Hero Honda — Hero Honda Service Problem

Hi I am Abdul Shigave from Kolhapur. I have a complaint against Hero honda company. I gave my bike assion pro for servicing
at S M Ghatage, Ruikar colony, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. They charged me extra on each service. for eg. Change of oil,
removing puncture etc. was charged 5-10 Rs. each extra. Also they sent my bike outside the service centre to repair my bike. My original spark plug was replaced by them with a duplicate one and was charged extra Rs.10 on that.Also the service centre MANAGER talked rudely to me. not only the manager but also the service sfatt. i have faced this problem so many times. Will you please tell me the Service centers are for customers or customers are for them?

I Kindly request you to take a serious action against this service centre.

I had purchased a from hero handa namely cbz extrim red-black, at new Delhi (Aman Auto Service, near Bhajanpura, Delhi-110053) in December 2008 and still now I did not receive the registration certificate (RC) my bike color mentioned in the RC back in place of Red. I complainted many times in Aman Auto Service from Owner and assistant of this sowroom they always denied me and said after same time they will give me RC, your request is on process. Because of RC I many times trabbed in measure problem and I have to als fine to cops because of RC so I request to you please give me solution of it. As early as posible.

HELLO SIR THIS IS RAJINDER SINGH AND I HAVE PURCHASED HERO HONDA CBZ XTREME FROM KHANNA AUTOMOBILES REGISTRATION NO. DL4SBM6776 , ON 11TH OF JULY 2010 I HAD GIVEN MY BIKE FOR 6TH FREE SERVICE AT 10:30 AM AND THEY PROMISED ME TO RETURN NY BIKE AT 06:00 PM ON SAME DAY MY NO. IS 56, BUT ON REACHING AT SERVICE CENTRE AT 06:30 PM THEY DON'T EVEN TOUCH MY BIKE FOR SERVICING AND THEIR SUPERVISER MR. LALIT SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 2 MORE HRS. FOR THE BIKE TO SERVICE EVERY TIME THEY DO LIKE THIS , THEY ARE PAYING ATTENTION ONLY TO PAID SERVICE CUSTOMERS, EVEN THEY SERVICED THE BIKE NO. 70.NOW I HAVE TO LOOK FOR SOME 3RD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS , THE STAFF AT KHANNA AUTOMOBILES SERVICE CENTRE MAYA PURI ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE TO THEIR JOB.

    I am having a Honda CB Unicorn which I bought 9 months back. All the four free service provided by the dealer is done. And I have done a paid service which cost me about 500rs. Still I am getting a very less milage of about 30-35KM per litre. The dealer have shown no concern about the matter when ever I took my byke over the service centre. They just did some tuning stuffs and told me that the bike will give more milage hereafter. But its of no use till now.

      I am buy my vehicle at 2008, passion plus spokes wheel. Last month i go to hero authourised service centre sree sakthi motors (Sub dealers of suguna automobiles)in velandipalayam. they are serviced my vehicle for the complaints of fork sound, wheel alinement and engine noise. They are serviced and give the bill for rs945. afterdiscount they received rs900. In this service i am supply the engine oil also without rs.900. Now the complaint is fork is again making noise i go throuth your service centre they are told .sir wechange only racer kit so you are now change the fork oil. but the delivery time service vehicle at last month they told sir we are change fork oil and all accessories of reces kit. but they are refuse we are not change fork oil. i show the last month bill, they are told in this bill we are not billing the fork oil. so you change the fork oil immediatly to avoid noise of fork. Now i request you to solve the problem . i am totally more worry in your service authourised dealer

      PASSION PLUS — fake servicing of vehicles

      Dear sir ,
      we are the resident of GULBARGA and we are the loyal customer of H HONDA .we are using since 15 years only H.HONDA bikes.
      but resently we come to know/observed that fake servicing ie they are replacing bike parts without knowing of customer, they stole parts like chain spoket, clucth plates etc.

      They are carging extra charges in the name of services like for new purchase of bike 200 for fitting charge,
      100 for bank charge, Registration fee will be charging extra by dealer.

      Hope you will take immidiatly action against these things.
      The dealers name Venktesh H Honda dealer gulbarga, karnataka.Dealers Code 1010.

          Hi..My name is Jonathan and i've bought a new honda cb unicorn on 11th of July. I came to know that the rubber inside the petrol tank was broken so i thought that i will tell the dealer to replace it in the first servicing. But when i told the dealer about the problem, he said that it cannot be replaced because its not our fault and and its company's fault.So in this case what should I do with this..The price of the petrol i raising day by day and the petrol evaporates from my bike alot..If it will not get replaced soon, then i'll lodge a complaint against tajshree honda deonagar, Nagpur dealer in the court and i'm going to sue the company. Seriously very bad customer service by the dealer. Want the thing to be replaced soon or else i'm not gonna leave you and i'm Serious about it..Jonathan J. Singh

            Sir,

            I bought a Honda Dio at Kun in Adyar, Chennai for my wife in the year 2005. The odometer shows 50000kms + I loved the bike (performance, mileage etc.,). They did good service at Adyar branch. Nowadays, whether in Adyar or Adampakkam branch the service is not proper. The specified problems are not attended. As a result the vehicle experienced breakdown enroute. For pickup at residence also the service centres hesitate.

            Now, I found a laymen for attending the problems and got repaired. The problems attended was something of major in nature (head, valve and bore changing). For your info please.

              We have complained on Delhi Police Helpline No. 100
              They have come and written the complained of the same.
              But not given any receipt to us
              Also not registered any FIR.

              Do I need to Register the case in Police station also?

                Dear Sir,
                I have buyed HONDA AVIATOR on 16 June, 2011 from BGS HONDA BHOPAL DEALER . Within guarantee period ( nearly in mid MAY) its locking system created a lot of problem for us.We visited the service station for getting its lock changed but they said that the lock of aviator is UNAVAILABLE at that time . we visited another service station but there also we got the same answer, they said that the lock will be available within a month.From that time we called at the service station and asked for lock but every time they gave us the same answer and promised that it will be available next month. Till today (23 august 2012) we have not got the lock done.We have visited both BGS Honda dealer as well as RAJPAL HONDA bhopal dealer of bhopal.

                This is a very SERIOUS PROBLEM because without lock we can't park our vehicle anywhere thus can not use it.

                WITHOUT LOCK A VEHICLE IS NOT O[censored]SE SINCE WE CAN'T EVEN PARK IT ANYWHERE.
                Please solve this problem as early as possible, because dissatisfaction of customers may effect your sale.

                  My name is K Siva Parvathi, I purchased Hero Honda Pleasure on Nov 2011. My bike no is AP21AL2221. When I came from office to my house it is suddenly engine off, then I tired many times it was not started. Then I gave to Sasya Motors Kurnool for repair it is authorized service center on 21 July 2012. After one week my bike was repaired and give to me. Again 20 Aug 2012 same problem happened. what happened to my bike Hero Honda supervisors didn't respond correctly. They told today delivered(22 Aug 2012) to your bike today I went to service center but they told tomorrow will give to you. They didn't tell to me what happens to my bike. And also two days my son school loss and my office also i put two days leave. Regularly I given to service.

AFTER THIS I M FACING SAME PROBLEM THEN I AGAIN WENT UR SERVICE CENTER WITH JOB NO 18 25/12/2010 IN THIS CLAIM GIVEN SERVICE TO MY BIKE AND UR EMPLOYEE SAID NOW IT'S WORKING GOOD.                       I had given my Honda City GJ 01 KR 1607 for First service at Emerald Honda at Ahmedabad. When the car was returned, I found the pen drive missing. To my shock when i complaint I got a call back that They are not at fault as the pen drive was never there.

                      Also on the day of service no body turned at designated time and after my calling they simply said that I had asked for a 2 pm pick-up which is entirely false. Also after two days of service I again received a call reminding me that my first service is due!!!

                      From this one can gauge the level of service and quality of staff employed by Dealer- Emerald Honda at Ahmedabad.

                      Also while at service a guy called me to sell under coating without even checking that under coating is already done just one month before. This shows that this dealer only wants to make money by selling extra products/services without even bothering about the quality of sevice and customer satisfaction.

                      This is my worst car dealer experience and had never imagined this from a Honda car dealer. No one is there to apologise and on thecontrary they blame the customer of lying !!!!

                          When I gone for 2nd service of my Honda Shine, the office staff replied me that if you have to do service like a mirrror, then go to Surendranagar means At District.
                          Honda shine opens a showroom in Dhrangadhra but office staff have no sense that how to speak with customer ?
                          Worker is good.

                          I don't want to do 3rd service and 4th service. I will manage from outsiders whether i have to spend 150 rs for service.

                            I PURCHASE THE BYKE FROM NAWAB HONDA FROM SECTOR 10A GURGAON AFTER 2 MONTH FROM FIRST SERVICE THERE IS A PROBLEM IN CLUTCH BOX AFTER THAT I CALL THE NAWAB HONDA BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE. AND HE DOES TAKE CARE.

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              Today I had a very bitter experience with Maansarovar Honda from Velachery branch of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Below are the description of all the problems which I have mentioned before with Maansarovar Honda.Please help me in this regards.

                              Problems Described:

                              Fuel Leakage
                              Vibration in vehicle
                              Mileage

                              Solution given by Maansarovar but not resolved.

                              For furl leakage, I was told by the technician that the fuel cock was not good and was mandatory to be changed. They reported me that the cock for Honda Stunner was not available and that they will be replacing the same with the ones of Honda SHINE which is actually not compatible. They changed it but its not working and I had to drag my vehicle for nearly 2.5 KM. Still the fuel leakage is continuing. I had filled my tank with 100RS of Petrol but Its empty now. SO THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED BUT THE FEEDBACK GIVEN TO ME WAS TO WAIT FOR A WEEK EVEN AFTER PAYING 800rs.

                              Vibration in Vehicle, I was not told any solution for that and the Vibration instead of decreasing has increased now.

                              Mileage, No chance of judging that as not petrol stands in tank.

                              WORST PIECE OF WORK

                              FIRSTLY, There was a technician who filled the job card. He was the worst person ever I have seen. No response, Rude character to Customer and after finishing the filling work not even giving an approximate time when the delivery will be. Just asked me to wait for a phone call (Might be even days).

                              SECONDLY, When taking the vehicle for delivery, I think Its MR. Murugan if not wrong, I asked him regarding the change of the Fuel Cock, he replied they might have made some alteration and it may not leak(in an Irresponsible way, busy talking to fellow colleagues) but never minded to give me a remedy. The cock was very rough indeed and damaging the plastic surrounding but I was told that let it be. (So that they can gain in charging for the plastic cowl later)

                              THIRDLY, When the vehicle was delivered, I was not even shown the vehicle properly but asked to sign the feedback form which unwillingly I had to give a remark of GOOD, having a courtesy that they might have made it good this time comparing to last time. But it was VERY VERY POOR indeed.

                              Lastly, Lat time when I got the vehicle from service, I found it skidding when I was riding at a speed of 40KMPH but the response was very bad.

                              I beg you indeed Please resolve me my problems so that in future I may have a happy riding with HONDA.

                              I have also attached a previous complaint lodged against LODHA Honda which was resolve in least time and done to thee Best by CRM of LODHA Inaithulla.

                              Petrol — poor service and facility

                              Dear Sir,

                              today i come from hospital and i take 500rs petrol for my car (UP 14 Y 0466) and bill number :- 466.

                              I take petrol from SHYAMPURIA INDIAN OIL, AMBABARI JHOTWARA ROAD JAIPUR. TIN[protected].

                              WHEN I ASK TO STAFF ABOUT AIR CHECKING IN MY CAR TYRES BECAUSE VERY LOW AIR IN MY CAR TYRES.

                              THERE IS NO ANY PERSON FOR CHECKING THE AIR I STAND THERE TOTAL 40 MINUTES BUT ANY NO RESPONDING TO ME.

                              EVERYBODY SAY NO PERSON AVAILABLE FOR THIS SERVICE PERSON WILL COME AT 11 OCLOCK AFTER THAT GIVE THE SERVICE AND ALL STAFF BEHAVE LIKE ANIMAL...

                              I'M VERY SHOCKED AND I ALSO DEPOSITE COMPLAINT LETTER IN COMPLAINT BOX BUT STAFF TOLD ME THAT WE THROW OUT THIS LETTER AFTER SOME TIME BECAUSE NO SECURE COMPLAINT BOX.

                              Dear Sir,

                              As a consumer, I vent my grievances regarding poor services of gas attendants or uncouth and rude behaviour. Please note that IOC Petrol Pump located close to Bownpally Market Yard, Secunderabad Cantonment needs to improvement the customer relations. Most of the time, their incharge of petrol pump say Manager or owners are not available. The gas attendants are the bosses and they behave as per their whims and facies. This morning, I asked the gas attendant to fill Rs.50 worth of petrol in my two wheeler as for the last two days, the pump was shut down due to TRS bandh. The attendant filled Rs.49 + change and refused to fill for Rs.50/-. I request you to take cognizance of this and depute your redressal/grievances cell Manager or place a complaint box at the petrol pump.

                                i purchased a honda unicorn last week from kayamkulam show room. i used to travel it 300 km only. i felt a sound variation and lack of pulling within 3 days. so i consulted the show room authorities 2 times. but they are not treating me well. they are trying to avoid me by saying silly matters. i am not satisfied with the bike. i think there is some problem related to the crank of the bike. but the show room authorities are not trying to check the bike. i need a quick help. otherwise i am planning to register a case in consumer court.

                                  Internal Extn. Numbers are not written any where on HMSI web site, so customer can never approach the Customer care.

                                  I am sharing also my experience with Customer care nos.; I could talk to customer care nos. (by dialing the desire extn. No.) only 2 times which is taken by Mr. Umesh Khaturia.

                                  Ø Many times I got automatic responses only.
                                  Ø Mr. Umesh Khaturia made phone calls – 3 Times only
                                  Ø Mr. Arun Saroi made phone calls – 1 Times only
                                  Ø Customer made phone calls to HMSI concern - 30 times
                                  Ø Mr. Upadahaya denied talking to customer.
                                  Ø Email sent to HMSI- 16 nos. – Never got any written answer or response from Email.
                                  My phone calls records will support these activities.

                                  I will also reveal the truth about your material department and quality control department for supporting the vendor defective products by doing re- work or repairing work ……………. Bri…………………..

                                  Now I would like to reveal the truth about HMSI customer care, Technical support Engineer –Mr. Umesh Khaturia and Dealer Concern Mr. L.K Thakur –Rajendra Honda.
                                  They people never taken any initiative to resolve the problems and always shown pessimism and made lot of conflicting statements. Mr. Umesh Khaturia said to me” After all you will come to me” No body will listen to you, No body will respond you….Do whatever you want.
                                  Due to some Ego problems of Mr. Umesh Khaturia and Mr. L.K Thakur.They people never taken any initiative to resolve the problems.
                                  I purchased a Bike Honda CB Twister with Reg.No. –DL 5S BG 3874 on dated 4-May-2012 from the Rajendra Honda (Jhilmil Colony), same day during purchase its fuel tank was changed due to scratches on fuel tank.
                                  After two days of purchase, bike started to consume petrol with high rate (500 Rs petrol bike run only 160 kms), I tried to search the problem and found that petrol leakage in form of constant drop at the carburetor overflow pipe. I made first complaint at service dealer – Rajendra Honda (Jhilmil Colony) on dated 12-May-2012 (Invoice no.-12IW02235) and requested to attend it, but after 1.5 hours of efforts job card was made and their technician Mr. Ashok checked the leakage and accepted the problem. Instead of repair or replacement of carburetor, cleaning of carburetor was done in front of me and bike handed over to me.
                                  Bike continued to consume petrol with high rate than again I made 2nd complaint and also given for first service at Rajendra Honda on dated 30-may[protected] Rs petrol – bike milege-496 kms) (Invoice no.-12IW03739),
                                  Ist Service With Complaints.
                                  The person who was making the job card checked all problems and mentioned in the job card.

                                  1.Carburetor Leakage

                                  2. Self Start Problem

                                  3.Lock problem

                                  4.Bike was moving with heavy Jerks, if chowk of the bike was activated than it absorbed some shocks.
                                  At evening bike handed over to me and said to me that we have resolved your all complaints, I checked the consumption of petrol and leakage after this service , I found no improvement in consumption and leakage problem, little bit improvement in the problem of jerks , self start problem and lock problem found ok.

                                  Impacts of work after first service
                                  · Bike Clutch remains engaged with Engine after pressing the full clutch lever, It results Kick start Problem.
                                  · Bike engine oil leakage from the dipstick area.
                                  Two new problems were added after this service.

                                  On dated 8-June-2012, I made 3rd complaint at Rajendra Honda (Jhilmil colony) and requested to resolve problems (Invoice no.-12IW04417). Bike handed over to me after two days without doing any work.

                                  After lot of harassment, I sent E- mail to the HMSI customer care on dated 12 June 2012 and waited for the response of HMSI customer care. After 15 days on dated 27 June 2012, I got phone call from Mr. Umesh Khaturia (HMSI Service support). “What a surprise, I got it after 15 days of Email”
                                  I told him about the problems and discussed about the carburetor overflow pipe, he is an engineer and was saying that chowk is used for overflow not overflow pipe of carburetor. I corrected him that chowk is used for providing the rich mixture when there is starting problem in the engine. He said it is your pre-set mind “Petrol leakage from Carburetor”. After long discussion, he said to me that –Visit tomorrow at Rajendra Honda for bike repair and he would talk to Mr. Alok Pandey.
                                  On dated 28-June-2012, I visited Rajendra Honda and made the 4th complaint in this matter (Invoice no.-12IW05915), Bike checked by Mr. Ashok (Technician- Rajendra Honda) and told to Mr. Wasim (Supervisor) that there is Leakage from the carburetor overflow pipe. Mr. Wasim made the phone call from the land line no. and told to Mr. Umesh Khaturia about the problem.

                                  7.Bike Kick Start Problem In Gear

                                  On 29-June –2012, I visited to Rajendra Honda for the delivery of Bike ,they insisted for the road test ,I denied due to lack of time and delivery taken and promised for road test on dated 30 June 2012.
                                  Road test was done on dated 30 June 2012, with some terms and conditions like 4 readings will be taken, Instrument must be calibrated, Road condition must be taken Ideal, Engine will be stop at red light etc. First Reading recorded “100 ml petrol=6 kms”
                                  Mr. L.K Thakur set the carburetor at very lean mixture resulting, Bike was moving with jerk and Knocking and was not able to move smoothly at low speed even at primary gear or at any uniform speed.
                                  That’s why bike run 6 kms in 100 ml petrol with the short duration of time; Rate of vaporization of petrol from the leakage area was also for short duration so it could not give the actual reading. Altough it must be within the range of 6 - 6.5 km/100ml if company standard says 70 kmpl
                                  If settings are restored according to the company standard than result will be very clear.

                                  Many readings taken after 30-June –2012, Bike given the mileage of 50 kmpl.
                                  Some Reading taken by operating the petrol On-Off Knob of bike (If bike is running – Petrol Knob at on position), (If bike is not running – Petrol Knob at off position) mileage recorded 55 kmpl.

                                  After 30-June –2012, I talked with Umesh khaturia and sent some photographs of problem area and a video recording of problems and requested him to resolve the problems.
                                  On dated 19-July –2012, Mr. Umesh Khaturia visited Rajendra Honda instead of physical checkup of bike or resolving the problem, He criticized and made many conflicting statements with Mr.L.K Thakur .At that day only one problem attended –Engine Oil leakage and report submitted by Mr. Umesh Khaturia that he has checked the bike physically and it is ok according to him.
                                  I sent lot of Emails to the customer care and reminders but I did not get any email and support from Customer care. On dated 25-July-2012, I received phone call from Honda customer care,Mr. Arun Saroi talked to me and asked about the problems,I elaborate the entire situation and he requested to Mr. Umesh khaturia for physical check up of bike.

                                  2nd Service With Complaints

                                  1.Carburetor Problem

                                  2.Bike is moving with heavy Jerks

                                  3.Bike Mileage problem,

                                  4.Bike Kick Start Problem In gear – Comparison made with some other CB Twister bike and said it is ok.

                                  I met with Umesh Khaturia and discussed the problems and all complaints were written in the job card at that day also he has not checked bike physically, I said to him if they don’t want to resolve the problems than change the carburetor and give it to me , I will send it to the testing and report will be sent to the HMSI,Mr. Umesh Khaturia asked from the L.K Thakur,Now what we have to do? I m not sure about it, Are you sure?
                                  Another Conspiracy arises from the mind of Mr. L.K Thakur and Umesh Khaturia and said to me, carburetor cost will be about 4000 Rs and it must be tested from Our approved vendor and we will write the part serial no. Within our record.
                                  It gives the clear indication that they will be able to modify the report or Vendor of HMSI will never bear the entire cost and further investigations in this matter. That’s why they raised these terms and conditions to closed the matter.
                                  After these terms and conditions, I denied changing the carburetor because it makes no sense. I said to him, do not change carburetor of bike and attend the all problems.
                                  Mr. L.K Thakur said we can’t do cutting in the old job card so new card will be made, I said ok, New Job Card (Job Card no.-28757) was made with token no.-58, when I asked to write the problems and complaints in new job card, than by order of Mr. L.K Thakur, Problems were not written intentionally. So intended to close the matter forcefully. At the time of delivery, I also mentioned this forceful activity on delivery coupon and job card also.
                                  I have attached problems summary with reported dates and action taken by Rajendra Honda and Mr. Umesh Khaturia. So please find the attached documents also. Summary can be verified from your service dealer records.
                                  I again request to you to take corrective action in this matter, I only need bike well performance without any problem.

                                  we have recd.three services till now date[protected]. but i am not satisfied with the service of daksh honda service. which is in gzb near meerut road. we complaint again and agian but they are ignore my comment.and they are force for to give service amount.

                                  Honda- Twister — Not getting Service Support

                                  I visited the the Honda- Service Center BGS Honda, Near Bhopal Talkies Berasia Road Bhopal,Bhopal - Madhya Pradesh- India, on dated 6th Nov 2011 for first service of my New Honda Twister with frame no.ME4JC47 6HB7003758 and Engine no. JC47E- 2040327 by 9:00 AM, but the attender named Ms. Sabanam refuese to take the bike for service for the reason mentioning that next day is the Id. She extended the date of service without signing the same. Today means on 13th Nov 2011 I again visited to the same service center by 12:30PM O' Clock and the same attender Ms. Sabnam Refuses to take the bike by mentioning the reason that I am late to reach the service center, I should rach there at 9:0AM O'Clock, then only they will take my bike for the services, for the same she given a note on my service book that " 12:30 ane per hum gadi nahi le rahe hai" and signed for the same. I need the service as my service range KM and time is over due to these in appropriate service center behaviors. pls clarify the same or let me know other options as these attenders behaviors are very rude and I dont want to face these guys ever time..

                                      But I am force to write this letter with great un satisfaction on account, poor service and negligence for your valuable customer.

                                      I Repair my bike due to so many problem occur by the careless services given by the showroom. I don't know how to rectify this problem by the careless services of showroom. On 10th August, i repair my bike in showroom. But my problem is not solved till now. They don't have a gud attitude towards customers they show a very rude attitude towards us. At last i m just fed up of the service provided by the honda bikes. Now other trouble arise in my bike, high sound cracking and so on.

                                        I have bought Honda Activa from Sri Kanaka Durga Honda on[protected]. After 20 days from purchase i observed big sound from the engine of the vehicle. So i approached Sri Kanaka Durga Honda and showed my vehicle. They said "BORE" has been seized. I requested them to rectify the problem and give back my vehicle. They said that they are out of stock and not given service for 2 months. After that i had taken my vehicle to the service station. They kept the vehicle for 5 days and given back my vehicle after repare.

                                        But after 3 days the same problem persisted. Again i have approached the service station of the Sri Kanaka Durga Honda. This time they said they have to change the "KRANK SHOFT". They said that they changed the Krank Shoft and had given out my vehicle. Now again there is the same problem with the vehicle. I am not atall satisfied the condition of the vehicle and the service provided by Sri Kanka Durga Honda.

                                        If no action is taken i may be constrained to reddress my complaint legally. I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step.
