    I purchased a honda CB Unicorn bike 2 month back at Thirunelveli at REBOTH dealer the signal switch was struck up when i bought, and the sales man said to me, I will replaced switch when u bring the 1st service. my business at kerala so i couldnot do the 1st service, then November 2nd i went to reboth for service my vehicle and i mentioned the switch compliant also after service the switch is not replace still switch as it is and i am not satisfied service they are unnecessary parts replaced and i paid some amount without invoice, Next service i will do at private workshop, further if any engine compliant within warranty period you are fully responsible. my vehicle no TN76AZ0511

IS L15A70028548, AND MILEAGE IS 25602.I get it checked at honda service centre and they have told me that there is manufacturing defect with tyres and will talk to company officials but till date i have not got any reply regarding this matter.I request you to kindly look into the matter as this is not expected from such a reputed company.waiting for prompt reply from your side.thanks in advance

        The car met an accident due to which the RHRR door, RHFR door was damaged. The car was handed over to the service station in working condition on[protected] with a commitment to be returned within seven days. Today[protected] . I was told that the clutch is not working and needs to be replaced. However the car was handed over in working condition and clutch was also perfectly fine while giving and it had nothing to do with the damaged doors. In case the clutch is damaged due to service stations mistake, why would I bear the charges for the same. Firstly the car has not been returned even after 16 days and now they are telling me new things due to which I have been suffering. This is highly unprofessional and induces me to take the action to the court of law i.e. Consumer court. The damaged clutch is completely due to mishandling by the honda employees and would request the management to look into the same.
        Honda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Subject: Complaint about MANUFATURING DEFECT in bike, Mileage & Pickup problem
          Dear sir/madam,
          My name is Vishwas Srivastava and purchased Honda bike (Model: CBF STUNNER 125cc) on 24/05/2013 from SMOOTH HONDA Showroom at Darya Ganj. The bike is registered on my fathers Name : Shankar Dayal Srivastava and the registration number is DL14 SC 5377. Currently, my meter reading is 2300 + 500 kms (got meter changed due to stoppage of RPM)
          From the first month, I was facing the problem of low mileage but I thought that it would be resolved after first service. I raised this issue at the service center as well but they told me that I will get mileage after second service. When I raised this issue at my second service time, they told me that I need to change my bike clutch plate as it got damaged which is not acceptable in a brand new vehicle. Moreover, as per my knowledge clutch plate are not supposed to get damaged so early in a new vehicle.
          From the very first day, I have taken all the precautions to get good mileage i.e. not riding above 40kms/hr and regular check-up of tyre pressures, maintaining constant acceleration etc. Still, I was not able to get the good mileage above 30 or max 40kms/hr which is very low. I keep on complaining about this on every service and after every service, they used to say that now the mileage will improve. In addition, I personally visited Swarup Honda so many times regarding this issue. Every time, they check some thing and do some thing and say it will be ok, but there is no change and improvement in bike condition. Moreover, instead of improvement, pickup & mileage problem is getting worse. I think, this vehicle is not properly checked and tested before delivery.
          I had told my problem several times at Swarup Honda service center but they had not taken any action to rectify my problem. I think the vehicle I am having is having a manufacturing fault and not the service fault.
          Now, I am thinking that, I did a big mistake by purchasing HONDA bike. Customer satisfaction is main aim of every company, but HONDA is delivering bad quality product to customer. These things are spoiling/defaming HONDA's brand name.
          So, I need your help regarding this and consider my problem. Please also provide me with good technical support to rectify the defects. I had paid for new product but I don't know why this defected product sold to me.

              Mine is a new Honda CB Unicorn bought on 17.06.2013. My bike only reached 4200Km & Just 2 Services finished. From the Day I bought my bike a complaint remains, still it remaining. I have done the 2 Services under different Dealor's due to improper servicing, Still the complaints remain. Not even constant Mileage is there, I don't even passed above 60 Km/Hr in my bike, sometimes 35 & maximum to 50Km/Ltr. From the beginning the Spark Plug is complaint, like a kind of Leakage. I always complaint about this, they just clean it up give back, after two three days same again happens. Also Front Shock Absorbers not working properly, Engines Sounds High comparing to its normal. RPM become raised after a riding some time (My brother & friends of mine had the same bike, they don't have this complaint) Please do the needful & Please Help me out here. We can't go for every services to Different dealers expecting they will fix everything.( Still not )

                      I have purchased the vehicle on 06.01.2012 from Chhattisgarh Auto, Raipur. While 5th servicing on 31.5.2013 I informed the service center regarding the leakage but no action has been taken by them. Yesterday on 23.10.2013 I again made a complaint regarding the leakage and they told that the shock absorber is damaged. Further, they not assured any remedy and simply said they don't have the spare part. Kindly inform the action to be taken by me as the matter is already lapsed a handsome period of approx five months.

My customer id is CZ35433. i was told dat der is waiting of 45 days.. still i went ahead with booking.. i made full payment of activa on 1st oct on getting call from sterling honda representative of chinchwad and was told i will get activa delivery with in 8 days...now its been more than 20 days have not received any call from them for delivery of bike...and i tried reaching them over the phone several times and also the respective agent's phone but it is either switched off or he never bothered receives my call... i tried calling sales department but they also never responded...so i hereby request u to look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest...before i move to some other bike (other than honda) or consumer forum.                                   I had taken my Honda Dio for servicing yesterday on 16th of October 2013 to Priority Honda, Goa. The service executive who was a girl did not even know simple basic mathematics and she invented her own calender saying that I am late for my servicing. I had come very well within 240 days which is mentioned on service booklet for 3rd servicing. She said my warranty would b void. I had an argument with them but still refused to accept the fact that I have come within the time limit. I had purchased my bike on 27th February 2013, I had done my previous 1st and 2nd free servicing on time. 3rd servicing was due before 25th of october. I came to service my bike on 16th of october, i.e 9 days before the due date and still they argued with me saying that i am late for my service. There was one gentleman (service executive) who contradicted himself and then tried to give me some lame explanation. Added to that there was another employee sitting on the computer acting like the CEO of Honda. The only good thing was their servicing. Priority Honda does good servicing. All the problems in my bike were solved. Their service engineers are good to talk with. But the girls who sit in the office think tat they are IAS officers or some CEO's or MD's of Honda.

                                    From H.NO.-3392, Arya pura, Subzi Mandi Delhi-110007 sub: Average problem in Activa Honda. Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Shashank Gupta from Old Delhi. I have purchased an Activa Honda scooter from J.B. Honda (40 Rani Jhansi Marg, Jhandewalan, New Delhi-55) on 27/05/2013. From the very beginning i am suffering from the problem of average and pick up, up till only two services have been done to my Activa but my problem is as it is, at service center they told me that ur problem will be solve after the 1st and 2nd service from Globus Motor ( W/SHOP B-35/3, GT ROAD IND AREA, DELHI- 33REGD OFF A-22, GUJRANWALA TOWN PARTI ) but there is no action is taken. At the 1st service time they charge for engine oil(Rs. 215/-) but at the time for purchasing they told us that no charges will be applicable and they also charge for all the oils (Rs.585/-) to keep the average good in 2nd service but my problem is again same till now. And the company claim for the 60km/litre and i get only the average of 25km/litre. So please take an action. So i kindly request to u, to please take the action over the company.                                       My father Ashok Trehan was using Bajaj bikes from last 10 years and he was satisfied with Bajaj company.right now i force my father to purchase Honda Twister bike but we are not satisfied from the service given by your dealer.yesterday, i visit your dealer showroom due to some problem in my bike.first of all when i visit in morning, they say me to come at 1 pm, after that they say me to come at 2pm.when i visit there at 2 pm then they say me to come at 4 pm.Sir, you know i am a student and i have not much time to waste there.I have worst experience from this showroom.daily 1 or 2 customer came there and complaining about there worst service.
                                      My father was thinking to purchase one more bike from Honda because your bike is okay but now He say me never visit there to purchase any new bike due to your worst service.please take some reasonable action.
