I zeroed down on honda jazz cvt petrol in feb 2016 after i was told by mr amit gawli (sales), linkway honda (goregaon west) that it will give 19kmpl mileage. i was prepared for some deviations in the mileage provided. the first month the mileage was 11.6kmpl. after the first service the mileage started dropping every week by 0.1kmpl inspite of driving withing the eco mode and when i complained at the service centre.. i was told by mr nilesh that the performance has dropped down because of the hot weather. at present the mileage has dropped to 9kmpl inspite of avoiding peak hours of traffic and we are in the midst of a full fledged rainy season so its not hot at all.
This is just a way of misleading customers... why do the sales guys claim 19kmpl? why not give a realistic figure? if we assume that 19kmpl is for highways then city driving should atleast give 12kmpl.
I sincerely regret buying the jazz

    On 14.07.16 i visited gopinath honda city showroom makarpura vadodara regarding denting painting. After danting and painting i observed that painting work is not proper and not matching to original pant, hence i request to service adviser to regarding to this matter that colour should match. He asked to me to give another two days after consuming 23 days, i agreed and left my honda car uk07ag8102 for another two days as desired by service adviser mr. Prasant manwala but after two days on 08.08.2016 when i visited to gopinath honda city makarpura show room, i observed that no care was taken by show room personnel as promised and only same colour was sprayed to near parts of car to match the colour which is still not matching. I again request to show room personnel in front of show room manager to rectify this mistake but they all are ignorant and doing debate to justify their mistake. Ultimately i request to them to provide complaint book and i dropped my complaint in dropbox. They also not completed other additional work which was recorded by me at the time of car was given for servicing. At last i decide to pick my car after paying rs. 8450/= cash (Total rs. 23253.0/=) with unpleasant mood and thought this is the gujarat honda city workmanship. Ultimately i request to honda city management to punish such type of showroom because the workmanship of these showroom is not good and these workshops are making fool customers. I again request to management take serious action against to this matter and give advise to gopinath honda show room to rectify the colour matching and other miscellaneous work as i asked by me.

      This is my second complaint about honda connect. I have purchase honda jazz in jan 2016 along with honda connect device. The same has been recharged in feb 2016 for 1 year subscription. But, from 9th may 2016, this app is not showing any thing about my trips or location. I have complaint this to the service center but no response. Details of my honda connect device are as below..

      So, kindly help me to resolve this issue as i'm unable to get any benefit from honda connect even paying so much money.

        I bought Honda Amaze diesel car 1.5 SMT I-DTEC in June 2016 (2month back). On 3rd June 2016, when i gave my vehicle for identify issues of poor pick up @ Linkway Honda, kanjurmarg, Mumbai, i was told that clutch plate has damaged & burnt and it has to be replaced with new clutch plate. I have driven my car only for 7200 kms & the clutch plate life should be minimum 40, 000 kms. They told that clutch plate is not under warranty & it has burnt because of my driver driving problem .So, they are asking me to pay Rs 17000/_

        I feel that the clutch part quality is not upto the standards of Honda & they should replace it free of cost in under basic warranty, please help out me from this problem I trust on honda service, Awaiting for reply from your end

          My vehicle registration number mh 31-ek 8101 was sent on[protected] to subject dealer of nagpur for maintenance duly claimed for insurance .Subject dealer has not completed the maintenance till writing of this complain.
          Dealer is hand in glove with the insurance company and since insurance was done from other nationalized insurance company he is not taking interest in completing the job.
          Rainy water had entered in the engine un expectadly which was beyond my control . Dealer should not have taken so many days. This we believe is not expected from company like honda. We are seriously thinking to take this matter to social media as well . We can not afford to keep vehicle for maint for so many days and travel in taxi. We are again thinking to claim the daily taxi charges from honda till the vehicle is delivered to me.

            My brio was towed on 20th June.I had to call them on 21st and check whether they have received the car or not.today it has been 45 days and I haven't received by car.the service rep is extremely insensitive and never responds.nor are they willing to give me the no of a higher up who can resolve the issue.earlier he told me that the air bag is in backorder hence the delay.then he told me the license copy is not clear hence problems.then on 24th of July I was told that the compressor is damaged and it's in backorder.couldn't they have checked before.till date I must have spent close to 35000 Rd.on rental cars.I am completely fed up with your company and I don't have any more patience.my mobile no.is [protected].I am from goa India.the service advisor is ramraj.my me is hitesh gohil.looking forward to get my car at the earliest.

              I had booked a Honda BRV in the month of May 2016, I was assured that the variant, color and fuel type I had choose will be delivered to me in next 15-20 days; maximum in a month’s time.
              It has been more than 2 months and after speaking to various people at the dealership, they do not see my car coming through even for this month.

              This was the first time I wanted to buy a Honda vehicle and maybe become a loyal Honda customer for life, however looking at the quality of service and delivery (or lack of it); I seriously doubt this is some company with which I would like to be associated with, which
              a) Makes false promises/commitments
              b) Not live up to those commitments
              c) No communication about delays
              d) No responsibility about failed/undelivered commitments
              e) No reasons cited about why they can’t live up to those commitments other than the standard demand/supply answers.

              FYI, another dealership in another city (Nagpur) is ready to make delivery to me in a span of 15 days for the same color, variant, fuel type. It’s just that moving the vehicle from one city to another and getting into hassles of different RTOs, temporary registrations and re-registrations is quite a cumbersome and time consuming exercise. Not to miss out additional amount to be spent.

              Can you please advise the next steps a prospective customer should take from here?

                Dear honda team,

                I am writing to complain about the pathetic experience in in last 13 days with ring road honda.

                I have given my honda brio (Hr 26 cd 3169) for service and repair of body with body shop) on june 21st 2016. It was intimated by the bodyshop staff abrar that the required work will be complete and the car will be handover within a week on i. E july 28th 2016. However the car was delivered to me with unfinished work on july 29th 2016. It was highly unprofessional from a reputed brand honda motors and their authorised service centre.
                After regular complaints the car was taken back on august 01st 2016 and it was assured that incomplete work will be finished and the car will be returned the same day. Being a highly dissatisfied guest, i didn't trust the bodyshop employee abrar and his senior staff sanjay awasthi and went personally check the incomplete work around 1700 hrs. To my surprise the work was again incomplete and after complaining about the unprofessional approach, both abrar and sanjay awasthi misbehaved and told that the car will be delivered on 02nd august 2016.

                It is 02nd august (1800 hrs) and i have been denied the delivery of my car.

                I believe that it is time to let all people know about the fact of height o[censored]nprofessional approach of honda motors and ring road honda employees. I would highly recommend that one should refrain from dealing with such pathetic, unreliable and unprofessional people who do not understand the pain and agony of their clients.

                  Dear sir,

                  Car details :

                  I had purchased my car in april 2014 when the new city was launched. since the first monsoon i have been facing water leakage from the doors of the car. the water is seeping through the doors and accumulating in the car. the leakage is more on the front side, especially on the drivers side. water accumulation is more than ankle deep. we have to remove the water with a mug every time!!

                  Have taken the car to the apex worli service centre on numerous occasions, but every time i was told that the leakage was because of the new speakers fitted in the car and i should put the original company speakers back. so i took this issue to the accessories store where i got my speakers fitted. the company and the speaker guy kept passing the blame on each other. the funny part is that the accessories store owner had also bought a new honda city and fitted bigger speakers than my car and was not facing any issues. so i didn't know whose fault it was and eventually didn't remove the speakers in the first monsoons. i faced the same issues during the monsoons of 2015. and the same process followed. the company service centre and the accessories store owner had the same argument. i took my car to a couple of garages as well and even they said that the issue was from the doors and nothing to do with the speakers. meanwhile the water logging in my car continued.

                  This monsoon the problem got worse, so i decided to remove the speakers and check. the water logging was the same, so now i was sure it has something to do with the doors. unfortunately apex honda service centres have closed down as they knew about the history of the leakage. so i took my car to solitaire honda andheri west, where they admitted that the new honda city car had a rubber bidding issue in the doors where water outlet was blocked. they immediately cut the rubber biddings that was blocking the water outlet and gave a 99% guarantee that water will stop. surprisingly the issue got worse and there is more water in my car than ever.

                  This issue has made me lose faith in the brand honda and i feel that the money i have invested in the new city is not justified. i am really tired with the whole issue which is long pending. i need a solution to this issue.

                  Please look into this issue on priority and suggest a good authorised service in mumbai that fix this issue.

                    Hi, I purchased new car in Jan16. Since then Im facing provlems in it.
                    1. Broken front glass but it was replaced by service yeam
                    2. AC cooling not proper but after so many request made to ur service team Infinity Honda, tbey checked.
                    3. Audio system quality issue but still it is not rectified.

                    During this rainy season, I noticed more issues:
                    4. Water leaking from front glass during rain
                    5. Fog at outside of front glass and o cannot remove by using wiper

                    It seems that this car has not been tested during manufacturing thats why it is having so many quality prkblems even thoufh it is new car

                      I’m capt ravindra jaiswal, owner of honda civic 2007 (mh02ay2377). i’m based in mumbai and get my car regularly serviced at linkway honda sakinaka, andheri (e), mumbai.

                      I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with the servicing done by the showroom since last two times.

                      About a year back i sent my car for regular servicing. i was told later in the day that my air conditioning unit is faulty and not working properly. to which i replied that it had been working perfectly fine till the time i gave it for servicing. anyways, on their recommendation i got it repaired.

                      About a fortnight back, i was asked by the dealer to give the car for airbag replacement as cars throughout the country were being recalled. my car was in perfect condition before giving it to them.in fact i asked mr abhijit (ph [protected]) to change my boot light as well as fuel tank lid cable additionally as they were not working. the driver dropped the car at my residence next day. when i tested the car later in the day to my surprise i found the airbag light was illuminated! also the other two jobs i had told mr abhijit (fuel lid cable and boot light) wasn’t replaced. i called mr abhijit and told hi about the same. he got my car packed up again to look into the matter. mr abhijit called me the next day then saying the air-conditioning leakage has led to short circuit of my entire right side of airbag circuit!! i was shocked to hear this as my car was running absolutely fine all this while before i gave the car for airbag recall. on telling him this, he told me the total cost will be rs 30, 000/- and he can’t do anything. i was furious as my car was totally fine before giving. anyways i asked him, to just send my car back to me as i didn’t trust him (linkway sakinaka) with the car anymore. additionally, he also said that the other two jobs i had told him couldn’t be done. this is after he kept my car for 2 days (fyi the promised time was within a day both the times)!

                      When i got my car back, i realised even my air-conditioning wasn’t cooling at all! i immediately called him back and told the same, to which he had no response other than that the defect is there and he can’t do anything. i told him to make me speak to the manager to which he said he will arrange a call back. after several reminders on almost a daily basis to him, i still haven’t received a call from anyone in higher management who would hear my grief.

                      I’ve lost all hope in honda after this episode and have almost reached a stage of never buying a honda product ever and recommending the same to others.

                      Kindly look in the matter at the earliest and take some action against this fraudulent guy and get my car repaired at the earliest!

                        I would like to bring into your notice that i bought honda jazz 1.5 v mt last year in august 2016. recently my car front mirror was changed because previous was broken. i got my car repaired under insurance for mirror. they have changed it but my car got filled with water when it rained. all the carpet material inside car on top is leaking from front. even front inside light is leaking in rain and water is clotted on gear and handbrake area. every now and then there are problems happening in this car. last year within one month car stearing got jammed. they replaced it. also now there is bubble in tyre for which we have raised the complaint. i am really fed up with the issues which are happening and its my new car so really don't feel good. i want that they should be penalised for this inconvenience and if possible i need replacement car

                            I want to brought into your kind notice that i have purchased a new honda livo motorcycle in nov-2015 from sai automobiles, yamuna nagar. But a heavy noise comes from inside the cylincer since 2-3 months. I have visited the service branch at ess kay honda, karnal on 27.08.2016 for resolving the same problem as discussed telepathically with service manager but problem is still unresolved. Besides this, the same problem was also been intimated to the service branch of sai automobiles, yamuna nagar during 4th service but no fruitfull result becomes.
                            It has humbly requested to your goodself to take the matter on top priority and replace my bike cylincer under warranty.

                              I purchased mobilio on 1st sept 2015 and within 1 month one of the tires burst which honda said that tires are not covered by honda and i should directly talk to the tire manufacturer. The tire manufacturer talked to me on phone and said burst on the wall is not covered in warranty. I ended up buying a new tire.
                              Within 3 months of that incident, another of the original tires burst out again and this time too honda said that i need to take it up with tire manufacturer.
                              Last month when my vehicle went for service, the service technician analyzed the original 2 tires and said that the tires are defective and need to be replaced.
                              Honda is not taking the responsibility of selling sub-standard tires.

                                I am sarfaraz alam, i have a honda amaze car no. up32 - gq - 2211, due to an accident there have some dents and scratches on my car, i have given it to honda service centre on 11 july 2016 to repair the same through my zero depth insurance claim at faizabad road lucknow (up). i have committed by ms. shailly that i can take delivery of same after 4 to 5 days. but i visited there after 10 days and shocked to see that my car is still standing in same position as i had drop there 10 deys before. even after a long discussion with available staff, they have (ms. shailly) ensure me that delivery of my car will 100% given by them on 23 july 2016. today when i call to confirm the same, they told that delivery will be possible by monday 25 july 2016. it's a very very bad experience for me, i have already told them there is a function at my home and i must be with my car on this day. i have referred 2 person for honda to purchase the same the showroom where i have bought my car. i have provided by loyalty also as per honda referral rules. but i never expected these type of irresponsible service behaviour in any way from the brand like honda. they have given me two contacts numbers for any support, one have never picked and another one is wrong number.

                                  On june 7 2016 my brother purchased a honda jazz from peninsular honda, cochin. as per schedule i went for first free service on 7th of july, i got some scratches in my first month itself so i told them to remove those and i will pay for that. after four days i was called for the delivery and they made me pay rs.9382 for the painting works but at the time of delivery i came to notice that they scratch my car in the left mirror and when i show that to the advisor he apply some white cream with fingers and told me they will rectify that in next service not only that my car got paint stains all over it because they paint some other car nearby without covering my car properly. also at the time of delivery the beading in the door glass was misplaced and when i show that to the service advisor he just push it back to the right place and he was not able to explain how that happens. i talked this issues with the service manager and the client relation manager but their response was pathetic.

                                  What they said as solution is not accepted by me because this is happened in my first service and i feel like i am having a second hand car with me in the first month itself, all the rubbing, cleaning and polishing. it feels like i bought a old car and its totally disgusting.

                                  They accidently agreed me they dont have enough infrastructure so that only the scratch and painting issue happened. if honda service people are this much careless and irresponsible how can i ever rely on their service again.

                                  After all these mess by peninsular honda and they dont have proper replies i asked them the contact details of honda so that i can inform this to the concerned persons in the company and they gave me this mail id

                                  And found they mislead me. i don't know how can they do this to a customer. and i really fed up with these guys and dont know what else to do.

                                    Hi team,

                                    Dealer - delight honda - new delhi

                                    This is to bring into your notice that my car hr51ba0136 went to showroom for accidental repair but when it came back i have noticed that the rear trunk door is not properly fitted, in addition all logo are loosely attached. i am also facing some technical problem as well. driving is not at all smooth and i have to switch to gear 5 at the speed of 50-60 which is not efficient. kindly look into the matter otherwise i have to file and take strict action against the dealer.

                                    Honda is not forcing its dealers to satisfy customer.i am experiencing the same issue poor servicing and bad response from dealers

                                      Dear sir/ma'am,

                                      My name is chandan k. Lall & i own 1 honda amaze car on the name of my sister ms. Payal lall (Dm-the times of india) with registration no. Rj14 cx 4155.
                                      I am writing this to you to share my recent experience when i sent my car for accidental repair with insurance claim at pink city honda service center at vki area jaipur on 30.06.2016

                                      Following are the details:

                                      1. No cleanliness:
                                      My car got returned back to me in a poorest condition that whole car was stinking badly, there was dust, black stains & many other dirt particles lying inside.
                                      Outer body was also in a pretty bad condition because it didn't get washed.
                                      (Sending car pictures as a proof in attachments).

                                      2. No inspection before delivery:
                                      My car didn't go through with the inspection process before delivery as there was no antenna on the top of the car,
                                      Front driver side mud guard got removed due to loose screws,
                                      Lock of rear seat is broken off from one side & whole seat is moving due to non proper adjustability,
                                      Car's inside lamp is not working properly & still flickering,
                                      I left my amplifier in the car which is not working now.

                                      3. No coordination & timely communication:
                                      After my complains at a service center, they promised me to fix all the things & faults, they did the cleaning part done & told that technician will take care of the rest of the faults.
                                      As mr. Technician took 1st appointment from me but didn't showed up due to rain.
                                      He took 2nd appointment but didn't showed up due to undisclosed reason yet.
                                      He took 3rd appointment via tele-caller & asked me for the address.
                                      He called me up by 11 am approx. After coming at mi road & i asked him to come at lal kothi (A place far away 3-4 kms./15-20 mins approx. From mi road).
                                      After waiting till 30 mins, i called him up to know his status but the phone of that gentleman was regularly going busy for almost an hour.
                                      Finally somewhere around by 12:30 noon, i received his call & heard the following excuses from him as mentioned below:
                                      A. My phone fell down and was not working (When his phone was on a busy tone for almost an hour)
                                      B. I was in a basement & there was no network.
                                      C. I went to check another car at mi road so got busy there.

                                      After receiving my car back from the service center, it looked like as if, i sent my car to some foolish, uneducated & cheap people where they drove my car rashly & played with it like a toy.

                                      Now i request you people to please suggest, what further course of action shall i adopt after buying your honda car & facing such shameful and worst experience?

                                      If media people like us looks fools to your technician, service advisor or other staff members, then i would like to take this matter upto the possible highest level.
