I have purchase a honda shine with registration number KL-2AN 1839 and frame no 4jc36kjc7094183 and engine no jc36e7275853 from panachamoottil honda on 10.02.2013.Since there was a sound from the engine side i have informed the service manager Mr Noufal regarding the same when i handed over the bike for 1st free service in the morning of 18.03.2013.Since the battery was also found to be of low performance i have intimated the same also to the said noufal.In the evening of the same day i was intimated from the service centre that the all the complaints have been rectified and that the vehicle can be taken for use.When i reached the said service centre i was given delivery of the vehicle.while i was riding the vehicle it was seen that both the major complaints persisted.They again taken back the vehicle and assured me that the same will be rectified and given back on 19.03.13.Unfortunately when i had gone to the showroom for taking delivery in the evening of 19.03.13 they are telling that there is major engine work and hence will be rectified and deliver after 3 days.I have lost complete faith in honda as a vehicle which is only 40 days old is having major engine problem.In the above circumstances neccessary action may be taken at your endto refund the entire amount of vehicle at the earliest.

    I have brought new Honda CB Shine on 18/3/13 from T.T.R. Honda,amravati
    They have charges extra for parts such as number plate,seat cover,handle grip,engine plate,side handle.
    because as we think that these accessories will offered by the company to the respected consumer.
    so why this T.T.R. took extra charges from me by T.T.R. SHOWROOM,Amravati.
    I want to know about these acceories will get with on road price of CB SHINE.

        I am resident of Ahmedabad, My complete name is Jitendra Najavani, I have recently purchased Activa Honda on 17.12.2012, I have found that there is some problem in gearbox, there is some unusal sound coming from gearbox, I have purchased my activa honda from Punjab Honda Gurukul, Drivein Cinema. I have shared this problem with dealer, and dealer asked me to ride this activa approx 750 km and then problem wil get soled, but there is still some unusual sound coming from gearbox.
        I have completed my second service after riding 2500km, but the problem is not solved.

        Request you to get in touch with authorized dealer and ask them to look into that matter, seriously.

          Hero Honda Glamour — tyer wobbling

          i bought a glamour bike from shiv ganga auotomobiles before 4 months but after a second service i am facing a rear tyre wobbling problem at the time of servicing i informed to service adviser but still the problem is there.in this dealership there is no customer satisfaction.

            sir,
            I have purchased Honda Activa on 24th april 2012. From starting onwards there is a jocker problems and I have given a complaint on 1st free service ( June-2012) they said that "we have to replace the two jockers on warranty, but there is no stock we will replace it on 10 working days." I have went to show room after 10 days & then also there are saying that there is no stock. same thing they are repeating. 4 free services are completed but there is no resolution to my problem upto now (Mar-2013). the service manager also not giving any good response kindly take a necessary action and resolve my problem as early as possible because my warranty period is also being completing.....

              I bought my Honda Unicorn in octo 1st 2012. It's just had 3 free services. The bike's performance has been not a better running trouble. And past few weeks I have been having problems with confused mileage. Why I say "confused mileage" is this. For a litre of.just 28 to 30 km what do you me I am purchasing this vehicle Tvm Marikar not support in service correct time what will do and 3 rd service at CBC just two week head cover oil leak ..then back to service centre service adviser talking to labour charge and spare charge what should be do.

                  I want a new activa honda booking. I was inquired about new booking at nearest distributors at ahmedabad. All of your distributors are not willing to book new activa wihtout acessary. They said that it is compony's policy. Sir, I want to a book new activa for my daughter without any acessaries.                     I have decided to go for Honda City and booked the same on 28th Feb’13, took the delivery on 1st Mar’13 at around 20:30 hrs( DL 4CAN 7635) and on 2nd Mar’13 it was at workshop ( Ring Road-Peeragarhi) after 11 km driven.

                    The problem was with EPS which was rectified with 45 mins by the Service Engineers of Ring Road Honda with an assurance that the problem is rectified and will not occur again.

                    Today again the same problem has occurred after 450 km driving and the car is at Ring Road Honda –Peeragarhi Service center.

                    I have a serious concern on the Quality of HONDA Cars and will not recommend anyone to buy HONDA CAR. Already you have lost two cars orders which can be confirmed with GM- Sales at Ring Road Peeragarhi.

                    I want to get this car replaced at the earliest.

                      i want to state that i have went to SL Motors honda agency Kathua for engine repair work on 30th aug 2012 .They fitted Cylinder kit along with accesories and charged Rs 6500 from me.I was told That there would be warranty for six months but my bike started malfunctioning after four months.I have brought my bike for service at regular intervals.I reported the case to them in January and also in february but no necessary action was taken instead of delaying the problem.I feel totallly harassed.Today , I again went to them asked for warranty ....they told that there is no warranty on genuine spare parts......On discussion with owner he told me that i have to go for piston repair......again charges have to be paid by me.....he told that i will not have to pay labour charges.........it really makes me unhapy that i wasted my money and time ........in believing the fact that i Should get it repaired by the authorised agency.I am totally unsatisfied .
                      Plz do something in my favour as early as possible.

                        I purchased a Honda Shine from Shivam Honda & after purchasing there was some problem with engine. As i went for servicing for 1st two servicing in Shivam service center they told me that there is no problem in engine but someone told me that did your 3rd servicing in Khimji Service center (belong to Khimji Honda) One of the Senior manager told me that one part of the engine got problem so we gave a complaint for that product & you will get that with in 15 days. But still now dt. 11-03-13 i didn't get that. So i think i will go for CONSUMER COURT & tell them to take their bike & give me my money. Can you please tell me for whom (for Showroom from i purchased that bike or on khimji service center or any Honda main Showroom) i forward that Consumer Court Copy.

                          I want to state that I am not satisfied with the dealing of S.L.Motors ,honda two wheeler showroom.in august 2012 I have brought engine repair workof my bike to them.They fitted Cylinder Kit along with other neccessary accessories and charged me with Rs 6500 and told that there would be six months warranty.But from the last two months My bike honda stunner engine has started malfunctioning emitting white and grey smoke.So,I reported to them. But Today On asking them for warrranty they told me that there is no warranty on genuine spare parts fitted.On having disscussion with owner he told me that i Have to go for new piston to be fitted and agreed on that he will not charge any Labour Charges from me.
                          Sir, i want to know that what was the fun of getting my bike serviced from agency........again i will have to pay for the same cause.......within warranty period my engine started malfunctioning.Now I have to suffer for Payment charges as well as time.

                                i own honda activa sincelast one year,since then i have gone through a very bad experience first of all the first 4 free services were not done properly. bike when given for servicing was not handled properly people working at the service centre are illiterate and very rude, when i asked them,''how do i communicate to the head office regarding any issue they give back answers. after servicing the bike is with two to three scraches and again i m to be blamed. the handle part of the bike was damaged within no time. my bike's speedo meter was also replaced as the original one was rusted. so my question is..'' is this the quality that honda delivers. solapur dealer doesnt deserve to sell bikes after all it is ruining honda's name. i hope this feed back will help the company to improve a little bit.

                                  I kindly bring up to your kind notice that i have got a complaint against the ADITHYA PJR SERVICE CENTER OF HERO MOTORCYCLES, PALAKKAD.
                                  They bring up with improper service to my motorcycle. I had no complaints with my bike (HERO HONDA HUNK) before delivering the bike to the service center. But when i got back my bike after service, it was having problem with the alignment of back tires and also there seems to be some sound coming from the engine.
                                  i informed the service center officials but they were not ready to take any solution to my problem..

                                  Hero Honda — Improper Service

                                  Hey i purchased my Hunk from Saharanpur but i am a working professional i chandigarh Earlier i have also posted a mail but at that time everything goes okay but now my bike from the starting has this self and battery problem in it and whenever i go to Charisma Service center in CHD den they use to charge my battery for one day and after that few days my bike battery works fine and after that again same problem and now what i've done a slight modification in ma bike i used a Different HORN and which these people say is a haeavy horn and consumes whole of baterry but the same horn when installed on my friend's PULSAR then it went okay and that bike is not creating any problem then why so in Hero Honda and if you Go to CHARISMA hero honda and scroll down the Records you would definitely find my servicing report and everytime i mentioned this Battery Problem and nothing is done .This what INDIAN top ranked Bikes Company IS ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????
                                  My vehicle chassis broken, even after my repeated complaint there is no response from Hero Honda, Now I am in a position to replace chassis at own cost. Kindly do the needful

                                  I brought a new hunk from ace motors ,calicut last November 2011, i have completed 2 services in time, now the self start of the bike was not working, since bike was not having kicker, its not able to run the vehicle.the shop was not taking the matter seriously.what should i do?

                                    I have purchased HONDA Activa new model (grey) from Sharayu motors on 22nd Jan 2013.Reg. no MH 02 DB 1031.I met an accident on 8th feb 2013 and have given my vehicle on 10th Feb at 21 HONDA dealer in Saki Naka Andheri for repair under insurance claim.

                                    Till date I am waiting for my vehicle which is not ready as per the dealer to non availability of "BATTERY BRACKET" which HONDA people have not delivered till date at the dealers place who have ordered them on feb 18th. I am continuously following up with HONDA'S pune office and Gurgoan customer care but still my problem remains unsolved. They are saying that they have dispatched on 20th feb and again on 6th March but are not ready to share the details. I have sent so many mails and when I ask for the reply, their employee, Mr. Naveen says " Aapko part chahiye, yaa mail pe reply? agar reply chahiye toh part nahi denge.." This is their customer service...Who never bother to take calls laso...the toll free number [protected] just keeps on ringing...For apart of Rs. 400/- my 60,000 vehicle is lying with the dealer since 1 month now...

                                    I need quick action to be taken on Honda people and resolution to my problem..

                                    Honda Activa — SERVICE NOT UPDATED

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    As i have being the honda activa purchased on 25/06/2008 from Prathul Honda Somajiguda from day one i have being giving for the service at the showroom there is no proper service being given to the vehicles some times they mis fitting the screw to some of the critical areas, one good day i got my activa punchured i called up to the break dowm people to take up the vehicle get punchred & service the vehicle at that time my vehicle 20600 KMs,after four days i took the vehicle from the service i have observed that my vehicle is vobbling i went showed it in the prathul Honda one Mr. J.M Babu Service Advicer asked me to change the wheel rim without taking any notice of the vehicle. i shouted at him and i told him i will come back next day & drop the vehicle to get it rectify the problem, the next day i went Mr Khan has taken up the issue & sloved some of the problem, Kindly Take up the issue with the compamy not to expolide the coustmer which i was been expersinesed .

                                    now loan has approved and bieng started i have already paid down payment, i have pay to bank per month as emi , even emi has also started the dealer is playing with me , i have already got all of the papers from bank where loan has clamed , a thousand of time i have asked to bu bhandari showroom in pune club to provide us customer care number or manager number but sir, their behaviour is to bad the showroom manager does not talk properly , they are always saying they provide active with in few days or 12 days 20 days a thousand time they have commited wrong with me , i do not know whether or when i will get activa, even loan premium is also started please do the needful to get active to me .

                                    After a lot of request by mail /tele phone /walk-in no body from bottom to top should listen my problem still after 2 month my problem was not solved by which i have lost a lot because I am working with army where there is no excuse for delay, it was very sad that a big company Honda have no costumer satisfaction in service so at last with a unwillingness today i have logged a consumer case against the company and the local dealer the hard copy also sanded by post .

                                    i am booking my activa 15/11/2011, and write in recipet deliver date 5 months,
                                    after 5 months may i take follow up but no one deler sport to deliver my activa , i am a workig women ,you trust me that how much problem's to face when i am go for office, may i tell your deler"when you give my activa", but "he say's"if you give me extra 10000 rs then i deliver your activa, otherwise your vehical is waiting pending before august,

                                    Honda Activa — Not providing the Battery

                                    I have Submitted my Activa Battery for replacement on 18.08.2011 but still i hav't got new Battery , I am visiting in that Showroom again & again but they are saying to come again & again now i m very frustrated with them so kindly take some Serious step about this matter as soon as possible ....I Purchased the Activa on May 2011..

                                      i have bought a vehicle from didar motors chennai, i have given general service for didar motors, thousand lights on 06.03.13, after inspecting the service advisor he has given me an estimation of rs.1600/- and he given me delivery time 07.03.13 at 05.00 pm. the next day i call several times to didar motors the customer care lady told me u come and pick the vehicle at 05.00 pm. didar motor taken lot of time to find the bill, location of vehicle after finding that i just check my bill and ask the person, my final bill free service coupon no.1143364, and final bill shows general service of rs.230.00 my total bill amount is 767.00, i have given debit card for that amount and he is showing one more bill is teflon coating it cost rs.393.00 total bill is rs.1160. Didar Motors service advisor without informing me he done the teflon coating on my vehicle. Please do me a favour i have paid more of rs.613.00 please return the amount.

                                      General — Half hearted services

                                      In fact its time Reliance exit from retail business. The left over stores are a joke . Take example of Faridabad stores. In side its a mess. You cannot move around because the goods are scattered on the floor. Only a few billing counters are operative. Each operative counter is crowded. People view the crowd from across the glasses and simply turn away. Goods variety are few. people come only to shop regular goods like ATTA DAAL NAMAK NAMKEEN etc. The employees are most depressed lot. They are not at all interested in increasing the sale of whatever goods are available in the store. Many employees roam here and there cracking jokes in loud voice. It no way looks a Reliance venture. I understand Reliance is only successful where it has monopoly and it can exploit the market. it is flop when it comes to competition.

                                      It's seems amazing,
                                      You people sell products worth thousands of rupees to a customer
                                      & can't afford a carry bag
                                      Yesterday, After shopping of 11000/- ,on cash counter I was asked how would you
                                      carry item.Either you bring your jhola & pay us Rs.5/- for it
                                      Dont you find bit odd?
                                      A carry bag hardly cost Rs.5-10
                                      I am in retail business & can never ask for extra 5 or 10

                                        I am facing the problem of Headlamp from the first day of my purchase & for this I have visited soo many times the BU bhandari dealership every time either they change the Hi Low beam Switch or holder or Bulb & on last service they replace the RR unit but still facing the issue & put soo many money only in This head Lamp Assembly. This is the Quality you promise at Honda. I need a corrective action on it & refund my money which I put soo many times in buying the same things like Headlamp Bulb, Switch & holder.
