I purchased honda amaze on 1st jan 2016. But surprisingly, i never knew ed that honda will treat me like this after purchasing the vehicle.
Any complaint referred to honda 121 on their helpline is replied only by their dealer without checking the facts. At first instance it was knocking noise from the engine at 20 kmps in 2nd gear – as per honda it is standard feature. If so than how to use this vehicle in city traffic.? This is not enough their dealers office closed the complaint saying complaint was on driving at 20 kmph in 4th gear. Who the fool will drive a car in 4th gear at 20 kmph.?
It all doesn’t ends here, after failure of air conditioner in 6 months period – their dealer claims that the relay failed because of red ants which entered the circuit. Friends, be careful and prepared to park your car in your bedroom if you plan to buy honda car.
Furher, i was forcefully made to pay for it saying electrical are not warranted. Again my question is than where to park the car? In bed room, where the ants will not enter. The height of the response is that they never told me when they kept me stranded in there service centre for more than 3 hours. And the claimed ants after 8 hours of my leaving the service centre.

Found this forum suitable to let the world know the MAL PRACTICES followed by HONDA and their dealers in India.
Actually, I purchased HONDA AMAZE on 1st Jan 2016. But surprisingly, I never knew ed that Honda will treat me like this after purchasing the vehicle.
Any complaint referred to HONDA 121 on their helpline is replied only by their dealer without checking the facts. It all doesn’t ends here, after failure of Air Conditioner in 6 months period – their dealer claims that the relay failed because of RED ANTS which entered the circuit. Friends, be careful and prepared to park your car in your bedroom if you plan to buy HONDA CAR.

    I am Labhesh Joshi from Jaipur I purchased Car from Sunshine Honda Hawa Sadak Showroom March -16 on Faith But I was Cheated a lot by your showroom Car No 5763 in Name of Labhesh Joshi . As i gone to udaipur 30 june i got car tank full as when we readched to chittorgarh. we again got fuel bcoz car was giving very very bad avg. I talked to Shunshine Honda Showroom but they all peoples are Insulting all the time. Mr. Deepak CHauhan ( [protected]) Mr. Chandraprakash ( [protected]). As we will go to court and i am going to launge a FIR against your company and we will give in media to in Dainik Bhasker / Rajasthan Patrika.

      I have purchased Honda City - Diesel from Land Mark Honda, Ahmedabad in the month of February - 2016. From 1st day I have complain with Music system supplied with new car. After visiting dealer many times but problem is not solved. Person responsible at Landmark replied us that this system is supplied us by car company, hence can not help.

      Kindly note that this Model is defective in all -Honda City Car. This system is taking too much time to read 16GB-USB Pen drive with 10GB data of Music. (20-25 Minutes). While in other models of music system it takes hardly 2 to 3 seconds in other Honda cars.

      Mr. Kapil and Mr. Mithesh were present with us at Landmark, we have urged to replace this faculty music system with any other music system available with your accessories department as all units in another Honda City cars have same problem. (Not only in my Unit)

      Let us remind you this issue is pending unresolved since Feb 2016 i.e the day of Delivery

        As i was wonder when i call your toll free no that was busy around half an hour and when call get connected with your representative they had asked me all details like CH.NO i had to povide that details which again take 15-20min and also he was arguing with me for details and also told me we are tracing your location and will get back to u asap but it again take around 30min and after wait around 1:30 hour i had received a call that one of our engg will be there with one and half hour what kind of service you are proving while selling products you committing false commitment as i have wait around 2 hours on a single road with my family @ 11:00 pm and after a long wait i have to get my car tyre get fixed my self with help of some travelers as it was too difficult because the car jeck provided by u was a faulty one. what kind of service that was when i m servicing my car on that moment why they not checking all the helping tools in emergency. i am very dispointed from your serivce. i had also attached snaps of my self fixing. i have to take legal action against your service.

          I purchased new honda amaze right now in May 2016 ... Trust me I am using more than five cars but the worst experienced with this honda company . I purchased the car through pink city honda vki Jaipur, and they promised to give me same discount as I was offerd in sunshine honda Jaipur but with additional accessories worth rs. 20, 000 and 2year extended warranty and honda connect but till now I have received any of the thing . They are just making fool of clients and honda company don't take action

            Car was not made ready for delivery . Casual approach. Quality issue in paint of the car. Finally could not remove the stain on the car and the car delivery had to be aborted. After 17 years with Maruti my first hand experience with Honda is not at all pleasant. The help in completing the documentation like transferring the no claim bonus point and settling traffic penalties was very casual and little ownership. The delivery of the car had to be finally aborted and I felt very bad about this experience and quality offering from Honda.

            The showroom is not putting attention to the quality of the car.

              I took a Honda City automatic petrol on Friday till yet Thursday a week is over and my car has no number how will I drive without no and as it will be continued I will proceed to consumer courts against Honda as there dealer are doing wrong with there customer and won't be believe to buy honda again. I request u to plz check on the problem as fast as possible to avoid problems which was facing by my side

              I took a Honda City automatic transmission petrol on Friday till yet Thursday a week is over and my car hasn't have a number plate on it. I request several times so that I can drive my car properly. And again again they are telling 2-3 days for no plate of my car I request honda to take Necessary steps for my car or I will take action against honda for these kind of dealer in consumer court.

                Dear sir/madam,

                This is to bring to your kind notice that i dr. Pravin kumar bharti bought new honda city car from sterling honda, dilshad garden on 5th feb 2016 and unfortunately i met an accident due to which my car was damaged so given my car on 28th april (Attached copy) for repairing in pushp honda (4 b-3 dada nagar co-op ind. Estate, kanpur) which, as per the initial information, was supposed to be delivered on 20th may. 2016. But, it was not delivered on the estimated date and i did not receive any information about the delay from their side and every time when i ask to the delivery date for my car they will only say that they don’t have parts available in their service center. After few more days i was informed that the delivery has been delayed for 4-5 days due to non availability of parts but again even after 4-5 days, i have not received my car.

                I am really very disappointed with your service. So, i demand an explanation for the delay and false commitments. I am sorry to say that such an un-professional and inadequate behavior of your company has made me question your authenticity. Therefore, i expect an quick explanation and would request you to deliver my car immediately. Or else i will have to take a legal action against honda and publish this un-professional behavior with your customers.

                  I have had a very bad experience to share with you. I don't remember how many times I have recited this painful story to around 20 people, from the scratch.
                  I am very pained and hence writing it this time so that I don't have to go through the agony of reciting to any more person.

                  Details
                  Model - Honda Amaze
                  Chassis no. - MAKDF156JFN104043
                  Date of purchase - 28 Dec 15
                  Initial Problem reported - Whistling sound after engaging and accelerating in 5th gear, reported in the second servicing (3 months) Shaurya Honda (Service Manager Contact: Mr Abdul Razzaq, +91-[protected]), Bhuj.
                  Solution - The car was deposited at the service centre for about 3 weeks on 27 May 16.

                  After this very servicing, we were told that the problem has been resolved completely.

                  I work for Central Government and had to report to Bangalore for duties on 26 June 2016. I was planning to drive down to that place in my car with family. I wanted the journey to be very comfortable, that's why I chose to give away the car for correction at Shaurya Honda, Bhuj, Gujarat well before starting the journey. In fact, I also got the 3rd free servicing done well in advance before completing 6 months(completing on 28 June 16)/10000(reading before servicing was 3045 kms). However, after driving for a small distance, I could notice that the gears were a bit hard when I took away my car after servicing. I reported the same to Shaurya Honda(Bhuj) Service center but they assured me that it will become smooth as I drive for longer distance and give the gear box some time for getting ‘adjusted’. On that assurance, I started the journey to Bangalore at 04.00 am on 23 June 2016 so that I could report back to the duties well in time. However, I noticed the following after driving close to 100 kms towards destination:-
                  1. While engaging the 4th gear, a 'ghrrr' noise started to come. On further driving, it stopped functioning at all. All that we could feel was the scary ghrrr noise from the gear box.

                  2. While engaging the 5th gear, I observed that it automatically disengaged itself and shifted(jumped) to neutral. This made the driving very dangerous as it happened multiple times and I narrowly missed being hit by vehicles on SH42, SH 47, Sardar Patel Ring Road and NH947.

                  3. The 1st and 2nd gear were very hard to engage.

                  With these problems, I was told by Shaurya Honda to somehow manage to drive to Rajkot or Ahmedabad, only than they can arrange for any help. With Ahmedabad being 190 kms away, It was the extremely difficult for me to gather the courage to drive till there. All these problems left me with a vehicle that could only be driven in 3rd and 5th gear with utmost degree of difficulty and life risk involved. I somehow at the risk of my life and family, managed to reach at Landmark Honda Service Center, Ahmedabad. There too, I had to spend the whole day to reach the correct person with absolutely no assistance from anybody anywhere. I was not facilitated anywhere by Honda Customer Care. Even when I lodged the complaints twice with Honda Customer Care(Complaint No 1-[protected], Mr Tarun, Mr Taranjeet, Mr Santosh Kumar).
                  Meanwhile, I wish to state that I have been extremely regular with the servicing and as a customer I have fulfilled all my duties with full devotion. Please find attached the servicing record of my vehicle.

                  Sir, I am being repeatedly told the transportation of my vehicle will have to be managed by myself. The manager of Shaurya Honda has told me that the most they can do is to provide the phone no. of a driver with whom I will have to work out everything for transferring the vehicle. Furthermore, not withstanding the pain and agony experienced, all the expenses(over and above all that has been borne by me till date), whatsoever would be borne by me. After spending so much of money on managing this chaos, do you think anybody should talk to me like that.

                  I am a common man employed with Central Government. Should I spend my whole earnings in movement of a car and in settling the chaotic situation created by this blunder from the Company / Service Center? To add to this, he insisted that he or anybody from his side won't be responsible for any damage/accident that happens on the way. Will anybody call it 'help' ? Atleast, I won't !

                  Is this how customers are dealt with in your esteemed company ? Sir, I have bought a car, don’t I deserve a better treatment ?

                  This is to bring to your notice that I am nowhere responsible for all that has happened. I want this to be sorted out asap.

                  As on today, the situation stands that I have resumed duties at Bengaluru with my family. The car is undergoing warranty repair and nobody from higher administration Honda has spoken to me regarding the subject. As the case stands, I’ve registered the complaint with Honda 121([protected]), (Complaint No 1-[protected], Customer Care Executives- Mr Tarun on 23 Jun, Mr Taranjeet on 24 Jun and Mr Santosh Kumar on 26 Jun 16). And its important to mention, its only me who is calling customer care every time, and I’m just getting assurances from the executives that somebody from higher ups will contact me within 24-48 hours. However, 96 hours have passed since the first complaint and no body has contacted me from Honda.

                  I request you to intervene and rescue me out of this chaos.

                    I am complaining for the worker of honda showroom in patiala they didn't work properly. My car no pb13 ah 0363. I was submit my car before 2 days for my car service and claim. But they dint serve me properly. I have to suffer for there negligate. Please take strict action on that service maneger nd workers who workers in lally moters patiala perticullary.

                      I purchased Honda amze from Courtesy Honda ( Lally Automobiles Pvt.Ltd) New Delhi on 14th Nov 2015 . from day one Hopeless Service provide by Dealer after 2 months continuously follow up I got my registration after that from day one my stereo ( music system ) make Mega audio witch is not functionally properly after continuous follow up with different - 2 people Mr. Rakesh and 3 different -2 people but no one are bother entertain my complaint till now my still pending .
                      So pleases return my music system purchased amount rs. 25000/- as soon as possible .

                          My car was not taken for service by Crystal Honda even after repeated reminders which caused major issues for me when I purchased the car from company account to personal account. I had requested for damage repair of the car when the car was under insurance and company lease but due to lack of response from Crystal Honda, Bavdhan the car was not taken for service. Under pressure of the closure of lease period and trusting that nothing will go wrong I purchased the car and now I landed into big problem where my company is also not willing to pay for the damage repair now. This happened only because of the casual attitude from the responsible people from Crystal Honda and now they are not even acknowledging my concerns. No one is even responding to my email. I think is a very sad situation. There is a possibility that no one from Honda will also respond to this concern of mine but then I will understand how your customers get treated.

                            My name is Rugved Rane We purchased Honda Jazz VX IDtec on 27th July 2015.
                            Since the first time we drove the car in rain i noticed that the wiper left a water trail on the windshield while cleaning.Which would reduce visibility and make driving difficult especially during night. Which is very dangerous as we could not properly see the road and the upcoming traffice. This issue was reported to Riverside Honda Kolhapur, Maharshtra.
                            They didnt resolve the issue when reported during the 1st servie. It was again reported during the 2nd servicing of the car. They said they would solve it. But it wasnt solved.
                            Today Again i visited Deccan Honda regarding the same issue. They carefully studied the problem and told that the windshield would be needed to Polished/coated which would cost Rs 4000/-. Also if the problem persisted they would change the wiper rubber pads which would cost Rs 950/-
                            So how does a car face an issue like this from the very first day?
                            I have been greatly disappointed by such a poor car delivery from Honda an Inter Nationally reputed Brand.
                            I need some proper guidance and support from Honda India, if at all they cared for their customers satisfaction and Lives..!

                            I also sent email and sent twitter to Honda w/ ANJ as poor design in dash board as there is no air vent near A pillar and every car which has small window does have vents, this makes even worse during night drive + rain. ANJ in global model it has, looks like they dont care indian customers

                              This is to bring to your attention the callousness and the lack of professionalism displayed by your authorized Dealers in Mumbai “Arya Honda” ( M/s Shaman Cars(I) Pvt Ltd –Mumbai while servicing my Honda City VTEC ( Registration No: MH06AN7545).

                              1. Kindly note that I have been using the car since April 2008 and have driven over 92, 500Kms with numerous wonderful & safe driving moments over the past 8 years.
                              2. The car has always been serviced by Arya Honda and has adhered to all periodic and preventive maintenance procedure. The service level and the performance had been excellent over the years however it’s now turned disappointing with the present experience which does fall in line with the Brand “Honda”.
                              3. The car was sent in for rectifying the Air-conditioner on 20th Feb’2016 since the same was not cooling. The Service Advisor suggested changing the Compressor Clutch and Compressor Coil which was carried out and the car was returned on 22nd Feb 2016. The Air-conditioning failed on 29th Feb 2016 again and Arya Honda set the same right in the next two-three days without adding to the previous billing of INR24, 000/- approximately.
                              4. The Air-conditioning worked for around 3 months and started malfunctioning on the 16th of June 2016. The Car was handed over to Arya Honda on the 18th June2016 and has been returned to me today on the 22nd June 2016 with a advice to totally change the entire Air-conditioning system estimated expenses of INR60, 000/- since they have observed metal fines in the A/c system and it is totally irreparable.
                              5. I have requested the Service Advisor during my parlance on the possible causes of such a irreparable damage and on why the same could not be detected during the last time the car was sent for a A/c system rectification. I did not receive a satisfactory answer.
                              6. I have a strong conviction on a messy maintenance job when the Car was sent for Air-conditioning rectification which has led to the generation of metal fines which has now rendered the car virtually unusable due to the malfunctioning A/c.
                              7. The car has had no accidents or impacts which could have led to any damage to the A/c in the intervening period.
                              8. I would request a failure analysis report on this from you and would seek your advice on the same since my confidence with the dealer/service center is severely shaken.
                              9. My confidence in the reliability of the Honda is still intact hence I would seek your views on any reliability issues with the system. What is the standard?
                              10. I would request you share with me the Failure Analysis which would help us to conclude the cause of the damage and fix up the responsibility/ accountability of Dealer/Service Centre with respect to this issue.

                              I would appreciate a quick response.

                                Dear sir, we have given our car brio no gj05jl 0034 at jivan jyot motors p ltd dtd 2.6.16 and we got back on 8.6.16 . as we found the service is not done properly . we made complaint to the jivan jyot moter p ltd .but we did not get any responce they have charged six thousand for servics and we are still suffering due to this cheating . we request to take necessery step otherwise we have to complaint in consumer court.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have booked Honda City car model SV CVT on 6th June, 2016 by paying Rs.51, 000/- by advance cheque. Subsequently, I have made payment of Rs.5, 33, 750/- by advance cheque on[protected] & loan from ICICI Bank sent directly Rs.5, 95, 424/-by RTGS to the Honda Car Dealer M/S. Bafna Auto Cars (I) Pvt. Ltd. Pimpri, Pune on[protected]. There was a short payment of Rs.4, 576/- from ICICI Bank as, they deducted loan processing charges. Further, I paid Rs.4, 576/- amount on 15th June, 2016 by cheque in the morning 11=30 am to the dealer. On 15th June, 2016, I have issued Car insurance at the same time.
                                  Now, the sales person promised me delivery of the car with all formalities on 17th June or in worst case 18th June, 2016.
                                  When I asked for car delivery on 17th they told me that, my cheque Rs.4, 576/- given on 15th June is still not cleared hence, they could not send the documents to RTO. It was a big surprise to me. Having paid such a big amount in the past, why they do not trust me for this small amount. Where as, my bank account shows that, the amount is deducted on 17th June it self. If, this is such a serious problem they could have taken cash from me. Their sales person never alerted this problem on 15th June to me. They gave me car delivery on 17th June, without RTO papers & with temporary car number. They told me that, you can run this car in Pune but not out of station.
                                  Further, both the sales person & the Manager requested me to wait further & promised me the RTO papers & permanent No. plate on 21st June, 2016. Again the same story of not keeping the promise happened on 17th June. Unfortunately, on 21st June, 2016 evening police caught my car due to temporary no. plate. He found that, car has run more than 100Km. distance which is wrong & i was not aware of this too. Police was demanding penalty of Rs.2000/-. Ultimately I settled the matter by paying Rs. 500/- cash to him. Now, Honda Dealer has promised me fresh date as 23rd June for submitting all papers & fixing of permanent No. plate.
                                  Today, I am traveling by taxi to office. Who will bear this loss to me. The Honda has failed from all fronts such as car delivery date, enough knowledge about Car RTO registration estimated time & payment procedures.

                                    Hi, myself rohit dhir (Advocate). I have purchased honda city vx mt in april, 2014 from ace honda, noida. My car reg. No. Is up16- au-5753. Since purchase, this car is single hand driven and total run km is 21000 only. Today, some voice was coming while applying breaks, on inspection by hona engineer, i am told that its break pads are finished.

                                    I am surprised that how come a brand like honda can manufacture such a poor quality product. It's been only 2.5 years and this kind of poor quality periodic is not expected from honda. This only diminishes the image of such a brand.

                                    I am really very shocked and expect legitimate justification from esteemed company like yours.

                                    I have similar issue. I purchased Honda City in 2015, Dec, Within few days break noise has started.

                                    There has been whistle type noise coming when I apply the break.

                                      TN09 CB 9227 is my car number . Based on the sweet poison words of the customer service I bought the Honda connect ., I have not renewed the services after one month trial due to personal reasons and I renewed for one year when it was needed ., I was not aware that with three months this has to be done else it would be terminated ., neither payment mode should not accepted before rectification .,

                                      Now I have given the device to the Olympic Honda ., they have confirmed the device has been couriered to MINDA for sim replacement .,

                                      It had been poster to pillar running for a payment done ., now I am worried I am cheated as my device and money is gone as no revert had come from customer service .,

                                      Need justice .

                                        I have recently repaired my amaze car at autokam honda udaipur. My car no. Is gj17 ah 5059. It was an accidental repair n i have paid 91000 thousand rupees for that.. But their is an oil leakage from its engine part... Its nuts n bolts r not screwed properly. I came to know about this problem when i put my car to my nearest service station at godhra for general checkup. So m very upset with this service.. N no one is receiving my phone at kamal automtive at udaipur...
