Dear sir,
I have a hornet 160r bike of 4 months old, which is under warranty period, in march 2016 i am facing some problem with my bike sound in shocker then i contact to my nearest showroom janee honda (Asansol). They show my bike and say that the bearing and axel problem, after repairng it solve. But my bike problem was again start after few days, then i again contact to my dealer authorized person & manager, then they say that the swing arm problem and and they changed, which is solve, but the problem was again start after repairing in one day i think its a manufacturing defect i want to exchange my hornet... The mechanics was unable to solve my problem.. And this is not an accidental case. And how can the bike may problem in 3-4 months.. The problem start after my first service. I think i take a very bad decision to buy a honda bike. And now i want to know what is the solution of this problem. I adding a sound problem video,, pls find the attachments, and i also looking for your feedback... Please help urgently

Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I would like to lodge a complain against Crown Honda ( Noida sec-63, India).
I gave my car in insurance on Sunday 3rd of July. My front bumper was dmaged and need to be replaced in the insurence. There was no other damage. I was promised that I would recieve my car on Friday. I did receive the car on time but when I surveyed my vehicle I could see that my car had multiole scratches on the right side of the vehicle. And some of the scrathes were even touched up to hide from me.
When I complained to the insurance guy he directly refused and said the scrathes were already present there. He was infact rude to me. I had to ask him open the photos taken at the time of insurance claim. After reviewing the photographs they accepted that it was company's fault.
I was asked to take back my car and redeliver it to the company on Tuesday due to the low availability of the staff over the weekend. I was promised now that I would receive my car on Friday. I called on friday but I was told it would be delivered now on saturday. The same happened on Saturday and I was promised Sunday. Now the company says I will get my car on Monday. I have been calling them and faced a lot of trouble. I already had my car damaged by the honda staffs and now I am even not receiving my vehicle on time. I have to take a leave from office just to receive my car. This is the worst experience I have faced ever in any car service.
I want strict actions to be taken against the team and would suggest you to please hve some quality checks to ensure this doesn't happen in future.
