Dear Sir, This mail is in regard to say that, we have purchased New Honda City - i-Dtec VX Model in APRIL 2014 (VIN No: MAKGM85BDEN003569) But as we are and the whole country is in believe that once a customer purchases a Honda Car then he/she doesnot look after the Quality related problems. As we would like to also inform you that in India only we can see the all generations of the Honda City running with no defects. But now the issue is, that my Honda City (ODO METER - 7152 kms) had a tyre burst in idle condition. See the attached file. We have contacted with the delear (M/s Pink City Honda, Alwar) for the same problem, and he had denied to register the problem under warranty and replied to us that only the Tyre Manufacturer will study the problem. My Car has all the Tyres of GOODYEAR MAKE. I would also add that, I am the Ex- Honda Employee, worked from[protected] in Quality Engineering deptt. Complaint of this problem has already been registered with your Helpline site, Complaint No: 1-[protected] My concern is that, what if the car was not in the idle condition may be it was in running at a speed 100 km/hr, then who would be responsible for the accidental loss of the life...????????     Hi Honda, Beautiful Saturday morning(27-SEP-2014), got up with much enthusiasm and I took my much loved HONDA CITY (KA35N2929 – SMT )for service at whitefield Honda. I dint knew the worst was waiting for me that beautiful Saturday at whitefiled Honda which ruined entire trust with Honda after sales/ services. As a Honda customer, with much love towards Honda cars, I took Honda City 1.5- SMT in the year 2013 in whitefield Honda. I am writing this email to Honda sharing the pain of Honda customer. After sales service of whitefield Honda is not good: 1. Staff not skilled to do their jobs. Including drivers who damaged my car (more about my complaint below). 2. Staff taking cars for service not skilled, they don’t know when to change engine oil, they don’t know when to change the filters. Randomly they try to impose as much as possible to make money. 3. No space to park cars at whitefield Honda main showroom service, they take more cars for service than they can actually handle it and due to insufficient parking space, they do many accidents. One of mine was very painful to see my cars left door completely damaged by one of the driver (Photo attached). 4. Managers (Manjunath J, Mahesh Kumar ) are not sorry for the mistakes they have done, they try to cover up drivers mistakes by telling some non sense story. The day I took my car for service, after few hours I got a call from Whitefield Honda, saying “your car is ready and you can pick it up”. Soon after I left home to pick up my car, I got one more call saying “Sir by mistake one of my driver has hit your car while taking reverse and damaged your left door completely, you please come we will get it fixed”. I was horrified by the carelessness of whitefield Honda. After reaching there, they told some stupid reason one could ever imagine. Manager Mahesh Kumar said, “situation was like that, the driver was here from past 3 years only situation made him to hit your car” . How stupid reason is that ? whatever is the situation, why didn’t he use mirrors before taking reveres or during parking. This is the carelessness of Honda services and these are the problems with Honda after sales issue. This happened on 27-sep-2014 and today is 29-sep-2014, I don’t have car to commute, I had planned to go outstation with family, which of ruined . How do I travel to office?? Manager never offered me any alternative. Very careless towards customers. I will never buy Honda cars again, I will tell 10 others friends/family/colleagues not to go to Honda cars because of these after sales issue. I request Honda to look into this matter immediately and take actions appropriately.

      Good morning to the concern person . Here i wanted launch a complaint against services providing by Honda service center .its being almost two year i am driving my Honda CBR250r.i want to complaint about services provided by honda service center . i reside in ahmedabad city. i never been happy with the services given by the Honda service center .since one year i am facing one problem in my CBR 250 in front Tyer or stairing problem or it may be both . i have already been changed stairing cone .but again the same problem i am facing it . i met with an accident two weaks back a car bang ng me from the back side of my bike after two day's i have put my bike to get repair in EMERLAND HONDA, VYASVADI, AHMEDABAD . They almost take two weaks to get it done as their were shortage for the parts of CBR 250 like Rear fender, Nutfixing, Cowler rear etc .after taking a strong follow up from my side i got my bike two days back on 27 sep 2014.before this i have already given my bike to the same service center for the service were i have complaint against the front tyer bubbling and i have told them about my experience for the same. its only two days not a single part fitted properly .everything get dismantle little they people not knowing about the part about the honda which r going to be fitted into the bike .this is not the problem of the mechanic's working over their this is the problem of tranning provided by the Honda. Today while coming to office my front tyre got stuck suddenly as their front Disc got stick .I want the strict action taken by you people as early as possible .

        "When i was getting back home on 24th Night, it was raining. Initially, i didn't have any problem when i was driving except at a point where the water was deeper than what it looked to be on the road. Also due to the water flowing in from various directions, the depth of water was more. When i realised that the water was above the normal, i drove the car towards the left side of the road from the right side. This was done only to ensure that i could open the door and come out of the car without water getting into the interiors of the car and also for my personal safety. I had followed the instructions as told by Honda RSA and i parked the car at the road side for the entire night and only came back in the next day morning to get it towed away with the help of Honda RSA." I would wish to know where was my error in the above incident and as to why should i take the blame for natural factors which are beyond my control.It is really shocking that the engines of Honda cannot even stand to such rains even for a matter of metres. I seriously doubt that as to whether i was provided with an defective engine which can’t even sustain such rains. Moreover, Only to safeguard against Natural Factors, insurance has been taken. but even in this case, i have been cheated by Honda. 2 With regards to the insurance, while i had enquired with the Honda dealer before the purchase of the car, they had assured me that Nil Depreciation Policy is the best that is available in the market which would take care of all the coverage. Inspite of the Premium pricing, i had opted for this only for my car safety. But after this incident i realised that there is a better policy than what i currently have. Bajaj Allianz claimed to me that had i taken the "Engine protector Policy” then the entire coverage would have been under the policy inclusive of hydrostatic lock ( damage due to water entering the engine). I would want to know as to why wasn’t i offered this policy from Honda Assure. if Honda is into selling high end luxury cars, then why aren’t they aware of the insurance policies that are offered in the market for such cars. For Your Information, Volkswagon has been offering this policy to their customers, then why hasn’t Honda taken up this. Since i wasn’t under the fault, i would need this damage to be borne by the manufacturer/dealer who have cheated me by providing a faulty engine & a policy which doesn’t cover such natural factors which are beyond one’s control. Is Honda into the business of making money out of customers, who have trusted the quality of the engine and HONDA Brand before making the purchase decision. I have taken all the care to ensure that the car is covered both under extended warranty as well as the best available policy with Honda Assure. Even inspite of this, i have been a victim of Ignorance from HONDA by giving me a faulty engine and a below-par insurance policy.

            Dear Sir, Please refer to my various complaints lodged with you ever since purchase of my above car. The following complaints is still persist and no response has been received from Honda Motors. Please note the complaint are beyond Ring Road Honda to handle. I once again give below the pending serious Problems: Rear door handles very hard to operate particularly rear left door. The diesel engine flutters in an abnormal way on starting and switching off. Engaging 1st and 2nd gear is notchy and difficult to operate. Of late the consumption of fuel has gone up many folds. The present consumption as indicated on the car computer is 13 to 14 K.M. Per Lt. where as in the initial stages it was 18 to 20 K.M. per Lt. Please let me know by return, email, telephone how can these problems be rectified or corrected.               I had 2 yrs AMC contract with APEX Honda Kurla Service Center. They promised 6 minor and 1 major service. They conducted only 6 services as during their system renewal they misplaced my record. I had a 6-9 months period where no service was done or even called. on 9/26 I got a call that service is due, on 9/28 the car was taken to Apex service center and telling you are out of service contract as contract ended in July 2014. It has to be paid service. It's very pathetic, they need to realize that I have paid for AMC. I had bad experience in past for other issues as well.

                I have been facing issues with the Bike since the time of purchase. After 55 kmph there is a lot of vibration observed in he bike. There are breaking issues which makes it difficult in handling/riding the bike. The gear's shift from 2nd to neutral while on the go. The issue has been reported to the service center people, however they feel everything is normal in a bike. This is ridiculous. Very bad Service.                   i bought my all new honda car on 19 fe from ring road honda, sector 18, gurgaon, haryana, india. my car registration no is HR 26CE 6082. I bought my car with all accessories fitted by the same dealer at the time of purchase. this dealer accessories people broke my car's front bumper locks and in the last 3-4 months tried to repair it but it is again and again getting the same issue. it is irreparable and need front bumper replaced due to it. now nobody in this dealer showroom and workshop is listening to me and giving me solution. all are supporting the staffs that broke it and now they have started creating a new story to keep them safe that it has been broken by me. however I have numerous proofs to prove it that this has been done by them. i need immediate action against the accessories dept manager who is a liar and not claiming that it is a mistake of his dept. before my last visit every one was accepting it as their mistake but when it comes to replacement none is ready to accept it.

                    We had booked a car MOBILIO SMT in the month of July its almost been 3 months and yet the car is not yet delivered by the company. We were assured of delivery within the first week of September but as of now the status of the delivery is not yet known. We would like the company to take things like this seriously or it may hamper the good relationship between a customer and a firm.

                        Dear Honda, I and a friend of mine bought two CBR 250R’s from your dealer (Rushabh Honda) Nashik on 19th of January 2013. Two in one day. I invested 4 lakh Indian Rupees so that it would come back and bite me every day. I was given a Test Ride for the vehicle by the dealer for various reasons provided by them though I visited the showroom 2-3 times for a test ride of CBR 250 R. I was shocked to hear that your dealer didn't have any test ride bikes with them for which they reasoned saying, “Honda Company has not provided us with a bike for test ride after our continuous efforts to get one.” All that done and gone I still bought this fancy machinery trusting the motto of Honda and the goodwill they have maintained. My complaint is about incompetent service by Rushabh Honda. Couple of months into the ownership of one of the CBR’s I had a faulty engine for which the bike was kept with them for over 2months in total. I did all the regular servicing that my bike needed, free as well as paid. I had informed Officials of Rushabh Honda about the still persisting engine issues as well as tyre air leak issues for which again they kept the bike for a month and gave it back with no work done. The official person present there said that he needed to send pictures to the company and as soon as he gets a reply he will personally take care of the problem and call me. Now, it has been over 1 YEAR and still he hasn’t reverted back. He doesn’t even pick my calls now. When one goes to the showroom u get no response from anybody. All they are interested in is peppy talk with one another. THE CUSTOMER IS HUMILATED AND WALKS AWAY INSULTED.Is this the service a prestigious company like Honda promises to their customers? I till date for over a year am still facing the same problem that I was facing at the very beginning. When I asked officials for an explanation they were arrogant and had lame excuses. The main heads namely (ANKUR KELKAR and VISHAL GOSAVI) are beyond doubt incompatible and incompetent at their jobs. They treat customers like dogs that bark only and work as per their wish and will. It alarms me to see Honda appointed such engineers! After several visits I was not entertained by the officials and was completely ignored, insulted and let down. My bike is still in WARRANTY & after keeping my bike for almost a month the officials say that they could detect the problem but can’t take action without approval for HONDA the company itself. I am utterly disgusted by the heart aching service and am mentally stressed due to ignorant, uneducated, insensible behaviour of these so called officials of Rushabh Honda. After several visits to the showroom my problem is not solved. It is disappointing that a customer purchases an expensive vehicle from your company and this is what he gets, incompetent and miserable service. The other bike MH15DV2221 also has many issues and both the vehicles are not yet attended due to which as a last resort I am having to write to u. I request you to please consider my problem seriously and take a quick action and solve my problem once for all or else I would be forced to take a LEGAL action against the company.in addition also requested Honda such a reputable company to revise their dealerships with such canny and environment sickening dealers. . I DEEM THIS DEALER AS UNFIT AND LIABLE TO CANCELLATION OF DEARLISHSHIP WITH A WELL ACCLAIMED COMPANY LIKE HONDA. Waiting anxiously for a quick solution to both my bikes from the officials of Honda.                           Dear Sir, i am using glamour of your company and i have requirement of side panel newone for my bike. since more yhan six month i am asking with your authorised dealer m/s ILAXI SHOWROOM near kinetic chowk but these people always giving some reason and making us foolish. they dont making available these spare parts so i requested to you solve my problem and i dont have expectation from your dealer and company otherwise we have to sell your company bikes and purchase other one you had broken our trust on your brand and i am unsatisfied with this thing. waiting for your reply thank you

                            I did a mistake, on May 2014 by purchasing Honda Deo.(Jhaveri Honda Mumbai). The servicing of the bike is done from an authorised service center (First free service) by Jhaveri auto pvt ltd. The free servicing is for namesake and got a bill of Rs.385.00. The poor servicing created more engine noise and petrol indicator is also defective. The boot space got jammed and even the mechanics don't know what to do. The finest design of the largest selling two wheeler company in India kept petrol tank opening inside the storage space. Another design feature additional lever on handle, in front of brakes which can injure your fingers. The standard of plastic is so poor that we have to keep the scooter in showcase to protect. The seating arrangement for rear passenger is very uncomfortable. Just think before purchase...

HBA/00156544 Bajaj Allinace - Honda Asssure Honda121 communication id [protected] dtd 17/9 (but no feedback) Car -Honda Accord Reg No GJ06EQ2003 Dear Sir / Madam, As known to all, there was a situation of floods 9th/10th Sept in Siddharth Bunglows in Vadodara. I and my family were also affected and our car (GJ 06 EQ2003) was drowned in flood water. It was very sad and depressing time for us but was very happy to see that Bajaj Allianze surveyors/Honda person immediately came to our society after water receded and conducted on the spot preliminary survey. However I was not aware that it is only beginning of nightmare which I will go through because i took insurance from Bajaj- Honda Assure Water receded on 11th and on the spot survey was done on 11th morning. Thereafter car was towed to Service station of Aspen Honda Chani. Since then, I was following up with workshop and surveyor but till yesterday CAR IS NOT ATTENDED BY ANYONE. It was disheartening to see my car in such state with even NO washing done yesterday . The condition of car has been detoriated in 6day which will result in higher losses. This attitude of insurance company /Honda work shop people has only further added to our depression and losses which we suffered because of floods. The surveyor not given clearance to do preliminary wash to Honda till yesterday as per Honda workshop people & ; Surveyor says that he has given(god knows who was true) I met to the surveyor Mr Prakash Parik yesterday face to face as was not getting proper response on phone and he has terrified me that its a total loss case and he is searching the salvager (very surprising attitude) because the estimate given by Honda is 12.89lacs (with out touching the car.) against 14.38lcas IDV With top level pressure from Honda service official (Mumbai) today the car has been taken for wash and scan and I am awaiting for my fate. I hope I will get a proper justice from Honda for a correct repair estimate and will be able to drive back home my hard earned car soon regds ________________________________________________________________________________...                                   BEWARE BEFORE BUYING ANY HONDA CAR - I AM SHARING ONE OF MY LETTERS TO HONDA... Dear Sirs, After writing you many times but you showed your helplessness to rectify toxic smell from my new Car and at last I took delivery from your workshop. Meanwhile I contacted many persons who bought the same model of your car recently I was shocked to know that many of the people are facing the same problem. Everyone I met said they are very much disturbed with the dead rat smell from the car. Then I happen to meet some car experts and discussed the problem with them. I came to know that the material used in the interiors are sub standard and The "new car smell" is actually the smell of toxic chemicals off-gassing from interior auto parts such as the seating, dashboards and vehicle trim. Many synthetic materials and plastics are produced with chemical additives that are used to change the engineering .performance of the plastics, thus these plastics may contain plasticizers, stabilizers, flame retardants, aintimicorbials and antioxidants. Due to these additives, .many pollutants, including benzene, toluene and xylene, were found in levels exceeding indoor . Now we have formed a group who are sufferer and together we are going to protest for this problem by getting your Car tested for such hazardous chemicals used in car interiors and make other people know how you are playing with the health of consumers. Mean while please let me know your norms and standard for material used in interiors so that we can get it tested accordingly. Also please give me contact details of the directors with whom we can take the matter.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam, I am to inform that I have planned to buy a New Honda City Petrol SMT model. I am living in Pondicherry. Last 10 days back, i approached M/s. Aadit Auto Private Limited, No.43, Cuddalore Main Road, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry Honda City Show room, one of the staff Mr. Sandhanam, Sales Executive met me and explained everything of Honda City Model. I am very much interested to purchase Honda white color. But, the branch Sales Manager Mr. Dileep told me, we have no stock for time being, hence, he convinced me with metallic silver grey color, more over he commited to deliver the vehicle after the formalities on 10.9.2012 from Trichy branch. On 4th, Sept, 2014 I booked Honda city in the name of G. Gomathi, she is my wife, vide my invoice No.CR/Sep/2014/0027 dt.4.9.14 for Rs.51, 000/.- In mean while, I arranged loan amount of Rs.7, 69, 438 from HDFC on 5.9.2014. Further I remitted remaining amount of Rs.57, 000/- vide Invoice No.CR/Sep./2014/0055 dt.6.9.2014. So I remitted the balance and the entire amount Rs.8, 51, 360/- has been settled to M/s. Aadit Pvt. Ltd, on 08/09/2014 (proof is with me). Mean while, the Sales Manager Mr. Dileep, he is the incharge of Pondicherry branch told me the HDFC loan amount of Rs.7, 69, 438 has not been credited till10.9.14, but, really the loan amount has already been credited on 8.9.14 night in favour of Chennai account. Mr. Dileep told the amount credited in Honda city account only on 10.9.14. In this regard i am totally confused because the sales rep and the sales manager hiding the records, since i availed loan from outside the showroom, this is the main fact, They promised me to deliver my vehicle on 10.9.14 from Trichy branch on temporary registration, but till now, my vehicle is not delivered. Now they say that, the vehicle will be delivered only on 15.9.2014. Mr. Dilipan, sales Manager and Mr. Santhanam, Sales executive in Pondicherry branch totally confusing me and irritate me by giving false commitments. They intentionally avoid my side facts and they are very stubborn in their stand. First of all they don't know how to handle a customer, please arrange for a training about customer relationship and not to test the ego of a person. Mr. Vivek, one of the staff from Pondicherry branch, he is very honest in reporting me about the actual happenings. He is interacting me over phone, he is asking more and more excuses and apologise about this situation, he also chekced with Mr.Santhanam, but the sales manager and sales rep are making politics. I want to know one thing, i am the customer why they are making delay to deliver my vehicle within stipulated time, I totally hate the Honda show room in Pondicherry, at last Mr. Vivek, he is very much co-operative and changed my mood to buy a Honda car. So, after taking his words i decided to buy my car. He promised me to deliver my car on 15.9.2014. I am forwarding this maid to your kind reference, please take immediate action against the persons involved in this regard in Pondicherry branch, this is not a healthy way to promote the business in Pondicherry in this competitive world..                                       sir I Have purchased honda amaze in may2013 but the car has manufacturing defect .the defect is that if you run car in 8-9 inches of water which is very common in india the car suck water from air filter pipe which is in the lower side of the front bumper and the water enter into the engine due to that engine damages and cost approx rs 30000 to 50000/- My car is standing in the merit honda Rohtak from 31.8.2014 and company refuses to pay such amount so plz do the needful my car regd no is HR12V0500 vivek mittal [protected] rohtak email:[protected]@yahoo.com

                                        I wish to submit few lines regarding service of my New car Honda amaze KL 20G 8600. The service is due on 16 Sep and i intended to carryout the service before the due date. Accordingly i called the rep from Perfect Honda Trivandrum for further action. Due to some exigency in duties i told them to pick the vehicle from my office. But there is no response from their side. Actually i like Maruti vehicle because of their good customer service and attitude, but recently i heard about the newly launched honda vehicle and feed back on the performance only i went to buy the vehicle. Now there is no service centre except Peninsular honda and perfect honda to whom i could meet, in trivandrum. I think the dealer is not interested to attended the vehicle which are due for free service. I
