Our Honda Amaze model with no. MH 31 EU 3418 is having problem in one of the rear door. The door when closed produces a noise as if it isn't properly fitted. We had complained several times in the Rushabh Honda Nagpur unit. They assured to resolve the problem. But even after 5-6 complaints, the problem is still intact and not paid heed upon.
Plz do the needful at the earliest, else we would be forced to take a legal action against the same.

    This is on reference to pathetic and horrible customer dealing at Ring Road Honda Gurgaon Body Shop of my car Honda Brio DL9CU 3656.

    On 17th March 2017, I booked a pick up of my car with the intimation at the body shop that the car has some repairs done and is covered under insurance, so a claim form should also be brought by the driver along with the pick up. I was allotted 1 pm as the pick up time on Friday 18th March 2017. The driver picked up my car at 2 pm from my residence which is in south city 1 Gurgaon. I was told that as soon as the car reaches the work shop, I will get a call from the concerned executive.

    I waited fro the call for 3 hours, but did not receive any call from the body shop. At 5pm in the evening I called Ring Road Honda Body Shop, to enquire whether my car has reached the work shop or not. Then I was informed by Mr. Rahul that, they just came to know that my car was standing the work shop since long but did not know about it. Then I asked them about the insurance claim and the survey, they informed that the surveyor has left for the day and the Insurance Company is closed for Saturday and Sunday, so the survey will happen only on Monday. In this scenario I requested the executive to do something to expedite the claim on Friday only or otherwise send my car back on the same day and I will send the car on Monday instead. He said that he is trying and will get the survey done on Saturday and get the work started.

    Saturday I did not receive any call, Sunday Mr. Rahul called and informed that the full claim is not been agreed upon by the surveyor and he is trying to get the complete claim. Monday, again I did not receive any call from the executive. Tuesday, evening I called Rahul to know the status of the work, he informed me that the work has started and it will take 3-4 days to complete the work. On this I got furious as the work to be done on the car was just the bumper, quarter panel and the right side back gate, which should have hardly taken three days i.e if the work was started on Monday, the car could have been easily delivered on Wednesday. I escalated the call and spoke to his senior Mr. Arwind, and he assured that he will look into the matter and expedite the work and deliver the car as soon as possible. And I was assured that the car will reach to me by Thursday afternoon. Also, he told me that he will revert back with the exact status.

    Wednesday again no call from the body shop, Thurday morning I called Rahul to know the status of my car, he told that he will send the car by lunch. Afternoon, 12:30, I again ringed Rahul to confirm the deliver time, he said that there is some problem and some work is to be done again and he will try to send the car by evening, I escalated the call and spoke to Mr. Arwind, but he again gave the same reply that he will look into the matter and revert ASAP. But, I escalated my call further and spoke to Mr. Ashu, he assured me that he will personally look into the matter and revert, but he only informed me that he will be able to deliver the car only by the evening.

    I received the car buy 6:30pm on Thursday, 23rd March 2017, since it has started to get dark, I could not see the work done. But next day morning I saw that the work was done incomplete. The right side of the gate was not done properly.

    So, to conclude,

    1. Despite informing that there is repair work to be done on the car, it was still picked up on Friday afternoon, when they knew the surveyor is always available for first half of the day.

    2. The car was standing at the work shop for more than 2 hours and unattended.

    3. The executive mislead me that the survey has been done on Saturday/ Sunday, when it was actually done on Monday.

    4. If the survey was not possible over the weekend, why the car was kept parked at the work shop, despite, I requested to send it back on Friday only.

    5. The client/ Customer was taken for granted, mislead and uninformed and caused inconvenience for 1 long week.

    6. Even when the car was kept at the work shop for 1 whole week, the work done was still not complete and up to the mark.

    7. Pathetic service, horrible experience.

    8. No responsible executive/ staff at ring Road Honda Gurgaon.

      I have an issue with honda seevices and honda dealer. I booked my honda city zx in the launching month feburary. I asked to manager sir i need this car for marrige purpose if you will able to deiver it before 8 of march then please let me know because we will give this car to my sister on her marriage. But i got very bad response

        Hi team

        I have booked honda city idtec golden brown in capital honda pallikarnai on 9th of march as a csd customer. The commitment from honda was to deliver the car by end of march. All the formalities documents were provided by next two days of car booking. The payment were also completed on the committed date from my end. Today i got a call stating the car will not be delivered on the date that was committed since company has delayed the car lifting from factory for the diesel vehicles. This is completely unprofessional from a reputed brand like honda.
        I have been facing problems with honda previously as well. I had booked honda cbr 150 last year in january where honda failed to deliver the bike on time, because of which i booked yamaha bike and switched brand.
        So i request honda to wave off the change in the rate that is expected in april or provide the car within march before the rate change. Please arrange for the vehicle within chennai if possible.

          Hello,

          I purchased a Honda CB Unicorn 150 bike before 3 years in 2014 .
          In between this I got a back pain issues. I showed my bike to the authorized service center ; they told me to change the suspension and it doesn't comes under warranty.

          This incidence happens before a one and half year ago and yet again the rear suspension giving me a problem. Again I visited the service center they told me you need to replace it again. Because the rear suspension is to be changed withing a year.

          I bought this bike for great suspension and See the problem is occurring for the same.

          what should i do anyone please suggest.

Samir abuja and lodged the complaint in writting as well as through mail against staff mr. Ajay, mr. Yadav, mr. Amit mishra, but no revert has been taken place yet.

              Dear Sir,
              I am a retired Defense Officer and had bought a Honda City car from Ace Honda, Noida in the year 2014. The vehicle has a defect of the engine light glowing continuously and the pulling power drops after 10-15 minutes driving.
              The vehicle is under repair from 07 Mar 17 till date. No solution could be found. The manufacturer could not give any solution telephonically as confirmed by my advisor.
              Is there any qualified engineer of the company who can attend the problem ? Will my car be repaired in a reasonable time. The engine is under extended warranty.

                My area Honda dealer is pushp Honda the dealer is not give claim warranty the region of claim is a my car has running and car has stopped automatically and more time my car not started and I call our Honda dealer the dealer reported my car chamber block has damaged and me tell this is the warranty parts and the dealer has not give claim warranty.. please give me claim on this thing

                  I have honda city iVtec 2009. I am facing problem of battery voltage variations during running my car. Because of this at night lights starts dim for 3to 5 seconds and again become brighter. Then I check the battery voltage with my instrument and observ that when the car is in idle and stands in stop position then voltage at battery terminals is 14.6 volts, and when I move my car after some time voltage become 12.5 volt for few seconds and again become 14.6 that is why my cars light britness varies and AC fan speed also vary . So it means alternator of my car stops charging intermittently when the car is in motion and when the car is stop position and engine running idle then the charging is ok at 14.6 volt. Can any body tell me the reason of this charging problem at my no [protected]

                    Reference My Honda Amaze Car bearing Rgn No: HR26CF1934, sumbitted in person by me for servicing on 19 Mar 2017 at 9.15AM

                    I was promised to be dropped to my home which is around 2 Km from the service station.

                    It was surprising to note casual attitude of the staff. After waiting for almost 30 minutes and repeated reminders, i was dropped in my car. Their veh meant for customer home drop was not made available.

                    Very pathetic and casual attitude of the staff. I need not remind the fact that success of any car depend on their after sale service and such an attitude will have negative impact on Honda car brand.

                    Concerned official need to take note of such incidents which has direct bearing on your brand products

                      This is a case of Clear cheating by the Honda Dealership staff at meerut i.e Platinum Honda Meerut. I purchased Honda Amaze from Platinum Honda Meerut on 28.10.2016.

                      I had to apply for bank loan so I went to Platinum Honda in the Month of october 2016 and collected the quotation of the finalized Model by me as per my budget at that time 0 debt insurance FOC offer was going on as per the sales executive. The same got mentioned in my quotation given by the sales executive.

                      By the same quotation I applied for bank loan and the same got approved and for booking and delivery of the Car i was not able to go so i sent my wife for doing the needful.

                      First wrong thing no one from honda bothered to call me and confirm that do we give delivery to your wife.

                      Second when as per the quotation everything was finalized than considering all the documents accordingly my wife was told to sign here and there and she signed. Now on 25.02.2017 while driving the car the car gets hit by a big stone under and the oil chamber got bursted and the engine got seized

                      now when the vehicle comes to Platinum for the work than we got to know that we have been given normal third party insurance in which so many things are not covered where in as per the quotation we were suppose to get 0 debt insurance.

                      Now we have been told by the service manager the approx expenses on the car will come to 2 Plus lakh rupees.

                      just for saving merely 5000 rupees the staff gave me wrong policy as that was on FOC and now when i am chasing the Honda Car India company they are also not agreeing to this and taking the side of the dealership.

                      The car is lying in the service centre since 26.02.2017 and I am chasing since than and asking for the solution from the company but no one is helping and giving the solution.

                      As per the GM Of dealership Mr. Kapil Quotation does not have any value and only consider the sales contract which is not signed by me and my wife signed that trusted the brand and the commitments.

                      I am getting suffered monetorily, paying my installments without the car is being with me and suffering losses due to non availability of that vehicle and also stressed mentally so much i even can, t tell.

                      Finally i thought to write and ask Please suggest what to do in this case now . Whom to approach who will help me out in this case.

                          My name is mr. Chirag v shah. Who is owner of honda city vx model & my car no - is mh - 02 - dw - 4878. We had purchased on 11.03.2015.From link way honda showroom goregaon west.
                          In november / december i have given my car for insurance coverage as per zero death policy.
                          Mr. Gautam joshi attend my case & mr. Raj is also involve in this matter.Mr. Gautam joshi told me to fill up the form & sign it other matter we will fill it. But they have not written in same form & icici lombard not passing my claim. Mistake from your person & why should we suffer.
                          Now my insurance policy is expired on 03.03.17
                          your redline automobile p. Ltd kandivali west mumbai has renewed my policy with guarantee
                          of pending work done from our side.Ms shipra singh & mr. Nilesh sukum conform to do all the pending work done after some 2/3 days. But after 12/13 days no result. As it is.
                          Once again i am requesting to please look in to the matter do the necessary work which is pending from link way honda goregaon west.

                            I purchased a silver color Honda City VMT Diesel in March 2014. Till date its mileage is 25000 Kms.
                            Today after using it or about 2.5 years, i noticed that all 4 doors are catching rust from inside.
                            On[protected], I visited Infinity honda showrrom in Gurgaon, Haryana.
                            There the persons got it repaired on approvals from their seniors. and the matter was closed.

                            But just after that on 13 February I noticed few more different places are catching rust apart from what was repaired at infinity dealership. I informed the same to infinity Honda and also reported the matter to customer care of Honda cars .
                            Reason of complain-
                            Once rust came, dealer repaired it. I was ok.
                            But again it is coming and that too on outer body this time. This means that there is manufacturing fault.

                            Let me know how many times I will get it repaired for no fault on my side.

                            And why I will get it repair when company paint and metal is of low quality.

                            I can provide following things:
                            1) Images of defective rusted portions of the car sent for approvals by the dealer himself and repaired at infinity on 29 December 2016.
                            2) Physical car can be made available for Honda company people for inspecting repair work done at dealership.
                            3) Physical car can be made available for Honda company people for checking fresh rusting portions of the car which is never reported to any dealership except this complain.

                            Hope my trust on Honda cars India do not get breach and hoping will soon be meeting a responsible person from the Honda Company itself who will understand the customer genuine problem and provide the requested solution for it.

                            According to today's email from honda company, Honda cars life I just three years and after that they need to be scrapped?.

                            Today at infinity, I met Mr Amit Walia, he said me that before complaining to customer care email, I should have discussed the matter with him and he would have put up the matter in company And now as I have made complaint to consumer care, directly company will deal with the matter.
                            And Mr Amit Walia will not deal in this matter.
                            This is a clear indication of exploitation of consumer, making him confuse from email talks and dealership threats.

                            I am a simple public user of a car, incase company will help in this problem, this will be a genuine company help and siman and amit sir also knows that it is a genuine manufacturing fault, but Mr Siman himself told me today that sir we cannot accept this in records otherwise company image will be tempered.

                            MR Siman has also taken pics of all rusted places today. And he accepts that it will spread in complete car.

                            I am not a person who get indulge in improper talks and prove myself to different authorities. I am a consumer and knows my rights and duties very well.

                            I just request the company to act properly with me and provide a solution to the problem.

                            Without any delay, kindly fix up a meeting with higher authority of the company who is having a decision taking power, rather than getting emails over email and getting clarifications from dealership who themselves do not have the ability to accept their words of their mouth.

                            Hoping company will think about its consumer as consumer is the one who makes the company not vice versa.

                            please get my issue resolved. i will be thanful.

                              I have purchased honda city svmt in july 2016 and till date it ran around 30000kms.in this very short span of time i found following quality issues with this car:
                              1) honda team is not committed on their words for while selling a car= they committed me lot of freebies but just after getting do (Delivery order) from financier they forget all the things
                              2) while accelerating, abnormal sounds coming from engine=nobody is able to identify at their workshop
                              3) seat belt tightness lost its proper tension = getting loose= dangerous
                              4) horn sounds like "vicks ki goli lo khichkhich door karo"= honda changed the horn twice & once repair but still the same problem!!!
                              5) sometimes car wobbling even after proper alignment & balancing
                              6) most surprisingly, car window vibrates too much while opening & closing
                              7) audio system= automatically all the settings wash out suddenly
                              8) blue tooth connectivity=sometimes connect, sometimes afraid
                              9) during rain when some water going inside the window glass, it operates automatically up & down
                              10) outside smells coming inside the car even after all the things closed
                              How the health will remain good of my honda city car for me in a long run!!!
                              Certainly, it shows the character of honda... Where once sold the car, take feedback from the customer but at the time of providing solution - convey to the customer that "this poor quality will remain the same".
                              Is there anybody in honda to take care of their baby "honda city"???

                                I have booked vx mt on 19th feb 2017 at crystal honda, bavdhan, pune. The delivery date agreed was 28th march 2017. During booking sales person had confirmed verbally that the car can be delivered within 15-20 days if i do booking on 18/19 feb weekend.

                                Today sales person has confirmed that because of shortage of booked color (Steel metallic), car cannot be delivered on 28th march. This is very much disheartening. I have sold out my existing eagonr, which i have conveyed to sales person same during last sunday (12th march) when i visited crystal honda showroom.

                                I have one of friend's relative working in deccan honda, and just spoke with them and found that they have delivered same car for bookings done in feb month. I am not sure why there is a challenge to deliver car when booking was done around 40 days earlier than delivery date.

                                I would request you to check feasibility of delivering car on 28th march.

                                  hi, My name is Rohit and I am living in canada. we bought Brand New Honda Amez for my family in Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 28th October, 2016. after few months there is some scratches on front Bumper, so we decide to give it for service. i gave it in Honda Gandhinagar showroom at 1st March, 2017. and they give me back on 10th March, 2017 in evening.
                                  so the 1st thing is why they take this kind of long in insurance process and all.

                                  2 thing is whatever they did color its not match with the car color. so now people can easily judge there is a different color. i spend 7, 00, 00 behind Honda Amez car, so this kind of service is not acceptable.

                                  3rd Thing is whenever i gave it to them there is half tank of Petrol in my car, and the distance between Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad service center is approx 30-35 K.M, so max my car run 70 K.M, but when i got the car, the tank was empty. there is fuel sign coming after 2-3 K.M. the Meter reading is at it is. there is no changes in K.M. i don't know about this magic.

                                  so there is 3 things in my mind whatever i don't understand so please clear my mind and tell me the truth they do cheat with me or they make me fool?
                                  i can forget the 1st thing (timing) and 3rd thing (Stealing Petrol) but i never forget they play with my Rs. 7, 00, 000 car. how can they do the mismatch of color on brand new car?

                                    I and my sister went to enquire and to place a booking in frazer town city honda i wanted to purchase deo but the sales person name roopesh was so rude and he says if you want to buy pay 60000 or els get lost this is what he meant is this the way you talk to customers such a Lame person yu have in ua showroom the entire showroom is so **** boring no executive response they are in there own world

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      1. I am Lt Col Abhishek Chaturvedi, a serving Army Officer presently posted at Bareilly (UP).

                                      2. I have been a chronic fan of HONDA cars since last 11 years. I own two cars from Honda, one Honda City ZXi MP 04 CA 1654 and second a Honda BRV HP 62 5006.

                                      3. My Honda City Car number ​MP 04 CA 1654 met with an accident in the month of Feb 2017 and consequently I sent my vehicle for repairs at Eternal Honda, Bareilly (earlier known as Heritage Honda) on 11 Feb 2017. The repairs that were required to be done are of routine nature and no rocket science is involved. It has been more than a month now but my car has not been repaired till date. The dealer has been been fooling me for more than 32 days giving flimsy excuses such as non availability of part, lack of labour, change in dealership etc etc.

                                      4. I am astonished to see the casual & sickening attitude and lack of professional honesty of Eternal Honda, Bareilly (earlier known as Heritage Honda). I am sure you would agree that it CAN NOT take 32 days to get routine car parts from any part of country. The showroom is neither repairing my car nor returning it to me. The unprecedented delay in repairing my car has given me irreparable harassment, loss of faith in Honda and avoidable administrative hassles apart from financial setback. If this is the manner a soldier is dealt with I wonder how your representatives must be dealing with other civilian friends.

                                      5. It may please be noted that I being from the Armed Forces, have been posted out to a field location in Kashmir and thus had to request my organisation to amend my posting date due to this delay in repair of my car. Understandably, I can not leave my car behind as move out from Bareilly.

                                      6. The whole episode has caused me huge embarrassment and mental agony. May I request your personal indulgence in this matter so that my car can be returned to me fully repaired. The persons dealing with the case at Eternal Honda, Bareilly(UP) (earlier known as Heritage Honda) are Mr Sachin ([protected]) and manager Mr NS Chauhan ([protected]). These gentlemen have even stopped attending my calls. If, I do not receive a satisfactory reply from you I will be forced to make an FIR against everyone concerned and take legal or any other suitable action that I feel justified and necessary. I once again request you very humbly to kindly address the issue within next 7 days and inform me of the progress. I have to move out of Bareilly on posting on 22 March 2017 and it would not be possible for me to wait beyond this date.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam

                                        I am writing to inform you that the Honda Jazz 2015 we owned has a problem with its air conditioning from day 1. We have tried everything, even our dealer tried everything but the problem has not been solved. The problem is air conditioner is not cooling our car at all. Our model is with the automatic transmission. So as you can see it is a top end model and it has climate control. Even if we set the temp at 18 (which is lowest in this case) degrees celsius and fan at the speed of 3-4 the car doesn't get the chill. Since the summer is around the corner and we live in Nagpur city where the temp goes up to 48 degrees celsius it is my request to you, please figure out the problem make the air conditioner right. I would also like to tell you that this our 3rd Honda car and we are familiar with the Honda cars' air conditioner cooling. One of our relatives has the same year make Honda Jazz with no climate control in it, they have normal air conditioner just like older Jazz which works superbly. Please respond as soon as possible and make sure our AC works.
