    i own honda activa sincelast one year,since then i have gone through a very bad experience first of all the first 4 free services were not done properly. bike when given for servicing was not handled properly people working at the service centre are illiterate and very rude, when i asked them,''how do i communicate to the head office regarding any issue they give back answers. after servicing the bike is with two to three scraches and again i m to be blamed. the handle part of the bike was damaged within no time. my bike's speedo meter was also replaced as the original one was rusted. so my question is..'' is this the quality that honda delivers. solapur dealer doesnt deserve to sell bikes after all it is ruining honda's name. i hope this feed back will help the company to improve a little bit.

      I kindly bring up to your kind notice that i have got a complaint against the ADITHYA PJR SERVICE CENTER OF HERO MOTORCYCLES, PALAKKAD.
      They bring up with improper service to my motorcycle. I had no complaints with my bike (HERO HONDA HUNK) before delivering the bike to the service center. But when i got back my bike after service, it was having problem with the alignment of back tires and also there seems to be some sound coming from the engine.
      i informed the service center officials but they were not ready to take any solution to my problem..

      Hero Honda — Improper Service

      Hey i purchased my Hunk from Saharanpur but i am a working professional i chandigarh Earlier i have also posted a mail but at that time everything goes okay but now my bike from the starting has this self and battery problem in it and whenever i go to Charisma Service center in CHD den they use to charge my battery for one day and after that few days my bike battery works fine and after that again same problem and now what i've done a slight modification in ma bike i used a Different HORN and which these people say is a haeavy horn and consumes whole of baterry but the same horn when installed on my friend's PULSAR then it went okay and that bike is not creating any problem then why so in Hero Honda and if you Go to CHARISMA hero honda and scroll down the Records you would definitely find my servicing report and everytime i mentioned this Battery Problem and nothing is done .This what INDIAN top ranked Bikes Company IS ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????
      My vehicle chassis broken, even after my repeated complaint there is no response from Hero Honda, Now I am in a position to replace chassis at own cost. Kindly do the needful

      hello i m also not satisfied with the this product of herohonda about its service and availibility of the spare parts. m having hunk purchased recently also in the warranty, my gears were not working smoothly so i move it to the service center and was told to leave it and will be returned back after two days and yet now there two days has not been completed its been 28 days and m having much difficulty in attending my duties wat sholud i do? on asking to service center manager they replied that the part which is required is not in stock both in service center as well as in the company?????????????????????

      I brought a new hunk from ace motors ,calicut last November 2011, i have completed 2 services in time, now the self start of the bike was not working, since bike was not having kicker, its not able to run the vehicle.the shop was not taking the matter seriously.what should i do?

        I have purchased HONDA Activa new model (grey) from Sharayu motors on 22nd Jan 2013.Reg. no MH 02 DB 1031.I met an accident on 8th feb 2013 and have given my vehicle on 10th Feb at 21 HONDA dealer in Saki Naka Andheri for repair under insurance claim.

        Till date I am waiting for my vehicle which is not ready as per the dealer to non availability of "BATTERY BRACKET" which HONDA people have not delivered till date at the dealers place who have ordered them on feb 18th. I am continuously following up with HONDA'S pune office and Gurgoan customer care but still my problem remains unsolved. They are saying that they have dispatched on 20th feb and again on 6th March but are not ready to share the details. I have sent so many mails and when I ask for the reply, their employee, Mr. Naveen says " Aapko part chahiye, yaa mail pe reply? agar reply chahiye toh part nahi denge.." This is their customer service...Who never bother to take calls laso...the toll free number [protected] just keeps on ringing...For apart of Rs. 400/- my 60,000 vehicle is lying with the dealer since 1 month now...

        I need quick action to be taken on Honda people and resolution to my problem..

        Honda Activa — SERVICE NOT UPDATED

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        As i have being the honda activa purchased on 25/06/2008 from Prathul Honda Somajiguda from day one i have being giving for the service at the showroom there is no proper service being given to the vehicles some times they mis fitting the screw to some of the critical areas, one good day i got my activa punchured i called up to the break dowm people to take up the vehicle get punchred & service the vehicle at that time my vehicle 20600 KMs,after four days i took the vehicle from the service i have observed that my vehicle is vobbling i went showed it in the prathul Honda one Mr. J.M Babu Service Advicer asked me to change the wheel rim without taking any notice of the vehicle. i shouted at him and i told him i will come back next day & drop the vehicle to get it rectify the problem, the next day i went Mr Khan has taken up the issue & sloved some of the problem, Kindly Take up the issue with the compamy not to expolide the coustmer which i was been expersinesed .

        now loan has approved and bieng started i have already paid down payment, i have pay to bank per month as emi , even emi has also started the dealer is playing with me , i have already got all of the papers from bank where loan has clamed , a thousand of time i have asked to bu bhandari showroom in pune club to provide us customer care number or manager number but sir, their behaviour is to bad the showroom manager does not talk properly , they are always saying they provide active with in few days or 12 days 20 days a thousand time they have commited wrong with me , i do not know whether or when i will get activa, even loan premium is also started please do the needful to get active to me .

          i have bought a vehicle from didar motors chennai, i have given general service for didar motors, thousand lights on 06.03.13, after inspecting the service advisor he has given me an estimation of rs.1600/- and he given me delivery time 07.03.13 at 05.00 pm. the next day i call several times to didar motors the customer care lady told me u come and pick the vehicle at 05.00 pm. didar motor taken lot of time to find the bill, location of vehicle after finding that i just check my bill and ask the person, my final bill free service coupon no.1143364, and final bill shows general service of rs.230.00 my total bill amount is 767.00, i have given debit card for that amount and he is showing one more bill is teflon coating it cost rs.393.00 total bill is rs.1160. Didar Motors service advisor without informing me he done the teflon coating on my vehicle. Please do me a favour i have paid more of rs.613.00 please return the amount.

          General — Half hearted services

          In fact its time Reliance exit from retail business. The left over stores are a joke . Take example of Faridabad stores. In side its a mess. You cannot move around because the goods are scattered on the floor. Only a few billing counters are operative. Each operative counter is crowded. People view the crowd from across the glasses and simply turn away. Goods variety are few. people come only to shop regular goods like ATTA DAAL NAMAK NAMKEEN etc. The employees are most depressed lot. They are not at all interested in increasing the sale of whatever goods are available in the store. Many employees roam here and there cracking jokes in loud voice. It no way looks a Reliance venture. I understand Reliance is only successful where it has monopoly and it can exploit the market. it is flop when it comes to competition.

          General — SERVICE

          It's seems amazing,
          You people sell products worth thousands of rupees to a customer
          & can't afford a carry bag
          Yesterday, After shopping of 11000/- ,on cash counter I was asked how would you
          carry item.Either you bring your jhola & pay us Rs.5/- for it
          Dont you find bit odd?
          A carry bag hardly cost Rs.5-10
          I am in retail business & can never ask for extra 5 or 10

            I am facing the problem of Headlamp from the first day of my purchase & for this I have visited soo many times the BU bhandari dealership every time either they change the Hi Low beam Switch or holder or Bulb & on last service they replace the RR unit but still facing the issue & put soo many money only in This head Lamp Assembly. This is the Quality you promise at Honda. I need a corrective action on it & refund my money which I put soo many times in buying the same things like Headlamp Bulb, Switch & holder.

              Honda — not getting the registration

              on 6th of april i bought a honda aviator from a showroom called suprava auto centre.1 and a half month gone but still they are unable to get my number or registration.i am going or calling them everyday but no answer everyday they are saying yu will get today or tommorow.when i last went on 12th of may they told me still now they didnt got the number.but one of friend who bouth a hero honda bike got the number in just 7days.i dont known what is wrong with me. i am not a enemy of them that they are delaying it.

                Hello,

                This is in regard to the many engine problems that I have been facing since the purchase of my aviator. Its battery went dead exactly the second day from purchase. It had to be hauled to the showroom where it was put right and we were told that it will not give rise to any more problems. Three months and it stops flat on my way to college. Nothing would start it. I had to request a nearby mechanic who resolved the problem. It worked fine for another few months and on one outing with friends, it starts misfiring and stops dead on an uphill road. I had to haul it all the way back to the city and get it repaired. And as if it weren't enough, it always used to misfire from time to time. I got it to hyderabad when I joined Wipro and came here to work.

                It worked fine three months and then the self start stopped working. I gave it to the showroom for a service and repair and it was given back to me with assurance that nothing would go wrong. When I took it back again because the repaired self was still giving me trouble, the mechanic tinkered around a bit and it started working. I asked him to check if the bike needed an oil change or a service and he denied. One fine day, the horn suddenly stopped working. On the way to the showroom, the bike suddenly stopped dead (The self was still not working, by the way!).

                Another visit to the showroom and they say that the engine is damaged because there was no engine oil. And now, they tell me I should replace my engine and it will cost 12,000 rupees. If I sell my bike, I will get only 20, 000 rupees. I had invested upto 60000 in the bike. And it has been just 2 years since its purchase. Even the loan on the bike is not yet cleared. What quality is this that hassles your customers so? I request you to kindly replace the bike and if that is not plausible, kindly do replace the engine, at least. If I had enough proofs, I would have certainly gone to the consumer court. Unfortunately, you got lucky there. I never thought buying my favorite bike would be so expensive.

                    I wanted to transport my White Honda Activa (MH 12 FN 3748) from Pune to Solapur. I went to parcel office in Pune on 01 March 2013 at 9.00 pm and did all the needed formalities. (Receipt number : A46622)
                    The attendant at the parcel office confirmed me the receipt of my vehicle and it was supposed to be parceled in the same Train (Pune Solapur Passenger). Next day morning when I reached Solapur by the same train and enquired about my vehicle, attendant at Solapur mentioned that the Luggage compartments were empty and asked me to try later.
                    I then asked my Brother In Law to personally go and check at Pune station. He found that vehicle was not loaded itself in the train and thus he asked the attendant about the same. Attendant then sent a guy to load the vehicle in Pune Solapur Passenger (Dated : 2 March 2013) at 10.45 pm.
                    But next day morning when I went to Solapur Station to collect it, the attendant again told me that the vehicle is not arrived in the parcel van.
                    When I tried to enquire about the vehicle I didnt get any proper response from Solapur attendants and they didnt give us any enquiry details.

The service is very poor and by yesterday at 6.45p.m we got the delivery from perambur service centre hardly is runs only 15 minutes after that the bike has been stopped battery is totally is doen we have been keep on informing to our a distilled water in it but they given us free maintenance battery not working, kicker is also not working and close by we went to other mechanic at we spent Rs. 200/- but for the service we have spent Rs. 2,100/- and when we take delivery just now they have washed the vehicle without removing the tank cove, seat cover the water is dripping from my vehicle and they wiped and gave us i think this is not right and also note that we have bought the vehicle on aug 2011 i have changed my chain spracket twice once in padi punagar and other one in perambur wanted to know what is life of the chain spracket and want to know the reasons. Always there is problem in the service something will happen the work will not been done, water wash have not been done and also i attach my purchase bill, service bills for your perusal . Please take immediate action and reply us and get back to us immediately. In the company service the cost of spare & service is high but then also puposely we dodnt bother about the rates we need the original parts to be changed but this is not satisfied. Out side we can service the bike but it will not be genuine so need the company service but the company itselt is like that then what is this? Please take action.

                          Since beginning the said scooter is having problem in Kick. Kick is very very hard has caused ortho problem of my LH side knee. Though it was given for repairing in their authorised service centre (CR Scooter-Baroda) has proved miserably poor with having the same tight kicking problem. It has been known that there is a basic design mistake in the kick mechanism - profiles of gear teeth having basic design error.

                          As we have been using Honda's Activa and having satisfaction o[censored]sage, we entrusted this Avitor but it has only given us very very bitter experience both finanacially and physically - causing Knee problem.

                          Whether this Japanese group has failed in their customer service motto or what ??????

                          Expecting their concern to resole my agnious situation.

                            I purchased Honda Activa on[protected] from VISHNU HONDA,VISAKHAPATNAM.FROM[protected] I am receving SMS for free service.Today[protected] I approched to DADI HONDA delear,VIZIANAGARAM for 1st free service.They simpely washed my vehicle&changed engine oil..My ACTIVA covered only 461kms at the time of 1st free service.They didnot carried out any job that specified for 1st free service & simpely telling not nessary as vehicle covered very few kms.Even they didnot applied grease..The servicing center charged Rs223/-towards engine oil &Rs60/-towards CONSUMBLES &Rs7.42/-towards vat&salestax on Rs60/-.TOTAL Rs290/- I reported to servicing center at 09.00hrs &My vehicle is ready for delevry after water wash&engine oil changing at 13.00hrs.I obseted to pay consumble charges.The serviceing center refused to delever my vehicle.Due to my valuble time I paid the billing amount and got my vehicle.They didnot use any consumble items on my vehicle except water&electricity for washing my vehicle.The INVOICE No is121w05687 dtd[protected] for Rs290/-.mechanic name isRAMKI& supervisor name RAJKUMAR.My vehicle Reg No AP 35Q 6161.FREE SERVICE COUPEN No17792.Kindly take necessary action in this regard.                                 I had purchased a CBR250r a year back and since then there have been problem with the brakes,I got the bike serviced for the same reason for five times which amounted to Rs.6000+.As given in the overdrive article the company CEO accepts that there is a defect in the bike but they do not have people to repair it and neither are they willing to replace the brakes.This is a serious issue.The brakes are practically inoperable,I would like to get them replaced free of cost as my bike is still in warranty and i have paid a very heavy price for it.I had got calls for replacement of brakes but when i went to the service center i noticed that no proper replacement and rectification was actually being done there,This amounts to fraud in a certain way,I need them to do the needful asap

                                  I have purchased a Honda aviator Scooter in New Delhi in 2012. The milage is very less, 30KPL. It is very less and far below the committed KPL 50). Also I am facing starting problem in the morning, after a strugle of about 15 mnts it gets start. During servicing time same compliant lodged, but no improvement of startin problem, it seems to be a Manufactures Defect.

                                  It needs to be upgraded otherwise it is totally failure Scooter in the market. Please do not purchase this product till upgrade.

                                    With lot of mental pain, i'm writing this complaint! Last year (23rd March, 2012) I have bought 'Honda CB Unicorn" bike from EVM Motors, Karamana, Trivandrum. I booked unicorn bike from there on December 2011 and they told me that it will take atleast 6 months for the delivery. But after 3 months, on March 2012, they called me and told me that there is a Red Unicorn ready and whether i need the same or not. I was very happy first..... because as i was in very need of a bike, as i have to travel more than 25 kms(one way) from my home to my job place.So i told yes and they delivered me the bike right on 23rd March, 2012. When i saw the bike, i felt something wrong as i saw some scraches in the back handle of the bike. When i asked them, they told me i might have happened during the transportation. But i didn't made issue on it and i right away took the bike to my home.
                                    After 3 or 4 months, the bike started to have heavy sound somewhere from the front side of the bike. Also the pulling of the bike started decreasing while riding at more than 40 kms/hr speed. I straight away went to EVM showroom and told the complaint. They told me that it was ''Outer Comp Clutch' complaint and they told me to come after 3 days! But it took more than a week to get my bike back. But after that also the bike was producing sound ( not much that of earlier) and later now the same sound is hearing loudly from the bike. I compared my bike with my friend's unicorn bike which he took 2 to 3 years ago. His bike was very silent and my bike wwas having much loud sound. Yesterday i went to a mechanic and he also felt the same. He told me that it is because of ''ENGINE COMPLAINT'. I was totally shocked. The dealers really cheated me. I have been into my job only an year and half ago and i have put all my savings on this bike and all my money have been wasted. I'm really sad that i have been cheated. They have given me a complainted bike.
                                    The warrenty period will get over on this comming March 2013. I'm really depressed. Please tell me what to do? My email id is: [protected]@gmail.com. I hope some great minds will help me to get me justice. Thank you.

                                      My vehicle Honda Activa bearing No: AP 31 BZ 8961 is attend for third free service at your service desk at M/s Radha Shyam Automotivives Pvt Ltd, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam . The service excutive of above work shop Mr.Vamsi intimated about engine oil changing if neccesary need or not it may be done. But as per our knowledge the engine oil may be changed for 4,000 Kms.
                                      Your's Work shop people simply creating the unusual problems to get the better service. We need a clarification about Engine oil , either it's working for 4,000 Kms or not
