My name is Mohammad Rijvanulla, I have purchased Honda ACTIVA PS White Regn No. AP 16 CC 1949 (Chassis No. ME4JC448 EC 7380532, Engine No. JC44E5380293) from one of your authorized dealers Mithra Honda Vijayawada. After the 4th Service The milage comes down from 45 to 25. for solve this problem I had visited 6 times to your Service point at Mithra Honda, Maruthinagar, Vijayawada,
Still to day the problem not solved I request you suggesst and provide the service to give the vehicle Milage to reduce 40 km.

    Since the first day of ownership, I have heard a grinding sound (Whooshing sound) while driving. I have complained to the Honda Service center. They first said it was my clutch plate, took the clutch apart and cleaned it. Sound persisted. Every time I came for service, they would clean the clutch, but sound still there. I even made extra trips to deal with the sound, but every time they only cleaned the clutch. No difference - sound still there. Next, they said it was a faulty bearing. I was out of station. MY friend attended this. He even had to call his personal mechanic, because the Honda repair did not know how to change the bearing and needed help. I returned. Sound still there. In front of me, they took the clutch apart. Sound still there. I asked for district manager to come and look. They came and did not call me. No help from Honda. The sound is still there. Honda cannot find the problem, with their limited knowledge. I asked to have the bike sent to Bangalore. So far, no response. The Bike is 2 years old. Still looks like new. Only 4,600km on it. Full servicing. I asked Honda to take the bike back, already last year and give me a new one, since they could not fix it. They wouldn't I am left with a defective bike and no one seems to care.I don;t know what the problem is and do not know in what condition anything is and what may become broken or what?!! No one cares. The owner of the Honda showroom is very nice, but still, no change in the strange grinding sound coming from below: engine, clutch, drive train, ??? since I purchased this bike.

      Dear Sir,
      I have purchased a Hona Activa 2012 for which I have attended last free service on 26th June 2013 at Paradise Honda near Aara Ghar , after 80 Km of running the vehicle got breakdown on the way on 4th July 2013 the vehicle was picked by sevice center and attended .

      I was told airfilter pipe line was open in the vehicle which cause the stoppage & I was charges Rs 169.00 at service center . As the vehicle was serviced back a week time before I don't think the charged amount was reasonalble as it was a leps in account of the same service center .
      So atleast they sould own the mistake and shoud avoid such unreasonable charges from customer for which I am not responcible .

      Kindly take up the matter with concern .

          Dear Sir,
          This is to draw your kind attention that I purchased one Honda Activa scooter on 20.04.13. from Honda BGS dealer Bhopal. I regret to inform you that I have experienced very bitter treatment from this dealer during the purchase of the vehicle and at the time of First Free service of the vehicle. On the day of purchase of the vehicle I had to wait for very long time for the delivery of scooter.

          Unfortunately, I fell sick and remained under medical treatment for quite a long time. On 08.06.13 when I visited BGS Honda for First Free service of Activa, the odometer was showing 761 Kms. The staff at the workshop told me that the benefit of First Free service has lapsed on grounds of delay. Upon my explanation for the delay, showroom staff did not entertain me and did not listen to my reasons for delay. This has resulted into lapse of first Free service and loss of trust between the dealer and the customer . As a matter of fact, rules are set for normal and routine circumstances, but during abnormal exigencies like the one quoted above , there seems to be no ground for refusal of Free Service. In this case I am not claiming extra free service. The customer is entitled for three free services by the company. If the customer is not turning up on time for the reasons beyond his control, it doesn’t mean he will lose the benefits mentioned in the deal.

          Also my registration number is yet to come, the dealer have already taken fees of Rs. 150 for this work, I have receive the message regarding registration number MP 04 SL 6702, but they don’t give me any knid of slip and for that reason I have to pay penalty on roads. Every time they used to say in 2 to 3 days they will give me my registration slip but I am afraid to inform you that till now I don’t receive any slip from dealer and so I cant fix my high security number plate.

          You are requested to instruct the dealer suitably in this regard to avoid unnecessary correspondence and I will of the customer. Your action in this respect will be a positive step to the concepts of customer-care and complaint free service etc. An early action in this regard will be highly appreciable. With best wishes.

          honda /activa — poor service

          Hello sir..

          M using ur Honda products last five years..
          Basically m from karnal. And don’t u think so ur satya Honda workshop in karnal goin low nd low.
          Because they r nt satisfying the customer, every time they try to make fool o[censored]s..
          Just because ur not responsible, ur not alert 4 ur Honda company..

          M just givin u a simple example

          My Honda active voiger is getting noise nd I told the worker tht this voiger is noisy so plz handle it… after that I told him, plz charge the battery also…
          whn he deliverd my active, thn he told me tht the voiger is fine”NO NOISE IS THERE” nd we have “no baatery chargr “ . so plz charge ur battery outside.

          I dnt understand tht wht the bloody shet is goin on….we r fool or they wer trying to making fool o[censored]s..
          I wnt to tell u tht just do smthing new to handle this problms….
          Its nt my problem. It’s the problem of all customr, bt they are nt able to contact u.

          audi honda showroom malakpet, saleem nagar branch failed maintain proper service .
          if we call to showroom they properly not responding to our call.if it is happen regularly there is no usage for maintaining customer care service plz give feedback immediately

          I have similar exp. in JSP Honda, I bought Activa on 4th Dec 2008, yestrday i have given it for last Free service & mentioned to person writting service card that NO OIL Change,
          When in evening i collected bill, i was shocked to see they have changed the oil, when clear written instruction was there .

          Next 30 min supervisor given me many reasons as how thery have done correct thing
          Oil is black so we change
          Mechanic was not able to read instruction so he changed
          Why you are crying for 130 Rs
          If you dont pay then i/mechanic has to pay
          You pay this time next time we will give you free oil change



          Finally they agrred that i will not pay anyting, & ask me to pay 22 Rs misc charges
          I paid that & insisted on bill mentioning this

          I renewd my insurance on 3rd Nov 09, lady at the counter was not able to explain brak up afetr lot of efforts she told me to pay Rs 815.

          I asked why cost of purchase is depriciated by 10 % she had no answer, when i asked rule book it was mentioned that rate of dep. is 15 % & when calculation was done that way Renewal fig changed to Rs 785.
          This is bad way of treating customers .Service is Poor

          JSP honda ( Kukutpally ) is most horrible service center.
          Some one need to take action on them
          I agree with the nuisance we customers have to deal with from Honda dealer. I would say, DO NOT SPARE THEM. It seems to be a problem everywhere. Complain against them in all the forums.

          Honda Activa — Poor service and abnormal charges

          Sir,
          I have goiven my Honda Activa bearing number "KA-09 Y-51" for sevicing in Palace Honda at Mysore whereas dealer did'nt inform me about the cost of repair while taking the service.While collecting my vehicle they have given the bill of Rs780.I am very much astonished and the dealer has not returned the spare parts replaced.Inspite of service also the same problem persist in my vehicle.I asked the tecnicians and their reply was not satisfactory and this is the poor service I met from your authorised dealer.And for inocent people like me who trusts Honda is a big company are getting cheated in service.
          Hence I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and return me my hard earned money Rs780 back.I trust you will prompotly take the action.

          Honda — service of activa

          we sent activa for service in one the company's service stations named satnam honda.when activa came back, one of the rear view mirrors was missing.The needles of speedometer n fuel were broken and the remaining problems were not solved.they took rs 676...when we took back the activa they refused to see and check it...

          Free service will take more than 3 days to delivary and response is very bad.this and also not at all accepetted.Kindly treat this is a escalation.

          i have a cb twister in my hand .i complete my first service.in my first servies i complaint about chain,gear slipping etc.after service iwent to take my bike but the problem remains the same.they charged money for free service about 300

          Activa — service

          after a small accidental damage i send my three month old purchased activa sooter for accidental insaurance claim and damage repair to your authorised sales and service centre m/s modern motors kota(rajasthan),as vehicle ins-
          urance was also done by that dealer, on[protected].
          Even after passing so long time of six days they didnot deliver my scooter back after repair[protected] Your stockist/person working there are not at all responding on land line telephone/mobile number provided by them.
          In morning for servicing honda vehicle only one supervisor remain available for service booking and it takes very long time (1-1.5 hrs)to register your vehicle for servicing. service quality is also very poor quality as very is much more than servicing persons.
          they also close doors of service centre between 1-2pm.so nobody with vehicle can go out/in
          in that time.
          I also suggest you to open 3-4 only service centre in each big cities to combat this problem ,as demand of honda vehicle is going to increase tremendously

            we have purchased honda amazed diesal car on 3.06.2013
            1. car freight from noida has been taken on FOR price why?
            2.why they forced us to do the insurance from sundarm finance and they charged extra premium.
            3. why kanpur dealer pushp honda hasnot delivered original documents of registeration paper even after 4 weeks. of delivery?
            4.why they have propagated wrong information through their sales team regarding mileage of car which is only 15-16 kmpl as against 25.6 kmpl written on broacher ? we will certainly buy another company car.

              Hi,

              Could you please suggest me. I bought two wheelers on Feb 2013, after 40days...I got my RC through RTO KR Puram, Blr. In that RC. my I

              Initial was wrong... I given my RC to my show room. they said, we will change and give it u.. several time I called up & went show room for My RC.

              They said it will take time...they didn't take any action on my RC till today.

              today I went and asked them... simply they saying its not an our problem...its RTO problem. your self go and change the initial...

              they handover same RC to me.

                I would like to bring to your notice about the following issues that has been raised by me long back and still not been solved.

                1. From 1st day of purchase I have been facing the key lock issue and it has been raised during 2 servicing and still it has not been resolved.
                2. During my 3rd Servicing at Saki Vihar center-Honda 21, I have faced a very rude behavior from the whole customer care professional. This is absolutely an unprofessional behavior from such a huge company and it is completely unacceptable from my end.
                3. During my 3rd Service at Saki Vihar center-Honda 21, I brought 5 problems to their notice about my activa. But at the end of the service, they just washed the activa and no problems were rectified though. Infact, my Activa started making more noise and vibration as compared to my activa before servicing
                4. Post my servicing, I visited the Saki Vihar center-Honda 21 thrice to resolve my problem and still I am facing average problem and yet not been resolved.
                5. One of the worst service I faced was to wait for 1 hour for both the times I visited the centre
                I would request you to look into this issue and resolve at the earliest.

                Honda — complaint not resolved

                Sir,

                With ref. to the above subject,Poor service response from JSP Honda dealer kukatpally regarding my vehicle AP28BQ3094 complaint front wheel wobbling was not solved after five day,They kept vehicle with them and nobody was responding to our call for telling status from five days then we rushed to your dealer and they had given gate pass stating that vehicle was kept ready 2days back and the complaint was still existing and they took vehicle in and replaced new vehicle parts and took trial and the problem was not solved vehicle is with your dealer and they don't know what to do and the works manager Mr.varma says that he don't know the status of vehicle in his workshop workshop and they are saying that mr. sekhar knows the status of vehicle and he was on leave yesterday and they are unable to solve my vehicle complaint and they opened one more jobcard and requested us to wait two more days for solving vehicle complaint i.e today evening,please note that if my vehicle complaint was not solved today,i don't want that vehicle keep the vehicle with you and refund me the amount which was paid for new vehicle or i will proceed legally and i will file the case in consumer court with all jobcard details and telecon voice recorded conversation Please do the needfull.

                  I have purchased a new car (Honda Amaze) from dealer Dashin Honda Bangalore, immediately on the next day have identified multiple issues (below) then reported to deader however no response from dealer so escalated to Honda cust care however there also similar situation after repeated reminders they tried to fix the problem, attempted multiple times but not resolved the problem. Very poor response from dealer/Honda, have to send multiple reminders but no acton. Don't have access to next level beyong CRM, not expected this kind of service from branded company like HONDA.

                  1. Dashboard rattle sound (could be air bag issues?)
                  2. Bad pick-up
                  3. Defroster-front not working
                  4. noise from wiper blades/motor

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i bought knew honda amaze Car in The month of may and i started facing problems inthat brand new Car because of which i gave it Ace Honda showroom noida So that The problem can be rectified and i dont face Any issue in The future. For least five days i am suffering a lot and The showrooms people Arey showing No concern to get The problem resolved. On that They Are telling me sir you have to Wait for atleast one more week.

                      Is it The reasons people spend money to face more and more problems

                      Ig This is The service which honda provide to Its customers then i think it just an untrusted brand which people should go for when They do not have Any option left in This world.

                      One of the worst companies I ve come across in terms of customer care & after sales service

                      Bought Amaze 4 months back from Pushp Honda, Kanpur. Honda Sales team is too lucrative nd promised more than they could fulfilled at the times of sales.
                      Took zero depreciation insurance as told by them. Got few scratches nd a small dent which I thought could be claimed as communicated by Honda.

                      My brother took it to service on 7th July to their service centre in Kanpur nd from dat time the mental harassment started. Nobody responded nd took care to provide proper customer service as to what Honda like MNCs are known for.
                      After 4 hours of suffering dey however acknowledged nd promised to service D vehicle in 2 days time.

                      The biggest hit happened as he forgot his gold ring worth more than 20k in the cabinet. As he remembered it after 4 hrs Honda service team completely denied any finding of ring in D car. On top of that their CCTV cameras installed in the areas were even not working on the same day. Even after calling dem numerous times dey took no step to look into the matter nd now even gone a step ahead as they stop picking up D calls.

                      Now for service which the Honda claims to be best in class, even after 14 days today the car is in Honda service centre & still are not able to process nd accept D claims nd now even demanding extra money in form of claims charges. According to Honda you should drive 400 know every time to claim even if you get even a small scratch. Still the car is in Honda service centre, Now we are surprised as to what was the "Zero Depreciation Insurance" was for?????

                      The whole matter came to my knowledge recently nd now I am too disappointed with the way company are harassing their customer in after sales service. Being a MBA I thought this was the most important parameter in today's competitive scenario.
                      I never thought that I could write such a long post but disappointment took me to a new level.
                      Now I am seriously thinking to drag the company & it's dealer to the consumer court.

                        I have purchased Activa on date 21st Jan,2013 Eng. No JF50E70003490 and CHESSIS No. ME4JF501AD7004291 but till date have not received any documents of activa due to this no one service has been done of my activa.
                        On the basis of my complaint 'I have not received any documents of Activa", Sr. Manager of Vihaan Honda,Thane, Mr. Mangesh gautam (mob.no.[protected]) contacted me but till date he is unable to give me Activa documents.
                        I have completed five months from purchase but can't receive any documents of activa. No one service has been done till date, my activa not running properly because no service has been done.
                        This is my biggest mistake that I believed in Honda company. There is no good procedure to purchase, When any customer go to any authorized showroom. They say that "wait for six months" but in unauthorized showroom you can receive activa within four hours.
                        Hence hopelessness, Customer take aciva from unauthorized showroom.
                        Sir Please resolve my problem.

                          I had booked Honda Amaze car on 1st June 2013 and had done a deposit of Rs 25000/- against the booking. Approximately after a week I received a call from the dealer saying that there is a hike in price of the car of Rs 8000/- and I will have to pay that as well.
                          I feel this is ethically an incorrect business practise and a mode to cheat clients. Now since I am unwilling to accept the hike in the price the dealer is asking me to cancel the booking. Since my amount of 25000 Rs as advance has been utilised by the dealer for over 12 days i should be paid the interest on my amount from the dealer.
                          I would need your intervention into this since I feel this is a form of scam which such dealers must be utilising against innocent customers in making money.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have a complain for a scooter which is making a clutch noise. I have purchased an activa scooter on 11-02-13. On my first service which was on 16-03-13 i have told them about the noise coming after accelerating, but they compared the noise with other activa and told me that the noise will come and was not writtern on job card.

                            On my second service on 12-05-13 the noise had increased a little which i felt is not proper at all and complainted them, here they told that belt have to be changed, they changed belt in waranty.

                            i have again visited the service centre about the noise and they told me that i have buy a spare of Rs. 600/-

                            Please take action for misguiding the consumer and charging them.

                              Subject: Very poor workmanship during service of 2 wheeler Honda Activa as both complaints remain unattended

                              Dear Sir,

                              Myself, Gazal Preet Arneja, owner of Honda Activa (Model SCV – 100R) Registration No PB47 – C – 2500, gone to Gyan Honda, Ferozepur Cantt, Punjab (India) (Authorised Dealer of Honda 2 wheelers) on 23 Mayyy, 2013 for service.

                              I have specifically mentioned two complaints in Job Card (No 13JC01666) as per following:-

                              1. Faulty Fuel Gauge
                              2. Handle Cover free and is to be replaced

                              When I did the requisite payment and took the vehicle in the evening from Gyan Honda agency, I specifically asked for the above mentioned two complaints and got confirmation that these two have been attended to the level o[censored]tmost satisfication.

                              On 24 May, 2013 my wife while coming from school got stuck on the highway with fuel gauge showing full tank, but actually fuel finished. It was very hot and sunny day and I had to rush with petrol on the spot.

                              Also, the left Handle which was free before service, also started rotating is completely free now.

                              So, I am very much astonished to found that both the complaints which I had registered for repair were not attended and I had to face lot of problems because of these unattended complaints.

                              As, far as HONDA brand name is concerned, it is really very hard to digest the disgraceful workmanship of Gyan Honda, Ferozepur.

                              You are requested to take concrete steps in future so that such incidents of customer dissatisfaction may be avoided and brand name of HONDA may not be dishonored.

                              Hoping for a concrete and positive action from your side for the sake of reputation of your organization.

                              Honda Activa — NOT ATTENDING COMPLAINTS

                              Sir, I and my family were feeling very happy to purchase a Honda Activa. But soon this happiness disappeared due to not attending of complaints by the staff. I purchased Honda Activa(WB-36A 5859) from Kharagpur, W. Midnpur, W. Bangal on 22.7.11. But after few days its visor got damaged. Complaint was lodged No. 37 dated 07/8/11. The Service supervisor inspected the vehicle throughly and found that the damage was not due to accident/carelessness, and perhpas due to manufacture defects. accordingly he sent mail to his higher auth.asking for replacement, but no reply got till now.                                 I am a regular customer of yours since 7 years. I have great faith in your company and you have always been my 1st and only choice.
                                I recently purchased a honda aviator i.e. on 29th May, 2013 from your authorized Dealer 'Shrerit Auto Pvt. Ltd. , Jaipur' . The details on the purchase are below. I have a complaint against the product. The 'Footrest- Mat' is problematic. It is not according to your company standards. It does not properly fit to the main body of the aviator, and comes out often when driving.
                                When I contacted the dealer about this, he said that this is a general problem with this product and they can't do anything about it.
                                I have also lodged a complaint with them whose folio no. is 13 in dealer's suggestion/complaint register.
                                I would like you to look into this problem and remove this problem as soon as possible.

                                Also, I have a suggestion for a possible solution of the problem. The diameter of the footrest-mat 'rubber locks' that fix the mat to the body can be increased so that they lock properly.

                                i bought honda aviator on 1 nov 2009,since then it has so may problems that i have to go to agency after every second day.as the scooter is self start i have problem in that.it does not work and i have to use the kick.when i got it checked they said that the battery needs to be charged.they charged it and gave it to me.again after two days it did not work and i had to go again ,they said that they will charge the battery again.wat they hell these guys are just makig fool of me.i am working and i dont have much time.kindly c to it plzz dont ignore.your employees quality is not that good.kindly c to it.wat is the fun spending so much and not geeting worth of it.

                                Hero Aviator — Product fault

                                The model is Aviator and its no. is RJ-14NS 3905. Invoice no. is 09INO1234 From Satnam Honda in Jaipur.

                                After 1-2 months from purchase, it started giving trouble. Even after the servicing, problems were there and recently, when I got it back from the service centre, my problems increased. Despite of getting few of them solved. I was indulged with many more problems which are listed below:

                                · Its self start, alarm as well as horn does not work

                                · It is not giving its average (per litre).

                                · Its front part has left its position.



                                We are now very much fed up from all these.

                                Very First Service Then Service Staff Says That This Aviator Pc Is diffictive.But Sevrel Times Problem Solve in Warranty Period but not give proper soluation.I will pay any cost to give proper soluation from your's Side.

                                  Honda — delay in delivery

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  It will be a great favor on me if you give the above matter your immediate attention and do the needful.
                                  Myself, Mr. Paresh V. Prekh has booked an vehicle (Honda Activa) on 05/09/11 and has also done the l advance payment Rs. 5000.00 for the same on 05/09/11 Receipt No. HDFC/09/150 but till now I haven’t got the delivery of the vehicle. I have done this booking in authorized center of the company which is known as APEX AUTOMOTIVE(MANINAGAR) and my booking number is DMS-61597.It is almost 3 Month nearest

                                  Company is ripping off people coz i[censored] want scooter at current. You have to buy with accessories and AMC 3 Years which cost you Rs.6000.00 extra and market price for accessories Rs. 1000.00 and if you want scooter without accessories book your scooter and get your scooter after 6 months.

                                  I hope you will understand my problem and will look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                                  I booked it on 2nd May with 4 weeks promise for Petrol Car. Now ther are telling, It would be only deliver by 29th August.

                                  I never expected this kind of false commitments from Honda Motors.

                                  I booked an Amaze Diesel entry variant (E) on 12th April, 2013 (next day of the launch) at Pearl Honda, Gurgain, and was told that the car will be delivered in 2 months time.

                                  Now (on 12 Jun 13) they inform me that the car is going to be delivered in September 2013 (hope so).

                                  Honda is definitely getting into some unfair trade practices or else there is some serious problem in the car because of which they might have stopped/reduced production capacity of the car.

                                  I have decided Not to wait till September and am opting for refund of booking amount...I am planning to go for Dzire instead...

                                  I book the car on May 25, 2013, the staff told me i will get the car in 1 or 2 months. Its more than 1.5 months and now the relationship manager tells me the car will take 4 months for delivery.
                                  I want to know will anyone wait for his car of 6 months?

                                  I have been told several reasons for delay sometimes she says its production issue, some times its the issue of petrol car, sometimes its the color.

                                  I am amazed how she comes up with a new lie every week

                                  Kindly go through and care for your customers. This dealership is crating a very bad name for Honda.

ON 27 SEP I VISITED M/S KRISHNA AUTOMOBILES IN CHANDIGARH FROM WHERE I WAS GETTING MY VEHICLE SERVICED REGULARLY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE CHAIN SET. BUT THEY HAVE TOLD THAT AS PER COMPANY NORMS IT CANNOT BE REPLACED. ON THE SAME DAY I HAD VISITED M/S JOSHI AUTOSCANS IN PANCHKULA THE SAME WAS THEIR REPLY. THEN ON 27 NOV 12 I FILED A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM VIDE COMPLAINT NO. 782 OF 2012. AS THE CASE WAS LOW VALUE I HAVE HIRED ANY LAWYER TO PRESENT MY SIDE.                                       I have bought a Honda Shine on 3.12.2012 from KSN Honda, chennai. Initially they said that the bike will take some time to set to your control and it will take 1 week of time. But after 1 week of time i have faced too many problems in my bike like Engine noise sound, Unable to raise after lowering of gear, Gear raising and lowering etc. As i was not a bike specialist and simply a end user i dont know what exactly the problem is and during the 1st service i have escalated all the above mentioned problems, they replied that everything will be resolved. But even after that also i was facing the same issues and i have called the sales man complaint about it and he said that at the time of 2nd service they will resolve it. So during 2nd service also i have escalted what happened previously and with the help of my friend who is a mechanic in honda service center, i found the problem in my bike is Clutch bell and which has to be replaced. But the service center guys said that i cant be claimed in warranty. But my complaint is that my bike was facing this problem from the day i bought the bike and only because i believed honda blindly and i did't aware of the issue it takes upto 2nd service to notice this problem. So it is the problem from delivering the bike to me. So please provide me a solution for this issue ASAP.
