Dear concern,

With due regards I want to bring to your notice that I am your prime customer since 2016. I have a Honda City 2016 model I vtec engine. The kind of response and customer service that your company has provided in the recent times has been a sheer disappointment. I would like to bring to your notice under mention points:-

1. Last 4 general service of my vehicle at Central Honda Visakhapatnam was awful and is of no use to my car. Expertise of staff over in the service centre is a cause of concern. They were unable to bring out any defect in respect of main engines, Air condition, gearbox and several operations in the body of my car. This has caused a gradual degradation in the performance of stated equipment.

2. In a recent incident of asking for roadside assistance, the same was not provided which reflects about least interest in providing customer service. Moreover, your service centre reverts back by giving a reason of the day being Sunday and off working hour.

Therefore, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and the service centres may be directed to provide a better quality of service.

    Faulty device provided by hond connect, which has undergone repairs every year since purchase(Sept 2017).Now as per them device can not be repaired.They don't want to provide me new device instead of it...

      Music system not working. Car is under extendened warranty.

      Music system stopped working when it was standard warranty but due to covid suitation no complaint was addressed and i was not able to visit deccan Honda showroom.

      Now Deccan Honda is saying cannot adress the issue as car is not under standard warranty. Deccan Honda is chariging around Rs35000 to fx the touch screen of my car.

      Deccan HOnda did not inform that music system is not covered in warranty.

        Having a very bad experience during the 3rd service of my Honda city 4th Generation at Pahal Highway Honda, Bhubaneswar.

        I have been waiting since 10am and its 3.10pm till now and till now my car has only been washed. Rude behavior by Service executives and didn't received my car on time.

        I have never experienced such violent and trash service in my life.

          I have purchae wrvDiesel car from Sugoi Motors Bahadurgarh model 2018.
          My car sterio display touch screen not working from last two month. But till today dealer not able to change display screen, inspite of regular complaints. Its bad for your world renown company. This is my bad experiance with honda. Pl. Do needful as soon as posible.

            I had sent my vehicle Honda City (2015) for maintenance service to Stallion Honda, Lucknow, India, on 7.3.21. As I am very passionate about the appearance of my vehicle, I had asked for Teflon coating at an additional cost. I have been an extremely cautious Honda owner and the vehicle has always been serviced ONLY at the same service centre.
            When the vehicle was brought back to me the same evening, I was horrified to find the paint on the caps of both rear-view mirror was faded (more on the left one). So, despite having spent extra money to beautify my car, a inelegant car was what I received.
            I spoke to the service consultant, the workshop manager and another senior executive about the matter. But instead of looking into the problem and offering a solution, they have been blatantly blaming me for the mishap, alleging that it happened as a result of having my car painted at an unauthorised workshop. Anybody looking at the pictures of the vehicle at pick up and drop off can easily infer that the damage was inflicted at the service station on the same day ONLY.
            I had additionally requested for a new set of carpet mats. The package they provided contained mats much smaller than the original ones and are not covering the desired area as with the original ones. I am not happy to accept them but the workshop in-charge insists that I must, as they don’t allow any return of accessories. How can they ever provide non-fitting mats, I can’t understand? Additionally, they are saying all Honda City are fitted with the same matting irrespective of their model. I am failed to understand that why the Honda has reduced the length of the matting leaving behind the bare area near the driver pedal control area, which is the most vulnerable area for foot friction.
            Such shrugging away of the responsibility, and that too by senior employees of a reputed multinational company like yours is absolutely unacceptable. I am myself a senior professor of cardiology in the apex institute of my country and am profoundly disturbed by the attitude of your employees towards providing quality services. Please look into the matter and facilitate urgent redressal.

              Hello
              I owe a Honda amaze car, my location is Chandigarh. I was sold anytime warranty by one of Honda's Service manager at courtesy Honda Chandigarh.

              After few days there was some issue in my steering rack.

              I dropped the car at dealership to get this checked and resolved.

              But in response they told me that your rack boot has one plastic tie knot over it. So you got that repaired from outside.

              I requested them that please check my service and body shop records my car has visited only authorized dealers of Honda for all works and services. And I am unaware about any sort of such repair.

              I also asked them that you recently sold me warranty so i m sure you guys must have checked/scanned my car at length, than after you have issued warranty.

              Later on i escalated the matter to Mr. Amit Jain the Authorized Person from Honda Cars India.

              He described the same story as you got tie on rubber. I told him at length that i m unware of same and i never get my car repaired outside dealerships.
              But he said we cannot change your cars Steering Assembly rack

              And i also asked them please explain me what kind of repair has been performed in my car. He didn't answer it and said that we cannot answer and our dealer courtesy Honda wont also tell u on that. And we wont help you.

              i again requested please send your technical team get this part checked in detail and answer what repairs have been made as i m sure never got it repaired.

              Mr. Amit Jain didn't agree on that also and said you keep on saying, requesting its final. You may go anywhere.

              I m risking my life due to this Faulty Part everyday.

              And Honda dealer and Company is also lacking in services, Allegation put on me with out logical answer and reason. Risking my life too.

              I request your team to intervene On Urgent and needful basis.

              Harassment created by Honda to me since 1 and half month. In this course my Grandmother got Badly ill So i couldn't even avoided driving my car in faulty condition of it.

                I have Honda BRV which started smelling heat when driven on bumper to bumper traffic during Dec 2019, capital Honda accessed and said entire clutch needs to be replaced to avoid the smell as the clutch plate and pressure plate turned to blue, they did not find the reason why it happened so. I ended up raising complaint no issue they simply said clutch will not be cover under warranty i ended up paying the Rs.11.000/- for those parts, Pressure plate, clutch plate and release bearing and labor cost. After a year 40 K server done on Dec 2020, by Feb i had faced issue on gear shifting, not able to ### to any gear it was very hard, approached Capital Honda Tanjore, they said it could be clutch issue and i told the history so they said they are going to replace the cover assembly which was not replaced last time, that did not resolved after that they said issue is resolved upon replacing the idler bearing, i test drove it the gear shifting happened but it was not as smooth as it was little hard, I asked was ready to take delivery and while checking the bill noticed the pressure plate was mentioned not cover assembly or idler bearing, asked for clarification the same part is replaced now which was done a year back and what is the guarantee that it will not happen again in a year, they gave concession for the parts and asked me to pay the labor charges alone.
                Am not convinced as fear the issue will crop up again as the root cause is not analyzed properly and correct solution is provided.
                When i escalate to [protected]@hondacarindia.com, They responded back with the user manual stating clutch is not covered under warranty.
                I would like to escalate this to next level to so that Honda really understand what is my issue and address it properly.
                There is some issue(may be product defect) which is not addressed properly and am getting into trouble because of that, Instead of listening to be they just ignore me stating it is not covered under warranty.

                  Myself Victor from Tinsukia, Assam. I purchased a Honda amaze vehicle on 9/12/2020 from Spectrum Honda dealer at Dibrugarh, Assam. After many information given to them about the registration of the vehicle i.e, to be registered as commercial they wrongly made the insurance private. After 10 days the car met an accident, after that when I called the insurance company for making claim the agent informed me that I do not have the insurance policy. The dealer deliver the vehicle to me with the insurance proposal form only. The general manager sales of that dealer taken 1 month time to solve the issue but he didn't. Finally I repair the car with my own money. After all this I complaint on the to the Honda customer support team and now they also do the same. They all says the fault is mine.

                  Thereby request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.

                      Showroom name : EMERALD HONDA, AMBAVADI, ABMEDABAD, GUJRAT.
                      I bought honda amaze s Mt car on 06/01/2021 .. on that day the accessories for that I paid 1500 inr is not available.. so they commit to refund my money through RTGS... still my money not refunded nor the accessories I got ... Today I call the employee about that I shocked to know that the showroom owner is ran away and show room is permanently closed.. now I lost my 1500/-. Please do graceful.

                            I have honda city automatic version model 2016 purchased from ring road honda. Since the day I purchased the car this noise is coming from that day & I had been telling honda to solve this problem. What they people did twice they changed the part inside by saying that now the noise will not come but just after some days again the noise appeared & now again when I registered my complaint & asked for permanent solution, they referred my complaint to cherish honda & they people also raised their hands by giving us excuse that now your car is out of warranty so u will have to pay.
                            Now my question is whether I have done anything in my car & coming to u for a unnecessary solution.
                            Secondly the noise is coming from the very beginning since the purchase & I came to a brand which has its name & a trustworthy brand but sorry to say I am facing a horrible experience with honda who doesn't have a solution to a problem which had started from your product.
                            Thirdly what is the guarantee that if I pay also for that part the noise will permanently disappear.
                            Fourthly I had registered my complaint 3 months back & nobody is responding properly to my complaint.
                            Now you people are actually forcing me to raise my problem & bouce the name of honda on social media to make people aware of honda services.

                                I purchased a new HONDA civic car VX Petrol in Jan 2020 and i always was a FAN of HONDA.. but with Civic purchase (which was my dream car), I AM FEELING ASHAMED . Is HONDA serious about what you are doing in INDIA...
                                My car suddenly stopped in middle of road and not able to even move as the Handbrake was on, as we stopped and post that i could not release handbrake and take ti to side to park.. People seeing my car was staring at me.. and i was thinking why i paid 25Lakhs and some people even shouted at me to remove the Useless Car which was blocking the road.. Your Service team says there is some problem with petrol injector/pump. GODS know why.. Just one year and they don't know when the Spare will be available.. currently i don't know the status and i am in DARK... SHAMEFUL

                                How can a brand new CAR and that to HONDA go wrong...
                                3 months back u HONDA informed we are stopping the car in India.. one more disappointment and thought DID i do a mistake on investing in HONDA

                                now i need to know what will happen to my car and buy when and will i face same problem in Future

                                your Service team says that it could be Manufacturing defect.. which they are not clear

                                    Complaint Regarding Delivery of Car Honda Amaze .I have booked my car from Hans Honda Varanasi.
                                    With all the documents and tooken Amount. .RM and Sale Persons both assure the day of delivery will be on Friday means tomorrow i.e 26 feb and Paper and payment formalities will be done by today 25 Feb on Thursday. I am okay with all the formalities.I have to catch the flight on 26 feb in evenin too..
                                    When I reached at showroom and ask for process documents, they denied by saying that the car has been already invoiced on another person.
                                    This is my first car and first company to rely on the smooth processing.
                                    But I am very disappointed with all this.
                                    And I have to catch flight tomorrow
                                    1.What will I do of that...?
                                    2.If you don't have stock then why you guys
                                    Assure me for delivery.?
                                    3.I asked dealer to give compensation, on sponsor my flight tickets for day after tomorrow 27 feb 2021.They denied.
                                    On humble request, kindly take this complaints on prior basis and do needful.what soever will be.
                                    I didn't not received any updates till now.

                                      I have a Honda City 2018 no. HR26 DP 1404, my issue is that for past almost 10-12 months my stereo is not working. With regliar complaints with the dealer, nothing worked. We value Brand Honda but this is least expected. Pls look into the matter.
