Hi. My Name is Neel. I own a Honda Accord 2002 model. recently when i was in goa my car overheated and i immediately got the car towed to the honda service center in verna. there i was told it was a blown head gasket. this was on the 30th 0f dec 2013. they said it will take a week to replace. i gave them the go ahead. after a week and a half i got a call saying that it not just the head gasket but the whole head that needs replacement a it was damaged. the cost quoted wa 86000. i still gave them a go ahead for it. they told me the part would take a month to arrive as it would be made specially at honda japan. i was ok with this too. then a week later they told me that if im replacing the head i hould replace the valves as well. i gave tham a go ahead for this. the head and parts finally arrived on the 15th of feb 2014. after which i was assured delivery of the car within a week. after a week i get a call saying the car is refusing to start and they are figuring out why. finally after a week they told me that the new valves had been damaged while installing due to which the car did not start. the new valves were ordered. even after the new valves arrived and intalled the car would not start. then they told me that they would have to open the whole engine block and check. they did this and saw that the crankshaft bearings needed to be changed. i have given them a go ahead for everything. today is the 16th of april. a whole 3 and a half months later and they still havent been able to start the car. everytime they give me diff reasons. i have had enough of their now. honda india i incapable of repairing a car even after 3 and a half months.

    Dear sir/Mam, I am sukhvinder jaswal resident of house no.1893, sector-28, Faridabad, Haryana, india. My father bought a new Honda amaze and car delivered to me on 16th march 2014. Firstly I found that my cars paint quality is not to good it has many defectes on all body parts which I launched a complaint on 29th march 2014 with complaint id: 1-[protected]. They said me to meet with Tushar Debnath (AGM-Service)contact no.-[protected].he picked some pictures and mailed to Honda as said to me .they on 1st-2nd april a team from Honda came to see my car along with Rinkoo R Thusoo(Area Manager-After sales) contact no.-[protected] .on next day 3rd april he called me and said that it’s a 2 time faulty car one is pre-inspected from plant and other is pre-inspected from dealer and admitted to fault I said him to mail me or give me in written he said firstly let me give them the car and they will do some chemical paint process so to remove such errors but I refused him as it would decrease the paint quality. But till now they are not in a conclusion to give me a new car or compensation on my car which I demanded Second on 29th of march I found that their sales man issued me some other no on paper’s i.e Hr99sf7981 and in reality it is Hr99sf0781 which he corrected on 30th march 2014 . Third is on 11th april I went for servicing it is a general check up but at the end time of delivery they called me at that time one worker is removing the pieces of cloth which are provided by them at the time of ip filling …I saw that worker is using a sharp small metal sheet to pull that cloth out he removed the front two doors cloth in front of me and back doors where done earlier but on today 14th april 2014 when in the morning I was cleaning my car I found that a huge scratch where present and no one opened the door after servicing ..i shocked to see that Please help me I submitted the car by opening a job card to classic Honda Classic Honda Sterling Automobiles Private Limited 14/1, Main Mathura Road, Faridabad(Haryana)pin-121003 Phone no[protected] Website-www.classichonda.co.in Facebook id:www.facebook.com/cishonda Car details :- Owner name-Kuldeep jaswal Son of-sh.       Service my bike position is worst in mailege and engine condition it is giving only 30kmpl of milege, i think it is most worst worst worst worst ...N bike in india of all bikes, in my life i have ever seen such a kind of worst bike its better to keep hero worst bike instead of hero glamour, so my humble request to all hero glamour bike customers not to purchase this its waste of money !!! There is no words to scold the in dictionary!!!

        I had one bike of Yamaha, one of hero honda and one of TVS victor. ( I am a bike lover ).Today in front of a HERO HONDA Bike dealer in Rehari, Jammu city; I got some problem in the spark plug of my bike TVS Victor.I was with my daughter. I asked for help from the manager and staff/mechanic to open and clean/check the spark plug. The mechanic was free and standing nearby.They refused by saying that it's not of our company and hence we can't do.They even didn't allowed my bike to enter the gate.It is inhuman behaviour from the staff of the big brand name "HERO HONDA". It's not an heroic work from such a BRAND. How you can build good relationships with people? Because of this inhuman behaviour from HERO HONDA staff, I had to drag and push my bike for 2 kms for taking help from a local mechanic .It took hardly 2 minutes to correct the problem by a local mechanic. But the inhuman nature of HERO HONDA staff has put such a bad impression in my mind that now I hate to drive my HERO HONDA bike and it reminds me of the bad experience of "HERO HONDA Staff". It's shame for HERO HONDA. They should not be called as HERO but ZERO. Now I had decided not to drive and purchase any HERO HONDA bike and will sell or throw my earlier purchased HERO HONDA splendour plus. Try to build happy relationships with people not only by selling but by helping in emergency. Good Bye HERO HONDA...           Dear sir/madam,

          I had booked honda city car with deccan honda pune in jan . We were asked to book imm to get delivery before 31 march . We sold our old car based on written date of delivery. Now they are not responding at all, no feedback, it appears as if we were fooled with many others . Now they are saying what variant and color we have booked will take indefinite time, and asking us to change the color or variant. As per my knowledge petrol vehicle launched in feb and booked in feb has been delivered. We are really facing a lot of problem and have no option then to select other car. There is no response from any where. A company like honda doing such thing unbeleivable .

          I have booked a VMT PETROL of Honda city on 16 January with a dealer in Kerala. I have yet to get the car delivered. As usual there is either no information or false information.

            I am struggling to get the Problem resolved in my Honda Brio VXMT pertaining to gear shifting but still there is no positive response and resolution . every time i visit the showroom, the senior staff asks to leave the vehicle and at end of the day the problem still persists. This happened thrice. I have followed up with following people whose contact details are as follow : [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Now, i have decided to report to customer grevience cell for further support and if required file a case in court pertaing to pathetic response.

              Sir, I booked a new Honda AMAZE /1.2 i-VTECH /(SMT) / Urban Titanium car on 08.11.2013 and was promised in writing by the dealer to give the delivery in the first week of January, 2014. But the things as were promised did not happen and I waited for another two months till I finally got a delivery of the car on 09.03.2014 bearing Chasis no. MAKDF155BEN012845 and Engine no. L12B33325805 from the dealer Automax Honda, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi and became PROUD owner though the idea was short lived . Within 10 minutes just after taking the delivery on 09.03.2013 at 04:30 P.M., when I along with my family members was driving my vehicle towards Temple for pooja ceremony of the same car ( ½ K.M Distance), I noticed within 10 minutes that a strange loud rattling sound coming from the front box of the car . The said problem was immediately conveyed on phone to Mr.Shamim (Sales Executive) of the showroom. After that on my repeated request on phone, the car was picked and taken in the morning of 15.03.2014 to the Naraina Workshop to look into this problem. After 7 days on 22.03.2014, Mr. Manoj (Service Executive) of the showroom has informed me that they have inspected my car and found that it has a manufacturing defect in its Gear box and so the Gear Box has to be repaired/replaced to fix this problem. I again contacted Mr Manoj who assured me that he is having talks with Honda people, then onwards I was in touch with Mr Manoj, who said “thoda aur time lagega”... and “Holi ki chhutti aa gayi”, , , and so on. 2. On hearing the above problem, I was shocked and immediately visited Automax Honda, Bhikaji Cama Place, on 22.03.2014 itself and given my representation in writing to Mr.Sunil Mattoo, ASM (Auto max Honda) and also on phone to Customer care HCIL (reference complaint ID no. 1-[protected]) that since the car has a manufacturing defect and the same noticed in no time after taking the delivery, I therefore refuse to accept this car and requested him to replace the same with a new car of the same Model and colour. 3. After this on 27.03.2014 I got a call from showroom that they have replaced the faulty Gear box and told me to take the delivery of the car. I have again conveyed him that I have already given my consent on 22.03.2014 that I would not accept this defective car and please replace it with a new one. 4. Finally on 02.04.2014 the dealer has fixed one meeting of me with HCIL, Greater NOIDA persons to resolve this problem . After lots of discussions and ifs & buts, the meeting was ended with no conclusion. 5. I have spend Rs. 6.5 lakhs to buy this car and still not able to drive it... it really pains and hurts a lot. Sir me along with my wife and kids had waited 05 months ( 2 months extra after commitment time) to have a ride of this new car. My kids were very happy & thrilled and were in joyous mood after taking the delivery. Now there sentiments have hurt a lot and all their dreams shattered. They are feeling depressed now. 6. Even after lots of discussions and complaints (registered online and in writing), I received a call from Honda customer care seeking feedback regarding performance of the new car and for first service of the car which is due after one month. It is more hurting and depressing to see the ignorance of the issue on the part of Honda authorities. 7. Further, I would also like to present few more points as regard the above matter:- a) Though the car which has a manufacturing defect (noticed in no time after taking the delivery), how can the Honda Authorities marked the car as OK TESTED. If it was not tested, then can they give in writing that the car was NOT TESTED? b) What is the fault of a customer who has received the car with manufacturing defect? c) After taking full payment from me, the Showroom persons waited for three days for the clearance of cheques before giving the delivery of the car. If they cannot deliver the car before taking the whole payment, then how can the customer come to know about the defects in the car. d) The customer is bound to pay the whole amount including logistics, Road tax, Insurance etc before taking the delivery. On the other side, is Honda Company not responsible if they deliver the defective car? e) During the course of this time, no substitute car was provided to me as my daily travelling from my Residence to Office apart from other work is 40km. I rely on my car for commuting. I am daily facing lots of hardships in commuting and incurring lots of money on commuting by Taxis and cabs. This is a great financial loss to a person like me who is a salaried class. f) I am a Gazetted Officer in the Central Govt. Department and had taken Car loan from my Office to buy this car. The car I purchased is still with the Honda Authorities and I am, with no other options, paying monthly EMIs to my Office to repay the loan. Sir, the above problem is giving me a lot of mental and emotional stress, which can lead to depression, anxiety and other medical issues. I sincerely seek your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.                 we purchased Honda Amaze Diesiel version car 3 months back but today my daughter said to me that the front glass has developed crack.in the morning she informed me that there was a little crack & she felt that someone has tampered with the glass, even though, we park our car in highly protected area of our society.Then later in the day she informed that the front glass crack has increased with the passage of time.When my daughter got preturbed & contacted the dealer she was given a bizzare explanation that this crack has developed beacuse some small pebble like thing having hit the glass, & now the company will provide necessary guidance for cliam from insuraance co.This totally bizzare thing.Fault of yours is being convienently passed over to us through insuraance company.I may add that when I purchased the vehicle I felt that some discounts which are generally given to purchasers while purchasing vehicles in the last month of the year.Even though I dont have any concrete proof of discounts being floated by the co or dealer, that is why i did not complian about it, but definitely felt dissatisfied.now this technical fault.sorry honda if any one asks me about purcahse of your vehicle i will definitely advise him not to go for your vehicle. thanks, meena razdan mobile no:[protected], [protected] e mail i.d:razdan.[protected]@yahoo.com

                  I booked the new Honda city top model petrol with Pink city Honda VKI and they promised the delivery in march first week but until today we have not received the car. They called us in the first week of march and in order to give us the car they asked for the full payment and we did that and later they denied the delivery saying the color you asked for is not available instead they have sent a different color so you have to wait for few days and now its almost a month and nothing has been done. The color we want which is Golden brown is still unavailable. Kindly help us!

                    Respected Sir, I am B. ravi prasad i buy a karizma bike from show room at ( ESI ) erragadda date 7/13 i got gear problem and bike was not running smoothly it is getting missfire while reacing the bike. i have already given 10 to 15 times complaint to the showroom at balanagar but the problem was not rectified and i request you to please rectifi this problem in the short time if not i approach to the court because i invested 96000 on road.THIS IS MY CONTACT NO [protected]

                      Dear Hero Team, I purchase my Hero Splendor on 12th May 2013 from "SRI LAKSHMI HERO, Malakpet T.V. Towers". The issue is from the date of purchase the bike horn is not working, the same has been reports to the showroom. They changed the bike battery twice. But still i am facing huge problem. Regarding Servicing, the service very bad. As the reputed company of two wheelers, at least we expect the good servicing. But here the case is completly different, when ever i went for servicing they always asked to purchase some thing, saying cable is not working or it will go soon, like that. If I took that and ask to repair properly. But this never happen, always they do some thing bad with my bike. The service is very very bad, Till from the purchase date i am not happy with the product and the services.                         Hi, I wanted to file a complaint against Crown Honda (sec-63).I here wanted to inform you that I have booked Honda city Deisel variant V model on 22nd of Feb and and I was told to deliver my car on 6th of March.BUt till nw I have not received my car and I am getting continuous false promises from their uneducated and inexperienced staff but they are not giving me exact dates.I visited them so many times but they are not listening anything rather giving me further false dates.When I call them they talk rudely and most of the time don't pick the call by seeing my number on their phone screen.I am pissed off visiting and talking to them over and over.I want strict action on this branch . I am also looking for some legal option to deal with them and thinking to put defamation case against them.But before that I want you to take action on them and help me getting my car.I will for your immediate action and action here.                         I visited crown honda to avail free car wash, free car checkup and free wheel alignment coupons for my honda city. Once their inexperienced and uneducated staff got to know that I am here to avail my free coupons, their way of talking and their behaviour completely changed and it was like that I was simply begging before them to let me know that when can I collect my car. Even after almost 5 hours, they could only complete car wash and when I was totally frustrated and asked their manager about all this, it took them just 5 mins for car checkup and wheel alignment...huh!!! I am sure, they didn't check anything...it was really a horrible experience.
                        I am a serving officer in the IAF and decided to purchase Honda City VX MT through Crown Honda Noida. The sales rep came all the way to my office to book the car but once the car was booked the quality of service and oft bandied about customer relationship started deteriorating. After this point the dealer never bothered to revert to me regarding any matter affecting the availability of my choice of color and delivery date. For me it was a situation of getting stuck with them and they seemed to fully exploit that. Initially they promised me the color of my choice and delivery date. However, a few days prior to delivery date when I called them up to confirm that everything was on track they conveniently informed me that the requested color was not available. I somehow managed to get them to agree upon delivering the color of my choice. Next was their googly on the delivery date. All the while they kept promising me delivery before Holi but once again on my checking with them they conveniently informed me that delivery on the due date is not feasible due to some billing hold up at their factory. Once again they never bothered to revert to me on the expected hold up. Finally on the day of delivery too the experience was abysmal. They gave me a waiver on car insurance and the sales supervisor had the gall of telling me that it was a big favour that was being extended to me. And all this when one is spending 11 lacs for the car. All in all an extremely frustrating experience and would advise all to go to a Dealer who has received good reviews on customer experience. PS: No complimentary accessories by the dealer.

On 21st December I met with an accident and gave my Deo for repairing in showroom, I got that back after 10-12 days and now I have seen that they have changed the margat of Deo and they billed as well but now I can see that the pink color is coming out from the Grey one, it is actually the painted one and not the new margat.                                 We had purchased a HONDA AMAZE EMT model from, RING ROAD
                                Honda, Gurgaon in the month of Sep 2013.

                                While purchasing the same we had requested the dealer for an
                                installation of the AVN SYSTEM along with the set of 4 speakers (2 in
                                front and 2 at the rear). However due to non availability of the
                                installation procedure, the dealer refused to install rear speakers
                                and requested us to wait till the installation procedure from Honda is
                                received .

                                We received a call from the dealer earlier in the month of Jan14 who
                                informed us that the approval and procedure for installation of rear speakers has
                                been received and the installation of the rear speakers can be done once the speakers arrive
                                from HONDA CARS.

                                It has been almost 5months and no information has been provided
                                regarding the installation of the rear speakers .Neither they are allowing
                                me install the speakers from other accessories dealers stating that the warranty
                                of the car will get voided if we do the same

                                It is quite strange that car has been provided with a designated space
                                however no set of procedures and installation spares have been provided
                                to the dealer to solve the issue, time and again I have mailed HONDA CARS
                                but my plea has gone to deaf ears.

                                Please look in to this matter.

                                  I have purchased Honta Activa HET recently and I am facing lots of problems with this bike.
                                  The keys got twisted within 15 days & also facing oil leakage problem.

                                    I bought hero glamour from Standard Motors perumbavoor in June 2013. Till the first service i got around 47 kmpl for 2 months or so. After the first 2 services it came down to 35 kmpl. As i am a student i travel like only 20 km a day. But i have to refuel every week for atleast 250 rs which is immense considering i chose this bike for mileage only. Also, the power is so less, it is impossible to ascend with a passenger on back. I seriously doubt this bike sports a 9hp engine. The gears are so tight and hard to shift. Now i'm considering selling this one(If anyone is willing to buy it) to buy any other bike. I've had it with Hero Glamour. Another thing is, when i got one Glamour first it's frame was so faulty that the main stand came off when i tried to put the bike on it. I had to wait a week till they said it was irrepairable and got me a new one. that one turned out to be like this...

                                      i had complaint against Raam Honda service, i had given for general free service to raam Honda near tadband, secunderabad before giving servicing my active was so good after that they did't fix the front shocks properly the handle is shaking its making big noise when any speed breaker cross. its very disappointing with service.
