I purchased honda amaze disel car in feb 2016 from a reputed car dealer & i got a good deal from hime saying i will got a car of new year only i.e of 2016 only which is been given in written to me in their quotation also ...
I got the delivary i feb 2016 believing it is a car of 2016 only but only recently when some one pointed out that the car's glass shows it to be of 2015 i was shocked to know
Why this happened? How should i proceed further?

    As my car no GJ 01 RB 1458 has given for accidental work. My policy is cashless and insurance company has given consent to the work shop. Now your workshop doesn't want to do cashless work. I need a proper reason for the same. Should I go to consumer court for harnessing me for not doing work as per instruction of insurance company and not giving me a car in time.

      Dear sir,
      I purchased honda activa 3g for 67, 000 inr in honda mech agency in pattukkottai. They failed in all their promise.
      Their mechanics are not efficient even they can't fix side mirror properly two times mirror fell down on road.
      Before 10 days self motor worn out they don't have it in stock and then they ordered but material still not received we are using kicker
      Please investigate and provide proper service to coustomers. Myself highly disappointed

        I have buyed Honda city from maxim Honda kangra nagrotabagwa h.p and after its first 4000 km and 4 months my disc pad have been changed by courtesy Honda Shimla and after next 2000 km they again change it all this done in warranty and it's all changed for 4 times till 10000 km of my car and car has only completed 1 year . Then I go to the main seller and tell him that I want my car to be OK because a simple pad should work about 10000 km. They told me that it is not done in warranty and all. And tell me that it is not replaced it has only repair by I should pay and have a repaired parts in my car. Please help me out other wise I have to sue against Honda maxim in court. They are not working as the Honda guide lines Honda never haras the customer but your sellers are doing that.

          Dear honda,

          I had purchased honda city idtech (registration number: hr51bc0472, chassis number: makgm858af4003535) from pearl honda gurgaon in january 2015. about 2 to 3 months back, i witnessed a very severe leakage problem at various locations in my car. first is the leakage under the rear glass due to which there has been issues of rusting addressed duly in the service complaint. second is the leakage in all the four doors of my car. i call it leakage, because while washing / during rains, water enters through the bidding inside the doors and the rear glass of my car.in my my paid service with classic honda, sterling automobiles pvt. ltd (repair order number: ser ro dd[protected], repair order date: 31/7/2016), i repeatedly raised this problem, but no major steps were taken by the dealer, apart from removing the rust under the rear glass. as a consequence, during the entire monsoon period, i witnessed water percolating back in through the doors and the rear glass again and again literally making me standstill. with the due intervention of your customer relations team, classic honda looked into this matter again at their workshop on 18th september, 2016. later just to make a quick check i had a car wash the very next day, and to my surprise i could still find water leakage both in the rear glass, as well as the 4 doors. hence i once again wrote to your cr team after this, to which they replied (on 23rd september, 2016) that the dealer will contact me again to redress my issue. however, i am sorry to say, but till date neither there has been any contact made from the dealer nor has the leakage been resolved. i presumed that the engineers at your workshop must have taken the matter pretty seriously, but to my astonishment it is to the contrary. the dealership gathers feedback about their services, which i feel is exemplary, because even after n times of raising this issue with them and now with cr team of honda, they aren't able to redress my problem. my only simple question to them is, is it a herculean task to do a quick car wash by themselves and check if the problem still persists? or do they hope, that i have no other work to do than visiting the workshop on a routine basis. i speculate that solving this leakage problem isn't rocket science, or if it is, kindly let me know. i have already devoted a lot of time and energy on this petty issue, which was exactly why i chose to write to your customer relations team. i hope that for the next time, this matter will be seriously dealt with and instead of just meandering around, the problem would actually be resolved. thanks again for your time and patience to hear to my grievances.in anticipation of a positive response.

            After driving for approx. 9 + months, when I though to get it rotated with other tyre I came to know that the unused stepney which has been offered from the company with the car is already defective and was repaired with 3 puncher. I got shocked how the HONDA Company can do this. So I decided to contact my dealer but the dealer instead of apolzing / investigation started questioning me.
            1. Why did you not check the car when it has been delivered to you? You should take out the stepeny and check ?
            2. Why are you complaining after 9 months?

            My Question is from HONDA team?
            1. Please assume you are the customer and let me know did you ever take out the stepney and check all the angle of the tyre whether it defected or not before purchase. No because we trust the BRAND NAME.
            2. As per your check list (delivery check list) you only verify the presence of stepney not taking out the tyre and verifying it.
            3. Why the dealer does not have the details of the Car and did not did the root cause analysis for the same and directly blaming the customer.
            4. It may be possible that while loading or unloading or moving the car from 1 place to another by the dealer it may get punchered.
            5. Why is it not investigating and if the dealer was aware then why they did not change the tyre. If suppose I got a puncher on highway and I was supposed to change the stepney then what I would be stuck on the high way without any help.

            I still believe in Honda & mission stated below

                2) speakers are in non - working condition
                3) vehicle registration book is still not provided from last 2 months.
                3) they are not taking vehicle for 1st servicing. i have asked to take it 2 times but they are unable.

                  After that i was again gone to service center @ vd honda sec 3 behind dps school @ 9/10/16
                  Their was problem in switch mechanic was recommended that new but manager said that not change repair it. And also he was said that in the warranty period we will approval from the side of hr.
                  Mechanic was repair the switches problem but after next the problem was again came.

                  Please i want to register my complaint and please take strictly actions taken.

                    I am highly dissatisfied regarding your poor service at courtesy honda at ind. Area chandigarh.
                    I went to showroom for complaint regarding headlights of my car.
                    I got moisture in headlights of car and i have an extended warranty too.
                    O the company attendant firstly asked me to wait gor three hours, as if i am having a prior appointment.
                    Mechanic then check headlights and open bumper of my car and then their service man named ashok patiyal of courtesy honda said that we are not having parts of headlights.

                    I am highly disappointed on this response from honda.
                    I want to take a quick action on courtesy honda of chandigarh.

                      Dear sir,

                      This is regarding chassis no [removed] of my car (City i-dtec).

                      It was damaged before delivery (Bumper and under parts damage). I have already communicated with dealer (Sundaram honda) many times regarding this but till now i didn't get any response from the dealer side (Erode). They met me on 13.09.2016 and informed that they will rectify the complaint as soon as possible. I have been waiting for the past 25 days. After my several call and visit to the showroom, they asked me for the appointment to take the vehicle on 8.10.16. At 10:30am. I waited for them for eight hours. Later i called crm at 5:30pm (08.10.2016) asking for vehicle service. He informed me that he will communicate with me within one hour because i did not have answer due to the manager not attending my call from morning. But instead of him i have received call from mr. Alex. I’m not satisfied with his communication (Worst words). I was waiting for vehicle service for the past 6 months. My vehicle is idle for the past six months.

                      I prefer meeting up with some chief person from honda whom i could find permanent solution for this.

                        Clutch replaced for 40, 000, but done a very bad job. Pickup affected plus sound. No interest in addressing the problem. Naresh there is service advisor kept passing the buck to someone else. I leave the car for addressing the clutch problem, and fixing central locking - no one there to attend to the problem and no one is interested even after 24 hrs. I got the car back today with frustration. Bad attitude. I suspect they overcharge too.

                          This is with reference to above reference, i purchased vehicle from honda authorized showroom “crown honda” at noida. I opted for extended warranty of 2 years and paid an extra amount of inr 11800/-. Regular schedule maintenance have been executed through your authorized dealer to mitigate any problems (All invoices may attached for your reference, if requires).

                          I would reiterate to bring to your attention that on 27th july’16, my vehicle was stopped while passing through only 1 feet high water logging. I towed my vehicle immediately to honda authorized dealer “southend honda” at delhi and registered complain on one 2 one as well. Air filter sucked water and entered in the engine, which damaged connecting rods, this happened due to manufacturing defects.

                          Now after rigorous followup honda denying to reimburse expenses incurred by me for engine overhauling of inr 1, 03, 994 (One lakh three thousand nine hundred ninety four only) against above mentioned manufacturing defect.

                          This is honda commitment towards providing best services to all their esteemed customer after sales.

                            I mohammad shahrukh purchased honda cb unicorn form akola (maharashtra 444003) prabh honda (prabh service centre) on 9 march may 2016. at time booked an appointment supervisor says this work get 3 or 4 days for done.
                            After checked bike supervisor says part is damage and pay for this part. this part is (ignition assembly.
                            Meter not work properly and center suspension). they says ignition assembly not cover in warranty.
                            I told that guy this assembly is not working properly even single damage warranty policy is not cover in breakage.
                            This is my 3rd servicing in center and engine is not work properly while meter show 6000 km run, whenever start bike and run always start from choke. head lamp’s light does not reach down the road. this problem was not corrected in first servicing also.
                            Handle not tighten when stuck break. handle slightly upward all times
                            I am a salaried person i took a leave for bike servicing if this type of management happened at honda service center how we take such leave frequently to visit service center again and again for the same issues?

                            I have serviced my bike at local shop it was 100 times better than honda service and most important that you can see that what is doing by the engineer during servicing, if something is doing wrong by engineer you can speak to him but in honda service center nothing is happens in the presence of customer. customers are not allowed in the place where actually servicing happens.

                            After waiting four and half hour i got this type of result this looks not cool.

                            Not only i am, there were many people talking about this type of issues.

                            As a customer of such a big brand ‘honda’ i am not happy at all i am very disappointed.

                            My suggestions
                            Just respect the time and money of the customer. if a customer buy a vehicle then they manage their servicing anywhere instead of honda servicing. we don’t need any free servicing. we trust on you so you should take care of it. set some guidance for dealer and service center. don’t cheat with customers please. when i took appointment for servicing than my issue must be resolve first but it took four and half hours. just a basic servicing took this much of time and result is nothing.

                              I waited 8 and half hours for my vechile to get serviced i was 4 in number came at 9.30 sharp with an appointment and left around 6.10 from the workshop. I need to stand at the floor of the workshop to get my work done still there was no help till first 3 hours as the managers were busy looking to those who were politically related or some family related i even saw a car serviced and get away at the back of the door they were related to service manager and was sitting at her office. I m pissed with this kind of behaviour with Araceli honda lucknow. I will make sure they will suffer

Sir in such a growing nation this type of bull fraud has being done with the freshers.Any law is there or not? Sir please it's for the sake of innocent freshers. please check it out this fraud.

                                job ki wajah s main inki complain ni kar paya.
                                but ab thoda sa free hu to inki band bajana h sab logo ko milkar.

                                  From the very start, we have been kept in the dark from Prime Honda's side. Our car came to your workshop on 6th September, and then no action was taken for 10 days under the pretext of discussion for covering the case under warranty. During these days, when we were daily calling Prime Honda for response, we were informed by you that our case is being investigated and Prime Honda is in constant communication with Honda HQ for diagnosis. I would request you to kindly share the entire chain of communication - days on which communication was shared with your HQ, what were the reports asked by Honda HQ, what were the reports you shared with Honda HQ etc.

                                  Then when we called again on 14th September, Prime Honda informed us that though the investigations are still on, it is advisable that we take the matter to insurance company. Accordingly the claim intimation papers were submitted to you on 15.09.16.

                                  On 17th September, there was an email communication from Prime Honda's (Ms. Shubha) side which termed the engine failure as "Hydrostatic Lock".
                                  Following was communication
                                  "Apropos to your concern, we wish to inform you that the car was received in our workshop on 06.09.2016 via crane, as the car was not in moving condition. During our diagnosis it was observed that the, malfunctioning in the car was due to Hydrostatic Lock, leading to damage of Cylinder block, oil pan and the connecting Rod was broken in two pieces. It is pertinent to mention here that, the Hydrostatic Lock occurs due to water entry into the engine room. The damage can be instantaneous, if you attempt to start the car after it was stalled while driving through the water, however in some cases, after 4-6 months the actual damage happens to the engine parts."

                                  On 19th September, I received communication from Honda HQ (Ms. Chitra Lahiri) that this a "Hydrostatic Lock"
                                  Following was communication
                                  "Here we wish to submit that due to water ingress into the engine your car is effected by Hydrostatic lock and the repair of it cannot be covered under warranty. "

                                  Between, 16th-26th, we received no information from your (Mr. Rout) end on what is status of our claim or whether any clarification has been asked from surveyor or insurance company. Neither the surveyor reached out to us for any clarification.

                                  On 26th September evening, when Mr. AK Agarwal called you, you (Mr. Rout) told us that claim has been passed by surveyor and the written approval from Royal Sundaram shall be received in a day.

                                  On 28th September evening, when Mr. AK Agarwal came to your office to know about the claim status, you (Mr. Rout) informed that though the claim is being entertained, we would still need to pay for some internal damages which are not being covered in insurance claim in the range of 10-12 thousand.

                                  On 29th September evening, when Mr. AK Agarwal came to your office to know about the claim status, you (Mr. Rout) informed that there has been some queries from Royal Sundaram and case is still pending. You further informed us that we would need to pay for internal damages in range of 15-20 thousand. We informed you again that we do not know the reason behind this ask and shall pursue with Insurance for their acceptance.

                                  On 30th September afternoon, you informed us only over email that
                                  Dear Mr. Agarwal,
                                  This is in reference to your Honda vehicle received in our workshop.
                                  Apropos to your concern we wish to inform you that the Insurance Co. (Royal Sundaram GIC Ltd.) has refused the claim and the reason given was as mentioned in the trailing mail, received from the Insurance Co., same has been communicated to you.
                                  We request you to accord the necessary approval for carrying-out the repair work on chargeable basis. For any assistance please feel free to revert to us for any assistance/clarification in this regard.

                                  However, the mail from Surveyor was actually written to you on 27th September and says the following
                                  As discussion today, that you have not started the work as you need work approval from Royal Sundaram Gurgaon.
                                  Now I request you not to start the work as cause of accident (all of sudden sound came from engine and the car stopped) is not cover under the policy (no damage due external means). This is an engine failure case due to any other reason."

                                  Now, I am further shocked to see that you have again kept us in the dark for 3 days. The mail from insurance company was sent to you on 27th September but you kept discussing different information with us till 30th September on false pretext. Why did you not let us know the exact communication on 27th September itself?

                                  Your email says that claim has been refused. However, Royal Sundaram is actually asking you for exact reason of engine failure. It says that there is no damage due to external means and hence this is not covered under policy.

                                  From the above, it is very clear that surveyor has declared that it is not case of "Hydrostatic Lock", and is a case of manufacturing fault by Honda due to which engine has broken under warranty. Hence, Honda should replace the engine under warranty.

                                  I am utterly disappointed by the harassment being meted out to me. These delaying tactics which has been employed by you have only increased my suffering as I have been without a car for 26 days now and still there is no solution in sight.

                                  If the situation continues like this, I would be forced to go to to higher legal authorities and consumer court to rectify the suffering being faced by me.

                                    I have came twice to give the car for service, they didn't take it, giving silly reason.the service people not have patience to listen & take the car for service.i understand they are stressed because overload work, but they should be kind & gentle to Customer.its a private Company & we pay for the service they provide.first service when they gave, they didn't do proper service.my car battery shut down, & gave me trouble in the middle of my long travell, than again I serviced from them. Totally their service is unsatisfactory & I feel shamed about the renowned magnum honda car service station.yeshwantpur.bangalore.

                                      I have put my car in Deccan Honda Pimpri for resolving manufacturing defect (water leakage in trunk) on 20th September to 24september.While collecting my car on 24th sept I found additional wreckage o n my bumper in right side.I told this point to my service adviser MR. Joy at same time.He told me that its not bumper damage its only colour damage.The as per my communication with hime he told me that we will see in next servicing.After I came back from service center I found it seems to be plastic part breakage. Then I called bac to joy regarding this.But still have not get any answer from service center.According to this scenario I have question in my mind is itrealy trusted brand for service?

                                        We got a sun-roof fitted in our honda city car by honda authorised service centre for rs.1.75 lakhs.
                                        The quality of the product and workmanship was sub-standard and it started to rust within few weeks of fitment.
                                        We requested for removal and refund to which the company as well as the service centre assured re-fitment as per honda standards.
                                        Unfortunately the problem was not resolved and meanwhile the authorised service centre has shut-down.
                                        We requested replacement of the sun-roof and refund to which the company agreed to replace the sun-roof but is not agreeing to refund of the sun-roof money of rs.1.75 lakhs.
                                        Hence we request a consumer complaint be filed and our money returned along with replacement of the sun-roof with a new original roof.
