;
                2. An anti rust coating
                3. A car polish and brushing
                4. A replacement of wipers when they are working absolutely fine
                5. An ac service when the filters and all had been cleaned only 6 months back
                6. A replacement of the horn (which is partially defective I agree but does the job and was infact put in by linkway honda itself about a year back for which I have the receipt)
                7. Replacement of the air filter in the boot

                All these were being forced down my throat as if if none of these were replaced then my car would stop working. Highly unprofessional and unethical behavior on their part.
                I Had to literally tell the technician that I will not pay for anything which is not required and is optional. They made 4 phone calls to me over a period of 45 mins to try and convince me and at no time had any concrete rationale for any of the above to be carried out.

                Further, when my car came back from service it had blotches of concrete sprayed on the bonnet and small dots of white paint on the windscreen.

                When I told them about this, their response was after a period of 48 hours and was casual saying send your car we will fix it, it was almost as if they were doing a favour to me.
                If there was a rating system I would rate this experience as 0/10.

                Extremely disappointed by them and by Honda service.

                  Respected sir i am very much disappointed by your employee. I booked wr-v on 2 april. Your sales officer told me that they'll deliver me the car on 7th. Than i called them on 7th april they were like sorry sir. We'll deliver you the car on 16th april. Again on 16th they said we're really sorry we we'll give you car on 27th april. So when finally 27 arrived they said it will take 3-4 days more. So this how you treat your customers. Very sorry to say but by the way how your sales officer are treating me it is very disappointing.

                      I dont know how ignition lock is been stuck automaticaly now, my car can't start, i bought it on 26/8/2014, from harmony honda chandigarh phase-2, now they said it is not covered under warranty, i think it is a manufacturing defect and also company provide emmision waranty an it has to be covered under it as i never faced such kind of problem any of my car ever i have other cars like maruti breza, maruti swift, hyundai santa fe, hyundai i-20, as am driving cars from long time but i never faced such kind of problem ever in my life. I always used keys given by company under normal conditions.

                      Please help as i trust honda company, and i bought honda coz it has a brand name, which is enough for me to buy a car, but after this instance, may be i and my colegues have to change the way of thinking about honda.

                        Honda contacted me and offered to change side airbag module of my Honda civic for free as they were recalling all air bags on their cars. Accordingly, a mechanic from Landmark Honda, Jamnagar, visited my residence for changing the air bag module. In the process he broke the interior panel of the dashboard. He left saying that he will get the broken thing replaced but after going back started saying that the panel was already broken. I contacted the manager at Landmark Honda but he also goes along with the lie of the mechanic. This type of petty behaviour would ruin the image of of landmark honda in particular and Honda in general

                          I have booked a honda WR-V, on[protected] vide receipt no-004921at Dream hond at surat and i have not received the vehicle till date i. e. 25/4/2017. The show room people when contacted says it will take another two months.
                          If you don't have cars why are you taking booking or are you taking customers for granted
                          Pl remember honda is not the only car in the market and i will wait for only for 7 days or ese i will go for another choice and will put this message along with your your booking document to all the social media and let all know that you are a company who is not abiding your words.
                          Please don't take customers...give your response as early as possible.

                            I have honda city car registration no. HR01AJ4547. I sent my car city on 19/4/17for sevice to your authorised service center i.e. Kishiv motors ambala but I am not satisfied with the service provied by them. The charges for service are high and the maintenance which should be done by the authorised service centre is low. They did not even mantioned the service record in owner's manual and warranty booklet.

                            On first service of my car (UP 15 CE 3570) the service center (Platinum Honda Meerut) stolen my Navigation Chip. They not provide us any accessories of car i.e. Body Cover, Perfume & cushions.

                                Sir, i have purchased a activa 3g scooter from bimala motors kanchrapara... On 31 july 2016. I got my no. Plate at right as called by rto barackpore.. Wb 24 aj 2673.. But bimala motors harrasing me since and not givng my rc smart card. I have visited several times there. They asked me for photostat. I hv given that also... But now they are telling dont come here we will inform u when it comes.. Their behaviou is very rude... And i am facing a lot of problem while driving

But still now no one turned to pick the car Ian totally unhappy with their service. My car no. MH 12 NP 9061

                                  It really disappoints me that spending a healthy amount of 12 lacs on a good sedan can't get you a good air conditioner and when taken for a service, they state that the compressor of all these models are not "up to the mark". It is not that i paid a single rupee less than the amount your company asked for, if i would have paid even 10 rupees less than what you asked for, you would've declined to hand over the car! Same way, when i gave you all the money i expect to get everything right from the correct alignment of the tyres to the clean seats! I am a honda user since the past 18 years and i absolutely do not expect this from a company like honda.

                                  The car is brilliant. The ac of the car is equally pathetic. Whenever i sit in the car and go a short or long distance, i end up sweating. On "special" occasions when i start the car 15 minutes prior to the journey, apparently i don't sweat, so if you are not able to fix the issue then please transfer money to my account twice a week for my fuel expenses. As it is, your average of the car is very low and wasting fuel on just the ac makes me wonder that i would finish the fuel capacity even before i start the journey.

                                  I got my car checked twice and your replies didn't satisfy me. Please revert back asap and i would provide you with the details of my honda city (2015 version)

                                    i had purchased honda jazz from sundaram honda a year ago

                                    i never faced an horrible experience with the car & with the honda people

                                    the car doesn't have pickup neither mileage since day one of purchased

                                    the same was informed to the showroom people

                                    With out rectifying the complaints the service engineer says that this is ur bad luck that u have chosen this vehicle ..

                                    iam fedup of followup with honda & shownroom

                                    my request is that plz sell the vehicle in scrap on my behalf & take the amount as an donation to the honda/sundaram

                                      I purchased a Brand new Honda city, 2016 model from Dealer- Crystal Honda,
                                      Kothari Auto Link Pvt. Ltd. workshop No. 4 & 5, Giga Space- Viman nagar, Pune, Maharastra.
                                      The sales experience was pleasant but the same could not be said about the Serving of my Vehicle.

                                      I took the delivery of my vehicle on January 8th and my First serving was conducted on February 8th, at

                                      Kothari Auto Link Pvt Ltd, S.NO. 1325/1, Pune- Nagar Highway, Wagholi, Opp sai Maruti Showroom, Tal Haveli Dist Pune- 412207.

                                      The car was in a horrible shape,

                                      1- The exterior of the Car was scratched significantly, There were two peculiar long scratches on the top of the door panels on both the passenger and driver seats that were visible and were engrained.

                                      2- The rubber padding on the passenger window was damaged and was out of place.

                                      Both of the above were rectified after I had a talk with the Manager of the Service station.

                                      The Interior was damaged even more.

                                      There were black stains on the beige interior door panels and on the beige coloured seats that is still visible to this day, The rear seats had white cement rubbed on them. The black stains are still present to this day. The Plastic in front of the instrument panel is scratched and the black material around the Infotainment system is scratched as well.

                                      This was a pathetic service but I was promised that these Problems will be rectified on the second servicing that is due now.

                                      After booking a service request with Ms. Priyanka for Thursday, 20th April for my second servicing/ 3 months, I arrived at the service workshop to learn that the entire department is closed due to the expiry of The Chairman of Kothari Auto.
                                      I wasn't informed about the incident by any staff even though my service was registered. I had cleared my schedule for the entire day and wasted my time travelling to the service my vehicle.

                                      21st April, I receive a call from staff member Ms.Priyanka from Wagholi department that inform me that I was been informed about the workshop being closed.

                                      Why would I lie and waste my time travelling to the workshop if I knew it was closed? And I was informed that the damages incurred on my car during the first servicing will not be rectified as I haven't taken anything in writing.

                                      I want to know Is this the kind of Service Honda provides to its customers? I handed over a brand new vehicle run 600 Kms and received a severely damaged Car back.

                                      The Service I received was pathetic and I am now contemplating to sell my Honda City that is 4 months old.

                                        It is hereby notifying you that i ravi shankar gupta bought honda brio car (Wb05 4032) last year from pinnacle honda kolkata at the time of purchase the sales person told me that at first i will get the mileage of 11 to 12km/l in city after 3rd sevice i will get more but now i have done 5th sercive and am getting only 9 to 10km per/l. Therefore please look after my complain and resolve my mileage problem as soon as possible
