Hi, I need to submit a complaint against Honda Quality of car and service.
I have a honda city 2015 model diesel. I have always got it serviced from the authorized service center RING ROAD HONDA Gurgaon. I have always been facing issue with my new car, within 6 months of purchase AC stopped working, it was repaired by Honda and now, there is lot of noise in the car, i complained about it in last service, but it was ignored. service is very bad. Now the new problem I am facing is that the HORN stopped working. everytime i need to run to the Honda service center and your staff dont even care, there no body cares and just keeps you waiting. I would like to inform you that the Honda service is very pathetic. I also have a Maruti car, i would say maruti is 100 times better than Honda. It has been just 18 months and i have taken extended warranty at time of purchase. My car should be covered under warranty. Horn is not working and there is lot of noise in shockers and suspension.

    Dear sir,

    I am an officer of indian air force and presently posted in punjab area. I have been badly cheated by your dealership harmony honda, mohali, m/s vidhaata honda, ludhiana, and honda assure insurance provided by iffco tokio.

    I bought honda mobilio rs model from harmony honda on 03 nov 14. I was provided with honda assure insurance with zero depreciation of iffco tokio. On 17 sep 15, i received a call for renewal of insurance which was due on 02 nov 15. I asked whether it will be in order to get the insurance renewed so early and what if any mishap happens during the interim period. I was informed that since it is honda assure insurance, i need not worry and they will take care of everything. I was told the insurance renewal amount, which i transferred to m/s harmony honda for renewal of insurance by neft on 18 sep 2016. Accordingly, my policy was revised vide proposal no p-4946423 dated 18 sep 2016 and policy no itg/82167724. However, during the last week of oct 15 while driving on nh1, the wind screen of my vehicle was hit by a stone and cracked. I got the same replaced from harmony honda under insurance.

    During aug 2016, my vehicle was hit by a motorcyclist, due to which the front and rear left doors were damaged. I gave my vehicle for repair to vidhaata honda under insurance claim. The vehicle was repaired and given back to me. However, after about one month, mr parminder (Mobile no [protected]) from vidhaata honda informed me that my claim has been rejected by insurance company under fake policy. I immediately rang up harmony honda and spoke to mr bimit (Mobile no [protected]) whose number was mentioned on insurance policy. He informed me that he will do the needful, but nothing happened. I again contacted him and he told me to contact ms pammi (Mobile no [protected]). I contacted her wherein she told me that my policy has been declared fake as i was given no claim bonus during renewal whereas i had taken claim. I informed her that the policy was renewed in sep 15 and the claim was taken during last week of oct15, so how do i know that i have to remit no claim bonus amount as i was neither advised at the dealership regarding the same nor i was informed by any means of communication. I was informed by ms pammi that she will advise their counterpart at vidhaata honda to clear my claim after deducting the no claim bonus amount. She also told me to speak to her senior ms madhu rao (Mobile no [protected]). I spoke to her also and explained her my case and she also assured me of help. Thereafter, i made several calls to all the above mentioned individuals from time to time. I also requested mr parminder to make mr tiwari, executive of iffco tokio at vidhaata honda, to speak to ms pammi and ms madhu rao to resolve the issue.

    In the meantime, i was requested by mr parminder and mr manmohan singh gm vidhaata honda that since the salary of mr parminder is held up due to non-clearance of the claim, i may remit the amount which will later be paid back to me after the insurance claim is settled. Accordingly, to help the individual, i remitted the amount of rs30837.00 by cheque no 861749 on 05 nov 16 to vidhaata honda.

    However, after receiving the money, the dealership suddenly stopped responding. I kept ringing the four individuals ie. Mr parminder, mr tiwari, ms madhu rao and ms pammi, but nothing happened and on 26 nov 16, i was informed in clear terms that my claim will not be paid.

    The above incidence has left me heartbroken. I just want to know what is my fault in the entire episode for which my claim has been refused. I paid premium well before time and as advised by your agent. If i was to pay back any amount, it should have been communicated to me. Now m/s harmony honda and vidhaata honda people are blaming each other for this, but in the end i am a looser by rs 60, 000.00, as i paid the premium of insurance but yet did not get any benefit from it. If my insurance is fake, then please instruct m/s harmony honda to return the premium amount of rs26, 800.00 which i transferred them for renewal of insurance on 18 sep 2015 or clear my claim and pay me the claim amount.

    In view of above, i hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue. I am an armed forces officer deployed in the service of country and i sincerely hope that you would let me get cheated.

      I would like to inform you that I had given my vehicle for services last week for
      second service and new problem developed, self/ electric start not working properly.
      suddenly in the middle of traffic rush, bike gets stopped automatically, accelerator also stopped working
      even the engine is in running stat and not started by self start button.it takes time to start when i give the choke.

      every time i am facing the new problem and old one was not resolve properly. service centre people
      won't even bother investigating complaint, never care for a frustrated customer,

I told them to resolve the bike sound problem, handle lock problem handle lock issue they did it but sound was not resolve then second time I took my bike into service center, sound issue was not resolve but got the self power button issue .         I have purchase honda city on 12.03.2015. From your link way

        While i am turn left from my resi area in goregaon motor bike

        is came fast & front portion bumper / grills / no. Plate & left

        side door was demage.

        I have a zero depth policy from icici lombard insurance co.

        I am visited your link way hond show room goregaon works

        for zero depth insurance that time your mr. Gautam joshi

        wad there for attending my case.

        He has only tell me you just sign in insurance paper whatever

        details require we will fill up in form.

        Same day evening they told me insurance co will pass only.

        Left side door work only.

        I was surprised when you are taking sign in insurance paper

        without our knowledge.

        They have done only. Door work thats it.

        Its a mistake from your man mr. Gautam joshi & he told to mr.

        Raj he is the man authority in insurance. But as usual no

        meaning to tell him.

        I personally convience to both of your person.

        Once again i am requesting you personally please look in to

        the matter & send some body to pick the car from my residence

        I recently observed that the cover for rear storage space is not present in my honda Amaze car it's clearly shown in the picture uploaded, the wires are out and fuses are also out there if some heavy things to be carried then these fuses or lights can stop working or break out so plzzz provide cover there for all amaze users ...

          I purchased the car in April and since then the brake system of the car is pathetic and noisy. From the day 1 I am chasing the Honda people to resolve the issue but it never happened. And now they have agreed that this is the manufacturing defect in the brake system of the car and need to replace the part. Considering that this is a prestigious company so why would I drive the defected vehicle. I request to take strict actions and get the car replaces ASAP. Also I will ask my relatives and friends to not to go for Honda as these issue will never go off.

            मेरा गाड़ी न rj 19 bd 1398 मैंने 18/11/16 को जो एक्सीडेंटल था जमा कराया था। और उसका एक्सीडेंट क्लेम 25/11/16 को क्लियर हो गया है किंतु जब मैंने धर्म हौंडा (8 opp.k.N.girls college raika bagh jodhur rajsthan) में उनके दिए न.[protected] पर 27/11/16 और 28/11/16 को कॉल किया तो उनके द्वारा न तो संतोष जनक उत्तर दी गई और उनके द्वारा ऐसा व्यवहार किया गया जिससे मैं स्तब्ध हो गया और मैंने आगे से हौंडा कंपनी से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं रखूंगा ऐसा लग रहा आज 30/11/16 है और एजेंसी ने न तो मुझे गाड़ी देने के लिए फोन किया है।

            ऐसा लग रहा है जैसे मैंने अपनी गाड़ी बेच दी हो अगर आप कुछ कर सकते है तो ठीक है

              I give my bike in jeevan honda service center, kamarajar salai, madurai before 10 days to claim my damage battery but there is no response there is a worst service for customers this the first and last customer for your honda bikes hereafter I won't buy and recommend to my neighbours and friends to buy honda vehicles .so, I kindly request to solve my problem

                I regret to mention that, Hallmark Honda has failed to its commitments on delivery. I had booked a Honda Brio on the 28th of October 2016(refer the attachment) and was expecting delivery on 23rd November 2016, that is today, it was an auspicious day for me.

                Inspite of full payment on time by me and delivery commitments by the seniors of Hallmark Honda, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, they failed to deliver on time.

                Now, as the auspicious day of 23rd November 2016 has been missed because of the irresponsible Dealer and its staff, I have to cancel the deal. Hence request the Honda to take necessary actions and revert at the earliest.

                  My Driving Experience with Honda BRV is very bad. Lot of Quality Issues:
                  Model Name BRV –S Diesel
                  VIN: MAKDG277EG4000100
                  Engine No: N15A11701126
                  Odometer till 23rd Nov 2016: 7600 KM
                  Purchased BRV on 21st May 2016 and lodge first complain on 26th May 2016 about noise from co-driver side door and pillar side, Back side Tail gate door noise, back seat noise and Back side tail gate rear Mirror rubber strip sucks automatically. Visited Paras Honda more than 20 times from last so many months but till date not satisfied and complains are not rectified from any one in Honda service center.
                  (1)Noise heard from co-driver side area while driving (2) Lock noise heard from centre row doors (3) Noise heard from Tool Kit area while driving (4) Rear Boot Door level difference from car body, not aligned, so unequal gap is visible on both left & right side and have noise (5) Steering Colom cover is not aligned (6) Under body Rubber paint done for 05 yrs warranty but paint is coming out within one month(7) Teflon paint is done on car but all marks are seen on all the mirrors difficult to drive when using wiper(8) Roof Headliner pasting coming out. (09) In Honda connect app shows Tow in 01 in 12 month without my knowledge and paint is removed from tow area front bumper send pictures to Jodhpur service centre to give explanation but no one is ready to answer. Company don’t have permanent solution for noise reduction in this car.
                  Reminded several times to call center and Jodhpur service center regarding above complain but no rectification from both end

                    I owned a honda city v model 2015. I have gone to courtesy honda M/s Lally automobiles pvt. Ltd. Wazirpur delhi on 3rd nov. 2016 for replacement of front windshield and bonnet paint which was covered under bajaj alliance motor zero depth insurance. I got the delivery date as 8th nov 2016.
                    But when I called Mr. Manoj singh, head of body shop on 8th nov morning, I got the reply that the car is not ready and the new date given is 12th nov. When I called on 12th nov., Mr. Manoj Singh told me that the car is ready and he has personally check and verified it and invited me to receive the delivery of the car. But when I visited their service station, I got shocked to see the visible scratches on newly painted car bonnet. Then after that He made me wait there for 4 hours still the scratches were there on the car bonnet. Then He asked me for another 2 days to repaint the bonnet. Again I called him on the date of delivery and he invited me. This time also there were scratches on the bonnet and instead of repaint he just polished it. Then I met Mr. Dikshit GM After Sales Courtesy handa wazirpur. He personally saw it and again asked for 2 more days to clear the issue. But when I called him on promised date, every time he said he will call me after checking the status of the car and never called. I had to visit service station without confirmation and this time also they were polished it insted if repaint and scratches were visible. There after when I got upset I got the Reply from Mr. Manoj Singh that such scratches are normal on a newly painted body parts and this is the last they can do. When I asked him to take me to the Mr. Dikshit GM aftersales cabin. He refused.

                    Now my question, what should I do. My car is there at there service station. There never call after that. I cannot accept car like this. I am so much harassed by the behaviour and there approach towards customer services. I felt like cheated and facing lot of commuting problems in the absence of car. It's close to 20 days thay they have my car. I don't know whom to approach now as GM After Sales Mr. Dikshitis also very careless towards the customers. Kindly resolve my matter as I am so much disappointed by the honda service standards and felt very sadas I am a big fan of Honda cars but equally disheartened with the service quality.

                      I, miss-munmun sutradhar, residing at railway quarter no. 1484/a, type-ii, railnagar, gadag road, hubli-580020, karnataka have purchased honda activa-3g dlx (engine no. jf50et3433448) on 04.06.2016 from shantesha auto pvt. ltd., shiva avenue, gokul road, hubli, karnataka-580020. since then, the said vehicle can run only 20-25 kpl (after compliting two free services). i am a house wife. if the said vehicle has given mileage only 20-25 kpl, i have to suffer a huge loss financially as well as mentally.

                        I had purchase Honda hornet 30 oct 2016 issue of disk brake heating three service centre kanke road cn honda kokar and ratu road service centre they are not able to sort out the problem mileage very low and chain sound i want to replace this bike pls help the service cn honda is very bad no efficient mechanic available. Honda should check properly this type of problem before delivery

                        Hey buddy even i own a hornet and disc brakes are supposed to heat up. Thats how disc brakes work. Also chain sound is normal during the run in period and after first service everything will be fine.

                          My self mr brijesh patel.
                          (1) in the month of march i am buy a new car honda jazz but after some time (1000 km) my car ocurring noise when apply break i contect dealer they say me that some dust fix on your disc or break pad dealer clean break disc and pade then some time my car running ok but thet time i dont take invoice.
                          (2) after some time at 4667 km running my car occuring noise once again dealer clean break pad and disc so car running ok.
                          (3) again noise start at km 5682. dealer clean break pad and disc then my car running ok but not parmanant solution.
                          (4) after some time problem start again and again dealer change my car break pad and break disc change in warranty at km 6524.
                          (5) after 12606 km my car start occure noise then dealer check my car and test ride with service manager they say me ok
                          (6) after 13778 km joint trial with service manager and recording video of my car noise then my car occuring noise this time dealer chenge my break pad in warranty but this time my car running ok for at list 2 to 3 days and start noise.
                          After that i am contect dealer 3 to 4 time and also contect honda of my problem dealer say me that this type of noise is normal.
                          (7) dealer also say me this type of nise ocurring in all honda jazz car.
                          (8) my request to honde is my car break time apply noise is normal and all honda jazz car ocuuring this type of noise then honda provide me this in written copy of this..
                          (9) in the my car driving experiency other company car not occuring this type of noise please not this
                          (10) if honda want to watch recording video please contect dealer

                            On 10.11.2016 I took my car Honda Amaze DL-9CU/5074 for Service to M/s. Samara Honda, A-17, Mayapuri Phase-I, New Delhi. I have explained all of my problems to their technical team.

                            I have taken Extended Warranty for 4 years at the time of purchase but they have not given any documents for the same which came to my notice when they have stated that Steering Rack & Suspension damage and roughly gave estimate of Rs. 30000.00.

                            But now they have refused to replace the parts and stated that the same are not covered under the Extended Warranty.

                            They also harass me at the time of delivery and due to that I was waited outside of the Service Centre Gate, Near Dust Bin, I waited ½ hour because:

                            a) The vehicle was not cleaned, the same cleaned outside their Gate.
                            b) Oil was found on the front side handle.
                            c) Dust was found inside the vehicle.
                            d) One Mechanic came to repair the horn, as it was not working.
                            e) Damage intentionally Driver side seat.

                            My Complaints are:


                            1. Why the Sale Dealer has not given the Extended Warranty document at the time of Sale.
                            2. On 10.11.2016 when they have given then why not given the list of parts, which are covered & not covered under the Warranty.
                            3. Are they only interested to change the parts in which they are their own interest i.e. to increase their bill amount?
                            7. Are they waited every customer at the outside of their Service Centre Gate.

                            I have also written no. of mails to HONDA but no reply has received.

                              Iam owning a HONDA CITY (V) Petrol bearing regd no TS 03 EF 6185
                              Purchased in the month of May 2015
                              my complaint is a very serious one which is not attended to since the last three months for which iam very upset.
                              THE PROBLEM IS ALL THE THREE INDICATORS ON THE LEFT SIDE SUDDENLY GOT NON FUNCTIONAL
                              So its very difficult for me to take the vehicle to the left
                              my a times during tjis period i have to take up a fight with people on the road
                              i have visited the GREEN HONDA workshop at WARANGAL WITH THIS PROBLEM but they did not fix it till now
                              The vehicle is done with 30000km general service on 3rd of November 2016

                                This is a serious complaint against the basic services being granted by Splendid Honda Dealership at Jabalpur. I have purchased Honda Brv(Petrol) from Splendid Honda. The dealership lacks basic etiquette and manners. Pre Sales response was very poor as its the only dealer at Jabalpur and is located at a deserted place outside the city. Further, the staff has no knowledge of the policies of Honda Company, offers, etc. Even the accessories package is denied. There is no clarity of thought. Response to clients is deplorable. This arrogant behaviour is deplorable.

                                The dealership made us sit for more than 3-4 hours to hand over the viechle with hundreds of formalities and fake assurances inspite of all payment formalities completed. Not even the basic courtesy was accorded to us. My old father requested for some cold drink, etc that simple soft drink or any thing cold could not come in 4 hours and the response was that there is no provision. Polish of vehicle was not completed till we arrive inspite of our request. Rto agents never assisted, I had to call to request for extra key or second key after 20 days. No call for feedback came in these days. No knowledge whether RC has arrived or not was ever given.

                                Apart from what i have felt there are admittedly other lawyers who chose buy veichles from Indore or Bhopal where we are getting better services. Those lawyers can also be contacted. The idea of this complaint is not to be vindictive against Splendid Honda but to point out the great mismanagement and arrogant behaviour of Splendid Honda dealership at jabalpur.

                                I suggest that the Company should carryout independent surrvey from all customers. Iam sure 90-98% will tell u the acute problems which they are facing.

                                Iam sorry but the goodwill of Honda is at risk. Hope action is taken or else I will take suitable action as per law.

                                i have music system problem in my car.
                                blue tooth doesnot work with media files earlier it was working suddenly it stopped.
                                when i try to run mp3 file from pen drive. it breaks down in between and stops for 2-3 seconds and starts again.
                                please resolve my problem as soos as possible.

                                  I found it very important to share such unhealthy and harassed experienced after I bought Honda Amaze (S) petrol model.
                                  I took delivery of car on 23rd Oct, 2016 from Ring Road Honda, MG road Gurgaon Showroom . On 24th Oct there was Engine OBD light warning in my car. I called the executive at Showroom from whom I purchased he said it can happen in Honda car so you can take to Workshop.
                                  I request it’s 1 day old car and I need your extended support to figure the root cause else give replace my car. But the dealer Sales Head replied, let’s take car to Workshop and see the problem first.
                                  I took car on 24th Oct 2016 in Sector 18 Gurgaon Workshop where they did Health Diagnostic Test and was found with error: Spring Throttle Performance Value.
                                  But they said now light is gone we have removed this error from system and then Ring Road Honda MG Road Gurgaon Dealer Sales Head had discussion with me as and told Sir it won’t repeat again the problem I have personally investigated your case and in case it repeats I will be with you and take to Honda for Cash back or new Model whatever you want. Based on this confidence I took the car back but again on 2nd Nov 2016 light was there I called the showroom that light is here and mailed the error to them and said just watch for some time more.
                                  Now again on 8th Nov2016 car, Engine OBD light was there and there was pickup problem and car lost it pickup due to which I was about to meet major accident from backside. Now my car is at workshop and I have decided not to take until I get solution as per commitment done by dealers.
                                  Since then I have no acknowledging response from HONDA that this problem will be permanently resolved or not.

                                    Now I regret to inform you that I am really fed up with the performance of the Honda Amaze. My car runs only 50000 Km . But problem I faced from one year onwards I have done all the oil service as per your service schedule and replaced all the necessary spares/consumable.

                                    Now I am servicing my vehicle from your dealer M/s Ramani Automobile P ltd, Coimbatore. They have replaced major parts like Beam, Axle, Sublet and Beam Assy under extended warranty on 21.6.2016, again serviced on 9.8.2016 due to noise from engine .

                                    Now again my vehicle is at your work shop from 4.11.2016 due to noise from engine and they could not find out what is the problem in my vehicle till today . I purchased with high expectation from Honda as you are one of the Leading car manufacture . But unfortunately you could not satisfy your customers like me because of poor performance of your vehicle.

                                    Now I am traveling with hired car, now I am thinking why I purchased Honda when paying rent to car.

                                    If I have not got a amicable solution for my complaint I have no other option to go to consumer court against you for replacement of new vehicle and reimbursement of all my Legal expense, car hiring charges for the service period and mental agony

                                      DEAR HONDA,

                                      Subject: Dealer delivered an accidental car and sold one car to two customers and accepted the same but denying to change the car.

                                      I have purchased a new Honda CITY 1.5 VX (O) MT (I-DTEC) Urban Titanium car on 28.10.2016 from Deep Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Bathinda. At the time of delivery all bumpers are lose and I requested to the GM of Deep Automobiles Mr. Anoop to look into this matter and he asked his Sales, Guy Kulwant Singh, to take the car in the service area and screwed the bumpers. But the matter is not stopped here. The original game came out when I go for service on 6th of November (General checkup after 1000 KM claimed by Company) AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY at Harmony honda Chandigarh.

                                      What I came to know is the car is accidental and bonnet is totally painted, headlamps are changed with loose sealed and also the car is not registered in Honda with the origional name as per the invoice (Kapple Baghla S/O Rajesh Baghla). Also, car was already registered in August with the other name. But as per the invoice car is sold on 28th of October.

                                      At the same time, i called the GM of Deep Automobiles Mr. Anoop to look into this and he accepted (I have recorded as a proof of acceptance) that bonnet is painted and they can change the bonnet. Also, I have logged the complaint at Honda toll-free number. Complaint reference number is 1-[protected]

                                      Next day (7th of November) I have visited Deep Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Bathinda and they again accepted the bonnet is painted and deny to change the car. They said we can only change the Bonnet. So, I have not accepted their offer and dropped the car at the showroom and lodged a FIR against Honda and Dealer at section 420 and also logged the case in consumer court.

                                      My questions/requests to Honda:

                                      1- How their dealer deliver Accidental or defected cars?
                                      2- How they can sell one car multiple times? Just to BURGLARY in taxes and taking Vat and tax from multiple customers on one product.
                                      3. What is the fault of a customer who has received the accidental car?
                                      4. The customer is bound to pay the whole amount including logistics, Road tax, Insurance etc before taking the delivery. On the other side, is Honda Company not responsible if they deliver the accidental or defected car?
                                      5. During the course of this time, no substitute car was provided to me as my daily travelling from my Residence to Office apart from other work is 30km. I rely on my car for commuting. I am daily facing lots of hardships in commuting and incurring lots of money on commuting by Taxis and cabs. This is a great financial loss to a person like me who is a salaried class.
                                      6. I am a software developer in an OT company and had taken Car loan from SBI to buy this car. The car I purchased is still with the Honda Authorities and I am, with no other options, paying monthly EMIs to the bank to repay the loan.
                                      7. I need to change my car asap. Please do the needful.

                                      Sir, the above problem is giving me a lot of mental and emotional stress, which can lead to depression, anxiety and other medical issues. I sincerely seek your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.

                                      Fraud happened:
                                      1- Car is sold, two times to two different customers.
                                      2- Car is accidental and its bonnet is totally painted (Accepted by GM Deep Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Bathinda. : Mr. Anoop)

                                        Am using honda city car dl 7cf 7232 and given for service & some body works at sterling honda dilshad garden, delhi. As informed i removed all my belongings from the vehicle except one god`s idol of precious metal which was fixed at dash board. After taking delivery when i reached my home noticed that the same was missing. Contact service centre many times in last one week but no response till date.
