As you are aware of the trouble in our official vehicle. We handed over the vehicle to your dealer, Vaishali Honda at Patna, on 27.05.2014 and still waiting for completion of required maintenance and delivery of the vehicle. Besides this, I would like to draw your attention towards the misconduct of your personnel, they did not entertain our phone calls sincerely, even didn’t pick our maximum phone calls. This type of misconduction shows the negligency towards us.
You are requested to deeply examine the case and arrange to get it resolved and make delivery of the vehicle in required condition on urgent basis, as it is an official vehicle and we are day to day facing problem for meeting conveyance requirements of our executives.

Comments : Since last 8-10 months our car stops with knock while on running. On such occasions we had contacted your authorized dealer Vaishali Honda at Patna on different dates as mentioned below for trouble shooting of the problem:

2nd Visit: 20.03.2014
3rd Visit: 30.03.2014
4th Visit Today: 26.05.2014
Besides out continuous approach, we found no result and the problem is still there. Our driver feels problem and fear while on driving as it stops suddenly with knock.
