I am writing this email to bring to your notice the terrible service offered by your service centres, which instead of actually servicing our vehicles, excel more in the art of creating as huge a bill as possible.

I recently gave my amaze car to one of your authorised service centres(pushp honda kanpur) for regular service. I was facing some suspension problems with my car. Accordingly, the manager of the centre provided me with a bill which listed all the costs of the various parts which were required. Seeing that the bill was unnecessarily high, I inquired the manager about the same. From this I got to know that he had actually added the cost of the parts which were in perfect condition, just to increase his profits. Angered by this I refused to let him carry on with the suspension work but went ahead with a general service of my car. After I received it a few days ago, I found out that none of the grievances(e.g. a creaking door, one of the windscreen vipers not working properly, etc.)mentioned by me was taken care of. The slackers had not even tightened a single loose bolt. Apart from that, the manager was also quite rude with his dealings.

I do hope that you pay heed to my complaints and take the necessary action.

    I have purchased a Honda City, Top Variant- Sun Roof Top, 2013.
    During my Car servicing with Pinnacle Honda, Asansol, WB, I have been told that, your car is having defective Air Bags, which have to be replaced, on company account. I could not understand, the request of the Pinnacle Honda. Rather, Divine Honda, Dehradun, should;d have contacted me in this regard. Kindly suggest..

      Reg no. Up 16 au 1853 in the name of sana trading p ltd. With extended warranty.
      Now the car has run approx.46, 000 km. But the front tyres are over heating after a 60 k. M run.
      Shown different service centers of honda. But they say there is no complaint.
      It is a great discomfort for me
      Pls do the needful.

        Please blacklist Honda service centre at Badarpur of South End Honda. I have already submitted details of the terrible experience twice - last today- about the first and second service of my new Honda City and about the lakadisical attitude of the service manager Anil Srivastav, He did not even have the courtesy to attend to even one of my calls from 1 pm to 6 pm on 16th September 2016. The relationship managers Meenakshi and Shilpanji (?) will testify

          I got my Honda Amaze (SX, Petrol variant) recently from a dealership in Chennai.

          After just running for 5-10 mins, the bonnet was very very hot and I couldn't even touch it.
          The same behaviour was observed in the night after a run for just 5-10 mins.

          Having relied on Honda, this is the least I had expected from it and it's very concerning to see this kind of behaviour from a new car from a reputed brand like Honda and because of such a situation we are unable to use the car as well.

          Also everyone at the dealership say this is normal which is shocking.

            Hi,

            I have given my Hinda City Car KA03 MX9977 fr service @Whitefield Honda showroom on 6th Sep. This was 2nd free service . The car has not done any service including washing . This is really wasting my time and effort and wasted a day for this service.

            Car inside or outside not washed.
            I have not convinced that the car has done any service, I asked them video or photos, however they have not share anything.

              I have registered complaints 3-4 times but I don't understand why company like Honda not listen to customers, before purchasing car company person promised to give accessories worth rs. 20, 000 but now he has quit the job and no one is responsible for that in the company from last 3months. And my mileage for car is coming for just 9-10 company promised for 20. They are not listing for this also

                I own Honda AMAZE SAT which I purchased on 26th Nov. Though mileage is pretty low the car performs well.
                The vehicle VIN MAKDF163JFN100553 has undergone 5000 KM service at 2659 KM on 05/04/106.
                I was sick and I am even now under medical care and the vehicle was not used as frequently as I perhaps wish because of my health conditions. I drive the car myself and do not wish to be chauffeur driven.
                The dealer was calling and reminding me about 10, 000 KM service of the car, though even today the car has performed only less than 4450.
                I do not understand the logic of this 10, 000 KM service in 6 months as this car is not a taxi and used for my pleasure. I can understand the service at 10, 000 KM or One year whichever is earlier but it is not so. A person has to drive every day minimum 55.55 days for this six months service ( no holidays in between) which in my opinion is ridiculous to say the least.
                You must come with a solution for this problem especially in a situation when the owner of the car falls sick and could not use the car.
                I would rather snuggest that the six months be changed to 12 months or 10, 000 KM which ever is earlier which would be just fine with every one.
                I am think ling of taking the car for the 10, 000 /6 months service after10 months and hopefully I will not face any hassle there with Patel Cars of Trivandrum.

                  ENGINE PROBLEM: twice in less than 3 years

                  CONTACTED HONDA regarding the same, my point was that either Honda has given me a faulty product or their dealer has not done the servicing properly because I got it serviced regularly from their authorised service centre. So I want a product replacement. I have contacted Honda senior executives but after responding for the first time they have stop responding. I have been continuously writing emails to all the senior executives but they were not even replying. And after 10 days or so Honda has blocked my emails. I felt very sad at this and felt completed cheated by HONDA. Honda does not care for his customers. Honda does not have any work ethics.

                  Although Honda has repaired my bike and does not charge much but my point is that how come a bike engine can have problem in just 30000km or less than 3 years. Honda has given me a faulty product or their service had not serviced my bike properly for two years. If I would not have taken extended warranty at the time of purchase then I would have been spending 10000 rupees or so and Honda would not even care to reply as they have done in this case.

                  At last after seeing all this I felt cheated and went to the service centre to pick up my bike as I have been facing a lot of problem for commutation to office. When I went their they handed over the bike in repaired condition and wanted me to sign a customer satisfaction paper. I did not sign anything because I am not satisfied with the response of Honda Today they sent me an email which said they have resolved my complaint no. 1-[protected] and now my relationship with Honda company is over forever.

After that they send me an email that they have resolved this issue. Now I am writing in this forum because of their callous attitude towards customer. so that no other customer can be become their prey in future. I understand that some products have manufacturing fault but at least companies should have that much business ethics that customers should not face any problem for those issues. HONDA IS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER OF INDIA AND THEIR SENIOR EXECUTIVES DOES NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS ETHICS.

                  I bought Honda grazia scooter from Pashankar auto pvt. ltd. (address-364, 364/2shivaji nagar, jungli, maharaja chowk, pune, MH411005) Billing date 16 April, 2019, vehicle received date 30 April, 2019 but I am not satisfied with bike and your service because of lots of issue in bike and service.

                  List of issues in scooter are as follows:-

                  1. Wrapping mark, scratch on lens Lens yellowish and wrapping not removed from lens in front Turn indicator lamp in both side
                  2. Scratch on Tyre cover guard/black cover
                  3. Wrapping mark and wrapping is not removed from lens in front RR(Reflex reflector) lamp in both side
                  4. Lens surface layer ( Hard coating layer) peel-off, Wrapping mark, and wrapping not removed from lens in Head lamp.
                  5. Wrapping mark, scratch on lens Lens yellowish and wrapping not removed from lens in Rear Turn indicator lamp in both side
                  6. Wrapping mark, scratch on lens Lens yellowish and wrapping not removed from lens in Rear Lamp(Stop function)
                  7. Rubbing mark and scratch on front vehicle black body near to turn indicator lamp in both side
                  8. White mark between lamp & vehicle body.
                  9. Pathetic condition/Dusty in the pocket of mobile charger.
                  10. Silencer Rusty.
                  11. Foot Mat not complete assembly from vehicle.

                  All issue shown to Mr. Manoj & Mr. Kunal from Pashankar honda during delivery of vehicle.

                  List of issues by Showroom are as follows:-
                  1. Till yet didn’t received Vehicle number. Every time giving same excuse that RTO office is closed.
                  2. For “Free Servicing” date given is 01/05/2019 – 15/05/2019 even though I have taken scooter on 30/04/2019. As per rule 1st free servicing is provided for distance coverage 700-1000 km. Dates given for servicing is wrong it should be 16/05/2019 – 30/05/2019.
                  3. Chassis No. of scooter is ME4JF49ACJU029350. Based on this it’s manufacturing date is March2018. I bought it in April which means I got more than 1 year old scooter.

                    Dear Honda,

                    I had purchased Honda City idTech (Registration Number: HR51BC0472, Chassis Number - MAKGM858AF4003535) from Pearl Honda Gurgaon in January 2015. About 2-3 months back, I witnessed a very severe leakage problem at various locations in my car. First is the leakage under the rear glass due to which there has been issues of rusting addressed duly in the service complaint. Second is the leakage in all the four doors of my car. I call it leakage, because while washing / during rains, water enters through the bidding inside the doors and the rear glass of my car. In my my paid service with Classic Honda, Sterling Automobiles Pvt. Ltd (Repair Order Number: SER--RO-DD[protected], Repair Order Date:[protected], I repeatedly raised this problem, but no major steps were taken by the dealer, apart from removing the rust under the rear glass. As a consequence, during the entire monsoon period, I witnessed water percolating back in through the doors and the rear glass again and again literally making me standstill. I am totally flabbergasted since not only did I have high regards of Honda, which is known for its brand and luxury, but also had come across with some great reviews about Honda City which had tempted me to buy it. I am sure you hold customer satisfaction as one of your top priorities, especially the after-sale services which is a crucial element in today's automobile industry. With such pathetic dealer services and unresolved issues, I guess you tend to loose many of your loyal customer base. Hoping for this complaint to be resolved in a fast-track process.

                      Hi team,

                      I am facing an issue with my honda city car bought from courtesy honda in delhi in march 2016. Honda body care lally automoblles pvt ltd the dealership has been professional enough to honor on the vehicle to fix an bumper problem. They assured me that i would get the car back within 6 days more than a 3 week has been passed. It is a second time which i am facing issue for the wrong commitment, within this time period i contacted them several time the service center representative mr. Manoj (Contact no [protected]) mr. Praveen ([protected]) amit [protected] is either a irresponsible person or he intentionally harasses customers like me.

                      It says “customer is the king”; in these days customers are treated as not kings but emperors.
                      The salesman and dealer made false promises about few goodies along with the car,

                        We have purchess a new commercial car honda amaze from courtsy honda okhla..

                        But not full fill by courtsy honda sale person...
                        His comitment full all thing on the within 15 days after delivery cat... My car delivery date is 03 aug 2016... But still not get pass the cng... It's big loss for me... We hava confirmed that if get done pass cng so i will purchess the car. His said or comitted that don't worry i will take care but after one still all things are pending

                          Dear sir,

                          I received a call from your gurgaon office regarding free gift worth rs.2000/-. I contacted with my dealer-shree honda (Newtown-kolkata, west bengal). They took the photocopies of my pan card and also signature on receiving letter.

                          But till date they have not delivered the gift. I followed with them several times but they have not responded, lastly they informed me that the last date for delivering the gift was already over. Even they didn't return my documents.

                          This was unexpected from shree honda. Please do the needful so that i can get the gift.

                            My self surender yadav, i haved purchased activa 3g DL4SCL9039 in april, ftom dhingra automobile. 2 service are complete but i was not satisfied from service so i hav decide to service from outside. Now m shock after seeing the oil filter. In dhingra they never clean the oil filter now i have puchased the oil filter. I am attaching the p8c have a look.. overall your service is totally pathetic you only want how to maje money custoner satisfaction is not matter.. m happy after servicing from outside.

                              Hello Team,

                              Problem 1 :- 3rd Gear vibrate on acceleration.

                              I am unhappy with the delivery of Vehicle to me as the car is faulty & was still delivered to be without any inspection, Problem is with gear box, if you put vehicle on 3rd gear & you accelerate the vehicle it gives you vibration & distortion come from engine.

                              1. As i had update same to the your Sale executive Mr. Bhasakar on hardly 100-120KM run, that i am facing problem with gear shifting he inform me that when your 1st servicing come we will resolve the same.
                              2. When i gave car for servicing the said, problem with a gear they identified & share data with Honda Experts need to order the spare for the same.
                              3. I said that its brand new car, i cant allow you to break & build my Gear box.
                              4. Today Mr. Aayub khan, Service Manager has also did test drive, still he was saying that this is problem which is minimal and can be ignored or repaired. He was still denying the same. i need to convince him that there is actual problem with gear box.
                              5. So i asked them to again have a glace on car gear box,
                              a. They check car cables connectivity
                              b. open gear nob box
                              c. Put car on jack & inspected from bellow.
                              6. As there was no finding, all were in place, again we went on test drive still problem persist.
                              7. I requested another test vehicle for ride, but i didn't find any problem with the gear box. Mr. Bhimarao(Honda executive was doing test drive & checking, he informed that your vechile have distortion but test vehicle doesn't have)
                              8. Then we went to Mr, Aayub Khan, still he was denying that its not a problem.
                              9. I dont want this car, i want new car as i dont want to drill down my gear box.

                              Problem 2 :- Tyre issue

                              1. Also i notice that the car which come with Michelin type are smooth & good suspesion observerd.
                              2. But car with MRF are pretty hard, no cushion effect, already my friend have 2 Honda City both were under suspesion issue due to MRF Tyre.
                              3. If any in future if any suspension work come it should be attended free or else the Tyre to Michelin.

                                I am writing this as a disappointed customer who is being made run from pillar to post without any mistake of his; I had given my Honda Car (CRV) for repairs at one of the dealers, Courtesy Honda in New Delhi.

                                Despite paying the full amount towards repairs and service, the vehicle is still at the dealer's premises for reasons below:

                                1. The day I had gone to take the delivery, I noticed that the leather seat (driver's side) was torn. this probably happened at the time of repairs or service. After a lot of persuasion and effort, the seat was repaired.

                                2. On Friday 27/9, the driver from the dealer came to deliver the vehicle finally. However at the time of taking the delivery I noticed that the lights on the dashboard (speedometer) kept on flashing on/off. This wasn't the case when the vehicle was given for repairs. I am not sure the manner in which the vehicle was handled or kept that led to this fault that erupted. As a result I did not take the delivery and returned the vehicle for repairs.
                                I have been told today that there is some fault in some part that has led to this and the cost of it is around US$600 and the officials are persuading me to pay up for this. This in my view is a clear case extortion and deliberate transfer of responsibility. I am unable to understand that why should I pay for a part that was in working condition without any fault. If something is happened at the dealer's end, they are liable and not the customer.

                                During the course of the conversation with senior management of the dealer I can clearly see the blame being pushed to me which is completely unfair and unjust.

                                They are now claiming that the said part was tampered; what I am unable to understand that if this was the case, how come there was no issue with it when the vehicle has been with me for so many years. How come this happened when the vehicle was with them? How come they have taken the ownership of the seat and are not prepared to take this responsibility; Just because the cost is higher in this case. I am completely frustrated and aggrieved by their behavior.

                                  I have an eight month old Honda City Car purchased from Magnum Honda Kanakapura main road. Bangalore.

                                  For last two months my car is making crackling noise when it is in

                                  1. Second or third gear
                                  2. When clutch in operation for second gear
                                  3. When car started in morning or when parked for long time
                                  4. When car moved with lower RPM

                                  I have been complaining about it for long time with Magnum Honda and they are unable to diagnose the issue. I feel as if I have bought a used car

                                    We have informed so many times regarding the complaint of front glass beeding fixing is not proper. Due to this rainy water comes inside the car and also rusting formation is more on the top of the car body.
                                    At the earliest stage about 40, 000 kms itself we have intimated you it is very hopeless.
                                    Kindly do the necessary action for the complaint.

                                      I bought my Honda BRV from Harmony Honda, Chandigarh on 25th July and opted for accessories from showroom as per Honda brochure including the reverse parking system

                                      The reverse parking system started giving problem from 1st week and it was repaired at Harmony Honda once. Then the car was brought to Delhi and yet again it stopped working. On going to another dealer of Honda for repair, I was asked for warranty card of same which was never provided to me. I made them talk to Harmony Honda and they repaired it . On asking Harmony telephonically which make it is, I was told it is of Nippon . It again stopped working and I asked Nippon to repair it and to my astonishment, they said this system doesn't belong to them and infact Nippon doesn't make it for Honda

                                      On investigating further, I found out that the system belongs to a Chinese make Torq company which is available online only.

                                      The dealer ie Harmony Honda has refused to replace it with genuine accessory and have cheated me with a fake accessory taking money for the genuine part. I have the invoice copy of accessories from them .

                                        I'm working in a private company, they bought Honda Unicorn bike for me in 2016 April.

                                        We replaced the indicator glass with in one month for 4nos due to broken of the glass, and also changed the disc pad set with in three months.

                                        But we dont no whose responsible for this good quality of spares? if i asked the authorized person they are flaming us only, they are not taken responsibility.

                                        Please take action for this from the authorized department.
