Dealer Name is"Sornam honda-Dindigul" last month I ask some spare parts but I still I didn't receive my spares that spare details also I mentioned that is (back wheel drum for forks ,air filter ,chain sprocket kit and lock set ) please kindly consider this mail.

Honda — no response from dealer

this is vijay singh gautam,i have purchased new honda cb shine from sahil honda,after few months i have got a problem on chain socket on my motorcycle.i have already discussed this problem with service manager.......they always promise with us that they will solve this problem...but they did nothing...........

    Respected sir ,
    I have purchase CBZ EXTREEME on 23th oct 2009,i m doing my services time to time,since last 2-3 weeks thers is lickage of oil from .CAPE ON TIMING MAGNET COVER,i have asked for the above said part on Big Dealers in the city,still i can not got it.cause of these oil from the engine continiously comeout throug that and it dicrease the level of the ENGINE OIL.

      my complaint is :sir before also i have complaint regarding this problem.after my first complaint i did 2nd servicing of my bike then i found 100 ml engine oil shorting.and that time average reading was 60+.then after 3rd servicing i found 200 ml engine oil shorting.and average of bike decreased to 50+.and sir when i go for servicing my bike to service point of my district they ask me to pay extra money in my gurantee period.
      please take some action against my complaint.

      cb twister — engine problem

      i buy cb twister on 27/06/2010 and i am facing problem at the time of stating. my bike engine is not working properly, making noise. it's my second complaint. please take immediate action of it.

      I sri Subhrajeet Roul purchased Honda Twister bearing Redg No - OR05 AM 9638,Invoice No - 10IN03418,Dated - 20/12/2010,Engine No - JC47E0131934,Frame No - ME4JC472LA8084867 from Durga Honda Dolomundai,Cuttack,Odisha.

      I do like to draw your attention before the following complain.

      After 3rd servicing the engine of my bike make unusal sound. I logged the complain before servicing of Durga honda immidiately. They have admitted & tried but unable to solve the problem on date :- 25/06/2011 i.e.4th free servicing.

      Since then i visited several times with this problem but they are not responding properly to solve my problem. They are only assuring me that the concern parts are not available which is really harasing & disappointing.

      In this regard i do request you to take necessary step by which the engine problem of my bike can be corrected properly at the earliest.

        Sir,
        I have purchased a new honda activa scooter from a gwalior region dealer, after purchase of that vehicle there was a manufacturing defect in that, the front tyre has a problem.. on driving the vehicle, it mas an uneasy sound... and when i talked to them they took my scooter for repairing and after 4-5 days they called me to take back even that defect was not repaired and at the time of repairing they made many screatches on my vehicle.....and they are not hearing ant complaint there......
        so kindly help me sir....

          I have problem that my vehicle have changed the colour from white to yellowish.& i have to gone at v j Honda (ulhasnagar) for this complaint they have told us that the company r not giving the warranty of colour if we want to do the colour they r charge us Rs.6500/- . So plz told us what shall i do.

            respected sir,
            today i went one of honda activa dealer for problem of sound coming noisily from my activa . satnam honda dealer of honda activa not cure this problem.only did service . when i asked about sound problem then they told me that u left your activa after 3-4 days . this sound problem due to destroy of engine bearing . now i waste my whole day & complain never solve . although i purchased my activa one year back from satnam honda tonk road,jaipur .company also given five years engine guarantee . after this great problem neither they repair my activa nor given me any satisfactory answer . please answer me why i pay labour charges two times . if your dealers not have time for particular problems then why they take vehicle for curing. now i am not responsible if this problem become large . i purchase vehicle for drive not for standing at my home . i[censored] take such a long time then kindly provide me other vehicle for my official work purpose .

              my recently brought hero honda glamour-Fi bike is in the Authorised hero honda service center. the bike is not starting because of eletrical related problen and its been one week that the bike is there in the service center. when i call them they say that, one of its parts is not availabel anywhere and i have to wait until they get the spare parts. since i call them every day, they started shouting at me, telling you need not to call like this ,they will inform me once the work is done and they say it may take some more time as well. i dont know what to do. if i had had some more money with me i would have burnd the bike infront of their showroon itself. i dont know whom shal i contact to get help.

                The car No. CG12 D 7328 - ( Eng No. L15A1001677 and Chis No. MAKGD853E7N310677) stering locked and we refered to M/s. Shubh Honda Bilaspur. The recondition charged me Rs. 10000.00

                If in every stearing lock we spend Rs.10000 it is too much. IT need to change full kit. The company must do some design change and refund such money spent at dealer servicin centre.

                  I had two unicorn with me. The first one I was sold due to engine problems and took a new one after 5 months.... But I am extremely sad with the second unicoen's performance. In the first one there is engine noise and the new unicorn is not smooth as the old ones. The latest cb unicorn have a lot of problems. The service center peoples also agree that. Now honda is compromising quality to become the largest bike manufacturer in india. This is the same opinion with all new unicorn customers. The service center customer service is also very poor....

                  Respected Sir,

                  I am Vishnu Narayan S, working as Linux Admin in HashRoot Technologies Pvt Ltd

                  at Infopark cochin. I purchased an Unicorn from EVM MARADU COCHIN on

                  28/07/2011. For registration purpose I traveled from Ernakulam to Kollam, a

                  distance of about 150 km. During that first trip my Unicorn is showing a

                  missing during riding. First I thought it was due to reserve, but even I filled

                  petrol she showed missing three or four times. I specified the complaint to EVM

                  during my first service. But I wondered when I got my bike after service, that

                  even the dirt and dust are there on her . I understood they had not done a

                  water service. The next day I went to Muthoot Service Center Kaloor, because I

                  heard that the service there is best. After inspection,they also told me that

                  the bike is showing missing. They hold my bike for two days and returned. I

                  dont blame Muthoot . They are best and their customer service is good .I also

                  thought, that is due to the rainy weather season. But I am tensed when my bike

                  showed missing yesterday three or four times, when I accelerate to 65-70. Now

                  she covered about 2700kms. I serviced my bike three times now. I preferred

                  Honda because I trust Honda and it is my dream to purchase an Unicorn with my

                  salary.So please have an immediate look into my problem. Please dont

                  The second unicorn is having engine heat problem.. Also engine feel stressed when get into 70km/hr.When I contacted the service center they told me they also feel it and is actually good because you will get better mileage. But during my college days my friend had a unicorn which is the second updated model with alloy wheels. I rode it for about 4 years in those college life and unicorn became my dream bike..and after getting my job I fulfilled my dream...but u Honda people cant fulfill my expectations...Why are you compromising the quality..I trusted the brand honda very much...but now I dont know what happened...
                  Even had a hero honda splendour with no complaints and it had covered 1.15lakh kms. But where is that quality now..
                  Even now I like Unicorn.. But CAN YOU PEOPLE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN GIVE ME A COMPLAINT FREE UNICORN FOR ME.
                  I EVEN BOOKED a new one but my mind is fluctuating of the previous experiences..
                  If you believe in customer satisfaction and I am also a customer that trust in you brand....Please assure me the next unicorn as a complaint free one..

                        I have purchased the honda aviator on 25.09.2010 form paharia commercial house kankarbag Road Patna -20, Code BRO/1001. But the above said vehicle became unserviceable before 24 months . I have handed over the above said vehicle to your service centre paharia commercial house kankarbag Road Patna -20 on 16/07/2012 who demanded rs. 10000/- ( Ten thousand) on plea of purchasing its parts and bargaining me.
                        Kindly look into the matter and arrange for immediate service of my vehicle free of cost in warranty period. Otherwise i shall be compelled to seek shelter from the court of law.

                          i have purchased a Honda i vtec and got my extended warranty last month, yesterday i found a leakage in my car due to the front wind-shin.and when we gave our car to Arya Honda for this serious issue ,but after they inspected our car they called us saying that we will have to pay 6500/- for the refitting of the glass and now we fell cheated by Honda.

                            I have got 4th free serviced my honda activa from S.D. Ambala City. During servicing it was found that the ONE TEETH OF GEAR COMP KICK DRIVEN (Part No. 28230KVT 900) got broken.Dealer has taken payment of Rs.217 for replacing the same.When I asked him that the vehicle is under waranty period Then he replied that this part is not under waranty period.Wear N tear parts have no waranty.But this part has broken due to manufacturing defect.This part has no sign of any wear out.I can send this part to QC dept for Examining.But I am sure this part has a manufacuring defect. I want my refund.

                            TODAY THEY HAVE TOLD THAT THE CRANK SHAFT HAS ARIVED AT THE SERVICE CENTRE. AFTER EXAMINING THE ENGINE THEY TOLD THAT THE ENGINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. MY SCOOTY IS UNDER WARRANTY
                            THEY TOLD THAT ITS MARKET VALUE IS ZERO.

                              we have purchased a car name of Ms.Dada krupa Glass pvt. ltd. in 2009 date on 31 July from Pinkcity honda, Jaipur. we have face many problems regrading this vehicle but dealership is not resolve my vehicle problems in warranty claims, we continued visited there workshop about all, but they always refuse my request according all this matter ...i mentally and physically very troubled about this vehicle. this vehicle is best of world manufacturer company HONDA. but this type activity is not good for this company brand, we already purchased Ex. warranty 2+2 also that time vehicle purchased, please see this matter seriously and help me all this matter so we proudly feel the gud customer of Honda, i have 2 vehicles of Honda city and Honda Zx...
                              problems are:-

                              1. Steering noise...
                              2. All suspension noise and bubbling in driving ..
                              3.vibrate the bonnet
                              4. humming noise
                              5.steering remove all color
                              6. ABS not working
                              7. door biding is cut to many palace

                              Please as soon as resolve all this problems to image of Honda customer, who is the world famous brand, and i m a ed-jesting customer of this company ...

                                1. Reference to my e-mails dated 25th May and 07th July 2012 regarding starting problem for my Honda Activa DL 4S NC-9046.

                                2. I was purchased a Honda Activa DL 4S NC-9046 on 02 Sep 2010 after purchasing a vehicle create a starting problem so I was talk to telephonically and visit the workshop and all services in time. The services records are given below:-

Then I will talk to Mr. Chankya and he suggest me please visit to only V.D. Honda workshop Maya Puri. I will visit to VD Honda on 25.06.12 but problem not sought out. I was again write a e-mail on 07th July to same ID after write an e-mail the same fellow Ms. Neetu talk to me on telephonically dated 06.07.12 and the same language please talk to Mr. Chankya. Mr. Chankya suggest me please visit only VD Honda on 14.07.12. I have visit to VD Honda on 14.07.12 and meet to Mr. Chankya.

                                4. Mr. Chankya checks to my vehicle and one part change without my permission after changing the part Mr. Chankya tell me one part is damaged. I ask the question any charge of this part Mr. Chankya No Sir this part in warranty. But after some time Mr. Chankya pressurize to me paid Rs. 320/- at the workshop counter. So I have paid Rs. 320/- Invoice No. 121W04602 dated 14.07.12 this is not correct.

                                5. I have so many times request to Mr. Chankya If the problem sought out when the first visit of workshop so save me time to unnecessarily eight time visit to your workshop and my money Rs. 320/-. But I am not sure problem sought out or not

                                  main aapki services se khush nahi hun maine 23-aug-2010 ko apke showroom adhcheeni se honda avtiva color black scooty number (DL-1731) khareedi thi, usme starting se he kafi problems hain, maine cash khareedi thi wo scooty! or kitni baar call bhi kiya hai aap logo ka koi responce bhi ni aaya main apke sevice center main bhi gai thi lekin unhone bhi meri problem sortout nahi ki main kafi pareshan ho chuki hun....... sir ya to aap meri help kijiye nahi to mujhye majboor hokar LEGAL NOTICE bhejna padega, scooty main kafi problems hain jaise uske breaks aawaz karte hain, wo start ni hoti 15-20 minut leti hai start hone main, jyada race dene per ajeeb si bhari aawaz deti hai or bhi kafi pareshaniya hain.......... pls sir help me otherwise mujhe....action lena padega!!!

                                  I HAVE PURCHASE HONDA ACTIVA FROM FEROZPUR ROAD LUDHIANA 03.07.2012. TODAY MY SCOTER FIRST SERVICES I HAVE ALLREADY BOOK MY SERVICE 18 NO. I REACHED 10.48AM SHARP BUT SECUIRTY GUARD SAYS UR TURN FINISH AND HE SPEAK VERY ROUTLY THEN I CAME SERVICE BOY HE SAYS OK I HAVE BOOK UR SERVICES HE GIVES ME A TIME 2.30PM DELIVERY TIME. THEN I RECHED 2.30PM MY SCOTER NOT READY AND I GO SERVICE INCHARGE (SAROOP) THERE NO RESPONSE FROM HIM. I GO BRANCH MANAGER HE CALLS HIM AND HIS (SAROOP) IS THERE WAS CAME TO A LATE BACAUSE SCOOTER IS NOT READY. AFTER 3.00PM MY SCOOTER READY TO DELIEVERY BUT I CHECK HIS ON /OFF SWITCH NOT WORKING PROPERLY I SAY TO WORKER CHANGE HIS LOCK BUT HE SAYS GO TO SERVICE MANAGER BUT HE SPEAKS VERY ROUTLY AND SAYS NO WARRANTY NO GARRANTY AND NO CHANGE AND CHECK UR LOCK TO MARKET . I HAVE SHOCK LISTIN HIS WORDING . I GO TO GM THIS BRANCH HE ALSO CHECK THE LOCK, LOCK GIVES A PROBLEM . BUT PROBLEM NOT SOLVE , AND I GO OUT O[censored]R SHOWROOM .
                                  I am informing u that ur distributor of indore RAJPAL HONDA sapna sangeeta is not giving services properly to their coustomers. if any one give then their vehicals for servicing they do soooo much dely for doing that and if any one complain 4 that they use abuses word 4 the coustmer i really hurt 4 that i need my vehical urgently nd give them for servicing early morning but they not give it to me urgently i always copertae them when they give me after 4days without washing vehical i never complain for that but 2day i really really very hurted after informing them that i need my vehical urgentally but they not give me on that. there r soo many more coustomers which r afriad from their services i hope fully informing u that u can take any action about that my vehical is their for servicing but i m not satisfy after seeing my vehical in the row without doing any work on that thats y i complain for that urs afraid coustomer waiting for ur reply

                                    The service concerned with my activa is miserable .Now It seems as if i had bought a third hand activa .The engine has started making horrible noices which have been increasing with each new service from gyan honda .The mileage has become worst.Even after each service , i have to visit the service centre because the service seems useless.Regarding the usage of our activa , the activa goes for not more than 5 kms each day and with utmost care and affection .It really feels pity to have bought a new activa and obtaining such a response from servicing matters .Moreover the guards which had got installed from the dealer were not genuine and on reporting ,they simply ignored the complaint . Please i request HONDA AGENCIES to have an insight at your GYAN HONDA DEALER's ignorance and carelessness and preserve the trust of activa from oncoming customers .

                                      I own a hero honda hunk purchased 3 years before 03/06/2009..
                                      The dealer is ORIENT MOTORS , K.P ROAD ,CHARUMOODU, ALAPPUZHA.
                                      But now they dont have Hero Honda dealership.
                                      I have raised my mileage complaint since first service.
                                      No responce i got from Orient motors.
                                      Initially i got a mileage of 35-40 kmpl
                                      BUt now Iam getting a mileage of 25 -27 kmpl only. The company offerd a mileage of 55-60 kmpl.
                                      several time I complained about my mileage issue but of no use.
                                      they said after the service it will be okay..........
                                      now please help me to solve this problem......
