I have booked vx mt on 19th feb 2017 at crystal honda, bavdhan, pune. The delivery date agreed was 28th march 2017. During booking sales person had confirmed verbally that the car can be delivered within 15-20 days if i do booking on 18/19 feb weekend.

Today sales person has confirmed that because of shortage of booked color (Steel metallic), car cannot be delivered on 28th march. This is very much disheartening. I have sold out my existing eagonr, which i have conveyed to sales person same during last sunday (12th march) when i visited crystal honda showroom.

I have one of friend's relative working in deccan honda, and just spoke with them and found that they have delivered same car for bookings done in feb month. I am not sure why there is a challenge to deliver car when booking was done around 40 days earlier than delivery date.

I would request you to check feasibility of delivering car on 28th march.

    hi, My name is Rohit and I am living in canada. we bought Brand New Honda Amez for my family in Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 28th October, 2016. after few months there is some scratches on front Bumper, so we decide to give it for service. i gave it in Honda Gandhinagar showroom at 1st March, 2017. and they give me back on 10th March, 2017 in evening.
    so the 1st thing is why they take this kind of long in insurance process and all.

    2 thing is whatever they did color its not match with the car color. so now people can easily judge there is a different color. i spend 7, 00, 00 behind Honda Amez car, so this kind of service is not acceptable.

    3rd Thing is whenever i gave it to them there is half tank of Petrol in my car, and the distance between Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad service center is approx 30-35 K.M, so max my car run 70 K.M, but when i got the car, the tank was empty. there is fuel sign coming after 2-3 K.M. the Meter reading is at it is. there is no changes in K.M. i don't know about this magic.

    so there is 3 things in my mind whatever i don't understand so please clear my mind and tell me the truth they do cheat with me or they make me fool?
    i can forget the 1st thing (timing) and 3rd thing (Stealing Petrol) but i never forget they play with my Rs. 7, 00, 000 car. how can they do the mismatch of color on brand new car?

      I and my sister went to enquire and to place a booking in frazer town city honda i wanted to purchase deo but the sales person name roopesh was so rude and he says if you want to buy pay 60000 or els get lost this is what he meant is this the way you talk to customers such a Lame person yu have in ua showroom the entire showroom is so **** boring no executive response they are in there own world

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        1. I am Lt Col Abhishek Chaturvedi, a serving Army Officer presently posted at Bareilly (UP).

        2. I have been a chronic fan of HONDA cars since last 11 years. I own two cars from Honda, one Honda City ZXi MP 04 CA 1654 and second a Honda BRV HP 62 5006.

        3. My Honda City Car number ​MP 04 CA 1654 met with an accident in the month of Feb 2017 and consequently I sent my vehicle for repairs at Eternal Honda, Bareilly (earlier known as Heritage Honda) on 11 Feb 2017. The repairs that were required to be done are of routine nature and no rocket science is involved. It has been more than a month now but my car has not been repaired till date. The dealer has been been fooling me for more than 32 days giving flimsy excuses such as non availability of part, lack of labour, change in dealership etc etc.

        4. I am astonished to see the casual & sickening attitude and lack of professional honesty of Eternal Honda, Bareilly (earlier known as Heritage Honda). I am sure you would agree that it CAN NOT take 32 days to get routine car parts from any part of country. The showroom is neither repairing my car nor returning it to me. The unprecedented delay in repairing my car has given me irreparable harassment, loss of faith in Honda and avoidable administrative hassles apart from financial setback. If this is the manner a soldier is dealt with I wonder how your representatives must be dealing with other civilian friends.

        5. It may please be noted that I being from the Armed Forces, have been posted out to a field location in Kashmir and thus had to request my organisation to amend my posting date due to this delay in repair of my car. Understandably, I can not leave my car behind as move out from Bareilly.

        6. The whole episode has caused me huge embarrassment and mental agony. May I request your personal indulgence in this matter so that my car can be returned to me fully repaired. The persons dealing with the case at Eternal Honda, Bareilly(UP) (earlier known as Heritage Honda) are Mr Sachin ([protected]) and manager Mr NS Chauhan ([protected]). These gentlemen have even stopped attending my calls. If, I do not receive a satisfactory reply from you I will be forced to make an FIR against everyone concerned and take legal or any other suitable action that I feel justified and necessary. I once again request you very humbly to kindly address the issue within next 7 days and inform me of the progress. I have to move out of Bareilly on posting on 22 March 2017 and it would not be possible for me to wait beyond this date.

          Dear Sir/Madam

          I am writing to inform you that the Honda Jazz 2015 we owned has a problem with its air conditioning from day 1. We have tried everything, even our dealer tried everything but the problem has not been solved. The problem is air conditioner is not cooling our car at all. Our model is with the automatic transmission. So as you can see it is a top end model and it has climate control. Even if we set the temp at 18 (which is lowest in this case) degrees celsius and fan at the speed of 3-4 the car doesn't get the chill. Since the summer is around the corner and we live in Nagpur city where the temp goes up to 48 degrees celsius it is my request to you, please figure out the problem make the air conditioner right. I would also like to tell you that this our 3rd Honda car and we are familiar with the Honda cars' air conditioner cooling. One of our relatives has the same year make Honda Jazz with no climate control in it, they have normal air conditioner just like older Jazz which works superbly. Please respond as soon as possible and make sure our AC works.

            Dear Sir,
            We purchase Honda mobilio in 2015 from infinity Honda in Gurgaon bearing rc number hR-26-CQ-3172,
            1. In Ist service complaint rear duct but is not working properly
            2. I have already purchased 4 year extended warranty from Honda
            3. Our vehicle run only 39900 km in 19 months
            4. As per infinity executive says shockers including all suspension parts of your vehicle in poor condition, break shoe, clutch systems, wheel bearing are also in poor condition.
            5. For your kind information break shoes have changed one time also.
            6. If I count problem of vehicle in 19 months durations it will declared that it is very poor products of Honda.
            7. I think break systems, suspension, clutch, wheel bearing are very poor if I compared these to maruti swift that was my previous car .
            8. When I planned to shift maruti to Honda I think Honda is better from maruti but I was wrong.
            9. Dealer told me that the all work and parts cost paid by you.

                I purchased a HONDA Mobilio VMT from Linkway Honda in June 2015. I noticed an abnormal clutch noise and reported during the second free service that is done after three months. The noise subsided post service, but surfaced again after few months. I kept following up and HONDA kept sending me back with quick fixes. They used to apply some lubricant spray to subside the noise. Later they also claimed to have changed Master Slave assemblies. When this did not help they claimed to have changed clutch pedal more than once. One of the very senior person from HONDA over a telephonic communication responded to delay by saying that such things can continue till eternity as they can only try to fix. By Oct 2016 I was fed up following up again and again and escalated the matter to Managing Director of Linkway HONDA. This led to more promises and another round of follow ups. They used to keep my car for inspection at times for multiple days and would tell me that issue is fixed, only to find the issue resurfacing again. Finally HONDA started to decline the issue. I did meet the Managing Director of HONDA in person and showed him a six minute video of clutch noise is all gears. In response I was told to get used to the clutch noise, suggesting that it is reaction noise of clutch release spring. I did ask them if they could show me such a noise in other cars. However they did not. Later one day in February 2017 clutch dangerously became irresponsive in middle of peak traffic, leaving the gear jammed. On investigation HONDA found a fluid leakage and did a part replacement. At this point they offered to make an exchange offer to provide me with a BRV automatic with good exchange value on Mobilio and discounts on BRV. They made me wait for weeks going on record that internal discussions are going on for a reasonable exchange offer. After weeks of follow ups and assurances, they offered to buy my car back at much depreciated value without any mention of an exchange offer. When I asked them about exchange offer they went silent. They did not answer me emails. Every one was in copy including Managing Director of Linkway HONDA, Honda Customer Service and multiple other senior persons from Linkway HONDA as well as HONDA. To see very senior persons behave like this I lost all hope. My requests for help on HONDA's twitter handle have gone unanswered as well. One email to HONDA corporate also was unanswered. Entire HONDA team, senior management as well as MD of Linkway HONDA has compromised their position by not honoring their own words. I am surprised how a company of HONDA's might and a dealer Linkway HONDA which is Auto Hangar Company selling Mercedes, practice such low standards. I wish authorities intervene and make then realize that they are not mere booking agents but custodians of a brand and responsible for customer trust and equity.

                    Got a new Honda jazz from prestige Honda on 19th of Feb. I'm not getting bills n registration papers tax payment receipts & a refund for rs5000 as committed. Sales personnel are harassing me time n again. We are coming today tomorrow in two days.car was delivered without proper PDI. Antenna manual.
                    I'm not having any valid TRC or applied for slip. I'm being forced to drive my car without valid documents. Only an insurance certificate has been given at time of delivery.

                      I purchased car in august 2015 and car has run only 35000 km and its clutch plate and fly wheel needs replacement as car is not picking the race. Moreover, immediately after purchase, i complaint that the car seems to be second hand and used as it was not smooth and was causing lot of noise but no body in honda was listen to the same. Now even dealership ( pearl honda sector 52 gurgaon) is ready to change the parts free of cost. i am loyal customer of honda having two honda city for last 10 years but with Honda Jazz, i feel this is bad product launched by company and its production should be immediately stopped by company else it will hamper its goodwill

                        Hello Team.

                        We bought New Amaze honda car 2.15 Months ago, we are having issue with turbo oil automatically getting reduced .& Pickup coming down to approximately getting just 14 KM per litre.we larged complaint with honda service centre more than 3 times.we are not getting problem fixed & even not getting proper response from them.

                        the main purpose of buying honda car is due to the brand name, but ever expected this kind of service from them. please look into this on priority & do the needful.

                          I 've purchased honda amaze car diesel model on 12 july 2016 and submitted claim for excise refund on 24 august ... Sales team checked my documents thoroughly scrutinized all papers notarized in all respect ...Satisfied with checklist and accepted.

                          On 8th dec tajashri cars nagpur said that one r t o document needed in original ..

                          When they completely satisfied how can they say that one document not submitted in original ..

                          Pl. Help me to get excise refund .

                            Grievance against car manufacturer Honda India. I have a Honda city car registration number UK 07 AQ 7333. I purchased it in June 2012. On 2nd March 2017, I received a call from Honda stating that the airbags in my car are faulty and will be replaced free of cost. My grievance is that how can it take 5 years to identify such a critical mistake. And why was I sold a faulty car in the 1st place. If I ever had an accident, the airbags would not have worked and someone could have lost their life or badly injured due to this negligence and carelessness on the part of Honda. I feel just replacing the faulty unit after 5 years is not enough. This demands for a higher compensation as the mistake on the part of Honda could have cost lives.

                              I purchased Honda City VMT on 19/01/2017.
                              The Car is producing Rattling sound during Acceleration. I have complained to the dealer but the service person is denying and telling that there was he could not hear any such sound. I have shared audio clip for the same but no effect of that.

                              Since many days I am facing problem in Bluetooth connectivity and wallpaper setting, when I tried to change the wallpaper, I am not able to do it as I imported 01 image successfully by in display setting when I changed audio to wallpaper, no change is there..I tried many times but seems some software issue is there...
                              I want solution of above problems on urgent basis..

                                My car got broke down on 26.02.2017 at 11:50 AM and informed to our nearest dealer Aditi Honda for picking up the vehicle and the vehicle was picked by dealer and inspected. But they informed Sub frame & engine mounting are damaged they are to be replaced for smooth running of the vehicle.
                                But they have put order for these parts in chennai head office.
                                I felt really unhappy for delay in repairing because of non availability of parts.

                                  Respected mam / sir,

                                  1. That a honda amaze was purchased on dtd.23.01.2017 from the dealer m/s. Highway honda, pahal, bhubaneswar, odisha.
                                  2. The sales executive was mrs. Narmada nayak madam was dealing with me under the supervision of the sales manager mr. Bhagaban dalai sir.
                                  3. At the time of purchase, both the sales executive and sales officer confirmed that honda buddy loyalty of rs.5000/- can be availed, as a honda activa two wheeler is registered in my name.
                                  4. As per their commitment, i was supposed to pay extra rs.3100/- {total-5000/- (Honda buddy loyalty) + rs.3100/- (From my pocket)= rs.8100/-} to install a back camera with sensor from the said show room.
                                  5. It was further confirmed that just after getting the registration certificate within 7-10 days, the back camera with sensor will be fitted in my vehicle.
                                  6. Today i. E. On dtd.01.03.2017 i received the original rc along with the smart card from the concern rto
                                  7. After getting the rc, i immediately contacted mrs. Narmada madam in order to avail back camera with sensor, as mentioned in above.
                                  8. She also smartly as well as immediately responded with the version that they “committed but with inadequate knowledge” as she as well as her senior officer were unknown regarding offers for which the commitment can’t be executed. Further she added that “rs.5000/- can be expended in servicing - cannot be adjusted in accessories, as the accessories used to procured from outside vender/s”
                                  9. My grievances are: with the belief of above mentioned commitment/s, i purchased this particular best product (I. E. Honda amaze) from the particular show room (I. E. M/s. Highway honda).
                                  Now i myself asking the question that:
                                   have i taken the wrong decision by purchasing this particular product from the particular show room?
                                   is it possible for me to continue servicing in m/s. Highway honda?
                                   is it possible for me to recommend anybody to deal with the best “honda” product from this types of worst service of show room i. E. “m/s. Highway honda”, pahal, bhubaneswar, odisha.
                                  10.in my opinion regarding the sales team : with very inadequate knowledge, the sales executive (Name: mrs. Narmada madam) saling products under the sales manager mr. Bhagaban sir, who can perfectly do false promises, false commitments.
                                  11. Other predicted possibilities: if within a month the sales executive as well as sales manger are rolling roll back from their commitment, how it is possible for me to believe on you for availing as well as continue any types of deal from this particular show room.

                                    Recently I visited Honda Parekh service centre to my first service of my Activa 3g in my bike there is a some issue regarding axislater not working properly so I visited Honda Parekh service centre Sion Mumbai. First time they said me there is water in my fuel tank so I said fix it, they said ok and they changed engine oil, do some service of my bike and said everything is ok, and I visited one more time for same issue, NXT time they charge some extra money for same issue
                                    But the problem not solved still the problem is there ...

                                      we have complain about car with Landmark Honda since last one week regarding TYER was burst on road with some quality issue and submitted tyer to Land mark Ahmedabad . As car was run by my wife and total KM ran only 2000 KM so itw as brust on road and damge and save the car and life
                                      we must get tyer examined and relace but no action.further spare wheel also not same size ???

                                      we are not happy with service and our compalian not satis fy with true reason?
                                      waiting urgent action or can go with consumer form

                                        I don't expecting the negative response from your side, but I wrong because the recording attached by you thats mobile recording, This video suit at the time of delivery of 23rd Feb 2017 thats why we can't see the bracket send me the CC TV recording at the time of my car enter & out in the workshop with date & time of 6th Feb, 2017 And no body contact me for the all those problem which was wrote in your last mail.So, please do not confuse me through this Video and take action as best as possible till I am not satisfied with this mail.
