When I bought the new car I was said that u will get the average of 24 ..! After 2 servicees I am geting the average of 15.4 .!! The handling of customers during free service is based on the extra options we choose. If we agree for wax/teflon coating then the service quality and response to our queries are good at Pressanna honda service station at Coimbatore. The response is very bad if we donot agree for extra options. I feel that the showrooms and service stations are spoiling Honda reputation. Will HONDA look into these complaints?...
