I bought Honda Aviator and serviced it in Pashankar Dealer in pune. The dealer during servicing has broken my seat assembly suchg a way that the entire seat is needed to be replaced. For that I contacted the dealer that I am ready even to pay for the additional charges because of your fault he asked me that the parts are not available. I am following with Honda India as well since last 2 years but nobody is replying to me nor suggesting me the infomration for getting the parts for my vehicle. I have email communicated with them. They are simply going skipping my all emails and do not acting on it. What should I do now?

    That vehicles handle wobbling to riding it's not to a riding condition
    Driving condition is very bad I'm more than comfort a bullock cart

      I have purchased honda activa and its giving me low mileage and company it just tunes everytime but i dont get the mileage.So kindly help me out of this problem

      I have purchased the new Honda activa on[protected] and before booking the executive told me i will be getting 55+ km-pl but i am getting only 40 for 1.32ltrs.And i have followed each and every instruction.They have tuned the vehicle 5 times but now i am not ready to get it tuned as the vehicle has not completed one year also so i should get at least km-pl but i am not getting.I request you to help me out.The fortune Honda executive they take fuel 100ml every time when we go for mileage testing and they take the vehicle in their own track and when i say take the vehicle in banjara hills road they refuse it.they say they don't have time.So please help me out for this problem.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchase this vehicle on year 2009 from Honda Dealer M/s. Pinnacle Honda at Kolkata ( India). At around 30883 KM of the mileage a sound had come from the front wheel. Immediately I visited the Honda service center for checking. They told me that the front pad has to be replaced as the same has been worn out. I was shocked to listen that. How the break pad can wear after only 19000 miles. Anyway as I do not have the choice, I have forced to replace the pad by Rs. 6000/-.

        Now again at around 35000 km (21747 miles) the sound is coming from rear wheel and the service center told me to replace the rear break pad which will be the same cost.
        This is very much terrible to see that the recurring cost for break. I think drum type break system is far better than Honda’s disk brake system (cost wise). Also the cost for the break pad is very high.
        Kindly help me to rid out of the problem as this will happen after every 15000 miles as I think the break system of Honda is defective or this has designed intentionally.

        " I am putting below a lawsuit article which was taken from net.
        The braking system in 2009 Honda Civics are defective, causing the front brake pads to wear out prematurely and putting drivers at significant risk claims a class action lawsuit.
        The Honda braking system class action lawsuit claims that even though Honda advertises how safe their Honda Civics are, they contain a defective braking system that requires the front brakes to be replaced every 10,000 to 15,000 miles – far more frequently than in a properly functioning braking system. Even though the brake defect is covered by Honda’s warranty, Honda has so far failed to repair the braking system defect under the warranty.
        In addition to posing safety hazards, the cost to repair the braking system defect can be outrageous, forcing consumers to shell out hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars to prematurely replace the brake pad rotors, calipers and other brake-related components as a result of the system defect. Furthermore, the class action lawsuit states, Honda knew about the braking system defect in Civics, but concealed the defect along with the dangerous safety problems and associated repair costs.
        “Honda knows of the braking system defect and knows that consumers do not anticipate having to inspect or replace the Class Vehicles’ front brake pads every 10,000 to 15,000 miles. Nevertheless, Honda has not told current owners and lessees of the Class Vehicles about the defect, has not disclosed the defect to purchasers and lessees of Class Vehicles, and continues to promote the braking system on the Class Vehicles,” states the Honda Civic class action lawsuit.

          I am extremely disgusted with the treatment meted out by Honda in last 10 days or so......all my respect for this company has been proved wrong by the officials

          It has been less than 2 years I purchased this bike for 80,000/-. I was told this bike is fully automatic and cannot break down. Now, my bike is just not getting started and I literallly dragged it to many mechanics and honda service cenres before they could tell me that its fuel pump is not working. Fuel pump will cost me 13000/-, it is not available anywhere and there is no way to start the bike. Also, company has refused to waive off any charges as warranty was only for a year. Now, my bike is standed, I can't even sell it, can't start it, have to wait for the part to become available and then spend 13000/-.

          My bike is standing at the service center for last 8 days, they have no clue when will the part become available. I visited Honda website to lodge the complaint but it is unresponsive. I called up Pune regional office and spoke to one Siddhesh Kulkarni- he assured that I would receive a call in 24 hrs. When it didn't happen I kept calling his number for 3 days to receive the answer he is on leave and we don't know when will he come back. When I asked to connect me to some one else, the person at other end hung up and didn't pick the phone ever after.

          I have spent 80k to buy a bike, another 2000 to get it repaired (it still does not work) and spending hundreds of rupees every day in taxi/auto. Moreover I don't know if this crap bike will run again or not. There is not even a single person answerable in this company?????????????

            I am Venkatesan I bought Honda Unicorn on 29.12.11. i have problem faced on my bike. it was not start last week i call to Honda service centre (DIDAR HONDA, Poonamallee) after i moved to my bike service centre they are told valve clearance problem that why bike is not start. Now it was adjusted and also changed spark plug they charged Rs 250. after one week my bike condition was very poor pick up is very low running condition it was off. again i gone to service centre again they adjusted to valve clearance. i don't know how so guarantee for this service i hope your feed back on this problem.

              complaint regarding bike delivery honda shine booked on 28.08.12 from (purakkal mototors,manipuzha Kottayam.[protected],4.
              total booked amount 15000 and hdfc loan sanctioned on 17.9.12. They told me that the vehicle already started from head office on 07/08/2012.aftr the discussion with sales manager,told that they have lots of customers not having the time to update the things,if any customer has to call and take updation.atlast after contacting to delivery site, he said that yesterday evening(25.9.12). till now not received any information.the Sales Manager who d't know how to behave to a Customer.please do the needful for this case

                Sir,
                I have purchased a new Honda Activa scooter from a Haldwani region dealer(balagi motors), after purchase of that vehicle there was a manufacturing defect in that, there is a problem.. , it makes an uneasy sound while driving the vehicle... and stops after certain kms and then it shows starting problems and when i talked to them they took my scooter for repairing and after 4-5 days they called me to take back even that defect was not repaired. They took the vehicle 6-7 times for servicing under only 7 months and at the time of repairing they made many screatches on my vehicle.....and they are not hearing any complaint now......

                  I bought honda city 3 month back from PRIME HONDA New Delhi patparganj , and just completed 3000 km , and its clutch plate destroyed totaly and they say it does not comes under insurance and warranty , they said i drive it rashly , but i am driving other cars also for more than 2 years and that too in the same way i.e normally .My question is that is honda making such weak and soft parts that customer is paying 25000 just after buying a car in 3 month.

                    I had purchased scooter from jhaveri honda, fort, mumbai-400001. At the time of delivery of scooter white paint on scooter and kick coming half while starting the scooter, so i had made the complain to the dealer about the problem then he told me to visit the borivali br. at that time on service men told me that scooter parts are broken. so i had told that it is manufacturing deficit. And ihad also like to state that while i had book the active price is 54900 and he had taken amount 55910 rupee 1000 extra. So i had email to dealer and also Honda Company but still the date no one answer my Email. So had make complain for my scooter extra money spent on my scooter after delivery with intrest and replacement of scooter.

                        MY BROTHERS NEW HONDA ACTIVA (TN10 AB 2082 )vehicle SERVICED IN KUN HONDA 70, second avenue ,ashok nagar,chennai-6000083 dated on[protected].
                        After servicing we found a big noise from engine we immediately informed them which led engine collapsed &problem in engine .Now the vehicle is in their service center.

                        They avoid us & no response from them .
                        we purchased this vehicle dated on 16/11/2010.
                        We don't like to open the engine.
                        This issue happened due to the improper service only which held dated on[protected]
                        we need replacement of engine or vehicle.further we need alternate service center in Chennai for further service.

                        Being a personnel y challenged (handicapped) person(M.MEENACHI SUNDARAM) by brother suffered lot for not having vehicle with him for last 1 weak .Further we go to consumer court and media,

                          I want to complaint about the Hero Honda Showroom (M/s Moorani Motors Pvt. Ltd., Opp. sitabari, Tonk Road, Jaipur), which is located in Jaipur, RAJASTHAN
                          I Gajendra Gaur brought a HERO HONDA BIKE PASSION PRO and the bike number is RJ 14 BU 6499. Last day I went at your morani motors service centre for 4th free service of my bike but I did not satisfied there b’coz last evening aprox 6:50 to 7:00 pm I was there and I found my bike was standing outside of service center and then I went inside and talk to executives but they told me “you are late so please came tomorrow at 08:30 am”
                          Today I went there and saw the service centre was open at 8:30 but the execution starts from 9:20am and after that morani executives issued service book to me but the invoice, key of bike ,gate pass and my bike did not returned to me at 10:15am.

                          when i started to complain, He told me i will Kick you & your Bike out of the servicing center. He Misbehaved continously by seeing that i am halpless because i was single & he was with his team.
                          But the amazing things is there I found service means only or only wash and polish of bike and nothing…..
                          There I stand one an hour and after that my problems and bike alignment (servicing like adjust average, mirror setting and more) but during in this process I was completely mentally and physically disturbed so please look there and try to finding what’s the reason behind it.

                          sir this second time i am getting helpless due to service of this hero honda dealer & I am vey sorry to announce that i will never in my life will purchase anything related to Hero Honda & Hero & Honda & Never will advice to anyone to go for this Company.

                          i am felling extreme humility & in my life i am going first time to consumer Court for this nuisance behaviour of dealer Supervisor.

                          Today I have lost my office duty due to late so please look this matter very carefully because it was very harmful for me.

                          Poor customer care, Poor service, inexperienced mechanics, and failure to provide the gift from passport program.

                          I am New in gurgaon living in house no:-1090 sector-23A, actually i service first time my bike in auto needs service center a authorized service center for hero honda in gurgaon on mehrauli road i go there yerterday with my bike passion silver colour with registration no:-UP-11H-1775 my right hand side battery over cover is correct whe i go but when i see its broken there only even i see there in workshop when i complaint to workshop manager Mr.Sharma he talk very abusively and not consider that its his mechanic mistakes and told in abusively that i see your type of man even i am not in worry you go anywhere to any court whether its consumer or ny other even the other srvice is not good they charge for both wheel alignment 200rs/- its ok do it manual no machine but its work poor then its is before service, even i know that the battery is dry even they did not charge the battery and when i tekl that go for new battery told that we have no battery, even when i start my bike previously after few second the horn start but after service i ride 15 kms horn also does not start .

                          I requested you to take a strict action against her, As the service is not of any use theuy total amount od rs:-624/- even a strict action is require otherwise he matter is serious.

                          I was told to pay Rs 595 towards replacement of oil and teflon coating at 663 kms riding as first service.
                          On 31 may 2011 I gave my vehicle for my second service after reaching 2010 Kms . on the same shop .

                          sir i have purchased a hero honda passion pro last 6 month ago from West bengal,
                          and have shifted to gwalior (M.P).
                          iam having few problems with my bike and when taken for service to the nearest authorized service center
                          (anushka automobiles pvt. ltd.), they could not provide proper customer service.
                          their are lot of problems with the authorized service center.
                          1. lack of proper trained mechanics.
                          2. lack of tools. (only few tools dat too shared my many)
                          3. improper functioning of electronic meters to check & adjust carborator.

                          I have listed all these because of my experience during my last 3 visits to ( anushka ).
                          out off which, i being a customer of " hero moto corp " was not satisfied with the service given.
                          every time after service the problem still persisted.

                              The scooter is given for battery charge service in the last week of Aug.12. Serviceman expects full general checkup with oil change. I agreed. Now it is breakdown condition. No wheel movement but engine starts.The following are the reasons as far as I am concerned: 1. Lack of spaces ( all at one roof: scooter,Bike.Free service , Paid Service etc.) 2. Lack of Skilled personals (Limited Human resources) 3. Untrained personals are servicing 4. Service carried out by Teen age group personals 5.Service work is not perfect and complete. 6.Delayed in service with limited service personals. 7. Spares are Replaced without customers concern and not by genuine parts.Service provider is giving for Subcontract agent. Kindly look into this matter seriously and complete this work of this service issue. Otherwise, I have to proceed further for legally. Dealer Name : PRESSANA MOTORS(TN0200002), AVINASHI ROAD, COIMBATORE . I request kindly to take appropriate action against this service issue and get the work to be done in time.                               Purchased Honda Activa on 10th Nov,2010 from Das Automobiles(Rajpur-Kolkata),a dealer and authorized Service center for Honda Motors.vehicle Registration number-WB22 2416,Registration Date-15th Nov,2010.

                              The vehicle met with an accident on 14th Feb,2011 & was sent for servicing on 16th Feb,2011 to Das Automobiles.The scooter is lying unserviced at Das Automobiles since then.They say that they are not able to service the scooter because o[censored]navailability of Right Crank Case.Have contacted Todi Honda which is another dealership of Honda they say that they have placed orders for the part round about 18th Feb at Gurgaon & Chennai but Honda Motors is not dispatching the part.Have also spoken to the Eastern Regional Office of Honda Motors at Alipore but that has not been fruitful either.Have written 5 e- mails to the company at the Honda Motors web site but have not got any response from the company yet.

                              Its a pathetic servicing provided by such a huge organization.I do request you to look in to the issue & get the same resolved at the earliest possible.

                              Extremely upset that the cost to replace the window master switch on my 2008 Odyssey is over $490.00. Especially since the Honda Fit (2008) had a recall on it for the same issue. I took it into Honda at the Avenues in Jacksonville, Fl. I am told it is over $200 for the part and close to $195 or less than 2 hrs labor. Major ripoff...

                                Hero Honda — Hero Honda Service Problem

                                Hi I am Abdul Shigave from Kolhapur. I have a complaint against Hero honda company. I gave my bike assion pro for servicing
                                at S M Ghatage, Ruikar colony, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. They charged me extra on each service. for eg. Change of oil,
                                removing puncture etc. was charged 5-10 Rs. each extra. Also they sent my bike outside the service centre to repair my bike. My original spark plug was replaced by them with a duplicate one and was charged extra Rs.10 on that.Also the service centre MANAGER talked rudely to me. not only the manager but also the service sfatt. i have faced this problem so many times. Will you please tell me the Service centers are for customers or customers are for them?

                                I Kindly request you to take a serious action against this service centre.

                                I had purchased a from hero handa namely cbz extrim red-black, at new Delhi (Aman Auto Service, near Bhajanpura, Delhi-110053) in December 2008 and still now I did not receive the registration certificate (RC) my bike color mentioned in the RC back in place of Red. I complainted many times in Aman Auto Service from Owner and assistant of this sowroom they always denied me and said after same time they will give me RC, your request is on process. Because of RC I many times trabbed in measure problem and I have to als fine to cops because of RC so I request to you please give me solution of it. As early as posible.

                                HELLO SIR THIS IS RAJINDER SINGH AND I HAVE PURCHASED HERO HONDA CBZ XTREME FROM KHANNA AUTOMOBILES REGISTRATION NO. DL4SBM6776 , ON 11TH OF JULY 2010 I HAD GIVEN MY BIKE FOR 6TH FREE SERVICE AT 10:30 AM AND THEY PROMISED ME TO RETURN NY BIKE AT 06:00 PM ON SAME DAY MY NO. IS 56, BUT ON REACHING AT SERVICE CENTRE AT 06:30 PM THEY DON'T EVEN TOUCH MY BIKE FOR SERVICING AND THEIR SUPERVISER MR. LALIT SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 2 MORE HRS. FOR THE BIKE TO SERVICE EVERY TIME THEY DO LIKE THIS , THEY ARE PAYING ATTENTION ONLY TO PAID SERVICE CUSTOMERS, EVEN THEY SERVICED THE BIKE NO. 70.NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR SOME 3RD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS , THE STAFF AT KHANNA AUTOMOBILES SERVICE CENTRE MAYA PURI ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE TO THEIR JOB.

                                  I am having a Honda CB Unicorn which I bought 9 months back. All the four free service provided by the dealer is done. And I have done a paid service which cost me about 500rs. Still I am getting a very less milage of about 30-35KM per litre. The dealer have shown no concern about the matter when ever I took my byke over the service centre. They just did some tuning stuffs and told me that the bike will give more milage hereafter. But its of no use till now.

                                    I am buy my vehicle at 2008, passion plus spokes wheel. Last month i go to hero authourised service centre sree sakthi motors (Sub dealers of suguna automobiles)in velandipalayam. they are serviced my vehicle for the complaints of fork sound, wheel alinement and engine noise. They are serviced and give the bill for rs945. afterdiscount they received rs900. In this service i am supply the engine oil also without rs.900. Now the complaint is fork is again making noise i go throuth your service centre they are told .sir wechange only racer kit so you are now change the fork oil. but the delivery time service vehicle at last month they told sir we are change fork oil and all accessories of reces kit. but they are refuse we are not change fork oil. i show the last month bill, they are told in this bill we are not billing the fork oil. so you change the fork oil immediatly to avoid noise of fork. Now i request you to solve the problem . i am totally more worry in your service authourised dealer

                                    PASSION PLUS — fake servicing of vehicles

                                    Dear sir ,
                                    we are the resident of GULBARGA and we are the loyal customer of H HONDA .we are using since 15 years only H.HONDA bikes.
                                    but resently we come to know/observed that fake servicing ie they are replacing bike parts without knowing of customer, they stole parts like chain spoket, clucth plates etc.

                                    They are carging extra charges in the name of services like for new purchase of bike 200 for fitting charge,
                                    100 for bank charge, Registration fee will be charging extra by dealer.

                                    Hope you will take immidiatly action against these things.
                                    The dealers name Venktesh H Honda dealer gulbarga, karnataka.Dealers Code 1010.

                                        Hi..My name is Jonathan and i've bought a new honda cb unicorn on 11th of July. I came to know that the rubber inside the petrol tank was broken so i thought that i will tell the dealer to replace it in the first servicing. But when i told the dealer about the problem, he said that it cannot be replaced because its not our fault and and its company's fault.So in this case what should I do with this..The price of the petrol i raising day by day and the petrol evaporates from my bike alot..If it will not get replaced soon, then i'll lodge a complaint against tajshree honda deonagar, Nagpur dealer in the court and i'm going to sue the company. Seriously very bad customer service by the dealer. Want the thing to be replaced soon or else i'm not gonna leave you and i'm Serious about it..Jonathan J. Singh
