Hi,
i have purchased a Honda shine bike from sapphire Honda -JP nagar,the day one only we have observed the issue of both the logos are coming out and the same we have informed to sales executive,they said one year warranty will be there ,customer can come any time claim,when we went for service and asked for the same they asked us to meet pradeep and he asked to meet ananthula and again they asked us to meet nazeer. The Manager Nazeer is telling logos will not come under warranty..and he is replying with the customers that how ever he is required. He is telling to purchase the same and they provide the discounts.
Early morning i went for 3rd service they have taken required details from me ,they said to come by 5.30PM, i went the same and i met the receptionist they have taken 1.30hrs to check the bike service done or not? actually bike service was not done..they said service done but the service slip missed,finally they have accepted that service was not done.
Pl look in to it and do the needful

Activa Honda — misbehave from staaf
Dear,as i have purchased two honda activa of white colour from hem Honda Near Bank of Punjab Ferozpur Road,Moga,Punjab. as they promise us to give the number of our choice but they didn't do so. they also told us that they will give us R.C. within month but i have received R.C after four months from the date of purchase. when we met the chairman of hem honda, moga, he misbehave with us and told that u make mistake of buying activa...
As we ready to buy one more activa but from the above said reason we are confused. So i request you to Plz take further action to improve your service and the behavior of the staff other wise i m force to take legal action against hem honda showroom at moga.
