i mr. mool chand mehta had booked an honda activa on 4/4/13, from lavish honda motors. address- lavish honda motors pvt.ltd., hotel srinath, near nathwara road, kakroli, district-rajsamand, pin-3133324, phone no.[protected].
i gave 5000rs in advance for booking an honda activa , colour- white, which i told them that i will be taking it on 25th april 2013, as my muhurat was on that. They gave me receipt of the same. the receipt details are as follows:-

dealer- lavish honda
advance paid in cash- rs.5000/-
name of the manager- manoj jain
colour of the scooter- white activa
on 25/4/2013 on the day of maa muhurat when i went to the showroom and asked them that my activa is ready? i told to give the activa and take the remmaining amount. they said that ther is no booking today sir, that ws the shooking words i have heard from that manager, i gave him the receipt also but he told that we dont have activa today. and when i asked for my advance to be refunded back, they said that there is no advance.
my muhurat ws on 25/4/2013, after that i dont have any muhurat, they just not only taken the money but made me mentally sick, i have an age of 70 years, i cant fight with those guys and there policies.
i kindly request you to look into the matter and plzz give a justification reply as soon as possible, i m ready to come at consumer court with the original receipt.

Honda Activa- scooter — Servicing
I have already serviced by bike 3 times from your chember, Pilot Honda service centre, Near Dukes factory as per free service coupons.Now the next date was given some 29th may 09 and i did not pay much attention to the date b'coz i was very busy in my daily schedule.
Now after i realized that i had to service my bike they are saying the date has expired and that there will be no free servicing. I don't think that's right. You never put this before me while purchasing that it is COMPULSARY to service on given dates as per date or km whichever is earlier. I just thought i'll do it when i shall have time to do so. Yet even after being delayed to office i went to leave the bike for servicing and i was unhappy. I think this needs to be checked out. Why should i pay when i have my free servicings still left? I think you better not spoil the customer relation for such a small thing.
