Engine Missing while wet conditions byk need to be replaced. Hi, I have complained to mechanics/engineers at service station at Mohali/Chandigarh 4 times every time they just replace spark plug or just clean the carburetor/ air filter but problem is still there. As per my known and experience there is electric/earthing problem in wiring/engine there was a charge of like 40/60 watts, second another problem is it only happens during wet conditions. But i think no one is aware of this kind of problem(not enough skilled) either they are not willing to do this. Yesterday again I just give my byk to service at Honda Service Center (Mohali) again they replaced spark plug and in today morning the same problem was there.

    Purchesed a new Honda bike UNICORN... I was truly inspired by there Ad-line "Sach kar denge sapne" but this has been proved a nightmare for me..This is a new bike just 01 year and less then three months old but it behaves like 'baba adam ki machine'

    The details of problems persisting in this bike are as follow..
    FRONT BRAKE:- Whenever front brake is being applied in this bike the front wheel startes wobble.Its quit dangerous even at the speed of less then 40.

    TAPPET CLEARANCE:- i dont know how many times i have to take this bike to showroom and to outside machenics( after being frustated from the authorised dealer) to get its tappet adjusted. Every time after 800-1000 kms a noisy sound starts coming out of the engine.

    HEADLIGHT:- Here also the problem is same after getting it done many times( after every servicing and one time specially bike taken to showroom for this perticular problem) the problem still persist. The switch is malfunctioning and the headlight gets off at evert ditch of the road.

    CHAIN AND SPROCATE SET:- Here also the problem is quite same getting it adjusted many a times but this chain and sprocate set is also very stubborn. Everytime its gives me a continue horrible sound.

    This is the third bike i am using after yamaha LIBERO and bajaj PLATINA. These bike are functioning normally but this bike of honda is becoming abnormal for me.please do anything you can its a humble request..

      We bought a Honda City four months back from Ring Road Honda in the name of Aparna Sharma. Some days back we saw a waterlogging in the floor of the front passenger seat. On today 4rth Sep we went to the workshop and found out that the AC drainage pipe is missing and there is lots of water in the carpet and the car floor We want the car to immediately be inspected for any damage or potential damage like rusting and the car floor being spoilt. The car carpet is definitely damaged and needs to be changed. Also investigate the reason of the missing pipe leading to this problem. I need to be reassured of the quality and service Honda used to stand for. Immediate attention requested. Ph no - [protected]

        HONDA This is in due regret i have to write it down. i booked A honda city i-dtech middle variant on 29th august on a meer pressure of the dealer and promises of delivering the vehicle in a week's time, i did all my paper work n finance work papers are ready and finance cleared and besides this i am getting very poor response from the company representatives, as i tried up contacting them no one is ready to pick up there no. As well as personal no. . Then i tried contacting there GM and ASM but still the same response . And with this this poor behavior of the company i would now ask the company to cancel my booking and keep the money and car as well i won't take the deliver and further the company to look into such issue

          Dear Team, I had given my Honda accord for service at Linkway Honda, Andheri, Mumbai on 30th Aug 2014. At the given time my car music system was in working conditions but after service it was dead at the car delivery point. Same thing I had informed to manager on immediate basis. They had promised for resolving the same. But since last 3 days I m following with them but no proper response. Request you to please raise this issue to higher authority.             Dear Team, I am Vishal pandey and I want to purchase car of EON Era+ but difference in ex-showroom price with two dealers change my perception. First is giving Ex-showroom price Rs. 3.26 Lacs (Kasliwal – Indore) and other one giving price Rs. 3.41 lacs (Harsh Hundai-Indore). Second thing as per Harsh Hundai Showroom current month scheme of EON Era+ is free Insurance but as per kasliwal showroom quation Insurance amount Rs. 10464/-. Due to Unjustified price difference I can’t purchase the car.

              In April I bought a New Honda City. The rubber channels of the doors keep coming out when a person gets down. The solution given by Ghosh Brothers, Guwahati Ser vice Engineer is "just push it back again"! I told them that such a solution is not acceptable as we kept doing that without the service engineer's advice. Then they said, rubber parts are not under warranty (just after 2 months of purchase); so, I told them charge me but solve the problem - if I can pay Rs. 9 lacs, I can pay for rubber channels. One person even said, it will be good if you write to Head Office - many City Hondas are facing the same problem. I sent out emails to Sales, Service Managers requesting a solution a month ago. No reply from anyone. Someone please advice what I should do? Glue the channels with adhesive? Or, will Honda company, with their Japanese Service Motto's written all over the walls, attend to the problem?

                I hv purchased honda city from rajkot, gujarat. The gear system of car is very hard to operate.During driving i can feel that i m driving tractor. The use horn it is required too much pressure.In another cars using latest technology the gear systemis very effortless and very smooth.Horn is also soft pussing.The honda company is reputed but this car operation is not easy and enjoyeble.

                  DEAR sir I purchase honda unicorn bike from Atul honda aurangabad on 14 Aug 2013 now there is problem in battery so I visit honda service center on 7th August 2014 they given a letter that battery is not work now so go to battery service center so I visit battery service center they Said this battery Is out of warranty only till april 2014 this had warranty there is no helping me so kindly help to solve this case.

                    Sirs, I am a buyer of Honda Mobilio SMT variant bearing Chasis No.MAKDD575GEN000389 & Engine No.N15A11302176 and took delivery on 14/08/2014 from VISION MOTORS P LIMITED, KOTTAYAM. I booked the vehicle on 1st of July when the official booking started. Till the date of launch, i.e, on 25/07/20154 no customer was given any variant details, facilities available in each variant and price of each variants. The guess work of various famous Auto Consultants and your advertisements, were giving only vauge idea of variants and prices and were all comparing with mainly that of Ertiga. When we got the price list on 25/07/2014 with details of variants and its features, I selected SMT knowingly what all features that variant has, according to my affordable price which is more than Rs, 72000/- than that of the TOP VARAINT of ERTIGA, ZDI. I was about to purchase the ERTIGA -ZDI in the month of April 2014 and cancelled only on hearing the news of the launch of MOBILIO in JUNE 2014 with a competent price and features that the ERTIGA has and use to made google search to get more news on Mobilio and its images. . Now I found that the last row has very limited space and since the middle seat of SMT variant was made in such a way that it cannot be slided to give more space to the last row. Though a Car Manufacturer has its on liberty to fix the features of each variants in their vehicles they are producing, we canot expect a car manufacture like Honda Motors will take such a senseless decision compromising 'Structural Necessity' like the sliding advantage of the middle seat merely for cost reduction and on which Honda was proudly advertising before launch . Hence I have made complaint with the company to kindly look into the matter rectifying the referred anomaly in the future production providing the sliding facility to the middle seat of all Mobilio variants and provide the same to the existing customers atleast as an accessory on payment. Since this is the genuine lementing of a Genuine customer and reddressal of this complaint will give more meaning of the feed backs the company are taking from us after taking the delivery of the vehicle. Looking forward with all expectations to get an early reddressal of my complaint to enable me to get more pride in owning such a wonderful vehicle like Mobilio Yours faithfully, T P Ramachandran Nair Midhila House, Thellakom P O, Kottayam -686630, Kerala.                         Hello Team, I have Purchased Honda Amaze in month of May from Crown Honda, Noida. I have been calling and visiting Crown Honda for last 1 month for the problem in music System. Issue:- From the first day of my car i was calling Honda and complaint for music system come with Honda Amaze. I am facing issue in Pen Drive connectivity. When i connect my pen drive to the USB port after 5/7 min it Display an error "Connect Retry". Also i have noticed that when i change gear the PD give this error. After few days of the purchase i went to Crown Honda and tell them this issue.They told me that Honda cars don't support PD more than 2 GB. Also as per them Honda says Don't put the songs in a folder. These are only the excuses which they were giving to me. I mean i don't agree that Honda cars don't support such basic things. When i called Honda 1 to 1 i got a call from Crown Honda. They again called me to there showroom and wasted my time in the same excuses. I told them if they can call some technical engineer who can check and tell me the exact problem but they were not in that mood. They told me that they will visit with a tech engineer on the Saturday but again as its always a fake promised make by them, no one visited or even called me on that day. Treating the customers like this is really bad, its their responsibility to help customer otherwise the behavior like this i need to think twice before buying or even recommending Honda cars. As per the manual, its not written that Honda will support only 2 GB PD and songs must not be in folder. I am sure that Honda is well advanced and known with Technology and they must be aware that 2 GB pen drive is no more manufactured. Now since i am tracing this for almost 2 months, i am on the verge of frustrating level. You can check the case and see that how many times i have called Honda 1 to 1 but no progress in the case. I will request you if you can handle this case on urgent basis. I will be more happy and satisfied customer which Honda always Promise. Hope i get the revert as soon as possible. Even now i am not getting any reply of my emails which i am sending from last month.

                          When I bought the new car I was said that u will get the average of 24 ..! After 2 servicees I am geting the average of 15.4 .!! I was told buy the dealer that first 3 service are totaly free, no charge will be taken but now in my third service they are asking for rs 2300 for oil changing n small stuff . And unfunfortunately mouse have been entered in my car n made some of the part damage..! Now this showroom people r asking for fiting charges for eg ( the cost of product in 200 n the service charges are 400) it basically servicees are more expensive then part of cars ...! We are ready to pay money of the damage part but y we will pay the fiting chargees when our ththird serviceing is free ?????????????. This was my first car I choosen honda but it was my wrong decision ...! I wannt you tto make fair justice against my complaint ...!                               Dear Sir, This is Manoj Sharma, In 2012 i purchase CBZ Xtreme in my name of " Manoj Kumar Sharma", from Virendra Automobile Rewari, Now in my bike having engine problem suddenly, and when i gave my bike to Virendra automobile for servicing then they said, engine working having Rs. 9000 charges, I paid the charges, but after some time bike again having problem, Please suggest me & help me for this case, why its engine suddenly failed with in 2 year, Its very samefull for the company, that bike having major problem like this, please solve this metter as soon, otherwise i have to go consumer court for claim.

                                  I bought Kazima R from Himgari Motor Delhi less than two month ago.There was many problems with the bike.The problem were like the sound was coming from plastic body. My bike mileage found 25 km/ltr. I never feel that I drive 223cc bike. Mine also have the starting trouble & initial pickup is so pore. Within two month many parts of the bike get rust near petrol tank, some screw etc. So please take an appropriate action immediately.                                     I have given my Honda City car no. WB02S4214 for servicing on 24th July, 14 at Pinnacle Honda, Kolkata. I got my car back the same day and later on I noticed that the SD card from my DVD Music system is missing. I raised several complaints to the service engineer, Subroto Sarkar and also to the Service Head, Mr.Sudhakar @[protected], however i was assured that i will get a call back after proper investigation, but till date nobody has reverted me. This is a serious issue, not because of the item misplaced, but because of the fact that there is no assurance that your car is safe even in authorised service centre of Honda Cars. If this standard of service and quality of people continues, Honda India will soon loose its service credibility in Indian market.

                                      I have purchased CB Unicorn from Rajindra Honda (babarpur, shahdra, delhi) on 30-jun-2014. Till the date I haven't received my owner manual and service book. I have complained in Honda motors for the same on 17 july and my complaint number is q-170662. After logging complaint they answered it will resolved with in 2-3 days. But till the date no solution has been done. Even now i am calling to their customer care no one is picking the call at any time I have tried almost 20 times.
                                      Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Today, i again call Customer care. but again no solution. They are not giving a time frame or target date to get my owner book. it a shame for Company like Honda a poor sale service. They are playing with my passions. I will wait for few days more after that no other option left except the consumer court.
