Maine 2018 mai Honda Amaze purchase ki top model. Purchase ki tab muje bola gya best car hai but mera experience bilkul worst rha isme. Honda ki service bilkul bekar excutive apne aapko malik smjaty h waha or 10, 00, 000 rS. Ki unn logo ke liye koi value nhi hai. Amaze on the way 4 bar kaharab ho gayi first time to 8-10 month mai he band ho gayi rasty m 20-25 din m badi mushkil se thk krke di aaty he fir khrab complaint thi (coolent m problem) pta nhi kya sahi kiya jo aate he band ho gayi phr pl motors ke service center ke manger girdhar ji bolte h aapke waha coolent chori ho gya hoga khud ki galti aap log manty he nhi hai. Honda ki gadi worst gadi h mere m kabhi kisi ko suggest nhi krunga ye gadi le or staff to bhut he bekar hai. Muje last time gadi ki complaint consumer court m kar rha tha to staff ne bola ab asa nhi hoga and ab to behaviour he bhut cheap tha.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY COUSTMER TO PURCHASE HONDA CAR CHEAP SERVICES.

    Dear concern,

    I am the owner of Honda City, UP14CY0078 for last 5 years.
    All the services of my car are on time in axon honda only.
    Not a single work from outside.

    I left my accidental car in body shop, Axon Honda Ghaziabad, on[protected] and received on[protected] after a long period of time. Today when I was driving my car a heavy noise started coming from backside of the car.
    When I called up Mr. Sachin in service dept of Axon Honda. He asked me to come to service center.
    I went to the service center no one entertained me at all, all the service exicutive were busy. Then Again I called up sachin. He didn't come out from his cabin and told me to wait. After requesting many times a mechanic come and toke a test drive. He told me that barrings of both front wheel and one rear wheel is damaged. I asked Ms.Sachin to seek into the problem. He clearly denied to listen me up. He said that I only see body works and asked me to meet body shop manager. I went to body shop manager and told him everything. He also denied to help me up. Both sachin and body shop manager started to point out my fault as such I'm the culprit. They started to say that sir it's your fault. U doesn't check the car when u came for pick up.
    I am civilian not a mechanic of cars how I can check what's the problem.
    I gave my car for full rectification.
    But nothing is perfectly done.
    ° AC is not working
    ° Car gives lots of vibration when high throttle is provided
    ° Noise coming from car
    And some Others issues are also in my car.

    This is not first time when I am not satisfied the work done but I never complained.

    I am a business man and I know the value of customer but today I realized there is no value of the customer in Honda.

    I request you to please look into the matter and resolve my issues.

    If no action will be take from your side then I promise you that I will never use Honda and never recommand to others.

      I have bought honda amaze 30 April 2021 from haritage honda sikandra
      Agra and given all money according to quatation. But registration fee did not submitted by dealer within seven days so panalty was issued by ARTO department . but dealer and any staff satisfied me. I have attached panalty reciept issued by department. So plz returnd my panalty that is submitted by me .

          Dear sir
          I just want to inform you that I have purchased my honda city vmt (DL10CL8748) from Delhi in year 2019. Recently I have shifted in chandigarh and with some time I was seeing malfunction light in the dash board and I feel rpm not going above 2 or 3. Other than this body is shaking with poor pick up. My car is in warranty and next day on 4th June 2021 I went to service center (harmony honda Chandigarh) for solution but after taking my full precious day he said some HO2S sensor is not working properly and it is not available right now. I have to order this item and it will take around 1 week time. But till today they didn't get the sensor. I am limited using my car for travel with fear that any thing can happen in engine due to lack of this sensor.
          My first issue is honda using such type of sensor which can fail in only 2 years (7000 km). Second thing you are not able to provide your own parts/sensors in even 15 days. If any thing happen to my car who will be responsible for that.

          My third issue is after locking I am not seeing any light this is another problem in my car. What kind of faulty part you are using right now. I thought honda is a big brand but unfortunately it is now using faulty and sub standered parts.

          Who will be responsible for my irritation and frustration. I don't have lots of time to go 😭 service center every week.
          Please acknowledge and solve my problem as soon as possible other wise I will go to customer care forum. Kindly also assure car will not fail in such sort duration.

            I am totally dissappointed from the service from Lally Motors, Ludhiana.
            I have purcahsed a car from them on[protected] honda city 4th Generation.
            To much noises are coming from car from the day first and i am unable to drive it properly. I am registering my complaint for the 6th time and i am facing same problem again and again. Please take my complaint on serious note so that i can enjoy the drive of my new car and problem get resolved asap.
            Problem :- 1) Whole Interior noise.
            2) Doors noises.
            3) Speakers clarity is zero.

              I purchased Honda City new version (VTEC(V), Petrol) in May 2017 from Gopinathji Honda showroom, Vadodara. Few months ago, my car touch screen stopped working. When contacted the Service centre of showroom, they said the warranty period is over and it would cost around 35k to send it to their company centre for checking the issue. Other expenses may be accrued.

              On the web I found many have the similar issue, esp. those that bought the 2017 Honda city version.

                My Car Broke down during my travel from Amravati to Pune in Kanchnwadi Aurangabad. Seems like on the way due to heavy rain and water clogging at a road construction site in Malegaon, from bumper of the car was damaged along with some damage below the driver door . Also the Self starter motor was damaged and the car won't start. Being an automatic vehicle it had to be towed to Deccan Honda Waluj. The support from the service centre was very casual and seems they don't care . Its been 4 days and the starter motor is not yet available and fixed, secondly the showroom has not yet created the documents for Insurance repair of the damage and the surveyor from Royal Sundaram returned twice. Seems like we are in the stone age and using Honda cars . Seems like Honda Showroom Aurangabad don't care and work on HONDA cars outside of Aurangabad ... Very Poor Service by the Service Centre

                  Hello, I am V.Vasu, I bought a Honda Amaze on january 2020, vehicle number (TN 02 BR 9583), contact number: [protected]

                  I left my car for the first service in February, after the first service, within 10 days my car AC went through a failure, there was no cooling from the AC, i took the service centre, and they filled some gas into it.

                  And I didn't take the car anywhere due to a lockdown but I regularly turned on the engine and ran for 10-15 minutes. And after lockdown i took the car and travelled around 200 kms 3-4 times, i couldn't feel the full power from the AC, i left like that because i was busy with my business,

                  And i left my car for the 2nd service i addressed the same problem, they didnt care anything about it, and i addressed the same problem in the 3rd service, again they didnt care anything, after 3rd service within one week my cars AC went again failure, there was no a bit of cooling from the AC.

                  And this time I took the service centre, they told me that the cooling coil in the car was gone, so we will replace it with the new one, because your car is still in warranty.

                  And they told us that we will change the fuel pump in every car after one year for free, they told us that we will change that too, and I told them ok.

                  And within 3 days i went to a petrol bunk to refill the fuel, the petrol bunk basic cleaning team told me to open the bonnet of the car, they checked and told that there was no bit of coolant oil was in the car, i got fed up with that i just left service 3days back, how can the service centre deliver the car without checking the coolant oil, what if my car got fire on the way, what kind of service is this?

                  And on this month (may 2021), i took my car for a ride of 400kms up and down, while going there was no problem, when i came near my home, i was about 3 kms away from my home waiting in a traffic signal, the car turned off suddenly and it didn't turned on i pushed the car aside, and called the road assistance they told that from tomorrow there is lockdown, we will tow your car to the service centre, and after the lockdown only the service centre will be opened. So I managed to keep the car aside for 1 hour and tried another tow team to tow the car to my house, what if my car stopped in the middle of the road while we are travelling.

                  But luckily i tried to turned on the car it turned on, And i took the car to the home, and in the lockdown i regularly turned on the car there was no problem,

                  And on[protected] i took the car for an medical emergency for 10kms from my home, it went till they location where we are about to reach, i parked the car, and took it after 30 minutes, the car didn't turned on, i was fed up in that, i went for an medical emergency at this time i am facing this kind of problems, i kept the car a side and booked a taxi and came home, i gave the car key to my nephew, he is an Manager in Mahindra cars, He checked and the there is no fuel supply to the engine, the fuel pump has gone.

                  I was seriously very much fed up with the service centre team, how can they be so cool without caring about anything, i am going to make it a serious issue.

                  Within 1 year I am facing this kind of 2 big problems in the car, and if the years pass on what kind of problems i am going to face, is the honda cares about it.

                  I want a solution for it from the Honda team soon...

                    Hi,

                    My car UP16AQ 5471 went for regular service to Ace Honda Service workshop (Naksha Enterprises) located at G25 Sec 11 Noida 201301. This was on 21-Apr-2021. There was a car engine light that needed to be diagnosed. When the car was returned, it apparently underwent service but the car engine light still existed. I returned the car with the driver who came to drop it off.

                    in the next round, it returned with a blinking D light and the reverse gear worked intermittently. It went back workshop again.

                    When it was returned, I was told that reverse gear will work without an issue but the error lights will be there and will require a change in two electronic parts:
                    Electronic Control Module (ECM) and Knock Sensor. Both are estimated to be Rs. 23000, and Rs. 6500 respectively.

                    When the car came back to me, it worked for a week or so but then again, the reverse gear would just not engage. I realized this when I went to market with the car and had to push it back manually. That was embarrassing, to say the least. In the feedback call from the service desk, I duly notified and was assured that it would be acted upon. I got a call on 26-May-2021. It was picked up on 27-My-2021 and is currently in the workshop.

                    Now, I am being asked to shell out the money for ECM and Knock sensor for no fault of mine. The errors got introduced at the time of the repair by Ace Honda. I would like to strongly object and highlight the level of a disservice being done by Ace Honda Noida (also known as Naksha Enterprises).

                    A suitable action is expected from the Honda management and competent authority.

                        I have purchased Hoda wrv 2017 dec . My car is still in warrenty . My audio touch screen is not working and getting handed frequently. In all the service after purchase I raise this issue everytime they informed it has been taken care . Looks Honda city touch screen has lot of problem. Infact in all the post all wrv customer has raised this touchscreen issue . Why Honda is not taking any action .                           I Gurumukh R/o 489 sector -23 faridabad haryana have bought a car of honda wrv in 2018. After few months in rainy season, i came across with a problem of water collecting into my car towards the footress of driver side near clutch, break and gear. I complaint about it in honda and given it for check. They charged me for 4030 rs and gave me the assurance of rectification but just after 3 months of the service, i came across with the same problem. I complaint for it again and they did the same procedure, took my car, services it and return to me back saying that they have rectified the problem as well as tested it for same. They also gave me the certificate of my complaint have been rectified completely and i won't face it again. And now i'm here with the same complaint 3 days back.

                          If i'm facing such a huge problem within 2 years after buying a new car then this absolutely means that honda has provided me with a defective model as they themselves aren't able to solve the issue after trying it again and again and they are just doing fake promises of problem being rectified.

                          I am looking for a full claim of my money that i spent on this car as it is completely a defective model. The only reason of buying car is getting away from rains but i'm here with the water inside my car.

                          Please look into this matter and also i have all the details of services and payments with me if any further detail is required.

                              My name is Gagan Soni r/o house no. 542 sector 13, Hisar. I'm an advocate. I have a Honda City car 2015 model bearing no HR20AD0168.

                              I had given my car for service and check up of AIR CONDITIONER of my car to joy Honda dealership Hisar, Haryana, India on 14/5/2021.
                              They have changed my clutch box and shocker and made bill of 31000.

                              There I came to know that there is fault in plate of compressor of AC.

                              Service manager told me that you should required to change whole AC compressor. When I have only fault of plate and rest of parts is in good state then why should I change my whole AC compressor. Even when part was available there in showroom (the plate).
                              Customer is not forced to change its whole body part if something is damaged. This is against consumer law. For this not only the dealer but also the Honda car managing director also liable for acting against the law and interest of a customer.
                              So it is my humble request to you registered my greviance and take necessary action against this dealership otherwise I forced to file a civil suit for damages and negligence.
                              As you are the protector of customer satisfaction and his greviance.

                                Am Pankaj Singh have purchased a Car Honda City, Regn number MH02 CL 8627.

                                1. I met with a minor accident on 23 April and gave my car for repairs at Honda City Service Station Wagholi.

                                2. No work done so far and I have been given an estimate of Rs 1, 70, 000. The estimate given by local service station is Rs 40, 000.

                                3. I called Mr Chauhan, manager Wagholi service station but his response was very negative and called the GM Mr Manoj who did not even pick up the call and blocked my number. Is this the way you treat your customers?

                                4. I request you to kindly return my car and give necessary directions to the Manager and GM to be civilized .

                                  As I have approched your service centre at Magnum Honda Kanakapura Road Branch in the month of Sept 2020 regarding touch screen issue in infotaine system, they took the photagraph and the video of the infotain system and they raised the complaint and given a token No. 8508 and complaint date is[protected]. Still they are telling some reason but my problem is not solved till date.

                                    No solution received for replaced faulty Digipad 1

                                    I own a Honda City 2018 model ZX CVT variant. It comes with the AVN unit so called Digipad 1. I initially placed a complaint regarding the same due to liquid leak in display and same was approved for replacement. I had also complaint about the pathetic quality and performance of the unit and I was assured by customer relations that Digipad 1 will not be provided to me as replacement by mail.

                                    I have purchased Honda WRV in June 2017 and after first service My cars Company fitted Infotainment system was giving problem of touch screen not working and hang problem But every time I complained they do some system reset and It starts working but again in March 2020 it stopped working and Bcos of Corona Lockdown was announced on 20th of March 2020. And opened in May end 2020.. I went to service station COURTESY HONDA, WAZIRPUR, DELHI but I saw No service advisor or mechanics were wearing Mask so I came back bcos corona cases were at peak that time and I don't want to Risk my life that any mechanic or advisor touch my stereo without gloves and sits in my car without mask. And when Corona cases settled I went again In August 2020 first week And I complained about Infotainment system Not working they asked me purchase date of car and when I told them June 2017 then Immediately without checking system they told that system is faulty you have to change it on payment basis bcos car warranty is finished in July 2020 .I told them there was Lockdown of 3 months and Ur service centre and whole country was under Lockdown how wud I can come In March 2020... They clearly said No we can't do anything... It's Really pathetic and embarrassing.. And Currently also No Service advisor or Mechanics wear Mask or Gloves while touching and siting inside our car They Don't ever take Any safety Precautions and Must be spreading CORONA to many of their Customers.. I went thrice their regarding the same from 2020 to March 2021 but My issue not resolved till date.

                                    And Infact I have emailed also to them thrice but of No use...They said it was Lockdown by the govt so they can't do anything ... Lockdown was by the government agreed but faulty system Infotainment was provided by the Honda Cars India Ltd So why should I suffer And where Am I at fault.. I thought HONDA is a gud and reputed brand but never expected this type of service and products in high end Model of HoNda WRV

                                      For your kind information, I have a Honda WRV car, Vehicle number WB 74 AT 3931. I have done Regular service of my car from Supreme Honda, Purna. On[protected] the car suffered an accident. On 16-03-21 I sent the car to the service center. An employee named Ajit (Mobile number[protected] said " we do not have the damaged parts of the car. You take your car back. Give two thousand rupees in advance. I am ordering parts". I enquired from him if I get a claim. He said "yes. I will give the date two or three days before the day you give the car.Then you will get the car within ten to twelve days." He also said to send the car after Holi. I called him again and again ten days later to find out if the car parts had arrived. But he had not answered my call. On 26 -03-21, I messaged him on whatsapp whether parts of my car has arrived or not. But he has not answered in whatsapp. Being compelled, I even called the service center on 5-04-21. Then Ajit informed that the parts have arrived which was a false statement. Actually he forgot to order. (As he said to my driver). But I believe his statement, send the car on 7-04-21. After two weeks on 20 - 04 21, I wanted to know how far the work of the car has been completed. But unfortunately he has not received my call. Being compelled, on 21-04-21, I called to the service center. Then he informed that the claim has been approved. I'll do the work very soon. I also complained to the service Manager ( ?? Ms/ Mrs Kriti, whose number is [protected], ) regarding delay of the work.
                                      On 27 -04- 21, angrily I sent my driver to fetch the car. I order him to bring the car whether its work has been completed or not. My driver saw that the car was in the same condition in which it was left first day like barren property.
                                      An employee named Dablu ( mobile number [protected]) requested please don't take the car. He said " If you give me three or four days time I will complete the work." And he promised to hand over the car on 30-04-21. But the work of the car is not completed on that day. When I called him, he falsely promise to handed over my car on 1st May, which is an international holiday. Naturally the service center was closed on that day. On Monday 03-05-21, I called Dablu again and again and tried to find out whether the work of the car was complete or not. But he blocked my number. I again called the service center but they could not provide me the correct answer. I was forced to call the service Manager. She said the work of the car is complete. Tomorrow, that is 04-05-21, after washing they will hand over the car at 12 noon. I asked again and again, are you sure about that? Then I will go by myself leaving all my personal and important work. She assured me.

                                      On 04-05-21, 1:30 pm I reached the service center and saw that everyone had gone for lunch. When the workers returned, I asked them to hand over the car. But even then the wash had not been started. They said that it would be an hour late. I waited. At 2-30 pm the workers remembered that the car was not serviced. An worker named Rahul ( mobile number [protected]) know that the regular service was to be done . My driver also reminded him on 27 -04 -21. But he forgot ( as per Rahul).
                                      The car was handed over at 3-30 PM without service. They handed over my car after 27 days without completing any work. They are all irresponsible. All are stupid, nonsense. There is no minimum responsibility. And the service Manager is the biggest irresponsible person. Who promises and assured without knowing anything. The service Manager including all stuff didn't bother about customer problem.
                                      Now I am in deep trouble. Because right side head light of the car damage, Horn damage, gearbox jam ( probably because it was useless for so many days) . In this condition my car has handed over, though everything is mentioned in job chart.

                                      Now my questions is that who will take the responsibility for any unwanted mishap while driving this car?

                                      They may give the excuse of covid. But the second wave of covid came a few days ago. They had lot of time on their hands. All the workers were present. They could work if they tried. But they didn't. Therefore, I strongly demand to take appropriate action against all these irresponsible stuff. I gave them so much time. I am a Doctor and car is a necessity for me. I had to suffer losses of 60, 000 rupees on car rent. Who will bear and cover my losses?? I gave them so much time only to receive the car in incomplete condition only?? In addition many problems arose because the car was left so many days. It is extremely shocking to see how a reputable company like Honda is so negligible in its after sales service. They just harassed with me and simply killed my time. If you cannot provide after sales service then why do you sell your car?

                                      Please take the matter seriously and also comply with the advice on what I should do in this situation.
