I am a regular customer of yours since 7 years. I have great faith in your company and you have always been my 1st and only choice.
I recently purchased a honda aviator i.e. on 29th May, 2013 from your authorized Dealer 'Shrerit Auto Pvt. Ltd. , Jaipur' . The details on the purchase are below. I have a complaint against the product. The 'Footrest- Mat' is problematic. It is not according to your company standards. It does not properly fit to the main body of the aviator, and comes out often when driving.
When I contacted the dealer about this, he said that this is a general problem with this product and they can't do anything about it.
I have also lodged a complaint with them whose folio no. is 13 in dealer's suggestion/complaint register.
I would like you to look into this problem and remove this problem as soon as possible.

Also, I have a suggestion for a possible solution of the problem. The diameter of the footrest-mat 'rubber locks' that fix the mat to the body can be increased so that they lock properly.

HONDA AVIATOR — non geuine product

dear sir/madam,
i bought honda aviator on 1 nov 2009,since then it has so may problems that i have to go to agency after every second day.as the scooter is self start i have problem in that.it does not work and i have to use the kick.when i got it checked they said that the battery needs to be charged.they charged it and gave it to me.again after two days it did not work and i had to go again ,they said that they will charge the battery again.wat they hell these guys are just makig fool of me.i am working and i dont have much time.kindly c to it plzz dont ignore.your employees quality is not that good.kindly c to it.wat is the fun spending so much and not geeting worth of it.

Hero Aviator — Product fault

Dear Sir / Madam

The model is Aviator and its no. is RJ-14NS 3905. Invoice no. is 09INO1234 From Satnam Honda in Jaipur.

After 1-2 months from purchase, it started giving trouble. Even after the servicing, problems were there and recently, when I got it back from the service centre, my problems increased. Despite of getting few of them solved. I was indulged with many more problems which are listed below:

· Its self start, alarm as well as horn does not work

· It is not giving its average (per litre).

· Its front part has left its position.



We are now very much fed up from all these.

Very First Service Then Service Staff Says That This Aviator Pc Is diffictive.But Sevrel Times Problem Solve in Warranty Period but not give proper soluation.I will pay any cost to give proper soluation from your's Side.

    I HAD BOOKED A HONDA AMAZE PETROL CAR (MODEL-SMT) WITH LALLY AUTOMOBILES, WAZIRPUR ON 7TH APRIL, 2013 WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 4 WEEKS AS VERY FEW CUSTOMERS HAVE BOOKED PETROL CARS. MOREOVER THE BOOKING OF AMAZE CAR WAS MOSTLY DONE FROM THE DATE OF ITS LAUNCH i.e. 11TH APRIL, 2013. NOW THE DEALER SAYS THAT DELIVERY OF THE CAR WILL TAKE 2 MORE MONTHS i.e. EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY WILL BE AROUND JULY END. DESPITE MY REPEATED PERSONAL REQUESTS AND E MAILS THEY HAVE REFUSED TO ADVISE ME ABOUT MY WAITING NUMBER AND THAT UPTO WHICH NUMBER THEY HAVE DELIVERED AMAZE PETROL CARS. I BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE INDULGED IN UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE AND ARE SELLING CARS TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOOKED CARS AFTER 7TH APRIL 2013 AGAINST SOME CONSIDERATIONS.     Honda — delay in delivery

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    It will be a great favor on me if you give the above matter your immediate attention and do the needful.
    Myself, Mr. Paresh V. Prekh has booked an vehicle (Honda Activa) on 05/09/11 and has also done the l advance payment Rs. 5000.00 for the same on 05/09/11 Receipt No. HDFC/09/150 but till now I haven’t got the delivery of the vehicle. I have done this booking in authorized center of the company which is known as APEX AUTOMOTIVE(MANINAGAR) and my booking number is DMS-61597.It is almost 3 Month nearest

    Company is ripping off people coz i[censored] want scooter at current. You have to buy with accessories and AMC 3 Years which cost you Rs.6000.00 extra and market price for accessories Rs. 1000.00 and if you want scooter without accessories book your scooter and get your scooter after 6 months.

    I hope you will understand my problem and will look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

    I booked it on 2nd May with 4 weeks promise for Petrol Car. Now ther are telling, It would be only deliver by 29th August.

    I never expected this kind of false commitments from Honda Motors.

    I booked an Amaze Diesel entry variant (E) on 12th April, 2013 (next day of the launch) at Pearl Honda, Gurgain, and was told that the car will be delivered in 2 months time.

    Now (on 12 Jun 13) they inform me that the car is going to be delivered in September 2013 (hope so).

    Honda is definitely getting into some unfair trade practices or else there is some serious problem in the car because of which they might have stopped/reduced production capacity of the car.

    I have decided Not to wait till September and am opting for refund of booking amount...I am planning to go for Dzire instead...

    I book the car on May 25, 2013, the staff told me i will get the car in 1 or 2 months. Its more than 1.5 months and now the relationship manager tells me the car will take 4 months for delivery.
    I want to know will anyone wait for his car of 6 months?

    I have been told several reasons for delay sometimes she says its production issue, some times its the issue of petrol car, sometimes its the color.

    I am amazed how she comes up with a new lie every week

    Kindly go through and care for your customers. This dealership is crating a very bad name for Honda.

      I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW BIKE CB SHINE FROM M/S JOSHI AUTO SCANS SEC -8 PANCHKULA ON 04 JUL 12. ON 26 SEP 12 WHILE DRIVING THE CHIN OF MY BIKE HAS SUDDENLY BROKEN. IT COULD HAVE BEEN FATAL BUT I WAS SAVED BY THE GRACE OF GOD. ON 27 SEP I VISITED M/S KRISHNA AUTOMOBILES IN CHANDIGARH FROM WHERE I WAS GETTING MY VEHICLE SERVICED REGULARLY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CHAIN SET. BUT THEY HAVE TOLD THAT AS PER COMPANY NORMS IT CANNOT BE REPLACED. ON THE SAME DAY I HAD VISITED M/S JOSHI AUTOSCANS IN PANCHKULA THE SAME WAS THEIR REPLY. THEN ON 27 NOV 12 I FILED A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM VIDE COMPLAINT NO. 782 OF 2012. AS THE CASE WAS LOW VALUE I HAVE HIRED ANY LAWYER TO PRESENT MY SIDE. BUT AS I AM A SERVING DEFENCE PERSON I WAS NOT ABLE TO PUT FORTH MY POINTS/ SUGGESTIONS.         I am unhappy to send you a complaint, since Honda is a well established standard company. but i was delivered with a defected bike, of course it may be done by someone else working in Honda, but i don't know exactly who done this so Please investigate in this issue and give me a proper solution.         Complaint:
        I have bought a Honda Shine on 3.12.2012 from KSN Honda, chennai. Initially they said that the bike will take some time to set to your control and it will take 1 week of time. But after 1 week of time i have faced too many problems in my bike like Engine noise sound, Unable to raise after lowering of gear, Gear raising and lowering etc. As i was not a bike specialist and simply a end user i dont know what exactly the problem is and during the 1st service i have escalated all the above mentioned problems, they replied that everything will be resolved. But even after that also i was facing the same issues and i have called the sales man complaint about it and he said that at the time of 2nd service they will resolve it. So during 2nd service also i have escalted what happened previously and with the help of my friend who is a mechanic in honda service center, i found the problem in my bike is Clutch bell and which has to be replaced. But the service center guys said that i cant be claimed in warranty. But my complaint is that my bike was facing this problem from the day i bought the bike and only because i believed honda blindly and i did't aware of the issue it takes upto 2nd service to notice this problem. So it is the problem from delivering the bike to me. So please provide me a solution for this issue ASAP.

          Complaint – Break Pads and Disc Damaged fully both side ( may be changed at the time of authorized service center, if not, then why with in short period?)
          Sir, We are managing / regular using four wheelers since 1987, and such complaint we got from such a brand company which is not tolerated, It is really a question of life. We are again requesting you to solve our/ your tension ASAP. We would be thankful and highly obliged.

            I Narendra N. Gawande R/o Gokul colony, Jawahar nagar, akola. I have own the Honda Activa since last month. The first servicing was held on the dated 18/5/2013. That was the First servicing. I Note down the problems of that activa. But i am very unsatisfied with servicing. The service staff dose not complete the work against the problem sheet. Very next day today morning at 10.30 am i was visited to the Khandelwal Honda Service Centre, but they tell me you will came in the evening and we will see the problems.

            Honda Activa- scooter — Servicing

            I have already serviced by bike 3 times from your chember, Pilot Honda service centre, Near Dukes factory as per free service coupons.

            Now the next date was given some 29th may 09 and i did not pay much attention to the date b'coz i was very busy in my daily schedule.

            Now after i realized that i had to service my bike they are saying the date has expired and that there will be no free servicing. I don't think that's right. You never put this before me while purchasing that it is COMPULSARY to service on given dates as per date or km whichever is earlier. I just thought i'll do it when i shall have time to do so. Yet even after being delayed to office i went to leave the bike for servicing and i was unhappy. I think this needs to be checked out. Why should i pay when i have my free servicings still left? I think you better not spoil the customer relation for such a small thing.

            Honda — about servicing

            im ss naik purchacing a honda unicon bike i m not saticefy abut servicing & avilibility of its parts at my town parts r not avilable at my citiy & at honda showroom there people are neglecting about this

            Activa Scooter — servicing

            I have given my honda activa scooter on November 17, 2010 for servicing (S-13) to Swaroop Honda , 186/187, Parpargang industrial area. They have not yet done it.

              Hello Sir,
              I have booked my parcel i.e. motor bike (Hero Honda Passion Plus bike) from secunderabad to badnera in Bikaner Express (Train No. 17037) dated 01.05.2013. But till now i am unable to trace my bike where it is parcel. As asked to badnera station this people refused for any such kind of parcel and not able to give any further information.No anyone from relway department help me ,everyone neglecting this issue.I want my bike as early as possible .i informed to NR cell of Secundrabad, Bikaner,Badnera but till no anyone resolved this problem .this type of mistake shoud not happened this is very shamefull on Indian Railway Because such type of people are working in Railway .Already i complaint on Many times but no anyone taking care of this issue.what i should do Please suggest me And help me.Already 18 Days crossed.               This is very shameful for the railway department that day by day the parcel which are sent by the rail route are not going to thier destination. I had booked ny bike from snp to btt on 07-04-09 but due to the foolishness of the luggage department they had sent my bike on0649 in saryujamuna exp. so yuo tell me what i have to do now with this problem because i know the rule of govt. that they had made bundles of coplaints and had to dell in rubbish rate so i very well know that there will be no legal actions will taken against my complaint. and i will be really thankful to you if you will help us,

I lost my motorcycle ( black colour , hero honda splendar plus) on 28.9.2009 from patel nagar market at 8:45 pm during deshra celebreating. my FIR No is 431 dated 28.9.2009 at patel nagar police station.                 I have honda unicorn 2007 model, now a days m facing fork problem!!!! tilting towards right!!!! I had been to showroom as well as local mechanic to get it repaired, they took for 2-3 days time saying tat fork is having bend in it so it should be taken to lathe!!! but problem became so serious to me that it started tilting more at right!!!! is thr any proper solution???? if yes wat is it???? and also i have decided to change full fork set!!!!! how much it may cost????!

                  I had purchased Honda Activa from Srivari Honda, East Fort, Thrissur on 30 Mar 2013 vide your invoice No VSI 6248. The chasis No of the vehicle isME4JF5101CD8137832, Engine No JF50E80136776 and Regn No KL 08 AZ 9896. After two days it was seen that the self starter and kicker is complaint .(The information send to the show room through e-mail). The same matter was informed to the show room, and they advised me to check the vehicle after first service. The vehicle was handed over to show room on 04 May 13 for first service. The mechanic replied that there was no complaint with kicker & self starter .The vehicle was collected after servicing and from same next day itself the vehicle showed no improvement with the self and kicker starter. I think the battery of the Activa is of low charge and battery was not recharged. I request you to either change the battery and repair the kicker starter or change the vehicle. This is foryour written information and record. Im awaiting for your reply.

                  Activa — weak battery

                  I purchased activa on 18th may 2011 .Since its purchase battery is not working properly if the scooter is not used even for a day ,the battery doesn't function at all and self becomes in operative.

                    I am writing this to bring to your kind attention a very unpleasant experience which I had from your local service centre at Shymas Honda, Kayamkulam. I had handed over my Honda Activa Scooter for accident claim to this centre on 15/05/2013. I clearly mentioned the essential maintenance to be done and the routine maintenance to the reception as well as to the chief mechanic. But the concerned staffs at the service centre were very reluctant to hear my complaints or give an explanation.

                      I've been complaining for many problems since the first day of the purchase from which only some were solved. The major problem is regarding the handle trembling on double seating and bending towards right side in single as well as double. During every service I've complained about it but just they are playing tricks by making handle tight/loose and trying to convince the costumer, telling that your vehicle is alright.
                      It is fearful for me to drive the bike as my left shoulder is paining severely and to take family along.
                      My family is complaining that you bought a waste bike, from almost one year we are suffering, instead we would have purchased from any other brand.
                      I’m fed up with HONDA’s service. At last if my problem is not solved even by this time I will demand for refund or a new bike replacement.

                            i mr. mool chand mehta had booked an honda activa on 4/4/13, from lavish honda motors. address- lavish honda motors pvt.ltd., hotel srinath, near nathwara road, kakroli, district-rajsamand, pin-3133324, phone no.[protected].
                            i gave 5000rs in advance for booking an honda activa , colour- white, which i told them that i will be taking it on 25th april 2013, as my muhurat was on that. They gave me receipt of the same. the receipt details are as follows:-
                            receipt no. 172, date-4/4/2013
                            dealer- lavish honda
                            advance paid in cash- rs.5000/-
                            name of the manager- manoj jain
                            colour of the scooter- white activa

                            on 25/4/2013 on the day of maa muhurat when i went to the showroom and asked them that my activa is ready? i told to give the activa and take the remmaining amount. they said that ther is no booking today sir, that ws the shooking words i have heard from that manager, i gave him the receipt also but he told that we dont have activa today. and when i asked for my advance to be refunded back, they said that there is no advance.
                            my muhurat ws on 25/4/2013, after that i dont have any muhurat, they just not only taken the money but made me mentally sick, i have an age of 70 years, i cant fight with those guys and there policies.
                            i kindly request you to look into the matter and plzz give a justification reply as soon as possible, i m ready to come at consumer court with the original receipt.

                            sir i haved booked my honda in Feb ending and i am not getting a bike they are saying me if you want a bike you would have to give a ON(Black money) Extra Rs.8000 or other wise you would have to wait for 4months.

                            My name is V.Janardhana Rao and i am 74 years old.

                            I have booked Honda Activa - Gray colour on `12/10/2010 after paying Rs.1000/- as advace. i have received a call on 01/02/2011 from local Dealer (kanaka durga automibles) in Vijayawada to pay full amount to get the vehicle with in 45 days. We have paid Rs.55777/- on 02/04/2011. since then i have been roaming around dealer to get my vehicle. They have failed several times on their commitment. i have called customer care many times but invain. after repeated call to dealer i have received a call from dealer on[protected] and i was asked to submit all original receipts which i did promptly. i was asked to come today at 12 noon to take the delivery of the vehicle. again when i went to show room to get my vehicle i was told the gray color honda activa is not available and i can collect black colour one if i wish on[protected]. Dealer is also asking me to pay Rs.1250 towards registration services charges.

                            i have few questions to ask

                            1) why the dealer is taking so much time to deliver the vehicle.

                            2) when we have clearly mentioned about the colour(Gray) why the same colour was not dispatched?

                            3) Why is dealer is charging aprox Rs.3500/- in name of honda co accessories with condition that without accessories they dont sell the vehicle. why sould i pay additional charges Rs.1250/- towards service charges?

                            Request you to lookinto the matter on priority and see to that the my Gray Color Honda Active be delivered to me immediately.

My Scooter Booking No. 300017 dt. 25/09/2011 – Receipt No. 4593 dt. 22/03/2012 paid Rs 53415 - Delivery promised on 31/03/2012, however, inspite of repeated phone calls and personal visits, delivery is not made till date. The dealer Pilot Honda, Chembur, Mumbai is only making false promises. Today also they have told it will take one week. Please look into the matter and reply at the earliest.

                              them back home so again when i reached home the problem was not solved & one new problem was also started ther is
                              lot of vibration comming from engine & from front pannel i go back again in showroom & tell the problem they not
                              listen my problem & said it shoud be like this only but when i said to check in other new activa there in not a singal
                              vibration & engine noice comming so i said to change my activa but they dont (manager-Mr.GULATHI) listen & misbehave
                              with me and said come tommorow we will see your problem but same reaction when i reached next day they accecpt that
                              there is a problem in activa but insted of noying this they ignore to solve my problem & said it is normal so what is
                              a use of spending 57 thousand if nobody listen coustmer they take my activa 2 times in workshop & open from brake front
                              pannel from engine they scratched all my new activa i wil take this matter in court...........so you please see this
                              matter & take some serious action for this...

                                I meet owner of the service center but No response from him and Honda has certified them as an authorized service center without having a basic pre-request of the service center.

                                In single word I can say that pathetic services by ‘Pritam Honda’

                                  I met with an accident on 14th April,2013 in Rajasthan. And, got my vehicle parked at Auto Max Honda service station Mayapuri, New Delhi on 16th April,2013.

                                  My car is totally damaged from all sides. But, i am very glad to say that its Air Bags, didn't open.

                                  I am very much harassed after such a bad accident. As from the last 7 days my vehicle is parked over-there.

                                  Please find the attached pictures and let me know that after such a huge accident air-bags should open or not.

                                  Either Honda is not delivering accurate quality or they are making fool of the customers for SALE of their product.

                                  Please explain :

                                  Why a customer is spending 1.5 lac more ? ( only for that safety which is not their in Honda Cty )

                                  Star city — manufacturing fault

                                  I purchase starcity vehicle from AK Gandhi, Wardha 6 mth back.There was manufacturing fault in the vehicle which was also confirmed by the manager who is presently using the vehicle for varification since 20 days. After enquiry from my wardha relative Mr.Yashwant Waghmare, he confirmed the problem and promised me to replace the vehicle.since one month no action was taken neither he is giving back me the vehicle

                                      hero, honda, bajaj and tvs and mahindra two wheeler agencies are charges for two wheeler sealing.
                                      These charges not shown in advertise and any pamplet handling charges. And these companies service centers not given services to new vehicles as per instruction books, they only wash and deliver to customers and charging for oil replacing.
