Three times we went to Ooty in the car Honda Mobilio but on the incline the car stopped and we have to push it, Felt like that the clutch and accelerator are not working. We gave the car to service centre of Vision Honda at manipuzha. But they returned the car saying that it has no complaint. In this circumstance you have to do the needful for the repair of the car.

I am Jefrin KL 5 AK 7009, Mobilio already complaint some issue, but no respont .If no action taken going to the consumer form and fb .your vision Honda Kottayam servicing the vehicle . Servicing Manager Antony seen the vehicle they are not recognising the issue. Vehicle not satisfactory .Many issue showing the vehicle .my no is [protected] pls call me.

    My honda city car no. Mp-09-cj-6052 was given for repaire as it was damaged due to an accident which occured on 22nd of march 2017. I took the car to abhikaran honda service station-indore - (Mp) to get it repaired on 23rd march 2017.. Since then my car is lying unrepaired and no one is responding me properly.. My car was attended by mr. Kunal (Mobile no.[protected]). This person never attends my calls and never respond back.
    Please look into this matter and get my car repaired as soon as possible,

I have been promised many a times about the resolution but all in vain. Last time they hold my car for 10-15 days for solving it but nothing has been resolved.         Hi,

        I have purchased honda amaze in the month of january'2017 and after purchasing the vehicle i see that manufacturing date as march'2016. After i have noticed this, i reached honda for clarification and i have asked to show me similar transaction but as of now there is no reply from them and apart from this service are also not satisfactory and these people should be punished from making wrong promise.

          I really had a very bad experience on 14th of april at your harmony honda mohali
          I came all the way from manali its about 350 km from chandigarh. After this long journey they even don't ask for a glass of water . from last 3 months they were calling me for the free part installation of
          air bag assembly
          I went there bt they did't change any part
          I ve already informed that the air bags are damaged and they said no worries its free from our side .
          Whem n i told them to install the part they said 1stly u ve to pay Ammount of 2 lac for air bag then will install the parts free
          When i asked for the complaint book they ignored my words & went away
          I want you to take a strict action and the time and money which i ve wasted i want it back.

            I m pratap kachare. I hv purchased honda unicorn150 (Mh50 j 5658) from karad on 26.10.2016. Currently using my motorcycle at sakharpa ratnagiri.. I m getting abnormal sound from engine from last 15 days so that i hv shown my bike to honda dealer jagrut honda ratnagiri.. They said the problem with head assembly of bike hv to change but they are not change at there dealership. Said for warranty repair go to karad dealer where i purchase it.. And asked for 4500rs for warranty repairs deposite... So they refused to do warranty repair at there own service stations... My bike is at jagrut honda for last 10 days. I hv register online compaint but issue not yet resolved... Kindley help me out for this problem... Pls do the needful

              I have purchased car on 31 July 2016 from Rushabh Honda, nasik. My car reg. Number is MH- 15-6887. While third free servicing I noticed that air was not checked and door setting was not set. so also, shark fin antenna of my car is damaged so I demanded said part by showing to pay all cost and labour charges but dealer denied to provide said part on the count of non manufacturing it by company and asked me to take local part. it was shocking for me. Worst service is provided to me.

              In kannur honda sevice center (signature honda) the servise exicutives are looking their commission based dealing.They are telling unwanted problems and making a huge bill.So i never go their for future service.and i depramote my friends to buy honda cars.Service also is very poor.

                Dear sir

                I had booked a service appointment around 8/3/17 and had clearly mentioned that I would need the car same day by evening. I was assured of the same. However, while the car was delivered on the same day the was no intimation freedom Linkway Honda on delivery of the car. My father who is a senior citizen was coordinating on the same. He had doctor's appointment which had to be rescheduled. Further I had to last minute arrange to go to office thru public transport. Further on me speaking to your ground staff and instructing him to ask his seniors to call me, there was no return call. Can't believe that this is the kind of service Honda would give. Post that I have lodged formal Complaints on Linkway Honda site but no response. At above all the wiper of my car was to be replaced and owing to unavailablity the same was done though charges were levied. And we have been continuously following up on the same but no response
                It's really sad that customers are treated like this. The promises made at the time of sales are not kept. It is absolute waste of time to deal with Linkway Honda team. Would never recommend anyone to go thru Linkway Honda. Just a pathetic Customer Service
                I hope and urge that there will be some action taken on this complaint lodged. We are tired following up since more than a, month now.

                  I am highly sorry for buying a honda car ever in my life. The way your service people deal and the attention paid by the company after purchase is pathetic as hell.I am done with Honda.
                  Would like to provide the details of a hoax commitment made by your showroom.
                  I had purchased Honda City VX MT iDtec Chassis no. - MAKGM85PBH4300712
                  from Frontier vehicles Pvt. Ltd. 01A, GF, Vipul Trade, Sohna Road, Gurugram,
                  Haryana. Before buying one of the representatives of the Showroom Promised me to Give Accessories of my Choice of Honda City worth Rs. 15000/- once I get the Registration Certificate.When I got the registration certificate that particular representative with whom I was dealing had left the job and the sales department denied from any such offer. I even talked to the Assistant Sales manager of the showroom but he in a very harsh manner denied me from providing the promised benefit of accessories.
                  Today I feel cheated and I regret a lot for purchasing a car from honda because on the end of the day I was not given justice.
                  At the last I want to say that please give me justice.
                  Please Honda provide me justice.

                    I own a Honda make car model HONDA CIVIC Mannual Transmission. While driving car on Western Highway (on way back home from office) one small stone hit the car's windshild glass and the glass is broken. I have been continuously contacting registered car dealers of Honda viz. Solitare Honda, Borivali, Arya Honda, Pranhadevi, Linkway Honda and requesting them to confirm whether they have windshild glass of HONDA CIVIC model in stock so I can replace the glass. But all the dealers are saying that they dont have it in stock and Honda company is closed so they can not provide replacement.
                    Now my complaint is what do I do with the car. Should I through away the car I bought paying Rs. 16 lacs. My car No. is MH-02-CB-2411 and I bought the car in the year 2010-11

                      My honda city cvt stalled whilst underway..in warranty done 10, 000 kms.. Happened on ^th april... No spare part available in mumbai... It will take one week to get the fuel pump changed. No replacement vehicle provided.. Car still in garage... Vey very poor material status for fuel pump to faill at 10000 kms... Even worse is the fact that it takes 6 days to position a spare for a vehicle still in warranty. The company website is unreachable for last ^ 6 days. Honda buyers beware... V mathew

                        I am working in Barclays and registered with Adecco India and I have recently purchased Honda BRV from Linkway honda Goregaon west. I have submitted all the required documents for availment of Corporate discount of INR 7000/- (which is very small amount of discount in comparison with other Car Companies) but i have been denied corporate discount.Can you please look into the matter and provide your help to get the corporate discount.

                        I booked my honda city MT ZX golden brown colour on date 21/2/2017 with booking amount Rs.11000/to emrald honda dealer at himatnagar, gujarat and he promised me to deliver this car up to end of march 2017 till today they are unable to dilivetr this car.
                        This is very sad to know that some of honda sales channels are making false committments to customers which is not good in long race . Please go through my issue as we being the long loyal customers of honda believes that its not from company side but some channels of communications may disturb your customers :-

                        1.We booked a honda jazz of which we wanted delivery at raipur shubh honda (karan city automobiles, raipur) on 09/01/17 dealer and we mutually agreed to the conditions and one of them was buddy loyalty of ₹5000 if the customer allready has a honda vehicle as i have a honda city on the basis of which company assured me to give buddy loyalty. I have a receipt in which the manager mr NITIN ( sales manager) as gave me a written pending note of buddy loyalty which he promised me to give it after i bring them my rc copy . Even after my regular followups they digested my buddy loyalty i dont know who is responsible for it but this kind of sales channel can dominate your brand value

                        2.my honda city is not given the clearance after service since 15 days due there inner guild that the customer will deduct the money of buddy . I dont think that a normal service takes 15 days in any company . These delays are making me a daily loss of appx rs 700 because of my regular use of the vehicle

                        3.As i already registered a complain in your toll free number but company has'nt responded..

                        Will wait for the clearance of issues or i will have to take steps in social media/consumer forum/online petitions

                          Hi got my honda hornet few days back i have been observing knocking sound and also noticed that the chain of back wheel is too hard it can not rotate freely .they were used it and they gave me that used bike.

                            The new city was booked in the name of inderpal papneja, i applied the loan with hdfc bank, there was some delay from my side, i'm handing over the financial documents, after completing all the formalities i was promised by western honda dealer, at bezzola complex chembur, that i will get the delivery of my car in a week's time, or before 8th of april. Till date i have not got the delivery. I have informed the representative of the dealer that if the registration formalities are not completed till 10th of april, in that case pay me rs 2000 per day as cost of travelling.

                              1) blue tooth calling facility is very poor quality of voice to the person to whom i am calling. I have tried more than 10 people by calling and every body is telling that the voice they are receiving is very low in volume and poor quality with echo sound.
                              2) the gear knob cover has got loose and not to upright position due to which there is dust collection in gear mechanism.
                              3) the tyres in my car are of mrf brand, where as the tyres in test vehicle and display vehicle are bridgestone.
                              4) body cover taken as accessory was torn from stitch near the mirror section. Which was hand over within 2 days of my purchase of car and it took one week time to aspen honda dealer to replace me new one. The respond took too long.
                              5) all above points i had mentioned in my first service job card and also explained to driver who came to pickup my car on 8-apr-2017. After 4 hours car was delivered back to me at my home with all points open. No one from service team have checked the points in detail and since it was first service, car was delivered back only by cleaning the vehicle.
                              6) customer representative and service section head of aspen honda (Gsfc vadodara) assured me that they will take back the vehicle on 10-apr-2017 by giving me a substitute car but the driver was late by 1 hour and i had to leave for my office.
                              7) very poor response of lead members of aspen honda vadodara and did not even responding on the phone.
                              8) i had selected honda city against maruti ciaz based on the trust and brand name of honda. But now after 2 weeks of my purchase on new car, i feel like cheated and very dis-satisfied with the response of dealer.

                                Now when we iport material on L.C and when foreign bank submit all the original documents to hdfc bank, we have to go to gandhigram office, Ahmedabad and have to submit letter to collect docs and have to wait 30'-40 minutes to get the document.
                                On hdfc bank it is clearly mention that import documents can be collected at any of the branches than why they are not providing this service. We can get documents only from gandhigram office wasting around one hour of time.
                                This is so ridiculous for such big bank.
                                And its false promise and litigation matter.

                                  My City - SMT, a 2011 model car has run approximately 68000km in the 6 years of my ownership. It has always been used gently and has been maintained well. After the last service performed in december, the car displayed a few issues - the first of which was a hissing/ stuck debris kind of noise which would emanate from the passenger side AC vents intermittently. It then progressed to low air speed from all vents and then to totally no cooling, again intermittently, seemingly triggered by uneven roads or broken roads. Everytime I tried to get it inspected the issue would stop and again crop up when I'm out on long drives. My recent Pune trip turned out to be a nightmare due to this issue. Finally the issue progressed to a hollow rotary rattling noise from the engine room, which I got checked out from my regular service center in Bangalore.

                                  After much time spent on inspection, they concluded that the compressor has gone bad and I would have to replace it at a cost of ~45000 INR. Now, note that this car has done only 68000km till date and is just 6 years old on 12th April 2017.How can a part which generally runs the life of the car expire at such low mileage? What could have caused it? If the part is something which expires so easily, why was I not told of it when I bought the car?

                                  At present the car has stopped cooling completely(again) and I've had to call the service guys to check it out.

                                  Honda, for an ardent fan of Honda vehicles, this is hard to digest, especially considering I have recommended and got my father as well as my uncle to go for a Honda Jazz recently...

                                    I had reported a disc brake noise from about 500km till my 10000km service. During this time i had visited the salem sundaram honda service 6 times just to get this issue fixed, but the technicians ignored my request all these times.. It's very disappointing that the prob is still not fixed. After warning them that i'd register a complaint, they said they would fix it in my next service... This quality of service has got me thinking that i should have got a maruti instead...

                                      We have booked honda wrv on 23rd of march 2017 at deccan honda, opp baba petrol pump, aurangabad, maharashtra in the name of my wife mrs prachi kulkarni.
                                      We have been allotted maruti suzuki breeza earlier and we were about to get delivery of breeza on 28th march but as wrv launched on 16th march and after comparing features with breeza we have been convinced to cancel breeza and book wrv.
                                      We were having concern of delivery date and after approaching the above dealer, the dealer person mr. Swapnil devkar promised us to deliver the vehicle before 10th of april 2017.
                                      After his commitment we booked the wrv top end diesel version golden brown colour.
                                      After contacting the person for delivery, the person is answering vaguely that he can not say when the delivery will happen.
                                      If he doesn't know about the same why he promised the delivery date to us?
                                      Also after complaining to honda customer care, they e mailed me and told that dealer has already offered us different colour but nothing is like that and dealer didn't offer anything like this to us.
                                      Hope this complain solves my issue and i will get my car delivered before committed date i. E. 10th april 2017
                                      Kindly justify the same and deliver the vehicle by promised date.

                                        I have been cheated by making false promises by the dealer at the time of booking of honda brv automatic top model . The music system which was given to me was told to be of mrp 51000.00 inr but it was not that . And despite being a honda product the bill of the same was not given to me . Car was delivered in 4 hrs at the time of delivery . The car was scratchy when delivered. I made a complaint regarding the same to the sales head of Ring Road Honda that is Mr. Shailesh who promised me to resolve the issue but later he stopped picking my phones and started ignoring me . Its more than 1 and a half month i have purchased my car and i m still stuck with the same issues . I was forced to give 10 rating on everything by generating good faith . This kind of highly improfessional behaviour is completely unacceptable that is why i m forced to file this complaint when my patience level is reached . Every time i got a call from Ring Road Honda for a feed back i told these things to everyone but nothing happenned . Hoping to get a justice regarding my complaint from you .
