I recently purchased Unicorn bike at Pressanna Honda showroom in coimbatore and they quoted around 76, 000. I received an invoice during delivery for only 66000. When enquired i was told different reasons but no proper explanation provided. Why this disparity and is Honda really tracking it's delaers for fare practices.

    Hi,

    Complaint against City Honda Service, KalyanNagar - IMPROPER SERVICE RUINED MY BIKE.

    I did notice a variation in the engine sound when collected the bike after the last regular service (5th Apr 14, Invoice No:14W106418) of my Honda Unicorn Bike done at City Honda, KalyanNagar. I immediately asked the technician to check and he responded that nothing is wrong with it. I went back to the service Center again after couple of days as the noise was horrible, and got the same response that "this is how it should be and nothing wrong with the bike". I thought ok, but as the noise was too much, I went to another Honda service Center after few days and they have confirmed that the engine noise is unusual. Then they informed me that there are issues with the engine and they did engine H/O to fix it. Glad that it is fixed and now the engine sound is back to normal. And they charged Rs 9778/- for it.
    This is classic example of improper service at City Honda, KalyanNagar. I strongly believe that they did something wrong with my bike and ruined my bike. Please can this be taken as a customer complaint and do the needful.

      Sir i have purchased scooty from AG honda MANDI (HP) 175001 and experiencing a very poor service at your dealer last time when i have got my scooty serviced they broke my front locks and lock of box behind the seat and now they are asking for money to replace that even though it was due to non experienced technical staff and all this problem is due to no competitor of this dealer . so please improve the quality of service

        Dear sir, I have booked honda city VX golden brown to crown honda noida. Booking date : 2nd June 2014 In July first week, I got call from crown honda that my car will be coming in third week of July, so arrange full payment and submit it. We have arranged the payment and deposit down payment ( Rs. 5510000 ) and cheque from bank is ready for deposit. In between I was enquiring continuously about delivery date and their executive were telling that honda is delivering 2 cars( 1 on 16 July and another on 18th July ) After receiving payment they are telling that they are receiving white color car instead of golden brown and forcing me to buy this car. This shows that they have given my car to some other person on premium. We are planning to take legal action against dealer as well against honda if we don't get my car immediately.

          I'll Never make any of my vehicle servicing at this work shop my vehicles Job card no:14JC06722 I gave my Vehicle for the second free servicing @3664 Kim's met with the se vice advisor who writes the job card I had told all the complaints in the vehicle and he noted my complaints in the job card when I went to take my vehicle in the evening they gave me my bike with just cleaning the mud on it and just tightened the brakes that's it. I don't know weather they changed the engine oil or not the complaints which I had made they did not made it they did the same for my first servicing also when I went to the service incharge he makes an trol and says that your vehicle is in good condition and says that the same thing happens in the other vehicle also

            Got a new unicorn on 12th April 2014 from Bangalore. Next day visited their service center for the issues like roughness in driving But they said this is normal thing. From third day onwards I have noticed that oil leakage and jerk issue same thing I informed over phone and I was started visiting their service center regularly but no use. After making many complaint they took the vehicle to their head office and serviced and back. But as usual but with new problem like clutch problem and vibration. After this asked them to replace the vehicle, service manager said that From HMS somebody is going to visit to solve this issue. 25th April 2014 Mr. Renjith from Honda has came to check the vehicle . Starting itself we felt that he s trying to prove that vehicle is in good condition. He confirmed that vehicle is in good condition. When I decided to go to consumer court one of my friend suggested that show to other service center where he used to give. I visited and serviced and given back. they have noticed above mentioned issues so done general service and given back. The issues will be rectified in First service. Remember the same was inspected by Honda service person. But after this also no change but somewhat ok for 100 km. and Its gone back to previous issue. Again they asked me to wait for second service . So I have done this service also but its vibrating a lot and rough to ride so I demand for engine /Vehicle replacement. Vehicle driven Kilometer is 2200.

                Got a new unicorn on 27th March 2014 from Bangalore. Same day visited their service center for the issues like roughness in driving Side fiber cover is coming out. But they said this is normal thing but after telling many times they got rubber washer from display vehicle. Same day evening I noticed that head Light is not working same thing I informed to sales manager and as he instructed next day morning I took the vehicle their service center and I got back the vehicle in the evening after replacing the switch set. From third day onwards I have noticed that oil leakage and jerk issue same thing I informed over phone and I was started visiting their service center regularly but no use. After making many complaint they took the vehicle to their head office and serviced and back. But as usual but with new problem like clutch problem and noise from engine. After this asked them to replace the vehicle, service manager said that From HMS somebody is going to visit to solve this issue. 25th April 2014 Mr. Renjith from Honda has came to check the vehicle . Starting itself we felt that he s trying to prove that vehicle is in good condition. He confirmed that vehicle is in good condition. When I decided to go to consumer court one of my friend suggested that show to other service center where he used to give. I visited and service adviser explained some issues like camshaft need to replaced and taper chain adjustment. After taking service they found that nuts and bolt were loose on cylinder head of two wheeler so they tighten and done general service and given back. Remember the same was inspected by Honda service person. And they asked me to wait second service. But after this also no change so they taken again for second service and done service by replacing camshaft and general service. After this vehicle was in good condition for 100 km. Is gone back to previous issue. After complaint from my side they taken for service, this time they replaced crank shaft set itself. But after this service jerk issue almost gone but its vibrating a lot and rough to ride. I have visited their service center again but they trying prove that vehicle is in good condition. I have given complaint to Honda service center through toll free number. They keep call me to inform that Vehicle will take for service but noting has happened. Even I demanded for engine /Vehicle replacement. Vehicle driven Kilometer is 3300.

                  Sir/Madam, This is to bring under your notice that I was a proud owner of Honda civic car with number UP 15 AD 6180. On[protected] i.e day before yesterday, I gave the car for mobile oil change in one of the service dealers in Meerut city - PRIME HONDA. But unfortunately we are highly dissapointed with the working and attitude of the people involved in the service. The car after Oil change cud not even travel 50 KM, and was breaked down with fumes coming out of the car. We took the car again today to resolve the problem, but their attitude was furious and were not ready to accept their mistake, and diagnosed that the car radiator was broken and the coil of the radiator was damaged. several other issues were told by them. I would like to raise the issue that after coming out of the service station and not even travelling 50 KM how can a radiator which is such a integral part of the car be damaged. Therefore I would like you to see into the matter and resolve the issues and the compensation which we are entitled to get due to faulty service issues of the car.

                      I had bought a Hero Honda Hunk in 2008, but I have always faced problems with the Battery of the bike. Surprisingly the bike doesn't Kick start in the morning and hero Hero Honda has not been able to address the problem in the past 6 years, and the spare parts of the bike OMG, it's just like maintaining a super expensive SUV. I would never recommend Hero Honda to anyone in my life.

                        I have one Hero Honda Glamour Reg AP15BN6221. purchased on 10/12/13. frm BHARADWAJ Motors, KARIMNAGAR(ANDHRAPRADESH)..., iam given the first servicing at mankammthota karimnagar hero showroom...before 1 st service it gives 49Km/Ltr... after 1 st free service they reduce km to 40 only .befor 2 nd service it changed to 44 but after service (bharadwajMotors) it reduce to 40 Km again and pulling also reduced their servicing are not good... service engineer also serviced my bike that time milaaege is given 48km/ltr..after five days millege is going to slowly down.present myillege is 42/ltr...iam given the complaint to hyderabad head office talking to mr.nageshwar rao.he was given the respond 2 times.but after that he was also not given the respond.. iam sending to mail ap south divison also but he was also not responding.. as soon as possible please service my vechile ma.imran [protected] karimnagar(ap)

                          I have purchase one honda unicorn on 4.7.2014 from Gajraj Honda, Jharsuguda, Odisha

                          and after delivery I found that the chassis of back side of bike is not accurate/defective (Bend) as well as the handle is also bended right side because when ride with 2 person the back side wheel is touch the right side body then then next day I go to dealer give the complain then they checked by his technician and found my complain is correct. they told me after one day we consult with company and change your bike.

                          BUT TODAY i CAME TO KNOW SOME RELIABLE SOURCE THAT THEY DELIVERED ME AFTER REPAIRING OF THE SAME BIKE.

                          So I request you to kindly instruct the dealer to replace the defective bike, I pay Rs.71667.00 vide invoce no-734 Dtd. 4 july 14 for this and the amount is very high for me and after paying this amount why take a repairing bike.
                          there fore I request you to kindly look in to the matter other wise I will go to the consumer court.

                          Kindly help me sir Honda is a big company but this new bike is total saving of my 10 year labour so kindly change this bike and provide me a another bike.

                            My CB Shine bike engine & related parts get too hot after a ride of 3-4 km Last day on 04/07/14 i given my bike for servicing at Apple Honda service center, Vadodara. but after servicing the bike engine & its subsequent parts temp got too high. i complained to service center but they are saying that it will hot. Please help ... in this service they have also replaced spark plug and filter on life basis. before servicing the the above problem was not there...

                              I purchased honda cb shine regd. No.- br 01bp 7119 in nov 2012. From begning till date 10 times its clutch plate burns for which i have spent more then rs 30000.Every 1500 km cluth plates burns. And also from last eight months 6 times my bike engine is repaired out of which 5 times liner piston is changed in warrenty, and 2 times crank is changed and one timecrank housing is changed, beside money nearly one and half month my bike is in service station due to which i have lot of physical, mental monetary pain.Almost every month my bike engine is smoked and noisy hence repaired by service people. At present my bike is again at service station, plz either changed my bike or pay my money back. All repair work and service done at prema honda patna timely.

                                Dear Sir, I buy honda city Ivtec V model from Lilly karnal on Feb 10, 2012. On June 24, 2014 my car hv small accident and i immediate sent the car to Lilly Karnal for repair. They informed me that they will handover the car latest by Monday i, e June 30, 2014 but try to give even on 28th june, 2014. When i check with them on Monday june 30, 2014, they informed me that they will definately give car by Tuesday ie.July 01, 2014. Today again i checked and surprised to note that they hv not even started the work of painting the car.Now the senior person stop picking my phones.                                         I am Kummara Adinarayana & i am worked as a Accounts Officer at Shriram City Union Finance . I purchased a Honda CB Shine Black colour from Ananthapur from SHIV SAI HONDA at Ananthapur on Feb'14. Till present 2 free servicing has already been gone.
