I have put my car in Deccan Honda Pimpri for resolving manufacturing defect (water leakage in trunk) on 20th September to 24september.While collecting my car on 24th sept I found additional wreckage o n my bumper in right side.I told this point to my service adviser MR. Joy at same time.He told me that its not bumper damage its only colour damage.The as per my communication with hime he told me that we will see in next servicing.After I came back from service center I found it seems to be plastic part breakage. Then I called bac to joy regarding this.But still have not get any answer from service center.According to this scenario I have question in my mind is itrealy trusted brand for service?

    We got a sun-roof fitted in our honda city car by honda authorised service centre for rs.1.75 lakhs.
    The quality of the product and workmanship was sub-standard and it started to rust within few weeks of fitment.
    We requested for removal and refund to which the company as well as the service centre assured re-fitment as per honda standards.
    Unfortunately the problem was not resolved and meanwhile the authorised service centre has shut-down.
    We requested replacement of the sun-roof and refund to which the company agreed to replace the sun-roof but is not agreeing to refund of the sun-roof money of rs.1.75 lakhs.
    Hence we request a consumer complaint be filed and our money returned along with replacement of the sun-roof with a new original roof.

      I would like to share my ONE month experience with AKC Motors Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana about our Honda - Amaze Car - Reg No PB-10-FX-7218

      03.09.2016 - 10.30 AM

      I visited Vidhata showroom & finalised Honda Amaze with there sales person Mr Pandey ( Mob[protected] .

      03.09.2016 - 1.00 PM

      Vidhata sales person came to our residence for documentation & advance booking amount Rs 21, 000 thru cheque favouring AKC MOTORS PVT LTD. As, there was a bank finance involved, I clearly informed Mr Pandey that we need bank finance from SBI, Fountain Chowk, Branch as my bank a/c are already with same branch, which was being ensured.

      03.09.2016 - 5.00 PM

      SBI, Gurdev Nagar, Branch called me up & confirmed loan acceptane and letter issued to Vidhata to release car in your favour. I called up Vidhata & asked them why they didn't process loan thru SBI fountain chowk, branch as agreed, but AKC Motors - Finance Team couldn't answer ??

      04.09.2016 - 10.30 AM

      I visited Vidhata to collect car delivery, where due to oversight from Vidhata took Rs 8, 000 extra from me, which was never being informed from AKC Motors .

      09.09.2016 - 12.00 PM

      I informed Mr Pandey in Vidhata about over collection of Rs 8, 000 which was being accepted by AKC Motors on 10.09.2016. They took 25 odd days to refund my money back for reason well known to AKC Motors.

      01.10.2016 - 3.00 PM

      I visited AKC Motors to get my car first service, where AKC service assistant opened job order informing full body wash & tyre re- shuffle and general check- up. I tried to enter service bay to know current status but AKC muscle man stopped be to step into service bay as owner policy, which was not acceptable & I demanded my car back, which was again to NOT acceptable to AKC. I told them, I will get this vehicle serviced on my own to my best satisfaction but they threatened me with Honda warranty issues.

      Akc motors took THREE hours & finally delivered my vehicle at there gate, where I found no re- shuffle in tyres. There service team stole car horn lying in the rear . I am not sure, whether they returned my car or any other old car or whether change my car parts.

      I requested to surrender this vehicle to Vidhata ( AKC Motors), where they told Rs 2, 00, 000 depreciation for ONE month & a condition they will not remit money back, instead adjust against a new vehicle.

      01.10.2016 - 6.15 PM

      I visited Maruti showroom & finalised CIAZ ( Diesel) and narrate the complete Vidhata ( AKC Motors) experience, where owner specially ensured hassle free settlement & enchange. I plan to move to consumer grievance court against Honda - Vidhata ( AKC Motors).

        I had a rat entry into my car in which a wire was found eaten. The malfunction indicator was showing amber color. I took the car to Dakshin Honda Service Center, Hosur Road (near Electronics City, Bangalore), where the mechanic inspected on his laptop and told the malfunction is due to cut wire, and that there is no remedy possible. The entire wiring set needs to be changed (For me, that's itself surprising!). Since I had insurance, I told them to go ahead. The Service guys confirmed they are placing the order of the part. And that it will take 2-3 days to come from Chennai/Noida.

        More 1 month has passed since then. Have been calling them every 2 days, but no concrete response. Everytime they say it will take 2 days more. It is not just frustrating, it is downright atrocious. The Service guy's name is Pradeep Justin, and he has been misleading me all the while. After totally getting fed-up, when I tried to escalate, I was told to talk to Ravi, the Body Shop Manager - He too told me he would get back in a day, which he never did. There is no sincerity of words promised, nor accountability or responsibility - its a real circus in the truest sense of the term. I have told them that my home-office is 35 kms and am suffering everyday for the past more than a month. I have an aged father of 75 years and my mother is a cancer patient, and it's been difficult (and sometimes impossible) to take her to hospitals. This is real suffering and torture. What should I do now?

        Left to fend for myself, yesterday I went there and met the AGM - Mr. Nazir Pasha. He called up a few folks, and told me the part has not been ordered in the first place!! So all this one month, they were playing tricks with me??
        Mr. Nazir now tells me to bring my car again - all the way to the Service centre. He seemed to be surprised at my plight yesterday and empathised, but I still see the lack of accountability. I just got lip-service, no real help.

        I have nowhere to go now. Shall wait for a day or two, and if the same apathy continues, I will take of social media like Twitter, FB and Whatsapp to name and shame. Also, am planning to go and meet folks at Zonal Office, Chennai, and the head-office at Mumbai/Noida. Can I request you this please - this blatant disrespect and callousness towards needy customer should not get to a point where I am already repenting taking a Honda Car.

        Note: Inspite of repeated requests to let me know the name of the part in question, I haven't been told what it is. Even Mr. Nazir didn't.

        I purchased honda city from samara honda, bhikaji cama place in Nov 2016. There were many complaints which have been resolved after numerous reminders. Still they lack in their services as my car is not giving mileage as per standard specs. Currently its giving 9 in delhi and 14 on highways.

          My honda jazz diesel bought a year ago had been facing a problem of a thud noise coming in the front right side towards the engine. I have complained and sent my car to the service dealer Eastern Honda who on two ocassions denied any such sound to be audible to him. On insistence of a joint inspection during the third visit he accepted about the noise and assured that such a similar noise is there in all honda jazz as he has driving another one. However he promised to mitigate it which did not happen .I once again complained and I was assured about a call from the GM as I threatened to write to the Honda Company for the same. However I am yet to receive any such call and I am living with the same dissatisfaction of owning a new Honda jazz with so much noise and poor mileage. I don't have any email id of the company to communicate with. Please forward this urgent message or I shall take legal recourse as paying huge amounts for such a car is no ways acceptable to me.

            Issue: Break noise (whistling type noise from front break)

            There has whistling type noise from front break since Jan 2016. I made several complaints and Honda workshop mechanics tried to fix it. They are unable to do so. They tried their best but unable resolve this issue.

            Car has undergone 4 scheduled services but problem is not yet resolved.

            Probable reason for noise is break pad quality.

            I believe, Honda dealers does not want to resolve this issue because then they have to change the parts as car is under warranty.

              1) i am totally shocked how this service center has survived so long, if this is the type of service that is provided. I am completely unsatisfied and totally disgusted at the service. I have to seriously ask myself whether i have been deceived into purchase of a honda car, if this is the level of service that you are providing.
              2) to start with, the driver who was supposed to pickup the vehicle from my location, instead of arriving at the agreed time of 10.00 a. M. Only arrived at about 11.45 a. M. Due to this delay, the vehicle obviously only reached the workshop after 1.00 p. M.
              3) the customer service manager who called me (Mr. Krishna [protected]) first tried to get me interested in things that were not part of the servicing. I told him not to bother and reported one issue that the reverse gear was a little difficult to engage. He informed me that he would look into it. I was also informed that the vehicle would be ready and i could receive it by 6.30 p. M.
              4) i also informed mr. Krishna that i had left my umbrella inside the car and he told me he would ensure that it comes back when the vehicle is delivered.
              5) i started calling the service center at around 6.00 to ask the status. I was informed that "vehicle is ready but the driver is not available". I told them that i needed the vehicle by 6.30 but now the return time magically changed from 6.30 to 7.30...
              6) the driver finally called me after 8.00 to tell me that he is starting from the service center.
              7) when the car finally arrived at the delivery, i was unable to believe my eyes. I actually on the spot wanted to refuse to take delivery. It was filthy. The driver had the audacity to tell me that it was because of rain on the roads. I don't know what his level of intelligence is, but if he thought i was as stupid as that, i can only say that he is sadly mistaken. When he realised i was angry and started pointing out to him the dirt and dust, he changed his tune and started asking me for a cloth so that he could clean the vehicle properly. Was this not supposed to have been done in the service center itself?
              8) the great wonder came when i started the car and drove it, today morning. The clutch had been tampered with until it has now become a dead clutch. The pickup of the vehicle has completely gone, and the mileage would obviously drop drastically now. I have to depress and release the clutch all the way to the extreme end to engage the gear. Who did this?
              9) the fact that they seemed to have forgotten the umbrella (Maybe one of them needed it to get home), i do not mention here.

              If you people cannot make things better, at least you can stop making them worse! This is absolutely the last time i will use your services. I shall much prefer to pay and get my vehicle serviced outside than to again use your third class and most horrible service center once again. And certainly i shall be seriously considering further action in this matter.

                I am atul vitthal yadav from pune (maharashtra).
                I purchase honda unicorn 150cc bike on 24th july 2016 from b u bhandari auto lines pvt ltd. sr. no 11-5 12-1 petit estate, nr vijay sales, cannaught road, pune 411001, maharashtra.
                After delivery some problems are created in my motorcycle.

                1. something different sound coming from engine. (also engine firing do not smoothly.)
                2. colour of two parts are become light & damaged.
                3. two black rubbers at the top of handle are damaged & handle become very lose.

                I was contact & also meet to the respected dealership & service center, but they do not take seriously.
                I don’t get proper & good service from b u bhandari dealer & service center.
                So please sir, accept my complaint & help me.

                  I got my car serviced from meerut with registration number as UK 07 AH 7113 on dated 8 th august 2016, when i had given the car for service the LED INDICATOR LIGHT of the AC was working but after i received from service i found that it was not functional, since than it has been reported to the concerned dealer at least 5 times but thers is no action, you might lose a buyer of HONDA CIVIC if this is the status of your service,

                    We purchased a new Honda Amaze Diesel model in March 2016, from Hallmark Honda in Nerul, Navi-Mumbai. Right from the first free service we have been complaining that the clutch is tight and we are having problems in shifting gears. We had informed the same in the second service also.
                    During the third free service, we were informed that the clutch has failed and needs complete over hauling, and that we will have to bear the cost.
                    We have gone ahead and got the work done. The clutch friction plate and the pressure plates had to be replaced. (Photographs of the damaged plates enclosed).
                    It is surprising that the clutch should fail within 6 months, when the car has not even run 9000kms.
                    We were informed by the dealer that this was due to incorrect driving and can happen again also.
                    We have bought different models of Maruti Suzuki (Maruti 800, Esteem & Baleno) for the last 20 years, and never faced such an issue.
                    We decided to change to Honda as it is known for quality & service, but It looks like we made a big mistake by not sticking to Maruti.

                        This is really sad to say. Honda is playing with their customers. When u give your car for servicing, the car attender doesn't unplug the navi card i[censored] don't know about it.And i[censored] don't know about it u are cheated. They just remove the card bcoz u don't start using up Navi immediately after service. U come to know this later. Feels bad HONDA showroom does this.

                          I brought my Honda City Car on 16th Sept, 2016 from Eastern Honda (B.D. Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.), Howrah, West Bengal.

                          I was told that I shall receive my documents of registration two days later. (19th Sept)

                          I contacted the dealer on the specified date and I was told that I shall receive the papers on the next day 20th Sept.

                          I called again on 20th, I was told to call on 22nd.

                          And on 22nd I am being told that the date is unsure now.

                          I am unable to take my car out as I am not being provided the relevant documents and I am being made to roam around like a puppet.

                            I bought a brand new honda city on jan 2016. within 6 months in the rainy season of mumbai, i was shocked to see water seepage in my car. a premium brand like honda is not expected to have such an issue. when contacted the service center they said we can replace d speaker thru which the water is seeping in. but i don't want any replacement of parts in d first year of the car as i ve been handed over with a defected piece. kindly raise my complaint for the same.

                              We would like to inform you that we bought a new honda amaza smt (diesel) from your kolkata distributor sree cars private limited on 03/08/2015 against invoice no sal-inv — dd 194-aug 15/16 but unfortunately within a span of one year it was found at the time of last servicing on 25/08/2016 all brake drums are defective and its need to be replaced immediately as advised by your service advisor mr. rajesh kumar singh & mr. dinesh dey respectively.
                              Its is a matter of great regret that within a span of only one year the main brake needs to be replaced and not only that it hampers the goodwil of your reputed company. we had at that time changed our mind from tata motors car to honda car – now we did realize the actual reality.
                              Please look into the matter and do change all the brakes at free of cost at our car no - wb 08 a 8075 at an early date.

                                I have purchased a honda city, SMT model in 28 Aug 2015 from Planet Honda, Haldwani. UK 06 AG 5976.
                                There was no rainy season during the year since past and when rain /water wash the car it is only in Service centre of Honda Car
                                my first service done at Bareilly -Honda Dealer (Heritage Honda) after servicing then did not communicated or completed the door sheet.
                                my another service done at Mathura Dealer-(Heritage Honda) they also done two services of this car but there is also no remedies.

                                In rainy season i have stand my car in open space then found from the Left Door there is rain water ingress from the door to boot space.

                                Being a govt employee how dealer cheat for original materials.

                                    Dear sir, i would like to inform to you that i got my Honda Amaze which registration no is MH 03 BW 1935. owner name: HEMA ASHISH SHAH which engine no is L12B32515516. Chassis no: MAKDF156CFN101649.
                                    Place of registration: MUMBAI.
                                    I ASHISH SHAH is writing this email to bring to your notice the terrible service offered by your service centres.

                                    I gave my amaze car to one of your authorised service centres(SHAMAN CARS INDIA PVT. LTD. (BHANDUP) MUMBAI-400078) for free services. The 1st service was done by MR. DEEPESH DHARAK on 26/5/15 he gave me good satisfaction. But the 2nd on 11/8/15 i was not at all satisfied. i had complained about my horn & A/c problem but none was resolved. They did not wash the radiator and all dust was accumulated.They took my car twice but it was returned without anything done and they just wasted my time and day. Finally on 8/12/15 i replaced the horn at SHAMAN CARS INDIA PVT LTD. (SEWREE BRANCH) under the supervision of BHAVESH([protected]).
                                    3rd service was under MR. SACHIN on 11/12/15. They did not do any service and kept forcing me to get the silencer coating done as it was paid work daily they called me for the payment. Even after paying around RS1600/- it was not at all satisfactory. After all services i use to get feedback calls from Bhandup center. MISS PRACHI was incharge of it. I kept on saying about all the issues but there was no action taken for the same.

                                    After all free services got done. I was introduced to MR. DEEPESH DHARAK (Bhandup Branch) for looking forward for all other paid services. i have signed 2yrs maintainance contract with him. i paid RS 22900/- for it.
                                    He promised me to look into all the matter and help me for the same.
                                    i gave my car for service on 29/8/16. i had asked they to claim an insurance for following stuff mentioned below:
                                    1-the right frame of front glass
                                    2-right side back door & bumper
                                    3-left tail light
                                    4-left side front bumper.
                                    i had asked them to claim all things. They couldnt pass all the claim. They passed only 2claim and they asked me to talk for left tail light so MR. Nilesh gave me contact of Manzoor Tambe ICICI Lombard no- [protected]. Nilesh guided me wrong and shared a wrong no. They passed only 2claim. My claim was passed on 30/8/16. but for 2days car was just kept aside without doing any work and the incharge person wasnt even knowing where the car was.
                                    And even when clear instructions were given to pickup the car on monday for services as workshop is closed on sunday, the drives calls and asks for the car on sunday and no authorized person was knowing about it.
                                    I was promised to get my car back by saturday but because of all delay i didnt get my car till tuesday. On tuesday i got a call at 12.30 that car is been left but till 3.30 no one was knowing the status of the car.
                                    later driver called me for my address and addmitted that car wasnt left till that time. Finally car arrived nearly 4PM.
                                    When i got the car i inspected the car myself in front of him and found that no work was been done and pointed out all things to the driver. Only my right back door was painted. nothing was even washed properly (AMC )contract also wasnt done only. there was no one to inspect the car before sending it back to us. Then i had talk to MR. Sharad the relationship manager he promised to get the work done when he was back to mumbai. He asked me to click all pictures of damages.
                                    when i opened my bonnet all dirt was accumulated and driver said they dont open the engine and wash it. the rim of the wheels wasnt even cleaned.
                                    They broke my number plate and just tapped it without informing us.
                                    They damaged my back bumper too.
                                    Will attach all possible pictures.
                                    on 9/9/16 MR. Sharad called me to the branch along my car and they washed my car infront of me. Even the PUC was done later.
                                    They said car wheel balancing allignment is done but if they have actually checked no report was send to me.
                                    i have no idea whether the work was done or not. till date there is no reply.
                                    whenever i call i am told that all person are on leave namely
                                    MR. DEEPESH, MR. SHYAM, MR. NILESH and the driver too
                                    There is no further response to all calls and queries.

                                    Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      Warm Greetings!

                                      I Sent my car which is registered in my dad's name Mr. Vijay Kumar Jain (Brio) Registration Number DL9CU 5904; to Ace Honda for servicing and the driving sear window is not operational at all. The car was sent out twice for the same complaint; once on 25th August & then again on 2nd September.

                                      Both times i was told that the window is working properly. I have called-up several times, but no response was received till date. I am really thinking that I did a mistake of my life that I bought this brand for which after sales services are just more than below average.

                                      Kindly help.

                                      The following problems my car is having:

                                      1. The window of the driver seat side once scrolls down, does not slides-up immediately. Need to wait for atleast 15 minutes before it is again operational.

                                      2. The car service department must have opened the window, hence, the cover on the right hand side (driver's side) where the switch to slide the window is left loose.

                                      3. On receipt of my car back from the service center, the front seat window next to driver's seat is also making funny sounds while opening and closing.

                                      4. The switch of the AC becomes very hot. Each time I sent my car for service, each time the same complaint has been lodged with no action.

                                      All documents are enclosed herein for your ready reference.

                                        I purchased a Honda Activa 3G from one of your sub-dealers named ON THE WAY, BIDHAN MARKET, Taki ROAD, kolkata-700124 on 14th august, 2016. Till this moment i have not given the registration slip or the number. I contacted them several times but they don't seem to pay any heed to it. I don't know what is happening. more than one month has been passed. they promised me that it would take maximum 20 days. no service book, no documents of financing, no number plate are given until today although the first installment has been already deducted from my account.
                                        Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
