I am having a nightmare for the recent body shop work that i went to do for my brio at dakshin honda, hosu road, bangalore. For a scratch damage on the front left door, i was told to change the entire door. I agreed. I was handed over all bill of 15000 + taxes.
I gave my care on tuesday and was promised a delivery by saturday. When i called on saturday, the staff said it is not ready. Enquiring further, i was told the door they sourced is not 'fitting' properly. So 'i have to either wait till next thursday, or take my care back if i want'. Amazingly striking was the careless attitude of the staff. I reached out to the body shop manager (Mr. Ravi). He promised a delivery by monday and reassured all work will be done properly. When i followed up on monday, the staff again told that it is not done and i have to check on tuesday. Again from the attitude, i get no assurance that will be ready by tuesday and same thing might be repeated again. On poking further, i was told the painting has been done but fitting and polishing still remains. So for a week, all the staff (Either not fit for customer satisfaction or highly less qualified) could manage to do was get the right door and paint it. Horrible. Worst rating, worst feedback, worst experience with any service center ever.

    I've booked HONDA HORNET CBS pearl amazing White model in Honda Kothari wakadewadi--showroom ..past 20-25 days ago... The showroom executive promised me to deliver it in 5 days... But still the bike has not been arrived... Whenever I call they say to wait for 4 to 5 days I've already booked the bike paying them some advance money, , even I'm ready to the full payment by cash as soon as the bike arrives, , but the bike has still not arrived... Plz try to fix this problem as soon as possible.

      Sir, I have been using Honda cars for the 10 years, left my car for service and painting after it met with minor accident, my car was given for service at Capital Honda, AADIT AUTO COMPANY PVT LTD, 130&131, Perungudi Industrial estate,
      Chennai, Tamilnadu, India-600096, car was given for service on 14 /12/2016
      car no TN09BW5595, the manager said he will handover the car in 10 days then he said there is a delay in getting the parts after 19 days they said the painting is over they have to complete the service and handover the car, meanwhile there was a poor response from the technical side, after 25 days they said the service is over still didn't handover the car, then they said handbrake wire has to be replaced, exactly after a month they handed over the car without filling soap water to clean the windshield, they have charged me for complete service with all necessary changes of all oils, i am not complaining of the charges but would appreciate a complete proper service while handing over the car.This is the first time i am facing this ordeal, surely can do better.truly regret to report will fail if i don't do it.

        City2016 delivered with a rattling noise, the service centre promised to rectify in 1st service.whereas they caused much damage to my car, i had to stand infront of them.in blink of my eye, they damaged the touch screen system panel letting small boys to handle.&only think they say is sorry.i want it to be rectified&the dashboard noise to be arrested

          I have honda amaze car (petrol version) from last 6 months it is showing a engine check sign(yello coclur)... I have complaind about this issue to your moradabad honda service center named as planet honda at least 2 to 3 times they said now u vil not get this sign but after 10 to 15 minutes again dat sign appers...After i came to delhi show dat sign in delite honda...They said it vil never come again after 15 to 20 minute sign appeard...I called him they said come day after tomorrow i reached dere they daignosed my car and after dat they said some part o[censored]r car is not ok we will have to mail for dat part to the company... But ill now i did not got any phone call and the sign is remaines ther...Please do the needfull about dis...Or elese i have to go consumer forum...

            Dear Team
            I have purchased the Honda Mobilio (UT) VMT on 2nd Dec 2016 (RJ14 UE 3488)…
            At the time of delivery on 2nd dec 2016 Dealer sales team have promised me to provide the second duplicate keys of my car within a week…
            Despite repeated reminders, follow up and broken promises I have not yet received my duplicate keys.
            For this above follow-up I have called them several times but unfortunately not picked the Phone or called me back.
            I am experiencing a pathetic after sales experience due to this
            Secondly its more than a month I have also not received the Registration certificate also
            Hope to at-least receive some call or mail from your side

              Gear shifting and rusting on main front glass from time of purchase. And also dealer admits that this is company manufacturing defect.so in that condition what can I do .

              I am not satisfied with your company and if can not get justice from your side then it's big lose of your.

                When i am riding the bike between 5000rpm to 6000rpm ot is ok but when i go further the rpm directly touches 10500rpm with out delivering any power to my bike so what should I do what might be the problem what should I do take my to the service station or it would be a engine defect when this problem occurs i was riding at normal speeed so plz help me to get resolve from this problem

                  Hi,

                  I was planning to purchase Honda Jazz 2017 S CVT model. So I called solitaire Honda which is in Borivali east. They informed me that the 2017 model are not available and they would have to order them after I make a downpayment. They falsely stated that the car will be available in 10days after ordering. I confirmed from other dealers that car will not be available in january and it will be available only in february 1st or 2nd week.
                  As I was looking for air bags and the S model does not contained air bags which I confirmed from their website and also from other honda dealers. But Mahesh Chalwadi a lead sales person at Solitaire honda stated that he has sold a S CVTmodel of 2017 containing air bags.

                    To the concerned manager.

                    Its Dr.Devaraj here, a customer of Honda, owning Honda Amaze. Yesterday my car mirror catch up the fire automatically and burnt away with lot of smoke. I had informed the local honda service people. Service manager MrThomas had visited the spot and examined the case. Local car electricians are telling that the cause of fire is short circuit in the motor of the mirror. But MrThomas has denied the presence of a motor inside the mirror itself. Iam not convinced by his denial answers. I just request you to consider the real problem and try to fix it so no more such incidences should happen which might prove fatal. Iam posting the potos with this mail. Hope u will reply soon.

                      Honda Amaze SMT-Diesel, MP-04 CQ-1157
                      On 24th November 2015 I bought the above vehicle from Abhikaran Honda Bhopal Madhya Pradesh taking it to concern that HONDA is a powerful brand of good will & values. But what here I am experiencing is very embarrassing.

                      As mentioned by Honda Cars India, You offer warranty at the time of sale of Honda Car. The company (HCIL) provides a standard warranty for a period of 2 years or 40, 000kms whichever is earlier for Honda Amaze.

                      But Honda dealers are denying to give us warranty. The problem in car & details are as follows:

                      • We were moving from Delhi to Bhopal. After travelling 200 kms engine has started to give bad sound. It was checked by a mechanic & mobile was filled in car.
                      (Here the concern is about that there was no indicator of mobil shortage).

                      We reached to Bhopal & gone to Smart City Honda Bhopal at 24th December 2016 where the service engineer also assured that mobil indicator is not indicating after removing the mobil from the car.

                      He has taken 10 days of time to let us know that whether engine problem will be recovered in the warranty or not & at last they deny to offer your standard warranty & they handed over car in running condition as we had given to them.

                      • Then we move forward on 4th January2017 to Abhikaran Honda Bhopal (MP) from where we bought the car. Their service engineer Brijesh checked vehicle & told that if engine will be opened that will be charged 1500/-for labour.

                      (Here again I would like to grab your attention to your standard warranty as Under the warranty the dealer will repair or replace any part which proves to be defective within the limits of warranty (Terms & Conditions applicable) at no charges to the customer for parts and labour. )

                      • We gave him approval on 6th January 2017 to dismantle the engine. After that Brijesh told that nothing will be in warranty & the estimated expenditure will be 2, 14, 000/- (two lacs fourteen thousands rupees). We told them to assemble it again as we don’t want to go for such big expenses.

                      Again he gave us his second estimation of Rs. 85, 000 (Eighty Five Thousands).

                      (Here I questioned about their trustworthiness on which basis he has given me his first estimation of such a big amount of Rs. 2, 14, 000 ... Also now should I have distrust about their second estimation of Rs. 85000? )

                      • Further we request them to assemble the engine again & return it in running condition as we had given to you & what they replied us was unexpected that We can not give it to you in running condition... & also Mukesh (Service Head) asked to forward a mail to pay Rs. 3500/- as labour and service charge which is not applicable according to HCIL Standard Warranty...

                      I am now told that you, as the manufacturers, are not prepared to do any work under warranty.
                      Cars are no different from any other product you buy. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act manufacturers' warranties are binding. If you are given a warranty then it must be honoured.
                      There may be some confusion between you and the dealer on this point but now I have brought the problem to your attention I look forward to a prompt and effective repair under my warranty.
                      We are being mentally harassed by Honda dealers & their service engineers by quoting irrelevant estimation. I expect prompt reply within stipulated time or otherwise I am liable to take the further action as per law.

                        I open a HONDA City car and this is my second renewal of Insurance.I had been approached repeatedly by Whitefield Honda reps n Dec coaxing me to avail insurance while I was travelling, I received a call from their rep a few days back and when i asked them for discount they said they will get back. Since then i have not received any call.I am not finding a number whom to call and wonder if they are keen I do have a better offer from ICICI Lombard ( which I have insured my second car).
                        Can i know whom to approach if they are keen or atleast let me know that i can go ahead with my ICICI insurance

                          Hello,

                          Initially we planned to take honda brv petrol smt model in red colour from nath motors pvt ltd (A-30, mohan cooperative industial estate, mathura road, new delhi - 110044. Phone number[protected].
                          While booking they mentioned they do not have red colour but few other colours were there in stock which was different that what was said earlier being that the red colour is available.
                          Then we changed our mind to either smt or sx model of honda amaze petrol in blue colour which they mentioned both are available. On the day of booking the smt petrol model of honda amaze which we finally decided again was not available in blue colour. Hence we were left with only white colour in smt petrol model. Since we had no option we went ahead and paid the booking amount of 30, 000 rupees for white colour. While the discounts were given initially the 10000 cash discount was somehow hidden from the customer as mentioned on your website. Instead they said they had given additional cash discount from the dealership. Later on clarifying this they accepted and gave additional 15000 discount for the inconvenience caused. After all the payments were made the committed delivery date for the vehicle was friday - 23rd dec 2016. After exchange and all discounts the net amount payable was 5, 15, 000 rupees of which 5, 12, 000 rupees was paid via cheque. 3000 rupees agreed to be paid on the delivery date.

                          On 24th dec 2016 to my surprise when checked with the sales person i was told they are out of stock for white color for honda amaze s mt petrol. So i had no other option other than to cancel my booking. I am amazed with the fact that the inventory was not marked as sold when i had already booked the car and even made the remaining amount payment.

                          I have lost more than a week for the wrong commitments from the sales persons. Due to year end season i also lost the opportunity to buy some other car.

                          Here from the customer side i have not been at fault anywhere and my request to get the money refund back as soon as possible should be addressed.

                          Also one more request please do not authorize such dealership to cause inconvenience to the customer. Choosing delight honda dealership was a great disappointment for me. Please do escalate this matter to highest level and reconsider the dealership!

                            Problems with rat bites

                            I have bought a honda city car - ka03mr2435 in bangalore in 2012 october. I am facing frequent issues with rats biting wires causing malfunctioning of car. Recently airbag system was not working due to rat bite. I had to get this repaired in magnum honda service center at kanakpura road, bangalore on 4th jan 2017. This is happening despite using rodent spray. I had a maruti suzuki car (Used maruti zen car for 9 years) earlier and never faced...

                            Dear Sir,

                            My friend was traveling in my car Honda Amaze From chennai towards Bangalore on January 1st, 2017 after attending US Visa interview in chennai, near perumugai before Vellore while normal driving the car stopped at 9:30PM with the symptoms of smoke inside the car, he and his wife immediately came out of the car and informed Honda company through customer care, latter the car was toed to the Balaji Honda (nearest honda service center). and then My friend and his wife at 11:30PM had to take a bus and reach Bangalore.

                            Next day, this car was inspected by the Honda service people and I was informed that the car had internally fired and some parts including Fly wheels, Clutch plates, bearings and so on got damaged worth 35, 000 rs

                            I initiated for my insurance (iffco tokio), and also produced all the documents and all the facts about the incident.

                            Insurance company rejected the claim as this incident will not be covered as per the policy for wear and tear items.

                            This is a new car which has run less than 25K KMs, I do periodic service only at Honda service centers as advised by Honda, till my last service there were no reports of warning about any parts that needs changes. There is no chance of mishandling of this car at any point of time.

                            I had informed the same to Honda top management through emails attaching the parts of burnt photos.

                            we pay so much every year towards insurance, why the insurance policy is not supporting this accident where I am totally innocent of the happenings ?

                            Why Honda is not taking responsibilities of this incident?

                            my friend is a program manager in a MNC and his wife is Doctor in Bangalore. they both were under pressure to get out of this risk situation, who is responsible for this inconvenience occurred,

                            I am forced to pay 35, 500 rs towards these spar parts, I am helpless here ..

                            Honda customer relation blames on the user for the product failure. Even after sharing the burnt pictures of the spar parts and clarifying my innocence.

                            BOOKED HONDA JAZZ on 14december 2016 . delivery commited on 26th Dec 2016 but still not yet delivery and solutions/explaination given are unlogical and still pending to get firm delivery date. The sales exceutive are are giving false comitment again and again and cant trust this brand nor the dealer.

                              I am Mr. Swarup Jadhav from Kagal dist. Kolhapur. I have purchased Honda CB Unicorn 160 on 24/09/2016 from Mahalakshmi Honda Kolhapur.

                              I have found that bike has problem with center stand, Front suspension. I have reported the same issue to the dealer before taking handover of bike. But dealer told me that all bikes from the same model has the issue with stand. And they told me that they can't do anything for the issue.

                                I purchased Hionda Amaze on October 2015 from Vivan Honda Muvattupuzha, Kerala (Registration Number KL17N4976) .Now the car has run about 9200Kms (Nine Thousand Nine Hundred only). Before Honda Amaze, I was using Maruti vehicle (WagonR) and I run it for more than 60, 000/- Kmns . The Tyres with Maruti has given me a mileage of 35, 000/- Kms and thereafter I changed the same .Here after this 9200Kms the four Tyres of (MRF) Honda Amaze is in very bad condition and I am in a state to replace the four tyre to drive the car ... This is very pathetic and painful to have such a humiliating experience from a reputed firm like Honda . I request your office to check about this and to take immediate action to replace the bad tyres at the earliest .
                                Kindly consider this complaint with all seriousness as I feel I go cheated by Honda and is ready to go to any limit for this cause ..

                                      Dear all

                                      I get all my honda car service from lally motors. Industrial area chandigarh.
                                      I got my honda bro service.. The roof top light was not working it was under warranty but the showroom did not had the light available... I told them my warranty is getting expired.. They said we have not it next service we will replace it.
                                      To my surprise when i went.. They said your warranty has expired.. U need to get new warranty done.. And they did new warranty and till date they have not changed the light. I have been cheated i want my refund back.
