Mileage of my car is showing only 13.5 ..it's for second time this is happening pls look into this asap as this is manufacturing fault I think of I dtec model it's just three to four months old n I have checked the mileage on the highway long run of 1200+ kms sonpls look into this asap I have purchased vehicle from Deccan Honda Pcmc. Being a diesel version company mileage was promised around 26 kms per litre plus but it's neither near . I expect a quick resolution for further inquiry pls call me on [protected]

My car Honda ameze was damaged due to accident, I tried to contact trident honda, but they didn't received my calls, and when received, I told my problem, then they told they will resolve my car in8to 10 working days, then I prefer to go to local mechanic, they completed with in 6hrs.

    My vehicle under go estimate preparation due to total loss.The total sum is Rs.1775958.00 and Hans Honda varanadi charges fos same Rs.88798.00 @5%
    I have purchased 3 honda cars in may 2014, July 2015 n Dec.2015.I hav met lethal accident on 2nov 2016 and Hans Honda varanadi acting like this.Why should I keep my loyalty on Honda brand on behaving like this.
    I an already under financial crunch.
    Please look into the matter.

      Hi,

      In line with the above subject i would like to share my experience with Sundaram Honda on their service provided to me.

      On 10th of Dec 2016 i left my Honda City 1.5 SV (Petrol) car for the routine service. (you can collect my service details from you database. Till date from the purchase the car has been serviced only in Honda Authorised service center Sundaram Honda and Once in Olympia Honda).

      One of the complaint was Rattling Noise from the dashboard and other one was issues in Brake.

      The car was taken by Madasamy (service advisor from Sundaram Honda) for the service. For braking issue he told me that Front Disc Plates and Brake pads has been worn out and that was causing the problem. He confirmed by replacing both will arrest the problem. He costed me around 10K for the discs and brake pads, The total service charges was 17K+ and i took my car paying the amount.

      Post service i noticed below issues :

      Noise from the brake while applying brake,
      Outside temperature Sensor not working
      Outside temperature Sensor cap came out of the fixing and it was loose
      AC is not working at 24 degree
      I called the service adviser to quote the above complaints where i confirmed to fix all the issues. Hence i gave my car on 27th for the service. I told him very specifically about the point 3 and it needs to be fixed not pasted. I received a call from Madasamy yday stating there is a rat bitten in the wiring and hence the AC and sensor issue which point 2 & 4. I questioned when there was Rat Rodent treatment was done on 10th Dec service how come there was rat bitten on the wire. He gave me many reason like rain and cyclone. There has never been such an incident till now from the date of purchase of my car. Though i said it fine u can repair it where he billed 1400 rs for the entire service.

      Yday evening around 3 pm i recvd the car stating all the problems has been fixed. When i did the test drive i see point 1 is not resolved at all. And to my surprise point 3 was also not resolved and the have pasted the sensor cap. I have attached the pictures of the same. I immediately called the CRM and complained about the issue and returned my car for his investigation. I specifically told him to replace the disc brake and fix the sensor cap properly. He assured me that all my issues will be fixed and get back to me.

      Today around 2 pm i got a call from Madasamy (when the issue is escalated to CRM i dont understand why madasamy called me for the status) stating disc plates has bee repaired not replaced. Also he said the sensor unit has to be replaced and it will cost 3700 rs.

      I told all these issues occurred only after my 10th Dec service and y shud i borne the cost.He was repeatedly defending his points. I was totally frustrated the way he responded and not showing any customer service at all. He, Hari and Swaminathan was trying to stand on his points like

      Point 1 : Disc plates and brakes pad cannot be replaced
      Point 3 : Sensor cap can be only pasted and shall not be fixed properly.

      I have clarifications and questions on the below points.

      For point 1 : If the disc plates and brake pads are replaced only few days back why it cant be replaced on customer complaint inspite of giving them a chance to service it. As a customer i have to feel 200% comfortable since the issue is on brakes. I dont want to compromise/face any issues on brakes since it directly related to my life while iam on wheel. I believe i have all the rights to claim for replacement of a unsatisfied product which has been replaced by sundaram few days back.

      For Point 3 : I dont want the sensor cap to be pasted since its of not my mistake. I can see the cap coming out only after their service.

      For the above points i cant convince unless my requests are responded.

      In case if not, i would be sharing my concern to my corporate office advising them not to deal with Honda Cars and Sundarama honda.for service.

      I will also share my experience in Socail media as well.

      On top of that i will not get my car back from Sundaram Honda unless my issues are resolved.

      I can share more details on this over the call.since i have lot more to share.

      I lodged a comaplint in Honda Customer care yday around 3 pm and No one has contacted me from Honda side till now where in i called them again today. They advised that there will be call back in 24 to 48 hrs.

        I bought Honda City on 2/11/2016 from your Jodhpur Dealer. Now during second service I complained about one tyre which was having bubbles while filling air. The service centre as well as Dealer of the tyre are saying that it was our mistake, therefore it bubbled.
        As such while running car on the road, it punctured. It was immediately stopped and Driver changed the tyre. Even though they are saying even if it is run for 50-100 meters it is your fault. Practically Driver has done his proper work and if tyre gets bubbles, it is manufacturers fault.
        You are kindly requested to pkease look into this matter and solve our problem.
        At present our car is at service centre only

          Hi,
          I bought honda mobilio (Mh 46 al 4024) from arya honda, 99/100, national rolling mill compound, near st. Xaviers high school, l. B. S marg, bhandup w, mumbai 400078 in jan 2015 i also took annual maintenance support from arya - bhandup after 1 year.
          I had recently done my regular maintenance (Dec 23rd, 2016) which was a pick up and drop done by arya-bhandup last week while i was out of town.
          I just took my car today for the first time after service (Dec 30, 2016) to lonavala to celebrate new year with family / friends and my car's left tyre jammed almost skidding to a point of tripping. I almost survived a scare and a possible crash with my family inside in the mumbai-pune express highway.
          I toed my car to lonavala to a service centre and was shocked to know that my left tyre brake pad was wrongly inserted with opp direction facing the brake disc which is a major shocking threatening lapse. Its workmanship at its worst. (Attached find the pics of the same).
          I had to change both the brake plates bcos of this at lonavala service centre.
          What is even appalling is that arya bhandup service manager told me that the brake pads cannot be inserted wrongly which raises serious question about honda mobilio design as any fresh engineer can tend to do this mistake any time in future.
          I have asked arya-bhandup for entire refund of my service contract along with the costs i have incurred to replace the faulty parts and have also requested honda to rectify this brake plate design fault at the earliest so i donot have to face this situation again risking my and my families life in future.

            I own a Honda Brio.From the time of purchase of my car I have been facing problems with the showroom as well as the service center. Very very poor service.The staff is equally bad. Nobody attends to you. The car after service seems to be in the same state as before. I changed from Perungudi service center to Meenambakkam center and the result is the same. I think I made a mistake buying your car

              Last year I purchased Honda Amaze car from Landmark Honda, Ahmedabad.
              I was given buddy loyalty of Rs. 3000.
              I purchased the car through an agent, who offered me this scheme of buddy loyalty, which I activated.
              I was told I could use this buddy loyalty at ANYTIME and that I could use this for my paid service or changing any car part or anything from Honda.
              But now that my first paid service is due, nobody is responding on the mention of buddy loyalty. Also when I contacted the agent, he said it is valid only for 6 months.
              It feels like I am CHEATED.
              I expect you you look over this problem.

                  Dear sir,

                  I received message from one of your dealership for servicing of my honda city. M/s tri star honda had given offer thru sms that on servicing of vehicle there would be 10% discount and waxing and dry washing would be done free as a scheme.

                  After receiving the vehicle it had been noticed that no cleaning had been done and servicecondition wasalso very poor. Also the charges applied for service were extraordinary high, and notat all clear.

                    With all the due respect sir i wish to register a complaint for the honda city i purchased on 30th march, 2013 from divine honda, dehradun with the registration number UK 07 AW 2436. The car when purchased was having the problem of vipers since day one. The car is still under warrenty.I got it replaced several times but still the problem remained unfixed.My car dint had much of a run because my father used a smaller car for daily commuting. The car i.e. honda city had a problem with the ball and end joints of the front axle which the company declined to claim in warrenty. After sometime i even got a complaint that steering dampers of the car have several problem which i appriceate the dealer got fixed in warrenty and now the car is just having a run of 16-17000 km and the oil seal and the piston heads of the car have broken down.The people from the company are now saying that the estimated cost for the repair is 35-40000 rupees which is quite high.My concern is why am i the only one who is facing so much problems with the car since day 1? I spended almost 10 lakhs for a car and i am facing continious problem since the day of purchase.I want you to look into the matter and resolve is as soon as possible.If any queries please do contact on my no.                       This pertains to repair cum servicing of my Honda Amaze No. UP 65 BR 2298 at Hans Honda, Varanasi, which was delivered on 12/12/16. While coming out after servicing and repairs, about which I have no complaints, as usual a cleaner boy appeared asking for "Chai - Pani". As it is not customary to tip these boys, I refused his request of "Chai-Pani". I later realized that he moved his hand over the body of the car in a queer fashion as if just touching it from the side of the body to part of the mud guard and bonnet. As it was quite dark when I reached my residence I had no reason to examine the body of the car while parking it inside my garage. I went out of station the next day. When today on my return I took out the car, I saw a fine scratch exactly in the direction of the said movement of hand of the cleaner boy. As I maintain my car myself, I am sure nobody else entered the garage.

                      This appears to be a violent reaction of the cleaner boy by rubbing either his finger ring or some other angular object at not being obliged. As I was hurt at the damage of my car I am reporting the incident to you for your information and necessary action.

                      I also request you to mend the damage imposed inside your service center.

                      I will appreciate if I am kept informed about the action taken.

                          My uncle booked car Amaze vx model on 8th Dec 2016.
                          At the time of booking sales person said that Vehicle will delivered to you when loan document is ready.
                          On 13th Dec 2016 our loan document is ready than they said that please provide down-payment .
                          So we provide down payment on next day by online transfer.
                          After all that process they said we can not deliver your car and also said that if you want car take lower model or other car.
                          The communication is very bad.
                          So we cancel our order.
                          We are extremely disappointed.

                            I have written email earlier and this time again, but surprisingly, there is no response from Honda Car India. I am writing the same mail here below :-

                            Dear Sirs,

                            We sincerely regret to mention that despite our last mail dt. 01.11.2015, it is almost 2 years now, but I never received any clarification / reply from Honda which was expected from a company of this status and especially when they talk about the customer satisfaction high on their agenda. Our companies all over India have few Honda Cars and my colleagues in Ahmedabad are of high opinion about the service provided by their Honda Service provider. In kolkata also, 2 weeks back, I got he much better quality of job done by Shree Honda in contrast with the problem highlighted in my mail against Eastern Honda.

                            Eastern Honda last time said that paint on the bonnet was not a paint defect and it was chipped off due to external impact. If you send your representative tomorrow also, you may see that the bonnet in same status and there is no extension of the paint defect which means there was no chip off due to external impact and it was just a defect in final coat of paint which was being suppressed by Eastern Honda.

                            Anyway, it is upto you how do you analyse the situation. Now, I would like to bring to your notice the defect in paint of bonnet which was carried out by Eastern Honda previously under the same job in end 2014.

                            We are at a loss to understand how the same painted bonnet paint has developed crack in last 2 years. This means the surface preparation was really poor and that was also for painting which created apparent defect of pain last time and for the same reason, the bonnet has also developed crack in the paint.

                            I will not be surprised if Honda this time also chose to keep silent on the matter.

                            If I do not receive the acceptable logic / clarification form Honda, we are thinking of hitting the net and blog sites to really inform people of India about the dismal service of Honda and their reluctance to comfort the customers when their Authorised Service Center is at fault. The photo taken by my mobile on the bonnet paint crack is also attached herewith for your ready reference

                              I have a complain for your insurance department & his name his mr. Gautam joshi & mr. Raj.
                              Your mr. Gautam joshi had made a mistake in icici lombard insurance form & not passed my full claim only. One=side door was passed & done it.

                                I have honda unicorn 150 cc of 11years old. I have purchased 1 (One) mono suspension on 13.03.2016 from dilsan honda, dinhata, coochbehar. But after 6 months the suspension was not working properly. Iasked for warranty for the mono suspension at that showroom, but they disagreed to give me the warranty.in this situation i feel very helpless because after purchasing a valuable parts from a showroom and also fitted from the showroom, they denied to give me the warranty. I have changed my previous suspension after 10 years, but unfortunately the new one is ready to damage the goodwill of a branded company. Pl take care of it. Many friends purchased unicorn after my opinion, but now it looks difficult to suggest any spares from honda.

                                  I have purchased honda jazz svmt petrol ion[protected] at
                                  bharat honda gulburga. I have paid full amount of.Rs.699100/- and tax amount 109000 and also insurance amount 21000/-.But so far rgistration is not done.
                                  I am not able to use it as i dont have any documents related to it.
                                  The car is to be registered in name of lic of india.

                                  I have contacted many times but no work done so far.
                                  I want to be done immediately.

                                  I have given my bike honda shine to General service in kphb colony in hyderabad, they have done only water service and they gave me, later i checked my bike pick up it was as usual slow, i rather removed and checked engine oil, they did not changes oil, but they just sayed that they changed

                                    I have honda city vx model & purchase from your goregaon works from link way honda on 12.03.2015.

                                    Just now my car was demage from bikers in my area. I hve talk to mr. Gautam joshi at link way honda goregaon west but they told me to sign on insurance paper that s it. Whatever things we will write you don t worry about your claim.

                                    Thay have passe only. Door demage work . My major work for front side bonnet / grills no plate bonnet alignment & all dents is not done .

                                    I am very much surprised for not passing in icici lombard insurance. I have talk to mr. Raj he is incharge of insurance claim in linkway honda goregaon but not proper reply.

                                    Than i have talk to mr. Prathmesh he is the from icici lombard co for passing the insurance. But same not proper reply.

                                    Now what to do sir.

                                    Please check very carefully my case in linkway honda.

                                    Your mr. Gautam joshi / mr raj has not given proper answer.

                                    Mistake from your side only.

                                    I am requesting you personally to collect my car from my residence & do it pending works as off not passed in insurance without any money.

                                    MY CAR NO IS MH - 02 - DW - 4878 & I HAVE ZERO DEATH INSURANCE POLICY FROM ICICI LOMBARD FOR 3 YEARS. WHY SHOULD WE PAY IT SHOULD BE FREE OF COST ONLY. NOT FROM MY POCKET.

                                      Hi, I need to submit a complaint against Honda Quality of car and service.
                                      I have a honda city 2015 model diesel. I have always got it serviced from the authorized service center RING ROAD HONDA Gurgaon. I have always been facing issue with my new car, within 6 months of purchase AC stopped working, it was repaired by Honda and now, there is lot of noise in the car, i complained about it in last service, but it was ignored. service is very bad. Now the new problem I am facing is that the HORN stopped working. everytime i need to run to the Honda service center and your staff dont even care, there no body cares and just keeps you waiting. I would like to inform you that the Honda service is very pathetic. I also have a Maruti car, i would say maruti is 100 times better than Honda. It has been just 18 months and i have taken extended warranty at time of purchase. My car should be covered under warranty. Horn is not working and there is lot of noise in shockers and suspension.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I am an officer of indian air force and presently posted in punjab area. I have been badly cheated by your dealership harmony honda, mohali, m/s vidhaata honda, ludhiana, and honda assure insurance provided by iffco tokio.

                                        I bought honda mobilio rs model from harmony honda on 03 nov 14. I was provided with honda assure insurance with zero depreciation of iffco tokio. On 17 sep 15, i received a call for renewal of insurance which was due on 02 nov 15. I asked whether it will be in order to get the insurance renewed so early and what if any mishap happens during the interim period. I was informed that since it is honda assure insurance, i need not worry and they will take care of everything. I was told the insurance renewal amount, which i transferred to m/s harmony honda for renewal of insurance by neft on 18 sep 2016. Accordingly, my policy was revised vide proposal no p-4946423 dated 18 sep 2016 and policy no itg/82167724. However, during the last week of oct 15 while driving on nh1, the wind screen of my vehicle was hit by a stone and cracked. I got the same replaced from harmony honda under insurance.

                                        During aug 2016, my vehicle was hit by a motorcyclist, due to which the front and rear left doors were damaged. I gave my vehicle for repair to vidhaata honda under insurance claim. The vehicle was repaired and given back to me. However, after about one month, mr parminder (Mobile no [protected]) from vidhaata honda informed me that my claim has been rejected by insurance company under fake policy. I immediately rang up harmony honda and spoke to mr bimit (Mobile no [protected]) whose number was mentioned on insurance policy. He informed me that he will do the needful, but nothing happened. I again contacted him and he told me to contact ms pammi (Mobile no [protected]). I contacted her wherein she told me that my policy has been declared fake as i was given no claim bonus during renewal whereas i had taken claim. I informed her that the policy was renewed in sep 15 and the claim was taken during last week of oct15, so how do i know that i have to remit no claim bonus amount as i was neither advised at the dealership regarding the same nor i was informed by any means of communication. I was informed by ms pammi that she will advise their counterpart at vidhaata honda to clear my claim after deducting the no claim bonus amount. She also told me to speak to her senior ms madhu rao (Mobile no [protected]). I spoke to her also and explained her my case and she also assured me of help. Thereafter, i made several calls to all the above mentioned individuals from time to time. I also requested mr parminder to make mr tiwari, executive of iffco tokio at vidhaata honda, to speak to ms pammi and ms madhu rao to resolve the issue.

                                        In the meantime, i was requested by mr parminder and mr manmohan singh gm vidhaata honda that since the salary of mr parminder is held up due to non-clearance of the claim, i may remit the amount which will later be paid back to me after the insurance claim is settled. Accordingly, to help the individual, i remitted the amount of rs30837.00 by cheque no 861749 on 05 nov 16 to vidhaata honda.

                                        However, after receiving the money, the dealership suddenly stopped responding. I kept ringing the four individuals ie. Mr parminder, mr tiwari, ms madhu rao and ms pammi, but nothing happened and on 26 nov 16, i was informed in clear terms that my claim will not be paid.

                                        The above incidence has left me heartbroken. I just want to know what is my fault in the entire episode for which my claim has been refused. I paid premium well before time and as advised by your agent. If i was to pay back any amount, it should have been communicated to me. Now m/s harmony honda and vidhaata honda people are blaming each other for this, but in the end i am a looser by rs 60, 000.00, as i paid the premium of insurance but yet did not get any benefit from it. If my insurance is fake, then please instruct m/s harmony honda to return the premium amount of rs26, 800.00 which i transferred them for renewal of insurance on 18 sep 2015 or clear my claim and pay me the claim amount.

                                        In view of above, i hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue. I am an armed forces officer deployed in the service of country and i sincerely hope that you would let me get cheated.
