Dear Sir/Madam
I, Dr Sachit Goel, have purchased Honda City EMT Diesel car (Chasis no. MAKGM858AEN000655)
from platinum honda, partapur on 2/5/14.
I booked this car against a cash amount of Rs 31000 by sales executive of dealership
Mr.Bhupender Tyagi who was sent to me for test ride by dealership itself. On 2/5/14, i got
the delivery after giving Demand draft of Rs 9, 00, 000 and cash amount of Rs 21000 (Full
payment of Rs 9, 52, 000 including 2 yrs extended warranty + 0 dep insaurance + Temporary &
Permanent registration).
Now when i contacted the dealership for permanent registration of the car, they refused
stating that their sales executive have not given them the cash amount and they wont give
me the permanent registration. I tried contacting Mr Bhupender Tyagi and he is
untraceable.
Sir, i made the full payment before delivery to the dealership & is it my fault that their
employee have played the foul play.
I am deeply harassed and sincerely request you to please take action in this regard.

    we bought HONDA Activa on 11th of JUNE from JB MOTORS – JHANDEWALAN – DELHI –
    ( DL 6 AP 6111) during the time of delivery - concern person suggested for some sought of polishing - we made the payment for the same i.e around 378/= . surprisingly aftertaking the delivery they confirmed that particular person is on leave that day – to get that polishing done we made atleast 3 visit .
    Now regarding no. plate they suggested this will be done within 20 to 25 days – today we visited get it done after spending 1 and half hr – Receptionist confirmed today that person is not available –though timing from the same will be remain same i.e. 13hr to 17 hrs .
    Means after buying the Vehicle we are on their mercy to get things done ??

      I was purchase new honda dream inOct.2012 from its authorised dealer of bhilai(ANAAL HONDA) & from first month my bikes chain elongate frequently once/twise in month and yet now I cant get its permanent solution yet.I am very disappointed from that & after sales services of company, I was trying to meet its service engg but cant met.Is there any solution for me?

        respected sir this is k.sivaji chowdary i have bought honda amaze diesel version car past 4months we went for a long drive in the car during the drive in thirumala ghat roads we found defect in the front brakes i.e some kind of noise and immense of heat ejecting from the front brakes. we went to thirumala honda car show room but they replied very poorley regarding to the compliant and we are not satisfied, from there we went to mysore showroom but they received greatley whit best communication and replied to our problem...they adjusted the sim of the front brakes the problem had temporarily gets stooped but after a drive of 40-50km we noticed the same problem from the brakes which was irritating to us...so please consider our problem seriously and please give reply to us. thanking you sir... regards k.sivaji chowdary.           I am rony lal thomas from pala, kottayam, kerala .I purchased a Honda Unicorn, black color from muthoot honda, thodupuzha, idukki, kerala .My Honda Unicorn sounds in chain box .After servicing my bike sounds in chain box .since november 2013 when I purchased Honda Unicorn I complaint to Honda Distributer ( muthoot Honda) .That time he told 1-2-3-4 serviceing. but not solve this problem at is till date. My Honda Unicorn is not starting properly in morning everyday . please solve my bike problem.

            I bought this bike believing the quality promised from HONDA. I have tried ASC at 21 Honda and OM SAI Honda in Mumbai regarding engine problem and there is no response from them. They are not able to identify the problem related to pick up and engine sound. I understand, there are people who keep unrealistic expectations and start cribbing about such things.

            Whenever I am riding the bike, I feel there is something holding back the engine or the bike feels heavy while picking up (I hope you understand). The engine if revved slightly is making a lot of sound too.

            Please help me resolve this problem as I still like this bike and would like to continue with it. However if the situation remains the same, I would be forced to sell it (trust me, I don't want to do that).

            Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

            There is no mechanic who can provide a satisfactory answer to your questions. When asked, the answer is always " yeh to aise hi hota hai" Seriously, is this the kind of training they get from HONDA and then call themselves Certified Technicians... B***Shi*
            Dear Devil rider,

            im from Malaysia.from my experience as CBR rider, i have encounter same problems as you. 1st thing you need to do is check your type of fuel, try experimenting with different brand.2nd make sure you warm the engine untill it shows 3 bar on temprature meter. 3rd send your CBR to honda service center and check the Cam Shaft chain (small chain inside the engine). hope this will helps

              I would like to alert everyone that nobody should ever buy a honda city from eastern honda Kolkata. They are total cheats. They have firstly given me the car in a very bad condition in the interior and with scrtaches on the body and they forced me to accept the delivery.

              Then during the first service they have returned the car after further spoiling the interiors. They are total chor delaers . they have not even bothere dto check the air pressure before returning the car back.

                    I have booked Honda Activa scooter from VENETINE HONDA SHOW ROOM (+[protected] AT KANDIVLI WEST SV ROAD MUMBAI. My booking date is 23/03/2014 . I have been told that I will get the scooter in 45 days time. But even after paying full amount I have not yet received the vehicle almost 60days are over now. Response from dealer"s show room is very very poor and frustrating. Why HONDA is making such people as authorised dealer? . I am very upset with the behaviour of the dealer. I request to deliver my vehicle within 2 days or please give me my money back. I will go for some where else. Please give response.

                        I am kaladhar Teek from visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. I bought a new "Honda City Diesel 2014" just 3 days ago from the dealer "Sundaram Honda" Visakhapatnam. And the second day after the car was delivered to us, a technical problem araised where the rear AC blowers were not operational. Moreover fog Is getting formed on the outer surface of the front mirror which is obstructing the front view while driving. We were shocked to know that the technical personnel failed to do the final checks according to the checklist before delivering a car. Immediately we reported the issue to the service people for which they took half a day to solve the issue and delivered the car back to us. But to our surprise, we are again facing the same problem, which they have fixed. I feel very dissappointed for having these kinds of technical problems for a brand new car like Honda City. With lots of expectations based on Honda's reputation I opted for this car but I now I feel very disgusted in buying this car. Now I regret for taking Honda city with quiet a lot of money.                             Dear Sir, I bought my Honda Amaze from Ring Road Honda, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. Last year August. I was presented a HCMP booklet for additional Rs. 15375. I was informed that I do not have to pay anything on my next services till 40, 000 km except for extra job not mentioned in HCMP. On my 20, 000 service I was charged Rs. 969/- claiming them to be taxes. Where nothing of such was informed, neither was it mentioned on the booklet. On my clarifying with the service deptt. I was told that the amount of 15375 paid was actual cost of part and service till 40, 000 km and that I had paid 100% advance as loan to the company which they are paying back in instalments without interest. Mr. Amit Sehgal their service manager vouched for the same and confirmed the same in writing to me. I am shocked to understand that at HONDA we have "cheating the customer" policy. I would recommend rather not offer any packages to attract customer on their own cost.

                                I Booked a Honda city 2014 from Action Atomotives Pvt Ltd on 19 Feb 2014, The sales person Mr.Nitin Goel firmly Commited to Give the delivery of the Car on or before 31 March 2014, on the basis of his commitment i booked my car at Action Automotives, But Inspite of my regular followups till 20th of March he did not provided any firm date of delivery and asked me to wait till first week of April, Till the time he recieves Monthly delivery plan, on 4th April 2014 He called me up and asked me to get the Booking cancelled, I asked him the reason for the same he said, "I will not be able to provide the delivery in the month of April also" So I Requested him to get my Meeting Aligned with his General Manager Sales Mr. Sant Chaudhary. When I gave a brief about my case to Mr. Chaudhary He Asked me to Wait till May 2014 and commited the he will surely deliver me a car Before 30 May 2014 and will share the date of Deliver By 4th May 2014.I was following him up since 4 th May but no reply came up from his side, Today 6th May 2014 he told me That he will not be able to give the delivery of the Vehicle in May Also, And asked me to wait till June as he told me that he has got my car Scheduled for next month and will Deliver the same in June, on asking him to give the same in Writing he refused. Is this the way customers are being treated at Honda Fake commitments given day by day Even by the higher Officials. I hereby request you to kindly Take some Action at the earliest.

                                Same is the case with me here, I booked my Honda Amaze on 10th April 2014 and till date I didn't got a delivery confirmation. Every time they commit delivery, they cant fulfill.

                                Honda doesn't seem to have proper planning in place

                                  Dear Sr, I bought my Aviator in Nov 2013 from Elegant Honda Meerut from the purchasing date i m facing continusly problem, like some times starting problem, some times product damage problem, when i purchased my scooter in a month time bettary was sucked, now all the light has failed, when i visit to Elegant honda service center so they said we do not have a product come after some times. I visited for same couple of times, my feedback to honda its worst product use by you, no body will face the problem only custumer face it. I really trust on honda product but Its worst product and dEaler service. Now I am going to complaint in Consumer Court for harressment.

                                    Hello Honda Motor Team, After taking the delivery yesterday after repairs from Honda dealer, again the problem is resurfacing and the engine oil leakage has increased from the Car, nothing seems to be working well from the Honda India Motors. Brand New Honda City Car has been giving problem from day one. Buying a new Honda City Car has become a headache / burden and leading to stressful and sleepless nights.                                       Sir,
                                      I think this is the 4th time i am filing a complaint due to negligence of the dealer.The photo proof has also been attached regarding the condition of my Activa just after 2 days of the SO-CALLED "service".
                                      I clicked the photo of JOB CARD even in which they had mentioned their own extra "service " which was not even required and without my acknowledgement ( i got to know about it when i cross checked the job card during the payment of bill). Had i not checked the job card again, i could have paid the unnecessary bill, which is so shameful on the part of manager, he made it a request to let it be and was feeling sorry, BUT being not satisfied with the SERVICE Of My ACTIVA, which has the following defects:
                                      1. The activa is making "bladder" sort of sounds as if an ""old"" AIR FILTER was inserted instead of a new one which i had requested for
                                      2. Activa is not even able to take a load of TWO PERSONS Smoothly, (the biggest disappointment i have got as my activa is just 3 years old, and still seems like a new 1 from body view but 10 years old from engine wise .
                                      4. The starting has become very slow, pick-up has vanished
                                      IT makes me feel GUILTY from now for buying any product of HONDA from my hometown due to such type of a dealer...
                                      hope my complaint will be sympathetically acknowledged ...
