I HAD BOOKED HONDA MOBILIO (TITANIUM GREY IN COLOUR AND DIESEL VERSION) IN JULY 2014.OUR BOOKING IS AS EARLIEST IN SATARA THAT IS 4TH NUMBER BOOKING.STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CAR. DEALER IN SATARA TOLD US THAT PETROL VERSION COME WRONGLY AND U HAVE TO WAIT FOR ONE AND HALF MONTH MORE. IM REALLY FED UP OF ENQUIRING ABOUT MOBILIO DELIVERY AS MY RECEIPT NO.IS BR/STR/14-15/040024. MY BOOKING AMOUNT OF RS.51, 000/- IS WITH U. IM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. IM REALLY THINKING OF SWITCHING TO OTHER CAR AND CANCELLING OUR DEAL. IM JUST WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY.     I had bought a Honda IVTEC, reg # DL 4C AN 0475 in the name of Barinder Jeet Singh Chitkara in Nov 2009. It has been 5 years of patronage with Honda. Now, I have a concern with ignition lock which is connected with Car lock and Boot lock. The entire exercise of repair is costing me Rs. 10K-12K. I would request if you can review my patronage and delight me with a waiver of this basis my patronage with Honda. Moreover, my recommendation has led to 10 family/ friends buying Honda cars.       Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Sagar Shah and i had purchased a Honda Activa 110cc on the special occasion of Dashera (8/10/2014) from an Authorized Dealer named- Morya Motors located in Kandivali (West).My engine number is ME4JF502JET344124 and number plate is MH02DR7598.During the time of Diwali i was out of town for a week just the day after coming from that trip i took my activa for my office and i noticed a sound coming from my front tire when a bumper or a kacha road comes i was shocked that how cum a noise can come from a vehicle which is not more than 15-20 days old? even i didnt used it much it was just 95kms used? So i went to the Dealer from where i purchased the vehicle..they told that my mudguard was not placed well soo they advised me to give the activa for it 1st service..just the next day i gave it to the Authorized Service Center located at Borivali (East) for servicing..the next day wen i went to take my activa they told that the parts under the front headlight were old and the left side corner under the headlight section is rusted..how cum a 15-20 days activa is rusted and is dented from the front? I didnt come accross any accident also soo how can it can be rusted?? the Authorized manager told me that the dealer might have given me a Re-painted old activa..please take my complain into consideration and do fair with me... I even have a photo of the front section which i have attached to it do see it..

        TO THE MD HONDA MOTORS Sir, Greetings from Aman !!! Sir I booked a new Honda city car in your valley Honda showroom in Mandi and they commited to give the car in begining of oct . but still they not provide me a car . and now they say to me that u get a car in November . and whenever I call them they say to me that with in 2 - 3 days we call you and tell that the exactly date but they never call me back. This car booked with the Name of Aman Aggarwal.if they give me a car in end of November so I Dont need because i dont want to make model 2014 . If I know they do like this instead of Honda City I buy a another Brand there is alot of option. But I thought Honda is a good Brand Thats y i Go for it. But may Be they Play With Brand .           I bought Honda city in July 2014. From the day 1, I am having complaint with my Headlights. While driving in rain - even while drizzling - the moisture is entering inside the headlights and restricts the visibility, during night. Now during daytime also moisture is seen inside the headlights. If we buy a car from Honda, we are having some expectations. Do not spoil that. I am getting very bad response from Peninsular Honda, Kochi, regarding the rectification of the problem. Pl do the needful at the earliest. Regards, Mohanakrishnan. k

            I booked a honda city car at Divine Honda, Roorkee on 19th august n given a receipt showing tentative delivery in sept 2014. But they have been delaying the delivery n further exceeded to Diwali, now they are again delaying n dont have any fixed date to confirm. Is this the way Honda do business??? I have sold my previous car n in lot of trouble I am attaching the receipt i got from dealer, showing the booking payment n other details

              I use Honda Civic car, and around 2 weeks back (11th Oct), I gave it for servicing. While taking the handover of my car, I realized that the direction sticker on the gear lever is missing. It was there when I gave the car for servicing. Since dry cleaning had been done, I though it must have misplaced by the person doing it. I told it to the guy handling my case and he along with few other guys tried to search it in car but couldn’t find it. At that point of time he was sure that the sticker was there when car was given for servicing. He promised to speak to the person who had dry cleaned it next morning and get it sorted out. He told me that that if it’s not found, then they will order it and replace it in 3-4 days. To cut the long story short now they are saying that the direction sticker comes along with the gear lever knob and I need to bear the 50% cost of the part replacement. So for their mistake they want me to pay.

              Honda makes very worst service all over india. We had very bitter experiance in chennai too.
              What should u do is do not take the vehicle back untill the stcker is placed on the spot on the same day when the incident happened.

              It is their fault and should rectify on the same day / Regards

                Sir, I have purchased Honda City1.5V MT through your dealer - M/s Olympia Honda, Chennai, vide their Invoice No.000048/[protected] dt.08.06.2011. Its Chasis No.MAKGM253CBN210227, Engine No.L15A72223864 and Registration No.TN02AR5949. So far it was running without any complaints. Now, its Seat Belt (Driver Seat) is not functioning normally and very frequently, it is not going back to its original position after releasing and it lie down on the side of driver's seat. (Photo Proofs attached). It is not happening every time. But, happening more than 5 times in 10 times release. Due to this, whenever wearing Seat Belt next time, it get entangled with Dickey Release Hand bar available at right side of Driver Seat and Dickey gets automatically opened. Due to this every time, I have to get down and manually close the Dickey. I have reported this matter to your dealer - M/s Olympia Honda, Chennai, while the vehicle is given for routine service on 16.10.2014. But to my surprise, they have not accepted my complaint saying that photo proof is required to send to Honda Company. The Service Invoice No.SER-INV-DD[protected] dated 16.10.2014 from Olympia Honda, Chennai. Therefore, I have taken photographs through my Cellphone and attaching the same for your reference. Any further information is required, I am glad to provide you. I find that the malfunctioning of Seat Belt is a manufacturing defect, as I started using Seat Belt only after announcing recent regulations. Hope, you will address the issue at the earliest.                   Dear Sir/Madam, I have brought a new bike of Honda Shine on 5th March-2014.. On 16th October-2014, I have given my bike for fourth servicing in service center Near TV Tower, Beside HDFC Bank, Malakpet, Hyderabad - 500036.. In the evening i went to receive my bike back at 5-00 p.m. I have been waiting there since half an hour . Then they told me that my bikes battery has dead and even they didnt washed my bike. They just returned my bike how i handed over them at 8.20 a.m.. Really ridiculous service from that service center, They even refused to give exact bills and they charged me of 850 rupees. I was irritated by their services of the executives, A waste service i have ever received from a authorized service center.                     Dear Sir, I purchased Honda City Car on June 2014Registration no. RJ 19 CD 8109. I am sorry to say that your dealer in Jodhpur creating problem go give service to my car. My car has met an Minor Accident and having small dent on its front bonet. I had handed over my car on 22/09/2014 but till date your dealer has not repaired the car. The car is still lying at yours dealer’s show room. After passing 1½ month when I asked to give my car they have replied me that If you are hurry you get it repair from market. This type of reply had hurt me and also damaging the prestigious name of Honda Company. This attitude / behaviour is not acceptable by any car owner. Therefore, may I request you to take appropriate action against “Paras Auto Wheels” and ask them to give my car without any further delay.                       Hello The Honda city E (i-dtec) 2014 i bought was initially having water leakage problems from left door of the car along with other problems like moisture in headlights and diesel smell etc. The car delivery date was 5-Sept-2014, however i realized the issues with car like water leakage, diesel smell and moisture in the headlights while driving it back from showroom to my hometown during the rain. On 7-Sept-2014, i contacted the dealer from whom i registered the car Divine Honda, he said we can replace the side rubbers of the door and change the headlights as well along with the foot mats of the car which were damaged because of water leakage from side door. I went to nearest dealer available i.e Platinum Honda, Meerut and told the issues. They said we have to contact the dealer who sold the car and temporarily fixed the rubber by adjusting it but the problem was not solved. On 23-Sept-2014 I Went to the showroom Divine Honda, they were very rude as well as uncorporative and got my car repaired(New Car), the headlights along with door rubber and mats were changed which took almost 8 hours. After the repair they asked us that if we were satisfied, at that time we thought everything is replaced and we were satisfied. However, initially it looked like the problem was solved but when i went out of station and noticed the car is having same problems during rain, so i went to nearest different dealers available in Noida. They all told me the same thing that the car is accidental and interior fender of the car is damaged, that's why there are water problems and other problems too.The thing is the left side fender is damaged and the water leakage problems is also from the left side, and its the issue we faced since day 1 we bought the car. We asked them to give these details but they refused to give anything in writing. Divine hide these details from me and they delivered me the damaged car. The most important thing is they insured the car on 23-July-2014 and delivered the car on 5-Sept-2014. The month of manufacturing of the car is also January 2014, and the full payment of the car was made on 4-Sept-2014. They knew the car was accidental and made these arrangements so that we could buy an accidental car. Please provide the justification for this unethical incident and the car should be replaced immidiately because i am having lot of trouble, bought a new car thinking the name of Honda and you are delivering such quality to us.This is unacceptable and I am totally dissatisfied with this deal from your end. Please revert to this and provide the medium of higher escalation. We have already registered a complaint through customer care, however no action has been yet taken. We are relying on your response. If we didn't get any satisfactory response from your side then tragically we have to go legal terms.                         Dear Sir/Madam, This is bring to your notice regarding deficiency in service by Ring road Honda, A2 Industrial area Peera Garhi Chowk New Delhi while performing service of my car no. DL4CAH8585 on[protected]to[protected]. The Radiator damaged from upper side while opening/cleaning or fitting in the workshop. On[protected] car was again sent for service, the adviser did not recorded it in their job card instead informed to my son while delivering the car after service. Thereafter, on[protected], I took the vehicle in the above workshop to got fix the leakage. The adviser recommended 'Radiator upper tank likage+TB pipe seapage, needs replacement. I approached the workshop manager to replace the Radiator free of cost as the same has been damaged in their workshop due to deficiency in service on[protected] or[protected] while cleaning. He refused to do so. I have gone through the warranty booklet, the company recommends change of coolant after 2, 00, 000 kmts or 10 years. I did not made any complaint for overheating of engine or Radiator choking, so, it is not clear why the adviser got cleaned the Radiator and replace the coolant. Moreover, I want to know from company in which circumstances Radiator needs cleaning and replacement of coolant. I made a complaint at Honda 121, my communication ID is 1-[protected], I am not satisfied with their reply given on telephone as it seems they are covering the matter. You are requested to Intervene early to replace the Radiator free of cost keeping in view the circumstances explained above to avoid further damage due to coolant leakage. B

                          Hi, We had booked for a Hondo Mobilio on the 18th of August at Whitefield Honda showroom at Cunningham Road. Due to some personal constraints, we requested to cancel the booking and sent a letter via courier on 10th September 2014. We got a call saying the money would be credited to my account by 25th September. We did not get any call after that. Subsequently on 5th October, we reached out to the showroom and they asked us to get in touch with the representative who took our booking. Ever since we have been trying to reach the gentleman (Mr. Vikram) and he raised issues that the car was damaged during the test drive, so we need to pay for this before we get a refund. The car was damaged will taking it out from the parking lot as there was a rod at a very low level placed next to the car and was not visible. The security guard was standing on the other side and did not mention this nor did the sales representative. The car did not move more than a feet from the parking lot and now they expect us to pay for the damages for their caused by their negligence. On the day of the incident, their manager ( Mr Manjunath) and Mr. Vikram agreed that the accident was not our mistake and we should let the incident be. This change of stand was definitely not one bit ethical and is outright cheap on the Dealer's part. Add to it, they say they have not sent the car for repair till early October. How do i know they have not damaged the car any further and are expecting me to pay for the damages now?? Every day now i am asked to wait for a week to get a refund. Cant believe Honda Service is so pathetic. We have had wonderful experiences in Trident Hyundai and Cheverolet showrooms. Truly Honda needs to spruce up its dealership and help resolve this issue

                            I have a Honda Unicorn bike model 2008 driven only 25000 Km till now. I have been getting it serviced from Honda Sai service in Borivli (Hindustan naka) till the time it closed down in 2013. After that I gave it for service in Pritam Honda at Andheri East Mumbai on 13 june 2014 & also took AMC which was a big mistake. I got all the brakes front suspension & other service done including fork oil seals. Bike started giving missing problem & also started shutting down on signal. in the month of August/Sept. So I took it for service on 4th Oct. & was told to take delivery on 6th oct. When I called up they said that Air jet was not there & had called for will be available by tuesday . Tuesday after calling I came to know that carburator will have to be changed as air jet thread had slipped. As last service was done by them their technician was not a qualified person to do the job.That is why the thread slipped after hardly 25000 km. The cost carburator Rs 6200. Which I refused them & took back the vehicle.After collecting I came to know the seal which they had replaced in first service started leaking. One Mr.Khan who was attending my job told me the seal was not available & I should bring the vehicle next week again. So I hereby request the Honda company to not to appoint such unqualified & not fit people for the after sales sevice. So as not to spoil the name of the company. Customer for Honda Unicorn Bike.                               Honda Amaze is Completely failed car, breaks pedal stopped working but fortunately i survived once at Modi Mill flyover Delhi and once at parking lot of my building but collided with the other car and damaged the back bumper and the other person is now asking me to pay 15000rs for the damage happend to his car. And when I asked the Delight Honda to tow the vehicle they gave me Amazing reply.. Sir you have to pay the Towing Charges. Thn I called Honda 121 they said don't worry we will ask the service centre to get in touch with you. Thn What the service centre did? They just said your Car is OK and its completely fine and it has no breaking issues. My Car has just crossed ONLY 6200KMS. NEVER BUY HONDA AMAZE AND NEVER TAKE DELIGHT HONDA services.                               their worst service is another big headache so for i am trying to get Mr. Parampreet singh so called area manager custmer care but not able talk to him. My vehicle is kept in service station for more than 1 1/2 month now still not able to get it.

                              Can you share me how to deal with them further on this.

                                Dear Sir, This mail is in regard to say that, we have purchased New Honda City - i-Dtec VX Model in APRIL 2014 (VIN No: MAKGM85BDEN003569) But as we are and the whole country is in believe that once a customer purchases a Honda Car then he/she doesnot look after the Quality related problems. As we would like to also inform you that in India only we can see the all generations of the Honda City running with no defects. But now the issue is, that my Honda City (ODO METER - 7152 kms) had a tyre burst in idle condition. See the attached file. We have contacted with the delear (M/s Pink City Honda, Alwar) for the same problem, and he had denied to register the problem under warranty and replied to us that only the Tyre Manufacturer will study the problem. My Car has all the Tyres of GOODYEAR MAKE. I would also add that, I am the Ex- Honda Employee, worked from[protected] in Quality Engineering deptt. Complaint of this problem has already been registered with your Helpline site, Complaint No: 1-[protected] My concern is that, what if the car was not in the idle condition may be it was in running at a speed 100 km/hr, then who would be responsible for the accidental loss of the life...????????                                   Hi Honda, Beautiful Saturday morning(27-SEP-2014), got up with much enthusiasm and I took my much loved HONDA CITY (KA35N2929 – SMT )for service at whitefield Honda. I dint knew the worst was waiting for me that beautiful Saturday at whitefiled Honda which ruined entire trust with Honda after sales/ services. As a Honda customer, with much love towards Honda cars, I took Honda City 1.5- SMT in the year 2013 in whitefield Honda. I am writing this email to Honda sharing the pain of Honda customer. After sales service of whitefield Honda is not good: 1. Staff not skilled to do their jobs. Including drivers who damaged my car (more about my complaint below). 2. Staff taking cars for service not skilled, they don’t know when to change engine oil, they don’t know when to change the filters. Randomly they try to impose as much as possible to make money. 3. No space to park cars at whitefield Honda main showroom service, they take more cars for service than they can actually handle it and due to insufficient parking space, they do many accidents. One of mine was very painful to see my cars left door completely damaged by one of the driver (Photo attached). 4. Managers (Manjunath J, Mahesh Kumar ) are not sorry for the mistakes they have done, they try to cover up drivers mistakes by telling some non sense story. The day I took my car for service, after few hours I got a call from Whitefield Honda, saying “your car is ready and you can pick it up”. Soon after I left home to pick up my car, I got one more call saying “Sir by mistake one of my driver has hit your car while taking reverse and damaged your left door completely, you please come we will get it fixed”. I was horrified by the carelessness of whitefield Honda. After reaching there, they told some stupid reason one could ever imagine. Manager Mahesh Kumar said, “situation was like that, the driver was here from past 3 years only situation made him to hit your car” . How stupid reason is that ? whatever is the situation, why didn’t he use mirrors before taking reveres or during parking. This is the carelessness of Honda services and these are the problems with Honda after sales issue. This happened on 27-sep-2014 and today is 29-sep-2014, I don’t have car to commute, I had planned to go outstation with family, which of ruined . How do I travel to office?? Manager never offered me any alternative. Very careless towards customers. I will never buy Honda cars again, I will tell 10 others friends/family/colleagues not to go to Honda cars because of these after sales issue. I request Honda to look into this matter immediately and take actions appropriately.

                                    Good morning to the concern person . Here i wanted launch a complaint against services providing by Honda service center .its being almost two year i am driving my Honda CBR250r.i want to complaint about services provided by honda service center . i reside in ahmedabad city. i never been happy with the services given by the Honda service center .since one year i am facing one problem in my CBR 250 in front Tyer or stairing problem or it may be both . i have already been changed stairing cone .but again the same problem i am facing it . i met with an accident two weaks back a car bang ng me from the back side of my bike after two day's i have put my bike to get repair in EMERLAND HONDA, VYASVADI, AHMEDABAD . They almost take two weaks to get it done as their were shortage for the parts of CBR 250 like Rear fender, Nutfixing, Cowler rear etc .after taking a strong follow up from my side i got my bike two days back on 27 sep 2014.before this i have already given my bike to the same service center for the service were i have complaint against the front tyer bubbling and i have told them about my experience for the same. its only two days not a single part fitted properly .everything get dismantle little they people not knowing about the part about the honda which r going to be fitted into the bike .this is not the problem of the mechanic's working over their this is the problem of tranning provided by the Honda. Today while coming to office my front tyre got stuck suddenly as their front Disc got stick .I want the strict action taken by you people as early as possible .

                                      "When i was getting back home on 24th Night, it was raining. Initially, i didn't have any problem when i was driving except at a point where the water was deeper than what it looked to be on the road. Also due to the water flowing in from various directions, the depth of water was more. When i realised that the water was above the normal, i drove the car towards the left side of the road from the right side. This was done only to ensure that i could open the door and come out of the car without water getting into the interiors of the car and also for my personal safety. I had followed the instructions as told by Honda RSA and i parked the car at the road side for the entire night and only came back in the next day morning to get it towed away with the help of Honda RSA." I would wish to know where was my error in the above incident and as to why should i take the blame for natural factors which are beyond my control.It is really shocking that the engines of Honda cannot even stand to such rains even for a matter of metres. I seriously doubt that as to whether i was provided with an defective engine which can’t even sustain such rains. Moreover, Only to safeguard against Natural Factors, insurance has been taken. but even in this case, i have been cheated by Honda. 2 With regards to the insurance, while i had enquired with the Honda dealer before the purchase of the car, they had assured me that Nil Depreciation Policy is the best that is available in the market which would take care of all the coverage. Inspite of the Premium pricing, i had opted for this only for my car safety. But after this incident i realised that there is a better policy than what i currently have. Bajaj Allianz claimed to me that had i taken the "Engine protector Policy” then the entire coverage would have been under the policy inclusive of hydrostatic lock ( damage due to water entering the engine). I would want to know as to why wasn’t i offered this policy from Honda Assure. if Honda is into selling high end luxury cars, then why aren’t they aware of the insurance policies that are offered in the market for such cars. For Your Information, Volkswagon has been offering this policy to their customers, then why hasn’t Honda taken up this. Since i wasn’t under the fault, i would need this damage to be borne by the manufacturer/dealer who have cheated me by providing a faulty engine & a policy which doesn’t cover such natural factors which are beyond one’s control. Is Honda into the business of making money out of customers, who have trusted the quality of the engine and HONDA Brand before making the purchase decision. I have taken all the care to ensure that the car is covered both under extended warranty as well as the best available policy with Honda Assure. Even inspite of this, i have been a victim of Ignorance from HONDA by giving me a faulty engine and a below-par insurance policy.
