If you don't have cars why are you taking booking or are you taking customers for granted

I have honda city car registration no. HR01AJ4547. I sent my car city on 19/4/17for sevice to your authorised service center i.e. Kishiv motors ambala but I am not satisfied with the service provied by them. The charges for service are high and the maintenance which should be done by the authorised service centre is low. They did not even mantioned the service record in owner's manual and warranty booklet....

It really disappoints me that spending a healthy amount of 12 lacs on a good sedan can't get you a good air conditioner and when taken for a service, they state that the compressor of all these models are not "up to the mark". With out rectifying the complaints the service engineer says that this is ur bad luck that u have chosen this vehicle...

Thanks. But instead apology I was expecting solution to my problem which was pending since long. Today I shifted my car from Courtesy Honda to RRH Moti Nagar and I spent whole day and my claim was not processed by ICICI Lombard which question on their efficiency. The surveyor has passed me weird statement on my claims which question their professionalism.

It seems Honda customer relations also helpless.br...

Three times we went to Ooty in the car Honda Mobilio but on the incline the car stopped and we have to push it, Felt like that the clutch and accelerator are not working. After i have noticed this, i reached honda for clarification and i have asked to show me similar transaction but as of now there is no reply from them and apart from this service are also not satisfactory and these people should be punished from making wrong promise....
