Honda DIO starting trouble throughout (not just cold start)

I purchased a new Honda Dio (HET engine) on Sep 04 2013. On the delivery time, i was informed by the delivery division of the cold start trouble and requires a kick start in the morning. Now I had purchased this bike for my wife and by no means wanted her to keep kicking it daily in the morning. Her previous bike tvs scooty pep+ never had such troubles. I thought OK, this is a honda bike and the other benefits are better, and secondly i can't...

The General Manager Honda Motor Cycle and Scooter (India) Gurgaon, Haryana SUB: Bad performance of newly purchased Activa (HET Model) Scooter Dear Sir, I purchased Activa Scooter on[protected] from M/s R. S. Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Marris Road, Aligarh (Model: HET, Frame: ME4JF50-16D7332713, Engine: JF50E[protected]. During my return journey to home from Show Room of Honda Agency, I realized that something is wrong with the scooter I purchased. I felt that a type of friction is there which is responsible of retardation, and this retarding force gradually increases while trying to increase the race particularly when the weight of pillion rider is large. I contacted the concerned agency and complained the matter very next day. They told that nothing is serious and I should not worry. Being a new machine, it is having some noise and that it will be diminished with the passage o[censored]se. The first and second service was provided by the same agency. They tried their level best to remove the defect but failed. They even changed the rear rim between first and second service under the insurance cover. Feeling that some serious manufacturing defect is there, I contacted Customer Care on Toll Free Number on[protected] at about 3:30 pm. On your instructions, agency requested me to come with scooter which I did on[protected]. The technical persons told me at the show –room that such type of noise and feeling is being reported by many customers. They denied that there is any problem with the scooter. They further added, whenever Area Manager is arriving from Agra, they will inform me and that I should contact him in this regard. I am very sorry to say that either they don’t have competent technical know-how or sufficient facility to tackle the defect. I would like to compliment the superb performance shown by my old Activa, I used from Nov 2004 to June 2013. Appreciation of some of my close friends regarding good performance of this scooter and my own experience prompted me to purchase a new model in July 2013. But this time I feel being cheated by your company because I got a scooter having some inherent major manufacturing defect. It is requested to depute some expert at your earliest who can remove the defect. I shall be highly thankful to you. (Dr. Mohd.     I recently purchased Honda Dio from Premsons Honda Ranchi, and gave my vehicle for the first servicing at Premsons workshop Ranchi. tel[protected] and found scratches on its front bumper guard.When I complained it they did not accept and now i m really disappointed from the worst job of workers... Plz help me regarding it.

      I AM SATHEENDRAN.M FROM CALICUT. HAVE HERO HONDA GLAMOUR BIKE WITH REG.NO. KL-11-AD-1182. THE BIKE WAS PURCHASE FROM CALICUT ACE MOTORS ON 2009. THE YEAR OF MANUFACTURE IS 2009. I HAVE A MAINTAINED MY VEHICLE GOOD CONDITIOAN TILL DATE. JUST TWO MONTHS BACK THE CHASE IS BROKEN UNDER THE ENGINE PART. ON THIS CONDITION I HAVE NOT ABLE TO USE MY BIKE. I WANT TO GET A FAIVORABLE ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE REGARDING THIS TYPE OF DAMAGE.

            I purchased a honda CB Unicorn bike 2 month back at Thirunelveli at REBOTH dealer the signal switch was struck up when i bought, and the sales man said to me, I will replaced switch when u bring the 1st service. my business at kerala so i couldnot do the 1st service, then November 2nd i went to reboth for service my vehicle and i mentioned the switch compliant also after service the switch is not replace still switch as it is and i am not satisfied service they are unnecessary parts replaced and i paid some amount without invoice, Next service i will do at private workshop, further if any engine compliant within warranty period you are fully responsible. my vehicle no TN76AZ0511

                The car met an accident due to which the RHRR door, RHFR door was damaged. The car was handed over to the service station in working condition on[protected] with a commitment to be returned within seven days. Today[protected] . I was told that the clutch is not working and needs to be replaced. However the car was handed over in working condition and clutch was also perfectly fine while giving and it had nothing to do with the damaged doors. In case the clutch is damaged due to service stations mistake, why would I bear the charges for the same. Firstly the car has not been returned even after 16 days and now they are telling me new things due to which I have been suffering. This is highly unprofessional and induces me to take the action to the court of law i.e. Consumer court. The damaged clutch is completely due to mishandling by the honda employees and would request the management to look into the same.
                Honda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  Subject: Complaint about MANUFATURING DEFECT in bike, Mileage & Pickup problem
                  Dear sir/madam,
                  My name is Vishwas Srivastava and purchased Honda bike (Model: CBF STUNNER 125cc) on 24/05/2013 from SMOOTH HONDA Showroom at Darya Ganj. The bike is registered on my fathers Name : Shankar Dayal Srivastava and the registration number is DL14 SC 5377. Currently, my meter reading is 2300 + 500 kms (got meter changed due to stoppage of RPM)
                  From the first month, I was facing the problem of low mileage but I thought that it would be resolved after first service. I raised this issue at the service center as well but they told me that I will get mileage after second service. When I raised this issue at my second service time, they told me that I need to change my bike clutch plate as it got damaged which is not acceptable in a brand new vehicle. Moreover, as per my knowledge clutch plate are not supposed to get damaged so early in a new vehicle.
                  From the very first day, I have taken all the precautions to get good mileage i.e. not riding above 40kms/hr and regular check-up of tyre pressures, maintaining constant acceleration etc. Still, I was not able to get the good mileage above 30 or max 40kms/hr which is very low. I keep on complaining about this on every service and after every service, they used to say that now the mileage will improve. In addition, I personally visited Swarup Honda so many times regarding this issue. Every time, they check some thing and do some thing and say it will be ok, but there is no change and improvement in bike condition. Moreover, instead of improvement, pickup & mileage problem is getting worse. I think, this vehicle is not properly checked and tested before delivery.
                  I had told my problem several times at Swarup Honda service center but they had not taken any action to rectify my problem. I think the vehicle I am having is having a manufacturing fault and not the service fault.
                  Now, I am thinking that, I did a big mistake by purchasing HONDA bike. Customer satisfaction is main aim of every company, but HONDA is delivering bad quality product to customer. These things are spoiling/defaming HONDA's brand name.
                  So, I need your help regarding this and consider my problem. Please also provide me with good technical support to rectify the defects. I had paid for new product but I don't know why this defected product sold to me.

                      Mine is a new Honda CB Unicorn bought on 17.06.2013. My bike only reached 4200Km & Just 2 Services finished. From the Day I bought my bike a complaint remains, still it remaining. I have done the 2 Services under different Dealor's due to improper servicing, Still the complaints remain. Not even constant Mileage is there, I don't even passed above 60 Km/Hr in my bike, sometimes 35 & maximum to 50Km/Ltr. From the beginning the Spark Plug is complaint, like a kind of Leakage. I always complaint about this, they just clean it up give back, after two three days same again happens. Also Front Shock Absorbers not working properly, Engines Sounds High comparing to its normal. RPM become raised after a riding some time (My brother & friends of mine had the same bike, they don't have this complaint) Please do the needful & Please Help me out here. We can't go for every services to Different dealers expecting they will fix everything.( Still not )

                            HONDA bike service center around the city all are the same they fool their customers cheaply and suck more money out of their pockets, HONDA bikes India should look into this seriously and take necessary action against this.

                              I have purchased the vehicle on 06.01.2012 from Chhattisgarh Auto, Raipur. While 5th servicing on 31.5.2013 I informed the service center regarding the leakage but no action has been taken by them. Yesterday on 23.10.2013 I again made a complaint regarding the leakage and they told that the shock absorber is damaged. Further, they not assured any remedy and simply said they don't have the spare part. Kindly inform the action to be taken by me as the matter is already lapsed a handsome period of approx five months.

                                  HONDA SERVICE CENTRE GWALIOR MAKE MONEY BY REPLACING UNWERED PARTS OR PARTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED, BY MISGUIDING CUSTOMERS EG CLUTCH, BREAK SHOE, WIND SCREEN BLADE, ALIGNMENT ETC, THEY MAKE MONEY BY CHEATING CUSTOMER WHO DO NOT KNOW TECHNICAL ABOUT CARS, IMYSELF HAVE SEEN UNWORNED BREAK SHOE WAS ASKED BY ME TO BE CHANGED RATHER THAN CHANGING SMALL PART THEY ARE CHANGING WHOLE ASSEMBLY TOTAL FRAUD EVEN SENIORS INVOLVED

Sub: Honda CB shine- complaints I purchased Honda CB Shine on LAST 6 MONTH from VAPI . The, I found a complaint IN my honda cb shine engine noise, after 1 month of my 2nd service.When we reported this matter to the showroom manager, he told us the bike has no complaints.he told your bikes repair with 12500/- RS BUT SIR MY 4 SERVICE ARE PENDING . SIR But we are not satisfied with his HONDA SHOWROOM .
