mileage problem

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A NEW HONDA CB TWISTER ON[protected]. THE BIKE HAD A COMPLAINT OF GEAR SHIFT AND MILEAGE PROBLEM THEN I REPORTED THIS THE SHOWROOM SERVICE CENTER. THEY CHANGED THE UNWANTED PARTS OF THE BIKE FOR WHICH THEY CHARGED ME.STILL THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RECTIFIED. I ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE BIKE...I HOPE MY PROBLEM SHORTLY SOLVED..I TRUST UR COMPANY.. Manufacturing defect and service complaint

I have purchased a new honda activa scooter from a gwalior region dealer, after purchase of that vehicle there was a manufacturing defect in that, the front tyre has a problem.. on driving the vehicle, it mas an uneasy sound... and when i talked to them they took my scooter for repairing and after 4-5 days they called me to take back even that defect was not repaired and at the time of repairing they made many screatches...
