Now when we iport material on L.C and when foreign bank submit all the original documents to hdfc bank, we have to go to gandhigram office, Ahmedabad and have to submit letter to collect docs and have to wait 30'-40 minutes to get the document.
On hdfc bank it is clearly mention that import documents can be collected at any of the branches than why they are not providing this service. We can get documents only from gandhigram office wasting around one hour of time.
This is so ridiculous for such big bank.
And its false promise and litigation matter.

    My City - SMT, a 2011 model car has run approximately 68000km in the 6 years of my ownership. It has always been used gently and has been maintained well. After the last service performed in december, the car displayed a few issues - the first of which was a hissing/ stuck debris kind of noise which would emanate from the passenger side AC vents intermittently. It then progressed to low air speed from all vents and then to totally no cooling, again intermittently, seemingly triggered by uneven roads or broken roads. Everytime I tried to get it inspected the issue would stop and again crop up when I'm out on long drives. My recent Pune trip turned out to be a nightmare due to this issue. Finally the issue progressed to a hollow rotary rattling noise from the engine room, which I got checked out from my regular service center in Bangalore.

    After much time spent on inspection, they concluded that the compressor has gone bad and I would have to replace it at a cost of ~45000 INR. Now, note that this car has done only 68000km till date and is just 6 years old on 12th April 2017.How can a part which generally runs the life of the car expire at such low mileage? What could have caused it? If the part is something which expires so easily, why was I not told of it when I bought the car?

    At present the car has stopped cooling completely(again) and I've had to call the service guys to check it out.

    Honda, for an ardent fan of Honda vehicles, this is hard to digest, especially considering I have recommended and got my father as well as my uncle to go for a Honda Jazz recently...

      I had reported a disc brake noise from about 500km till my 10000km service. During this time i had visited the salem sundaram honda service 6 times just to get this issue fixed, but the technicians ignored my request all these times.. It's very disappointing that the prob is still not fixed. After warning them that i'd register a complaint, they said they would fix it in my next service... This quality of service has got me thinking that i should have got a maruti instead...

        Dear sir
        We have booked honda wrv on 23rd of march 2017 at deccan honda, opp baba petrol pump, aurangabad, maharashtra in the name of my wife mrs prachi kulkarni.
        We have been allotted maruti suzuki breeza earlier and we were about to get delivery of breeza on 28th march but as wrv launched on 16th march and after comparing features with breeza we have been convinced to cancel breeza and book wrv.
        We were having concern of delivery date and after approaching the above dealer, the dealer person mr. Swapnil devkar promised us to deliver the vehicle before 10th of april 2017.
        After his commitment we booked the wrv top end diesel version golden brown colour.
        After contacting the person for delivery, the person is answering vaguely that he can not say when the delivery will happen.
        If he doesn't know about the same why he promised the delivery date to us?
        Also after complaining to honda customer care, they e mailed me and told that dealer has already offered us different colour but nothing is like that and dealer didn't offer anything like this to us.
        Hope this complain solves my issue and i will get my car delivered before committed date i. E. 10th april 2017
        Kindly justify the same and deliver the vehicle by promised date.

          I have been cheated by making false promises by the dealer at the time of booking of honda brv automatic top model . The music system which was given to me was told to be of mrp 51000.00 inr but it was not that . And despite being a honda product the bill of the same was not given to me . Car was delivered in 4 hrs at the time of delivery . The car was scratchy when delivered. I made a complaint regarding the same to the sales head of Ring Road Honda that is Mr. Shailesh who promised me to resolve the issue but later he stopped picking my phones and started ignoring me . Its more than 1 and a half month i have purchased my car and i m still stuck with the same issues . I was forced to give 10 rating on everything by generating good faith . This kind of highly improfessional behaviour is completely unacceptable that is why i m forced to file this complaint when my patience level is reached . Every time i got a call from Ring Road Honda for a feed back i told these things to everyone but nothing happenned . Hoping to get a justice regarding my complaint from you .

            Only one Honda service center (Hallmark) is available in Navi Mumbai so there is always rush of peoples & no one is entertain to customers even after 2 to 3 hours waiting.

              I had booked for a new Honda city 2017 ZX on 8/2/17 . I was informed that that I would get the car within 20 days but now it's almost 60 days and the dealers have no Clue to when they can make delivery. Today the sales manager told me that the new car has some problems with the digipad that's why the delay . I can't understand why Honda release a model before getting its thing right . Neither are they giving any clarification for the delay.

                Sir,
                I seema sharma. Prebooked honda wrv, on 4th march 2017 at prime honda (Capital cars pvt. Ltd.) ansal plaza ghaziabad and confirmed the purchase of the same on 19th march after visiting showroom.
                I must say about poor follow up and false commitment by executives (Ms swati sharma and ms preeti) at dealer end.
                1. Initially on 19th mar, they confirmed that car is in the dealer inventory and same has been kept on hold for me.
                2. They also assured me that it will be delivered on 29th or 30th march. And asked me to make payment.
                3. On 30th mar, i paid full amount (Mentioned in the invoice)
                4. On 31st mar. I asked for chassis no and engine no for making payment of vehicle insurance myself as i wanted to transfer ncb of my old vehicle, but they didn't give.
                5. Till 1st april they didn't provide chassis and engine no. And keep on saying that vehicle is in pre inspection.
                6. After suspecting some thing false, i visited showroom again on 1st april, but both the executives tried to keep me in dark and making excuses. Then i met the branch manager same day, he told me that car is not in their inventory and yet to be dispatched from the factory.

                Now i would like to draw your attention that on the following points
                1. Why i was kept in dark.
                2. Why not the higher authority at dealer, keep followup.
                3. Now who is going to pay the increased amout of 3rd party insurance. (Increased from 1st april)
                4. Who is going to pay interest on my 8 lacs loan amount (Taken from kotak mahindra bank) as my 1st emi on loan has already been paid on 5th april.
                5. Also i withdraw 2 lacs from my saving a/c on 30 th march and thus loss of 1 month interest on 2 lacs.

                If things have been communicated properly and proper follow up by higher authority

                I may have gone for another option, i would have asked bank not to disburse the loan amount, i would not have withdrawn 2 lacs from my saving a/c.
                Therefore you are requested to kindly look into the matter and give me clear picture about car delivery, also compensate the loss directly or indirectly which occured because of your poor service.

                It is very sad and shocking as no body can expect such a poor service and followup by such a reputed company and its associated dealers..
                I hope u take this issue promptly,

                  Rat and other small animals like rat/small snake can enter amaze car

                  Car no:ka25ma0353. Its honda amaze.
                  Car comes with a hole which will let the rat inside. Rat has eaten many a parts like seat cover, wiring, rubber on steering wheel. It has even eaten the stepney (Spare) tire which is inside the space provided in trunk box.

                  We were late at bandipur national park gate hence slept for a night in car, imagine what would have happened if any snake of smaller size have entered...

                  I bought Honda Jazz from Emerald Honda, ahmedabad on october 2016. but from day one, this is giving me issues such as extremely poor pickup and engine getting switched off on low rpm. it gives a shocking low movement when in traffic, sometime it becomes like the vehicle behind me will hit.

                  i have already sent car for 4-5 times to service station, but they are not able to
                  resolve the issue. please let me know how to go about as the dealer is not taking responsibility of resolving the issue.

                    Sir, i am dr vineet jain. booked HONDA WRV, golden brown on 21 mar 2017 at AUTOKAM HONDA, Kota.
                    i must say about poor follow up at dealer end. initially they said about 4 days waiting time. later they told that car would be delivered after navratra. now they are asking to change color, as said color is not available in company.
                    i am compelled to lodge complaint as this is not the way MNC's do business.
                    if color of car should have been a issue, they should not have booked a car of said color.
                    hope u take this issue promptly, else i would have no other option than to go for MARUTI BREZZA.

                        I planned to buy New Honda City 2017 VX CVT Carnelian Red from your dealer Rushabh Honda Nashik, Maharashtra.
                        The booking amount of Rs.21000/- was paid on 17th March with clear specifications as mentioned above. Though this purchase is a lease purchase all documentation between me and Finance company was completed in 7 days time.
                        Till yesterday Sales representative was unable to confirm the delivery of my Car.
                        When I visited this Dealer yesterday, I was informed that they do not have the specified color Car in Stock and I was expected to change my Car color choice from the other options. On demanding options, the Sales representative had the guts to give White as the only option.
                        Immediately on arriving to your Dealer, I had requested for a meeting with Sales Manager, to which I was made to wait for more than 45mins. During this period the Sales representative had no. of interactions with Sales Manager, but not once did the Sales Manager feel to either come out of his cabin and talk to me or call me in for discussions.
                        When ultimately I was given a chance to meet him, I was shocked to know that Car booked by me on 17th March 2017 was still not ordered by this dealer on Honda Factory citing a reason of Policy of Honda on ordering - which is done only in first week of every month. This was never intimated to me when the Car was being booked by me. To top it, till yesterday (when we are in 1st week of April 17) ORDER WAS STILL NOT BOOKED BY THE DEALER ON THE FACTORY.
                        This clearly indicates that the Dealer is cornering me to get rid of Car which is not of my specified color from his stocks.
                        The availability of my specified color Car is yet not confirmed to me and is being said to be available in May 2017???
                        Why should I wait so long on account of dealers mistake or so to say Honda Ordering Policy?
                        I expect that this complaint is looked into seriously and my specified color car is delivered to me immediately.

                          This is to state that we purchased New Honda AMAZE 1.2 S MT (i-VTEC) 2017 Model (Titanium Bluish ) from Rudraksh Honda (Bhilwara) M/S Ramraj Auto rollers pvt ltd on 24 Feb 17 .Invoice No:-SAL-INV-DD[protected], Dealer Code:-DD233, Chassis No:-MAKDF153AHN212842, Engine No:-L12B35125570 .

                          We took the car for its first servicing on 24 March 17 and then .I found a weird rusting problem under braking system, Axial and couplings on back of front Tyre, rotter, brake shafts, disk drums, Nuts and Screws found traces of rust under it a few days back, and when I checked just before giving it to service noticed that it had increased rapidly with visible amounts of rust through out .We asked the service engineer to take pictures because i forgot my mobile that day
                          .He took the pictures saying that its a normal thing .But i can understand if the rust comes after a 6 month or 1 year after purchase but this kind of low grade metal without anti corrosion paints are put into my car and its very pathetic and made me angry that i trusted Honda as their assurance in service and quality .This happens to me within a month which i got to know very early .At this juncture, I wish to mention that I was really unhappy with this rusting issue and let me know how would i deal with this frequent rusting issue in my car as this is clearly a manufacturing defect .
                          At last i would like to add a conclusion that this is a very serious issue and please look into the matter at the earliest and arrange the replacement of my car immediately .

                          I purchased new Honda City early during it's launch, to my disappointment started rusting within 3 Rd month and they rectified it, again rusting started in another area after 10 mths, again rectified, similar problem 4 the time and by then they say car is out of warranty, this is ridiculousl
                          Same problem happened to my Honda jazz earlier
                          They complain of the water quality in my area, for their information I said I own Innova which I clean with same water

                            I have purchased Honda city car from Delight Honda Delhi in the name of Mrs Chitra Kant on 5th March 2017 . I was given showroom car number for two days then temprery number for the car was provided to me which is valid only upto 5th April 17 .
                            I have been in regular touch and have been requesting the dealer for the registration but all kind of false assurances has been given to me but registration has yet to be received. Even the temprery is now expired. How do I drive my car from tomorrow.i want a strict action against the dealer .and proper action against the person behind this dealy . I am very sorry that such practices are being followed by Honda Dealer.Please do the needful.

                              I m Heamnt Raj, Residence of Jhansi. I was planning to buy new honda city so made Pre-Booking on 28feb by payng a sum of amount 40k at shree RamRaja cars, digara kanpur road, jhansi. They promised me to deliver me the car on 4 April. Then i made full payment of Rs1597680 on 22/3/17. Some days back sales person told me that the car arrived at showroom but today i.e On 3 April the self manager(i.e Mr. Shubham awasthi [protected]) is informing me that the car which i booked was sold to some other random customer & they can't deliver me it on 4th. Even they are not returning my money. Should i take any further action against the company & dealer? And i would never advice anyone to buy Honda cars.

                                  I booked my car on 14th of Febuary 2017 for new honda city Facelift. As per Dealer (Pushp Honda) it was to be delivered before 15th of March that is 1 month from booking date that is 14th feb 2017 By giving cheque of 21000 rupees as a booking amount .
                                  Today is 3rd of April and there is no response from dealer and when tried to contact other hiearchy of honda people i.e Sameer ahuja (Sale manager of Pushp Honda, Kanpur) they force you to take back your cheque or stay quite .

                                  My question to Honda Cars India Ltd. Is this How you people fool around Customers! Ypu play with their Hard earn money ! You play with their Emotion ! Thats pretty Bad to say ! Its the worst ever experience i had in my Life ! This happens just because dealership has monopoly !!!

                                    Hi,

                                    As discussed with your customer care representative few minutes back, i had handed over my honda mobilio car which met an accident at samara honda, mayapuri on 21st march 2016, after office hour. I was given an assurance that at the worst the car will be delivered to me by 1st or 2nd april 2017.

                                    When i contacted samara honda today, they expressed their inability since one of the parts i. E condenser unit seems not available at your factory and it seems you have confirmed samara honda to make arrange that part around 15th april 2017. Since you are not able to supply that parts to samara honda they are also not able to procure the same and deliver my vehicle.

                                    Request to please make the parts available without further delay so as to avoid branding “honda car india” as poor after sales service provider.

                                      We've purchased a brand new 2017 honda city v from ring road honda, dwarka. The car infotainment system (Digipad) has multiple issues - music keeps skipping whilst connected thru bluetooth or iphone cable. This issue was highlighted to both - sales as well as the service personnel but hasn't been resolved yet. The mic is also faulty whereby one has to yell sometimes to make the other party hear you when on a call via bluetooth. This was also mentioned, but there has been no resolution/action taken yet.

                                      Apart from this, we were promised accessories worth inr 5000/- fitted through 'hblp" - honda brand loyalty program that will be fitted within two weeks of purchase. It has now been over a month and after several follow-ups with their sales representatives, there is no commitment of when the same will be done.

                                      Very very poor service, will not be recommending to anyone and will be complaining in jd power survey as well unless issues are not resolved promptly.
                                      Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
