I have booked my car hinda jazz vcvt petrol automatic in rushabh motors nagpur.they said me to give me my car in 15 days but now they r saying take some other colur this colur is not available and some other things.they dont pick up the call manager is all the time in meeting he dnt have tym to talk with the customer.they are cheating with the customer..i have done 95%payment of the car and now they are saying its not available..

    Hi sir,

    Yesterday, i have visited honda delight showroom in crown plaza, faridabad. After a ride i have booked honda amaze and give 5k as token money.

    Today morning due to some issue, i have changed my priority of buying car. Now showroom is saying, they will deduct 3k as cancellation fees and will return 2k.

    But this thing was not clear to me before booking the same.

    Please suggest how you can deduct my money within few hours of booking cancelation.

      Sir,
      I have purchased a new Jazz Engine No.L[protected], Chasis no.MAKGK77AGF4000152 from Muthoot Honda, Kollam, Kerala. I took such a decision in the light of driving experience of Honda city used in my family and that of a close friend from 2011 onwards. But a big blow to my expectations, I am now totally unsatisfied with the performance of the Jazz (petrol) by the following reasons.
      1. Very Poor power delivery in low gears. If we use moderate acceleration in traffic and that in reverse gear gets no smooth running. Especially the jerking movement feels verse in reverse gear with optimum load. Even less costlier vehicles like Swift, i10, and i20 never shows such a problem in my experience. Also gear shift is very poor when compared to these.
      2. An unusual vibration in 3rd gear creates unease in hands while driving.
      3. Very poor millage. Now my car’s millage indicator shows only between 10 and 11 in city driving, which is very low as per your advertising. Low power and low millage when compared to 1.5 lit Honda city.
      4. Fit and finish of my car (base model) is very poor and produces uncomfortable rattling sound inside the cabin. In rainy season moist appears inside the head lamb chamber.
      5. A wheat-mill like hauling sound produces while releasing accelerator in high speeds when the other road sounds are very low.
      I complained the all these at the time of services and resent visit at the dealer. They explained that all the 1 to 4 complaints are that of make and they can do nothing with that. The 5 fh one they rejects by stating that they doesn’t feel so.
      In the said circumstances, I decide to approach consumer redressal forum at the earliest. And I also decided to sell out the vehicle at any exchange mela of other makers on completion of the forum’s verdict.

        Sir,

        On march 15, 2016, after a lot of hassle and unprofessional approach on your franchise’s part, i finally got delivery of my honda city car bearing no. Dl4cau5304 from your showroom at ring road honda – bas engineering pvt. Ltd. (Janpath). I was completely unsatisfied with the services offered by your said showroom. I can detail out each of the said difficulties as and when i am asked to share the same. I may further point out that the total payment made by me to purchase the said car was of rs. 10, 85, 445/-, however, against the same, bills of rs. 10, 71, 069/- only had been furnished to me. Since then, i had been trying to constantly follow up with the officials of the said showroom with regard to the aforesaid bills but shockingly it is only recently that i have been informed that the said balance sum of rs. 14, 376/- was wrongly charged by them. Despite the acceptance of said mistake they are making excuses to refund the extra amount charged by them.

        I may also point out that it has been more than 5 months since i have taken the delivery of the car but the rc of my car has still not been furnished to me.in the last week of may, 2016 when i visited your aforesaid showroom i was furnished with the rc and on checking the same i found typographical mistakes in my residential address. I quickly pointed out the same to them and furnished relevant documents on the same date itself. On which the said officials took back the rc from me with the assurance that the same shall be corrected within a week’s period time. Despite the same till date i have not been furnished with the corrected rc.

        I never receive any follow up calls from them. I keep calling them up to enquire about the status of refund of aforesaid payment and rc but they will either not pick up my phone or will put me off by saying that the same would be done next week. This has been happening for more than 5 months now. A number of complaints with regard to the said problems have been made to the customer care but to no effect.

        I would also like to lodge complaint against the total inefficiency and negligence shown by the officials of said franchise. Their names and phone numbers are:

        I warn you if you continue to keep such incompetent & inefficient people in your company, you will start loosing customers.

          Yesterday, Key was not working, unable to start even not open hand lock.

          I have contact to dealer Malik automobiles (HR 190001) official number today at 9:00 am, still no positive response. Just say wait, we are busy.


          Please rectify the issue urgent basis. Such response of dealer disappointed me.

            Poor quality of tires
            dear all
            i had purchsed a honda city car around a year back and after just 4500kms of running one tyre got damaged and goodyear engineer told me that it is due to faulty running so they can not change it. At that time they told me that they are not able to chnage the tyre which has a cut in it. Now at 10000 kms two more of the tyres have bubbles in them and now the engineer told me that bubbles are also not covered in warrant and gain it is because of my driving.
            i am not sure whom to complaint now as goodyear is not replying and honda agency has told me that out of three tyres they are only able to chnage one tyre and that only after paying the wear and tear charges. every tire now a days comes with a warranty of minimum 25000kms but three of the tires are damaged just within 10000kms of running. worst service is being provided by goodyear company and poor quality of tires are being provided by honda company. kindly resolve as soon as possible

              I got this mail as an invitation letter for honda cars. So, I called neeraj sharma on his no. and he said yes you are selected as an employee please come and give the interview at our honda campus in jaipur. So, I went to Jaipur for interview and i reached at 10:45am and called neeraj sharma so he told me that you are late for the meeting please hurry up because the person who has to take your interview needs to leave for the plant soon. He told me to come to Diamond Tower and wait for it. When I reached Diamond Tower and called Neeraj he told the interviewer (Mr. Deepak) has already left for plant, please contact him here's his number. So i contacted Mr. Deepak and he told me that you were late so i already left for the plant, I told him I have come here from far so please take my interview i have to leave in the evening. He still said no I cant I have already left. So, After insisting so much he agreed to take my interview in car. So, inside the car it was me, deepak and driver. He was wearing a Genuine Honda ID card showed me his ID and took my interview as if he is the employee of honda. He interviewed me with technical questions and told me you have passed your interview. Now, You are the employee of Honda four wheeler india pvt ltd. Hence, Now you have to pay the medical fees. So, he took 6800 as medical fees and gave me a honda form to fill up. I filled the form and left. Then I realised that something is wrong and yes I was Robbed. After that he didnt picked up my phone and I was helpless.

                Crystal Honda service center, Bavdhan Pune is worst service center. Service advisors, technicians does not have any technical knowledge about the four wheelers.

                In 2nd free servicing in the work shop while taking the reverse technicians damaged dick even car have the reverse camera. Not sure technicians have valid license with him. This is now second time happened when car was given for servicing.

                Comparing with TATA & Maruti, Honda is worst service center.

                  Dear sir, me 7months pehle honda cd 110dreams purchase kiya tha usme se handle se sound aa raha hai aur 3months ho gaya hai fuel metre thik se kam nehi kar raha hai, din me fuel metre thik se kam kar raha hai aur raat me jab light on karta hun to fuel metre ka light nehi jalta hai aur petrol full hone se bhi zero dikhata hai...                   Kuch ki jiye sir... Abhi to 1saal bhi nehi hua hai... Purchase karne ke time se hi aisa ho raha hai sir...

                    Delight honda faridabad is not giving service and reply.. I have given the car hond jazz hr 29 ak 7426. On 5/8/2016. They have to give within 1 week.. Now on 22/8/2016.. No reply from there side.. I have called lot of times.. They dont see the complaint mentioned on manual repair order.. Please take correctivw action.. As this is not 1 time..                       Hi,

                      Purchased amaze sx from shree honda on 12th feb2016. On day of delivery, car was fitted with a fog lamp. Accessories shop spoc mr sanjay patra fitted fog lamp by removing the rear defogger button without even informing me.

                      Was not able to use de-fogger in entire rainy season.

                      Now today during 3rd servicing this damage was noticed thru my complaint. Now he is asking to cut the dashboard and fit the fog lamp. (During fog light fitting, while car purchase, i had specifically said that i will install fog lamp only if dashboard is not cut. I did not want to cut the dashboard to fit any accessories. So he removed the defogger button and fitted the fog lamp button)

                      Very poor customer service and absolutely not expected from a premium brand like honda

                      Such persons like sanjay patra not only creates problems for customers but creates a negative impact about brand honda.

                      by name of kuber singh bisht .in the month of April

                          I have send my car for service at chandrani enterprises Pvt Ltd with a specific complain that there was water slippage in the car due to heavy rain and the carpet was wet.
                          After service the report was given that it has been dried and the fault is rectified.
                          I came to kolkata yesterday night and in the morning I found that the carpet is wet and it has not been dried and send back only in the same state.

                          This is disgusting

                            In month of January this year I was planning to buy Honda car. As I used to drive Honda all my life in Europe, I thought to carry on the same in India as now I am settling in India. In January different companies offer lucrative deals on car manufactured in 2015.
                            I start contacting Honda dealers. Harmony Honda offered a specific price for Honda city petrol top model. Then sales man from Courtesy Honda contacted me and offered me a price. In my naivety I told him that I got better offer from Harmony Honda and I will buy from them.
                            He was consistent and told me that he have lots of pressure on sales. And he wil try to get me better price, All I have to do is give him Rs. 5000 as booking. He start showing lots emotion and stress. I didnt knew that why he was insisting so much. He confirmed me if he didnt get me better deal from his boss he will give me money back immediately. He will get me money back as soon as I will tell him.
                            I gave him money. Attached is the scan copy of it. Liitle I know that he was stressing this so that I can not buy same car from Harmony Honda as I already show intent to buy car from Courtesy Honda.
                            I felt cheated. He didnt told me this thing. I knew that I am talking to other dealer for same car. He preferred that I buy car from him on buying Honda car.
                            I was devastated, as I felt cheated and this takes my right to negotiate price. He tried to force me to buy Honda city car from him only.
                            Post that I wrote couple of emails and told that guy to send me refund. But till date I have received my money back.
                            This experience left me with no choice but to start disliking Honda cars. I stop following upcoming cars from Honda as I know I am not going to buy Honda cars in future. I dont want to dealers of Honda cars as I start getting bad feeling. I will blame more Honda management regarding my experience then dealer employee, as Honda unable to pass properly their values to Honda staff who are ind direct contact with general people.
                            All I want now is my money and apology from dealer and that employee. And then Adios to Honda cars for ever.

                              This is chandru. Last year august, i had purchased a honda dio (Vehicle no: ka01 hl 4297) from tansi honda, marthahalli, bangalore.

                              So far, i drove nearly 4600 kms and completed only 2 free services. Today i visited tansi honda service station to avail my 3rd free service. To my surprise, the guy who checked my vehicle told me that the service for dio is expired, because i failed to finish the 8000 kms mark (For 3rd free service). Needless to say about my 4th free service, which requires me to complete 12, 000 kms in a span of 365 days.

                              If i am entitled to get 4 free services, i should get all of them. It is foolish to expect all their customers to constantly monitor how much they drove and when they should approach service showrooms for bike services.

                              During my first service, they contacted me via mobile and intimated about the due date of my first free service, but they stopped doing the same for the remaining services.

                              Unless i unnecessarily waste my fuel to accomplish their stated kilo meters, i can't make use of my free services.

                              I hope writing here will lead to a positive change in their service policy.

                                Around 3-4 months back, i bought the honda city ivtec (Topline) (Petrol) car. Bought this from arya honda at vt, ballard estate.

                                During the initial stage of the car was fine, but after 2-3 weeks, the car started to stall with the engine lights coming on high speeds as well as low speeds and it repeated it self.

                                I immediately reported this to honda as its unlikely to happen. The manager ashish and bhosle at the work shop at siwri requested to keep the car for a about a day. Next day, they returned the car but i faced the same problems. The car was continuously coming to halt on high speeds.

                                Again, they kept the car for about 5 days and told me they did test runs for about 100-150 kms in a period of one day and everything was fine. And again i faced the same problems after 1 week. The manager of arya honda at vt ballard estate, ronni mascarenhas and tushar ghosale (Honda customer relations) gave me a guarantee that it won’t repeat.

                                At about 11 in the night, the steering wheel at the speed of 80 mph got jammed, i managed to stop the car somehow.

                                I have contacted a lot people in honda the branch manager, the service manager and many more but till now have not got a proper response from any one.

                                Please do let me know the next steps on this as i need this to be sorted soon.

                                I have an email received on the 11th july stating that asking for a replacement is uncalled.

                                I really need a temporary replacement till my car gets completely perfect / a permanent replacement.

                                    I own a honda city, so far the exerience was great but recently i was having an issue that water was being accumulated on the area below the glove box, i. E., the area for the passenger seat. The car was sent to honda service center in lucknow, uttar pradesh. They informed that there was some issue with the air conditioning pipe through which water was accumulated. They ensured that they have resolved the problem. Now after sending the car 5th time to the service center i am facing the same issue again and again hardly at the gap of two weeks. Please look into the case because honda personnel at lucknow service center ain't able to resolve the issue.

                                      Honda service centre were swapping my brake liner with a used spare previously skimmed brake liner. When stooped from doing the same, they agreed to the same but later tried convincing me of a temperory replacement.
                                      However am not sure as to the part in my car belongs to me or is a damaged part.
                                      Secondly when the car was delivered to me a Stepney was fitted and delivered to me.
                                      Nothing was informed as to why it was delivered...
