I have buy bike few months befour
And i am facing many more problems.
1) fule tank coloer get damage and cought rush
2) bike have more vibreaction as compare to other cb shine bike
3) dosent cross speed 70
4) low average at speed 60_70
5) head lamp focous very dull
6) handel bar swtiches are very hard to use
7) ghear sheafting problem
8) makes more noise while ride

    Hello sir,

    I would like to lodge a complain against crown honda (noida sec-63, india).
    I gave my car in insurance on sunday 3rd of july. my front bumper was dmaged and need to be replaced in the insurence. there was no other damage. i was promised that i would recieve my car on friday. i did receive the car on time but when i surveyed my vehicle i could see that my car had multiole scratches on the right side of the vehicle. and some of the scrathes were even touched up to hide from me.
    When i complained to the insurance guy he directly refused and said the scrathes were already present there. he was infact rude to me. i had to ask him open the photos taken at the time of insurance claim. after reviewing the photographs they accepted that it was company's fault.
    I was asked to take back my car and redeliver it to the company on tuesday due to the low availability of the staff over the weekend. i was promised now that i would receive my car on friday. i called on friday but i was told it would be delivered now on saturday. the same happened on saturday and i was promised sunday. now the company says i will get my car on monday. i have been calling them and faced a lot of trouble. i already had my car damaged by the honda staffs and now i am even not receiving my vehicle on time. i have to take a leave from office just to receive my car. this is the worst experience i have faced ever in any car service.
    I want strict actions to be taken against the team and would suggest you to please have some quality checks to ensure this doesn't happen in future.

    Hello Sir,

    I would like to lodge a complain against Crown Honda ( Noida sec-63, India).

    I have purchased a Honda City in January 2016 from Krish Cars Pvt Ltd. Mumbai. I am quite unhappy about purchasing the car as two issues repeatedly brought to the notice of the service centre are dismissed saying that it is common with all Honda City cars. One is very low mileage (less than 8 km) and the other is horrible suspension system.

      New honda city given delivery on 26/5/2016 went through multiple uncontrollable problem on road. one of tyre burst within ten days that on suspicion checked other tyre pressure which were found highly inflated to 50 psi each. problem happened due to high pressure took excessive time in capital honda management. vehicle returned to capital honda on 8/7/2016 was kept idle for over a week uncaring about customer hurdles faced without a car. the car taken for rectification of damages only on 14/7/2016. repair completed, the car returned to customer on 15/7/2016. main problem faced was the high inflated tyres. the tyre which i had written in my letter for replacement is not replaced by capital honda, thus thus not letting capital honda indemnified for problems that may occur to my car in future when using the tyre repaired for burst. the tyre new was burst due to over pressure and i expect capital honda to renew the tyre proving they have professional pride. however i would advice customers to stay away from capital honda which is my true felt experience as a repeat customer of honda car.

          Dear all,

          I'm danish from kanpur, up and i had a honda jazz 2015 registration no: up78 dy8933. I had many issues with your service center owned by pushp honda, kanpur and issues with your customer care numbers.

          1: lets start with 121 customer care number: the calls are never picked up before 15 minutes and if the calls our picked up then there are sound issues. I request you to get your customer care executives new head phones! If honda is unable to get it then give me the address, i will ship some good quality head sets.

          2: service center: the ladies sitting in your office in the service centre owned by pushp honda starts calling the customers one month prior to service due. If told them not to call or just to remind two days before about the service then they reply in a very rude manner. Calling number is [protected]. I already received 3 calls by now within this month. My car mileage is 13, 000 kms and service due on 20, 000 kms. They say if delayed then the warranty of the car will expire. I just want to ask honda india that is it very hard and fast rule to get the service done exactly a few days before it is due. Hope it does not matter if the car goes for service 3-4 days delayed. Also, last month i visited your service centre for quick check up as i was going for a trip of about 2000 kms. I was asked to pay some amount just for check up even my car is still in warranty! I asked them to provide customer care number to confirm the amount but they didn't provided me any customer care numbers! So is it possible for you to get the numbers listed on the walls of the service centres in case a customer has any complains or want to reconfirm anything with honda india.

          Hope to get a reply from you soon and hope the issues are sorted asap!!

            My honda amaze car met an accident in may 2016 and given to pride honda service. they took 50+ days to fix the vehicle and insurance cover around 80k and we paid 17k+. we called numerous times to know about the status of the vehicle and they told lot of vehicles in queue. there is no pre estimation and information of repair they were doing in between.

            After deliver the vehicle we were going back home and found out vehicle pick up problem and called them next day about the problem. they said wait for a week and call. we don't want to wait for a week since vehicle is not picking up at all.

            We dropped the vehicle again for service and initially they said will change clutch. now they changed clutch and telling no pick up after it and have to change turbo. this two major changes costing around 40k. since it's not our fault either your company or insurance has to cover. this is completely your mistake not verifying vehicle before delivering it customer.

            I would appreciate if you follow up on this issue and resolve quickly. we are out of vehicle more than 2 months and you speedy response will help us.

              I had booked for honda city vx. at emerald honda opp gandhigram station, ahmedabad. i issued cheque of rs 21000/- bearing cheque no 000244 from my propritry concern micro steel craft. it was a good cooperation from your team at emerald hoda.
              Due to unavoidable circumstances i have to cancel booking and request for cancellation was given in first week of july. then after i had sent mail on
              15-06-16, 02-07-16, 05-07-16 and 11-07-16. till this time i have not received anything in writing regarding refund of amount.
              May i request to higher official to interefere and help me in getting back my cancellation amount of 21000/- lying with your dealer.

                Hi am suresh, i have purchased honda city diesel s type in the yr of 2014 and my compete services done by olympia honda ambattur branch. i have given my vehicle for body shop work to be done on left side completely the same was claimed by hdfc ergo insurance in the month of nov 2015. i found that the chase and registration place was missing and i had asked for it they could not able to give me back. after that i did not go back for service to olympia as i have given it in sundaram honda mount road branch in the month of march 2016. now i would like to sell my car but due the chase plate missing no one is interested yo buy my car. am really dissapointed and frustrated due this. as a lay man i don't know the importance if it but as a service provider they should know it and i request you to give it back asap. here i am providing you the vehicle details tn 02 ay 9136.

                This time i have given vehicle on last 13th evening from the service center to body shop

                13th given for estimation
                today it is 19th, still estimation is not given and i called 2 times and no response. in between i got call for service rating, i told the same story to that girl. she said she will call after cheking

                on 16th i spoke and they promised they will give estimation on 17th before 10am, but today when i called they are asking the details and they are going to check

                this is again a worst experience i have ever faced in my history.

                this made me decision of not working with Olymbia honda

                  Had given my car for insurance claim on 2nd july at arya honda, kalina.
                  The service adviser who attended my car his name is lalit.
                  The work got done in 12 days. it was a minor work.
                  When i received my car today there were scratches on my front bumper (which just got repainted), rear bumper, boot and on the front engine bonnet. i have asked them to recoat my car for which they are ready but also i would to lodge a complaint against these frausdters.

                    I have a hornet 160r bike of 4 months old, which is under warranty period, in march 2016 i am facing some problem with my bike sound in shocker then i contact to my nearest showroom janee honda (Asansol). They show my bike and say that the bearing and axel problem, after repairng it solve. But my bike problem was again start after few days, then i again contact to my dealer authorized person & manager, then they say that the swing arm problem and and they changed, which is solve, but the problem was again start after repairing in one day i think its a manufacturing defect i want to exchange my hornet... The mechanics was unable to solve my problem.. And this is not an accidental case. And how can the bike may problem in 3-4 months.. The problem start after my first service. I think i take a very bad decision to buy a honda bike. And now i want to know what is the solution of this problem. I adding a sound problem video,, pls find the attachments, and i also looking for your feedback... Please help urgently

                      Complaint against honda aspen godhra guj. tacton motors - mr. jagat service manager for improper service lead to damage my entire honda engine. i need a new engine for my car. i need original sealed engine n don’t want it repaired.
                      Misbehavior by mr. bhavin-parts manager, during my follow ups bacause parts were delayed. committed to repair car in 3 days took 15 days to repair my car.
                      At the time of delivery abnormal car engine noise was there but dealer denied the noise later the noise kept on increasing at last finally the engine noise was at peak. lead to damage the entire engine.

                      Car broke down on 22/6/16 eve in dahod due under body stone hit; oilpan damaged hence stopped the car and called for help. towed by paid honda roadside assistance to nearest service center aspen motors godhra guj. the car oil-pan damaged and need to be replaced which was not available. decided to call it from jabalpur honda which will be early to manage in-spite calling the same part from noida (3 days committed). i stayed there at hotel silver stay to wait my car repair. kept on lie to me part is coming i extended my stay for more two days, missed my imp appointments lead to financial losses too. they took my complaint very casual and mr. bhavin misbehaved with me. i got my car on 1st july2016 before delivery i told them i noticed engine sound and pick up issue. but they said drive the car for next three days and we will call u and ask u if any problem there or not. the noise of car kept on increasing and on 3rd july16 car broke down completely in ahmadabad. i called assistance of honda only. they towed the car to service station where it was found the engine damaged badly and need to be repaired but originality of engine lost now. the evaluation of car by honda also gone down by 2 lacs. i need a sealed engine as the engine is the only reason i bought honda car.
                      The open engine i don't wanna accept.

                      Company deny to replace the engine.

                        I had given vehicle mho4 gz 1764 for repair on 7th june. i was promised i will get vehicle on 25th june. the unprofessional behaviour, lack of expertise and laziness of executives resulted in delay and then they promised me for 8th july. now they are sayng for 12th. i am having marriage at home. i am fed up of thier service. this has resulted in loss of money for me by hiring taxis for guest and i am disaapointed. pls help [protected]

                          Mera name patel deep bharatkumar hai.mera karizma zmr bike hai.uske parts chang karne hai to me company me gaya unhone bola to order kana padega aage or mene 4000 bharke order karvaya or 2 din k bad company se call aata hai ki tumhare bike k sare parts aa gaye hai bike leke aa jao.phir me jab company me jata hu to bolte hai ki abhi dhundhne padege parts or me 2 ganta betha raha fir bolte hai ki abhi to 11 parts me se 3 hi aaye hai abhi time lage ga.or uske 2 din k bad call aata hai ki aapke parts kab aaege kuch nakki nai hai ek aaye bad me dusra aaye aese alag alag aaega.time ka kuch nakki nai hai.to is tarah nanda vale coustomer ko paresan karte hai or jab new bike li thi tab to bolte hai ki aapko koi dikkat nai hogi ab aaphi kuch karie.koi hero ka bike leta ho to bhi ab to me kisi se na boldu ki bhai mat le bad me paresan ho jaega.paise dene k bad bhi koi service nai mil rahi nanda sector 30 gandhinagar, gujarat se.

                              I purchased honda amaze on 1st jan 2016. But surprisingly, i never knew ed that honda will treat me like this after purchasing the vehicle.
                              Any complaint referred to honda 121 on their helpline is replied only by their dealer without checking the facts. At first instance it was knocking noise from the engine at 20 kmps in 2nd gear – as per honda it is standard feature. If so than how to use this vehicle in city traffic.? This is not enough their dealers office closed the complaint saying complaint was on driving at 20 kmph in 4th gear. Who the fool will drive a car in 4th gear at 20 kmph.?
                              It all doesn’t ends here, after failure of air conditioner in 6 months period – their dealer claims that the relay failed because of red ants which entered the circuit. Friends, be careful and prepared to park your car in your bedroom if you plan to buy honda car.
                              Furher, i was forcefully made to pay for it saying electrical are not warranted. Again my question is than where to park the car? In bed room, where the ants will not enter. The height of the response is that they never told me when they kept me stranded in there service centre for more than 3 hours. And the claimed ants after 8 hours of my leaving the service centre.

                                I am Labhesh Joshi from Jaipur I purchased Car from Sunshine Honda Hawa Sadak Showroom March -16 on Faith But I was Cheated a lot by your showroom Car No 5763 in Name of Labhesh Joshi . As i gone to udaipur 30 june i got car tank full as when we readched to chittorgarh. we again got fuel bcoz car was giving very very bad avg. As we will go to court and i am going to launge a FIR against your company and we will give in media to in Dainik Bhasker / Rajasthan Patrika.

                                  I have purchased Honda City - Diesel from Land Mark Honda, Ahmedabad in the month of February - 2016. From 1st day I have complain with Music system supplied with new car. After visiting dealer many times but problem is not solved. Person responsible at Landmark replied us that this system is supplied us by car company, hence can not help.

                                  Kindly note that this Model is defective in all -Honda City Car. This system is taking too much time to read 16GB-USB Pen drive with 10GB data of Music. (20-25 Minutes). While in other models of music system it takes hardly 2 to 3 seconds in other Honda cars.

                                  Mr. Kapil and Mr. Mithesh were present with us at Landmark, we have urged to replace this faculty music system with any other music system available with your accessories department as all units in another Honda City cars have same problem. (Not only in my Unit)

                                  Let us remind you this issue is pending unresolved since Feb 2016 i.e the day of Delivery

                                    As i was wonder when i call your toll free no that was busy around half an hour and when call get connected with your representative they had asked me all details like CH.NO i had to povide that details which again take 15-20min and also he was arguing with me for details and also told me we are tracing your location and will get back to u asap but it again take around 30min and after wait around 1:30 hour i had received a call that one of our engg will be there with one and half hour what kind of service you are proving while selling products you committing false commitment as i have wait around 2 hours on a single road with my family @ 11:00 pm and after a long wait i have to get my car tyre get fixed my self with help of some travelers as it was too difficult because the car jeck provided by u was a faulty one. what kind of service that was when i m servicing my car on that moment why they not checking all the helping tools in emergency. i am very dispointed from your serivce. i had also attached snaps of my self fixing. i have to take legal action against your service.

                                      I purchased new honda amaze right now in May 2016 ... Trust me I am using more than five cars but the worst experienced with this honda company . I purchased the car through pink city honda vki Jaipur, and they promised to give me same discount as I was offerd in sunshine honda Jaipur but with additional accessories worth rs. 20, 000 and 2year extended warranty and honda connect but till now I have received any of the thing . They are just making fool of clients and honda company don't take action

                                        Car was not made ready for delivery . Casual approach. Quality issue in paint of the car. Finally could not remove the stain on the car and the car delivery had to be aborted. After 17 years with Maruti my first hand experience with Honda is not at all pleasant. The help in completing the documentation like transferring the no claim bonus point and settling traffic penalties was very casual and little ownership. The delivery of the car had to be finally aborted and I felt very bad about this experience and quality offering from Honda.

                                        The showroom is not putting attention to the quality of the car.
