Last year I purchased Honda Amaze car from Landmark Honda, Ahmedabad.
I was given buddy loyalty of Rs. 3000.
I purchased the car through an agent, who offered me this scheme of buddy loyalty, which I activated.
I was told I could use this buddy loyalty at ANYTIME and that I could use this for my paid service or changing any car part or anything from Honda.
But now that my first paid service is due, nobody is responding...

Dear sir,

I received message from one of your dealership for servicing of my honda city. M/s tri star honda had given offer thru sms that on servicing of vehicle there would be 10% discount and waxing and dry washing would be done free as a scheme.

After receiving the vehicle it had been noticed that no cleaning had been done and servicecondition wasalso very poor. Also the charges applied for service were extraordinary...
