my name is shruti sahu. i got my honda activa on 9th of august 2012. bt d day i gt t, d very next day my activa's headlight was'nt working. then aftr a week. ts self start wsnt working proprly thereaftr evry secnd week i hd to go to d service centre for the batry problm tat they told me and for self start. then i dont know how they fix dese problems! aftr a month the piston of activa fel while i ws driving bak frm college to my home. is tat the way to provide such BAKWAS products to d cstmers? and now again a problem .. the inner panel of d diggi has swelled!:-( m so fed up of t now. pleeese help ASAP

        I purchased a Pleasure from Sakthi Motors Ambattur Chennai on 08/03/2013.Vehicle no is TN20 CW 9204.On 07/05/2013 I given my vehicle for first free service with 305km at Sakthi Motors Ambattur , and I made complaint at zero speed engine gets off and kicker not properly functioning.They made it ready and delivered on same day evening.For first two three days it was ok and same problem starts.By the mean time I got transferred out of Chennai and the vehicle was idle for almost three months.On 27/08/2013 I came back to Chennai and I was not able to start my vehicle,after a long struggle i could able to start.On 04/09/2013 again I given for second free service with 365km at Sakthi Motors Ambattur and I made complaints that the vehicle is not taking self start, I need to kick for minimum 10 minutes to get started,experiencing slight jerk on run. On same day evening they given back and informed all ok. In both occasions they charged 265 Rs.Right from 06/09/2013 the same jerk I was experiencing but I managed to the vehicle.On 17/09/2013 After started it moved almost 100 to 200 meters and stops abruptly and will not start again with self or kicker in the morning busy hours but by evening I could able start .ON 19/09/2013 again the same problem and informed Sakthi Motors Ambattur and they came to spot and taken to their service centre and attended the same and given back in the evening.Today is 21/09/2013 but still I am experiencing the starting problem and I am not satisfied with the Vehicle's performance,do needful.

            i bought honda shine bike on 26 june 2013..and i found too much problems in cell start, chain, race, and the imp. problem faced that the one part of lower panel get corrodes in just 2 months and start corroding other part....plz take right action....dealer also provide t.v.s tires in place of m.r.f ...t.v.s. tires are not good....

              This is to inform you that I have purchased my honda active vehicle on 23rd April 2012 last year, at the time of demonstration concerning agent has told me that the new tech.of tubeless tyre is available which is heavy in weight and does not slip etc. I believed on his words,he assured me to provide tubeless tyre at the time of delivery. but unfortunately, after one year, when my vehicle got punctured, I repaired that puncture,it is found that the tyre was not tubeless, ie, injustice with me.

              You are requested to please give instruction to you distributors to replace my vehicles both tyre with tubeless tyre under intimation to us so that my believe ness is maintained with you.

                I want to buy a Honda Activa in Sridevi Honda Showroom in Kakinada.

                They are not selling the bike for total cost, they want to sell the bike only with accessories if we say we dont want accessories they simply saying we cannot sell bike without accessories, here I am sending the details.

                Insurance- Rs. 1253
                Total cost- Rs. 56342

                they are adding accessories to the total cost as- Rs. 5793
                Accessories Extra- 550
                EW- Rs. 649

                Total bike comes to – Rs. 63984

                I have to pay extra Rs. 7642 for the total cost of the bike.
                If I asks to sell bike for total cost they are go out of the showroom we cannot sell bike to you.

                      I had purchased active-i 20 days back. when i was using i found that there is a problem in ignition (i,e )self start. after purchasing i got a call from customer care about feed back for active-i .                       i am owner of honda twister. due to regular wear & tear bushing for rear swing arm are worn out, i inquired with the local dealer KAMDHENU MOTORS GONDIA 441601 about the bushes but he expressed regrets for non availability of bushes as because the company cleverly did not display the bushes for rear swing arm in the catalogue so he is unable to place order in absence of part number.
                      this is very surprising & unethical from such a mega multinational auto giant not to provide bushes worth merely rs.50/- to the customer & compel to buy complete swing arm of rs.4500/-
                      the company is so shrwed that the matter cant be reported directly to the management body.further i also have one new activa i, the vehicle started wobbling from day one so i took it to the dealer & we both the dealer & myself found that the front axle was completely loose.i was very fortunate that no accident took place with me but this is height of negligence of the quality control dept. and the operator at assembly line to pass the vehicle for dispatch.they both should be sacked for playing with the lives of the users.

                        I purchased a 2wheeler recently from Fortune Honda-MG Road.

                        The people who were they are worst,they don't know what they are doing,They don't know even how to behave with a customer.
                        They simply play around with Customer's money&time.
                        They shout on customers like anything.

                        Once they took money from customer then they start to play with them.
                        Totally stuffless manners less candidates are there.

                        Initially they will tell us nice & pretty discounts..afterwards they will charge like anything.
                        Showroom staff+Service center staff and Spare parts people all are fools and with out stuff they are surviving over there.

                          Hello All I purchased Honda activa in Dec 2009, used only 9500 kms till now, I also bought the extended Warranty for 5 years this mainly covers critical components like Crank shaft, chasis etc, In the recent service they found thd crank shaft failure and it is making lot of noise. They sent the claims after long discussion, but delaying for the approval. Appreciate if you post your thoughts or experiences on this kind of failure earlier. Thanks .

                            We bought a Honda civic 1.8 MT from Divine Honda Dehradun on 2 Aug 2013. As per Honda the Civic is 2011 mode and Mileage is 17000KM. They told this is demo vehicle and you will be the first owner. We finalized the deal and we got insurance and invoice in insurance also it was written 2011 made Civic. Everything was looking ok and it was directly from dealer so we did not even try to decode its chassis number to know the exact model. They provided us 4 years and 80,000 KM warranty also and took 13500 Rs extra for extended warranty. Things suddenly changed when we reached to a used car seller and at first glance he told us that this is 2009 model and we were surprised and told him what are you saying we took it from Divine Honda Dehradun and we have insurance also where it is clearly mentioned it is 2011 model and they also sold this by saying us this is 2011 model. After that we came home and check on General repair slip we had and we were shocked in warranty start period[protected] was written I called to Honda sales person and they told me it can be spelling mistake. I checked the chassis number and decoded it online and it was October 2009 model manufactured in Noida. An unexpected cheating and fraud from a well-known brand dealer of Dehradun. Vehicle chassis number is MAKFD153K9N300877 Invoice number is SAL-INV-DD[protected]. Please suggest me what to do in this case.                               Please provide as much information as possible This is to bring to your kind notice that, I had purchased Honda Activa from Jugal Kishore Scooters, Faizabad Road, Lucknow on 29/04/2013, vide registration No. UP32 EW 8581, Engine No, ME4JF501DD8210338 JF50E80209789.

                              It is after coming to know that, Honda has launched a new model of Activa with better technology and improved mileage and performance, I instantly sold out my old Activa 2008 model to get the new Activa with HET technology, but all in vain. Since the day one I purchased the new model (ie: on 29/04/2013) I noticed that the vehicle was lacking pickup and the sound of the engine was awkward and loud in comparison to a new vehicle. I instantly informed brought this to the Manager. But he convinced me telling that this will go off after the first servicing. As directed I started driving the vehicle within speed limit 40 Kmph and single seated up till 750 kms completed. Then according to my convenience I gave the vehicle for its first servicing at Beeaar Honda mentioning the sound, pickup and mileage issue in the Job card on 18/05/2013. After the servicing, the sound was comparatively lower, to which the attendant claimed to be gone after few Kms driving. Now this time a bit of bubbling also appeared while driving. I instantly returned the vehicle back for rechecking the same. I was handed over the vehicle back with assurance that everything is fine, which was not. After having a long discussion with the mechanic and the attendant, I was told to use the vehicle till the time of second servicing, by then everything will become smooth. I drove the vehicle till the time of second servicing in vein and agony.

                              During the time of second servicing, the sound, pickup, mileage and bubbling problem was again notified in the job card. But all my attempts went worthless. Job card just seems to be a mere formality and never to be attended. The awkward sound increased by time. After going speed beyond 45 Kmph, the sound appeared to be of an old vehicle resembling to that of an Auto. While accelerating there was a resistive pickup as if the vehicle could not take load. The vehicle never runs smooth. Mileage too is not satisfactory. The bubbling still persisted along with the respective sound. Now the point of complaining this to the Service Center appears to be worthless. It appears that I am sold with an old or repaired Vehicle or I am handed over with a defective and malfunctioning piece. My expectations and faith from such a deemed company like Honda has been shattered and is fading away.

                              By the purchase this vehicle I am facing mental trauma and agony and very much dissatisfied with the performance of this erroneous product.

                              You are hereby requested to look into this matter personally and provide a resolution / replacement of the defective vehicle.
                              I have received very un-supportive and rash response from the officials of Beear Honda service center. According to their statements, ultimately I have to appease them to get my problem resolved, which is not appreciated. I have invested Rs. 54,000 for an erroneous machine which could never be rectified and according to the manager at the service center, the company has the history of never replacing the faulty unit.

                              Your kind intervention is required regarding the same to be resolved.

                                I BOUGHT HONDA UNICORN IN 2012 AT KANHANGAD SHOWROOM.THE STAFFS ARE NOTHING SAY ABOUT VEHICLE AND ITS SERVICE WHEN THE TIME OF BUYING. IF I HAVE ANY DOUBT THEN I WILL MAKE CALL TO SERVICE BUT THEY ARE NOT ATTEND IF THEY ATTEND THEY WILL SPEAK IRRESPONSIBLY ESPECIALLY IN THE SERVICE UNT FACULTIES .THEY ARE NOT RENDERING SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS ONLY LOOKING THE MONEY .

                                  Dear Sir?Madam, Please find attached my honda Shine model bike papers with registration number TN01AQ8982 purchased on[protected] at JSP Anna Nagar Chennai. This vehicle has been having problem in the front wheel hub and been mentioned in all the three free service visits of this vehicle to JSB honda, Purasawalkam. But it was not attended and i was driving it with noise coming out of the front wheel all these days from the date of purchase. I happened tothe rotate the wheel accidentally and found out that during rotation there was a friction area in which it is not moving smoothly and getting arrested . Hence i rushed to the nearest service centre at Vepery Purasawalkam and there i insisted to open the wheel hub and as i expected the milling inside of the hub is not proper and due to that , the wheel is not rotating freely and giving noise during riding. I request to verify and go through all the three service visits of my vehicle to this JSP honda service outlet inward copies mentionin this same problem and please solve my issue and replace the hub in warranty, as my vehicle is in extended warranty. I would like to point out that i have been sold this vehicle with this defect. Hence it is the manufacturer to take up this call and solve the issue. The retailer already cited various reasons and very rude on accepting this as defect while selling and citing that this has happened due to wear and tear. If you inspectmy vehicle you can very well understand that ti to be a manufacturing defect rather than would have developed by wear and tear. Hence please replace the defective hub in the front wheel and solve the issue and ask you dealers to be little bit friendly to its customers.                                     I purchased a Honda activa on 26 june 2013 registration number Mh04 fy 9102 from matrix motors mira road branch and within 13 days i came to know that the T frame of the handle is out so i paid 650Rs to repair it at sai point honda mira rd workshop then after this case i went to sai piont on 26 july 2013 for first service this time the service advisor told me that left side cover panel had a dent and its repainted to hide it I got shocked after hearing that ... so i went to matrix motors to complaint about this. The manager pallavi bhosle was not present that day she called me next day at 11 am on 27 july 2013 to investigate the scooter and first thing she came late and then she told after the investigation that yes the left side is repainted however we cant do anything abt this we can only replace the repainted part with a new repainted panel so i said no and told them to replace the scooter or else give me Rs 15000/- refund as its a accidented scooter she denied to do it ... when i said that i will complain about this to consumer forum she said that definately you can complaint about me to anyone i dont care. like this way she spoke with me and said that i will say that you never came here to complaint about this in showroom what proof you have that you came here with the scooter for comlplaint ... so now iam very much offended with her words please take a serious action about this againt her and matrix motors then i spoke with owner of matrix motor Mr Ajay Seth he also said the same thing that he cant help it and please help me with the resolution for this problem please do the needful Regards Anil sivadasan korattikal contact number: [protected]

                                      sir i have purchased a honda stunner cbf 125 mc on 31st may 2012 from mathura but approx three month the carbrater of my bike does not work properly and i have also complain to dealer but they does not give any response to change the carberator so i requested to you to change my bike carberator as soon as i have thankful to you
