This is a complain for a dealer -sunshine honda (jaipur-Rajasthan-India)

1. On 27rd oct. exchange done by Dealer Sunshine Honda, jaipur with my old car honda city RJ
14 -8C -5135 with new honda amaze and Mr.Manish (GM-Sales) have been
committed to provide a copy of Registration Certificate (RC) in 30 days
but after 90 days he is not given proper response for a copy of new owner
RC.

2. On telephone/personal reminder to Mr.Manish (GM-Sales) - refuse my
calls and using unethical words which is impact a brand name of Honda City.

3. As per government rules No legal entity without Registration to new
owner & all responsibilities for vehicle on my name either I am using
legal way to solve it.

    I have purchased Honda Dio from VAISHNAOI HONDA Showroom, Kondapur, Hyderabad on JAN 11th, 2014.
    Person named 'Srinivas' spoke with me and made the deal successfull.
    From the very next day I heard rattling noise coming from my vehicle which was not usual. To confirm whether it is the problem with my vehicle alone or with all other new vehicles, I have taken a test drive on one of my friends vehicle who purcheased just a week ago. Later after the test drive I realised that the problem is not normal and it is comin from my vehicle alone. The noise is coming from my vehicle now and then but very unusual kind of noise.
    I went to the VAISHNAOI HONDA Showroom on 19th JAN, 2014 just after one week of purchase and after examining my vehicle for a week. I reported the problem to the Technician there and technician after testing it said that there is no problem in my vehicle and it was perfect.
    I again waited for a week and noticed that the noise is becoming more and more. I again visited VAISHNAOI HONDA Showroom on 27th JAN, 2014 and complained about my problem to 'Mr.Praveen' who is the In charge of the showroom. He assured me that the problem would be rectified and called his technician and made my vehicle repaired. 'Mr.Praveen' said that the problem was rectified and gave my vehicle back BUT on the same I heard the noise from my vehicle again. The problem was still persisting.
    The next on 28th JAN, 2014 I spoke to 'Mr.Hari Hara Prased' who is the manager and explained him again what the problem is. Response from Manager was worst and had said that 'If you get the problem again and again, he said we will rectify the problem again and again but can do nothing' which signifies how much inefficient these showroom people are. When I asked how times should I visit your showroom when the problem is repeating again and again he replied saying that "We will drop you at your office get bike repaired and again pick you up from your office". Response from the manager and not at all satisfactory.
    He called his Senior technician this time 'Mr.Nagaraju' and asked him to rectify the problem and get my vehicle repair done. I explained the whole problem to 'Mr.Nagaraju' took my vehicle, examined my vehicle and said that there is problem with the TAPPIDS and said that it would take a day to rectify this problem.
    My vehicle was in the showroom for one whole day and I received my vehicle on the next day on 29th JAN, 2014.
    Manager and technician said that now the problem is rectified and that noise will not be there. But then from the next day again NOISE started.
    This time I have called HONDA CUSTOMER CARE on 30th JAN, 2014and spoke 'Ms.Vaishali' and logged a complained stating all what happened and asked them to take immediate action. I had to skip office hours and go to the showroom regularly which was so stressful as it was my brand NEW vehicle.
    Later on 31st JAN, 2014 the same technician came along with few others and brought 2 others new test drive vehicles. They said 'Once drive these vehicles and let us know whether the problem is there' . I have drove the vehicle and was no noise coming from them where as noise was coming from my vehicle.
    A person named "Mr.Nadeem" who is the Head of HONDA showroom called me and said that the problem would be rectified.
    They again promised me this time that my problem would be rectified else I can approach higher authorities for replacement. They have taken my vehicle and kept my vehicle for 3 days and drove around 50KM and brought back my vehicle 3rd FEB, 2014 after examining again for 3 days.
    On 3rd FEB, 2014 person named Service Manager 'Mr.Mohan' came along with technician 'Mr.Nagaraju' stating that the problem is rectified and would not occur again and if the problem still persists they said you can come to showroom with the vehicle and that it would be replaced talking with higher authorities.
    A the problem is not yet rectified On 8th Feb I again visited VAISHNAOI HONDA Showroom but this 'Mr.Mohan' surprising said that they didn't repair my bike and also asked me show me the problem which they already know.
    I was clueless when he asked such questions when the technician who repaired my bike said that there is problem with the vehicle and he himself repaired in front of him. But manager was not willing to talk with technician and regarding this anymore instead he was stressing on to tell what is the problem which is already knows.
    I again called Customer Care on 8th Feb, 2014 and explained them and said that I wanted my vehicle replaced as it is a defective vehicle which was given to me. I still get the noise from my vehicle even today.
    On 10th FEB I received a call from 'Mr Susanth' and also the Managing director of VAISHNAOI HONDA saying that my vehicle is perfect and has no problem and I will get it repaired again.
    Despite of multiple repairs, problem is not yet rectified and even today it is still persisting.
    HONDA Showroom people are ridiculous, do not respond properly and they have given me a MANUFACTURING DEFECT vehicle and after a lot of struggle I am approaching CONSUMER COURT for Justice.

      I have booked the new honda city with "deep honda, bathinda, punjab" on 30th december 2013 and paid an advance of rs.51000.00 as booking amount prior to the launch of the car vide booking no. 0026 and d-lit id 1-[protected], the proof of the smae is attached herewith. They told me to give the delivery by end of january 2014. Now they are not properly responding to my calls. Everytime they give me new excuse.
      They are unnecessary delaying the delivery and telling me to wait for 3-4 months but no exact delivery date yet.
      Clearly there is lack of transparency in the system. I believe that they are indulging in unfair trade practices by selling car to those who had booked after me by taking some extra consideration.

        I have booked my honda city up-32dj 2358, for repair with saket motors pvt. Ltd. Vide repair order no.412, dt.27.01.2014.
        On receiving information that car hasbeen repaired.I found that the spare wheel was missing.There was also wrongly claimed wct and s.Tax as well as vat on the same item and amount in the bill.
        It was shocking response, i expierenced from your esteemed organisation that nobody was ready listen .
        Further they also tried to establish that there was no spare wheel in my car at the time of booking. However i have the record for the same in the repair order/check sheet mention above which shows the same was there.
        I request you look into the matter and do the needful on asap basis.

          Sir, We regret to tell you that, Our car, DL-7CF-1550, serviced at muthoot Honda service centre, kollam, kerala, on[protected] with unsatisfactorily and unmannerly, and cost us about Rs.17000/- with no results about our complaints other than body washing, oil changing(by words) and one indicator light replacement. We have complaint about the front side sounds arousing due to bush damages, all indicators, power window (Driver side) etc. They called us after two hour and offered all charges will be around 36000/- and I said today I cant pay that much. and I said you do routine service only and I will bring the car next week. after five minutes they again called me and said the wheel bearings are very much damaged and should be replaced at once, afraid of the safety I agreed that you replace it. and they have replaced(by words and given us two old wheel bearing assemblies) the rear side wheel bearing assembly( which we haven't complained) and charged for that about 14000/- also We requested them to replace the not working Power window switches( as per the media news) and they said it is not for this model and also they rejected our offer to pay for that by saying it is not available As we complaint to the only available person at that time at service section, named Mr.Jaison, he won't say any thing other than pay the bills to take your car.           absolute poor service from muthoot honda, kollam ...customer care is also very bad ... my car, honda amaze is in kollam muthoot honda for service still now... itz getting 1 month to repair... last time also they took 1.5 month to recieve spare parts of the care and took 10 days to change it...! wonderful delay they have made...and service is very poor ... local workshops are far better than them..!

          surely these guys will loose the credibility of the brand...

          i advice my frnds to not to go for honda cars for anymore... if you are very particular in that..please choose any other dealers, in kerala

            I wanted to bring to your notice that "21 honda" service center is not working to is best. I have a complain regarding this. After it have serviced my bike, I found a problem of leakage of oil from my bike. The information of 1st servicing is as below:- Bill no.: 13/WB/13750 Date: 28/01/2014 So I again came for servicing, the next day again I found that oil is still leaking even after servicing for 2 times.The information of 2nd servicing is as below:- Bill no.: 13/WB/13862 Date: 30/01/2014 I hope you will help me by solving this problem.

                I have a purchased a bike ( Honda Shine) as on dated 3rd Nov 2013 from G S Honda, Jalandhar and that time they have issue a Temporary Certificate of Registration which was valid up to 2nd Dec 2013. now they are not giving me any right information about the Original RC.

                  I bought the Hero Honda CBZ Extreme Bike on Feb 2011. Till Now I'm giving it to Janaki Motors Hero Honda Authorized Service Center. I'm facing many problems with this bike from begining like very harsh engine sound and low mileage. When I complain it to the service center they will charge me more than 1500 rs and will say problem solved.

                  Now for past 6 months I'm facing additional problem as when i cross 60 km/hr my bike is missing and speed is decreasing to low level I'm not able to go beyond 60 km/hr. In the service center they said we need to change the clutch plate along with many spares and charged 5000 rupees. But still now I'm getting the same problem.

                  My Usage: 40 Km/ Day.
                  Highway : 25 Km
                  City: 15 Km

                  I'm not able to drive the bike at all, I spent lot of money for this bike service and totally disappointed with this hero honda. No One solved my problem so far please kindly let me know if any possibilities to solve my problem.

                  I fought with the Janaki Motors (Chennai) they said no proper technicians we had but now we can solve your problem give for another service but I dont want to believe that again waste my money. Being India's most popular Bike Company this kind of problems are very bad for the customers like me.
                  Hero Honda CBZ Extreme Engine is good but these kind of problems must be taken care by Hero Motor Corp

                    i regularly give servicing to one of the showrooms in secunderabad i.e MODI MOTORS, morning when i have given my bike for servicing there was no sound coming out of the engine but after servicing is completed, evening when i went to pick my bike and started riding, slowly there was a sound coming out from the engine later after 2 to 3 days it became more bad and when i went and asked, they are asking me to change the part in the engine. Note:Every time i give my bike for servicing, they ask me to change some or the other part I am really unhappy with the thing going on with the servicing. Request you to solve my problem

                        It is very sad to say that service centre of your Honda dealers i.e. Swrup Honda and Race Honda in East Delhi charging illegal amount in bill in free service/warranty period. On 20.12.2013, I went to service centre of Race Honda at Patpargant, East Delhi for 2nd free service and for some complaint in Honda Dream Neo Bike( Registration No. DL 7S BT 2449). Besides servive, my complaint was for low average, stoping of bike at red light and for hardness in Handle. In bill, race Honda charged Rs.751.00 in which labour charges Rs.150/- plus other charges for cleaning the engine (excluding tax and engine oil). Please tell me what is the meaning of free service and warranty. If customer complaint in warranty period then the complaint should be resolved free of cost. But your service center openly taking illegal charges. Please take appropriate action against the service center and convey them meaning of free service/warranty. Also refund me the excess charges taken by the Race Honda Service Center as early as possible.                           Respected sir. My self Ankit Prajapati- I have bought brand new activa(white) as dated: 20/04/2013 From mansi Honda(mansi motors) ankleshwar .Gujarat. my INVOICE NO. IS 2013-14/R1/0000228 and CHALLAN NO. IS : 2013-14/R1/0000253 My vehicals reg .no: GJ 16 BE 3448 and CHASSIS NO. IS.- ME4JF501DD7169339 and ENGINE no is : JF50E70169392 after couple of months my activa is vibrating and abnormally jumping. So in second free service I mentioned this to honda service center, to check-out what's the issue indeed. After checking it they told me that its tyre related issue so, as per as tyre's menufecturer is TVS LTD. Service center have give me a letter in which service center mentiond as per as follow As per customer complain of jumping. After observation we found both tyre jumping in rough road so please take positive action at your end. My tyre no. FR:- Is :[protected] and RR:- is:[protected] So, as honda service center mentiond I reached to a shop(TVS LTD.) for further assist. But, unfortunately after testing TVS LTD. Told that its none of visible damaged on tyre so, we can't take any further steps right now, but for sure as visible there is problem in activa's rim which is obliing, so they will check tyre's again only after changing rim. So I called back at honda service center and HV talked with honda service center's manager who named. As Mr. Nimesh modi on his cell no. [protected] and inform him the issue. And ask for change the rim as well as its under warrenty. But, unexpectedly he refused my sentence before I finished, and said its none of our fault, we can't do any favour to change it.you must have to change it as per as paid basis only. Let me know who's responsibility to change the rim??? Even "Honda" is largest MNC, I can't understand how their associate partners behave like a local one.. Even they are in fault ...                             Dear, Sir with due respect I am going to state that I have purchased a Hero Honda Hunk motor bike on 04/09/2010 and I am also regular taking service from Darjeeling Automobile Pvt.Ltd. From them I also get 2 years extra warranty against Rs.500/-. Now I am getting some problem with engine and that information I got from the engineer of Darjeeling Auto Mobile Pvt.Ltd Mr.Gobinda so I have given the original Extended Warranty Registration form to Mr. Shantu Mukharjee on 19/11/13. He assured me that he will make the proper arrangement regarding this issue. Therefore I met him again on 26/11/2013, He assured me after arrange this matter he will call me. But to day is 03/11/2013 there is no response from his side. So I am becoming very hopeless regarding this. So my kind request you to see the matter and try to solve the problem.                               Honda DIO starting trouble throughout (not just cold start)

                              I purchased a new Honda Dio (HET engine) on Sep 04 2013. On the delivery time, i was informed by the delivery division of the cold start trouble and requires a kick start in the morning. Now I had purchased this bike for my wife and by no means wanted her to keep kicking it daily in the morning. Her previous bike tvs scooty pep+ never had such troubles. I thought OK, this is a honda bike and the other benefits are better, and secondly i can't...

                              The General Manager Honda Motor Cycle and Scooter (India) Gurgaon, Haryana SUB: Bad performance of newly purchased Activa (HET Model) Scooter Dear Sir, I purchased Activa Scooter on[protected] from M/s R. S. Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., Marris Road, Aligarh (Model: HET, Frame: ME4JF50-16D7332713, Engine: JF50E[protected]. During my return journey to home from Show Room of Honda Agency, I realized that something is wrong with the scooter I purchased. I felt that a type of friction is there which is responsible of retardation, and this retarding force gradually increases while trying to increase the race particularly when the weight of pillion rider is large. I contacted the concerned agency and complained the matter very next day. They told that nothing is serious and I should not worry. Being a new machine, it is having some noise and that it will be diminished with the passage o[censored]se. The first and second service was provided by the same agency. They tried their level best to remove the defect but failed. They even changed the rear rim between first and second service under the insurance cover. Feeling that some serious manufacturing defect is there, I contacted Customer Care on Toll Free Number on[protected] at about 3:30 pm. On your instructions, agency requested me to come with scooter which I did on[protected]. The technical persons told me at the show –room that such type of noise and feeling is being reported by many customers. They denied that there is any problem with the scooter. They further added, whenever Area Manager is arriving from Agra, they will inform me and that I should contact him in this regard. I am very sorry to say that either they don’t have competent technical know-how or sufficient facility to tackle the defect. I would like to compliment the superb performance shown by my old Activa, I used from Nov 2004 to June 2013. Appreciation of some of my close friends regarding good performance of this scooter and my own experience prompted me to purchase a new model in July 2013. But this time I feel being cheated by your company because I got a scooter having some inherent major manufacturing defect.                                 I recently purchased Honda Dio from Premsons Honda Ranchi, and gave my vehicle for the first servicing at Premsons workshop Ranchi. tel[protected] and found scratches on its front bumper guard.When I complained it they did not accept and now i m really disappointed from the worst job of workers... Plz help me regarding it.

                                  I AM SATHEENDRAN.M FROM CALICUT. HAVE HERO HONDA GLAMOUR BIKE WITH REG.NO. KL-11-AD-1182. THE BIKE WAS PURCHASE FROM CALICUT ACE MOTORS ON 2009. THE YEAR OF MANUFACTURE IS 2009. I HAVE A MAINTAINED MY VEHICLE GOOD CONDITIOAN TILL DATE. JUST TWO MONTHS BACK THE CHASE IS BROKEN UNDER THE ENGINE PART. ON THIS CONDITION I HAVE NOT ABLE TO USE MY BIKE. I WANT TO GET A FAIVORABLE ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE REGARDING THIS TYPE OF DAMAGE.
