My new Hero pleasure bought in July 2013 is having a self start problem. the vehicle gets off often while it is running and if it is slowed down. After that it will never get started with self start. I bought this bike believing the quality promised from HONDA. I have tried ASC at 21 Honda and OM SAI Honda in Mumbai regarding engine problem and there is no response from them.
