I went to Hondacity car service Centre Whitefield Honda in Bangalore for servicing of my car KA 03 MD 7957. I requested the service representative to check my car and give the estimate. He checked the car and gave me estimate of few parts like brake pad & disc brake Rs. 8500, Lower arm damper bush for Rs. 19,500, idler pulley Rs. 1,500/- Wheel bearing Rs. 6,500/ - per wheel. When I asked him to give me in writing he refused to do so. The charges for parts replacement seems to be very high. It looks like that service dealers has their monopoly. They want the squeeze the customer in the name of Service. My rear bumper had come out due to some impact from the backside. I asked them to re-fixed it and out some screw & bolt. They said, it has to be replaced and quoted me Rs. 25,000/ for this job and they suggested me to go through insurance so that you will get appx 60-70% from Insurance Company. I took the car to local garage for the same, they fixed it in 1 hour and charged me just rs. 200/-

Honda Seil India Ltd must ask their service dealer to publish the rate card in the service centre for the spare parts so that customer are not cheated.

    I have purchase Honda shine in 2007 , till time its front headlamp cover brakes 3 times, It cracks from both side, where the screw tightening molding bracket. Also rear left side indicator brakes 2 times. I am leaving in Pune & till date my Motorcycle running only 22000 km. So pl tell me any new parts have been modified for this. Waiting for ur reply.

      i have buyed honda cb shine on 11/04/12 .1st 20days it was good but then it started the resl prob wat is that gear shifting prob it wont neutral properly.then i went to showroom and i asked abt this prob .the mechanic changed a 10 rupees spring in the engine.then also the prob wont solved.i asked him he replied me that the gear was skiping.so move u r vehicle front snd back.then the gear will shift he said.then i asked my neighbour his bike also shine.his bike also has the same prob.and the mileage also poor .iam asking the honda technical team how u r having the job satisfaction to release the poor technical values like this we r spending thousands of money but we have no satisfation of buying ur poor vehicle like this shame on ur product.

        i purchase one activa sooter from dealer seith automobiles chhatri road shivpuri m.p. on 21-6-11the activa registration no.M.P.33 ME0769 purchaser name RAMA SHANKER AGARWAL.after purchaseing the activa battary created the problem they not start by self.i approach the dealer they charged the battary .again i approach by telephone to honda help line .they instruct to dealer change the battary .but dealer again charge the battary.but our promblem not solved till today.
        now on 6th june 2012 contact by phone to gurgaon co.office mr.ravi ji and call to problem but no any response given by honda co.that type behabiour show the honda co.cheat to customer. pleas take nessasory action

          Two months back I got my Aviator serviced from Sterling Honda-chinchwad. While receiving Aviator after service my Aviator battery was not properly working so I asked them to repair it so electric start and other function work properly.

          The mechanic and supervisor at Sterling Honda-chinchwad told me that it will work after some time as you start using vehicle, I thought it might be because of the vehicle was badly washed and water was dripping all over so I give them chance and took vehicle home and waited for some time.

          After 10-15 days the battery stopped working and electric start stopped and I have been using kick-start. Now, when I called Sterling Honda-chinchwad they said the battery warranty period is for 18 months and it was over last month so we will not replace battery. They force to take new battery with price of 2000Rs.

          Last month, when services took place the mechanic and supervisor at Sterling Honda-chinchwad very well knew that the battery is on warranty period but they did not care to inform customer about battery needs to be replaced rather they silently passed faulty battery with vehicle.

          It is really strange, why they are doing such things??

          Why they are spoiling brand name with incapable and in-experience mechanic and supervisor at Sterling Honda-chinchwad.

          After GETTING 1st service from RAJENDER HONDA WORKSHOP ,

          I was found a problem in Iginition strat on 08.03.2011. I took my vehicle at RAJENDER HONDA WORKSHOP on 12.03.2011.

          Workshop Incharge called me and informed that relay of ignition start has been short.

          We have not in stock, SO RETURN BACK YOUR SCOOTER. I ASKED HIM FOR AVAILIBILTY,HE TOLD ME FOR ONE WEEK NEAR ABOUT.

          AND RETURNED BACK.

          I CALLED AFTER 10 DAYS BUT ANSWER WAS NEGATIVE.AND ASSURED IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN TWO OR THREE DAYS.

          I CALLED ON 19.03.2011 TO RAJENDER HONDA WORKSHOP,SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT TODAY IS HALF DAY DUE TO HOLI.

          I CALLED AFTER 4 DAYS, BUT THE ANSWER WAS NEGETIVE AND WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN TWO OR THREE DAYS.

          I CALLED ON 31.03.2011 AT 12.10 P.M. TO STOREKEEPER, SOMEONE IN STORE CONFIRMED ME AVAILIBLITY OF RELAY.

          I TOOK HALF DAY FROM MY OFFICE AND WENT TO RAJENDER HONDA WORKSHOP AT 3.45 P.M. AND TOLD TO SERVICE MANAGER.

          SERVICE MANEGER SAID TO MAKE THE JOB CARD.

          THE JOB CARD MAKER FIRST WENT OT STOREROOM AND TOLD ME FOR UNAVAILABLITY OF RELAY IN STOCK.

          I WAS VERY HRASSED TO SEE THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE WORKSHOP EMPLOYEES. NOBODY WAS READY TO HEAR MY PROBLEM.

          NEXT DAY I WENT TO RACE HONDA WORKSHOP PATPARGANJ DELHI 10.00 A.M. AND CONFIRM THE AVAILIBILTY OF RELAY. THERE WAS AVAILABLE.

          DUE TO OFFICE I REQUESED FOR EVENING. BUT AT 4.00 P.M. RACE HONDA WORKSHOP PATPARGANJ DELHI INCHARGE TOLD ME ABOUT UNAVAILIBILY OF RELAY IN STOCK .

          I WENT NEARBY SWROOP HONDA WORKSHOP PATPARGANJ AT 4.45 P.M.AND HAVING CONFIRMED AVAILIBILTY OF RELAY IN STOCK

          I GOT REPLACED

          SWROOP HONDA WORKSHOP PATPARGANJ DEMANDED ME FOR PAYMENT, I PRESENTED EXTENDED WARRANTY BOOK, BUT THEY WERE NOT AGREED TO RELEASE MY SCOOTER WITHOUT MADE PAYMENT.

          THEY GAVE MANY ACCUSED ME AS THUS

          YOU PURCHSED THIS FROM RAJENDER HONDA AND GOT FIRST SERVICE FROM THE SAME, SO,SORRY FOR WARRANTTY

          I TRIED TO UNDERSTAND MANY TIME THEM THAT THIS IS A PRODUCT OF HONDA TWOWHEELER NOT OF RAJENDER HONDA .

          AND AS A CUSTOMER I CAN OPT SERVICE ANYWHERE IN INDIA FROM ATHORISED HONDA 2WHEELER WORKSHOP.

          I DEEMANDED THE CELL NO OF SERIVE MANAGER(WHOSE WAS NOT AVAILABLE THERE) BUT DENIED.

          AFTERALL I MADE A PAYMENT FOR Rs. 117.00 AND GOT RELEASED MY SCCOTER .

          INVOICE NO 11IW00046 OF SWROOP HONDA WORKSHOP PATPARGANJ

          AGAR MUJHE PAYMENT KAR KE HI KAAM KARWANA HAI TO WARRANTTY KIS BAAT KI?

          SIR, KYA MUJHE HONDA KA PRODUCT LENE KE BAAD USKA WARRANTY INSURANCE NAHI KARWANA CHAHIYE THA?

          HONDA COMPANY IS VERY REPUTATED IN THE WORLD.

          PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AS POSSIBLE FROM YOUR SIDE.

            the name of show room SETH AUTOMOBILES. but after purchase the activa battary created problemb. the battary not started activa. the dealers are not given any response about but missbehaving by dealers.please take nesassory action

              yesterday I went for bike service at authorized hero-honda service center ghaziabad after 8100km for 4th[protected]Km) free service, then they refused for fourth service and they did fifth service which used to do after[protected]km, besides this they never did free service, everytime they charged me more than Rs.400 and never did dust polish, which was did at 1st service and charged me Rs.350 for 3 polish, making me fool by cleaning oil dipped cloth even on mirror. and many more things they are cheating by doing this they are making Hero Honda reputation will go down

                Hello sir,

                my name is saif, i have bought a honda unicorn bike on 29th february. they have deliverd the bike after 3 days of booking. now im facing problem with the starting and also pick up . for the same i have been there for five times and till now i have ran the bike 2400 km. they have kept the bike for servicing for three days still the problem is not sorted. they told that its a manufacturing defect and they have replace bike parts also. but i facing the same problem till date. kindly look in to my issue as the service is very poor compared to any other company. the dealer name is ( ANAND honda)

                Honda Activa Scooter puchased in 2007 from Sarvpriya Honda, Ludhiana. The said scooter is having Registeraton No.PB-10-CD-2565. On[protected], this scooter was handed over to the said dealer for third free sevice at 11 A.M., with the clear instruction not to change Engine Oil. I was told by the dealer that scooter will be ready at 4 PM. All this was clearly mentioned in the Job Card. I visited the dealer at 5.30 PM to take the delivery of Scooter, but the person available at the dealer informed that it will take some more time.The attitude and the behaviour of the personnel was very dissappointig. I visited again at 7.00 PM but even at that time I was asked to wait and that too in a very disgusting tone.At about 7.30 P.M. I was asked to pay Rs.137/-.On enquiry, the counter clerk informed that it is for Engine Oil .When I asked him that it was not required as I have already told at the time of preparation of Job Chart. At this, after asking somebody over Phone he said O.K. do not pay and handed over the Gate Pass to me, but his gestures were insulting.
                I, feel that the dealer does not know the basics of Customer Dealings.It may be because he is confident that even with worst type of customer service his business can survive.
                Hai my name is Senthil kumar, I have given my Honda activa for service in Tambaram Sanatorium show room but I received my bike worst than before.

                Right now we couldn’t start the bike, we call the service people to our house to repair the bike but we received poor response from them.

                People out there speak as if we are jobless and they are very busy servicing. Treat every customers equally, all have bought the vehicle on their own money.

                The methodology of servicing is also very poor. Never attend to the complaints told. they just clean the vehicle and give it.

                Whoever higher authorities, please ensure that your dealers, have proper customer satisfaction. We already fed up. Please do the needful.

                Honda showroom in Thane and their service center both having same attitude of grabbing money from customers.
                I also faced the same story. Not purchased from Honda dealers, they indirectly refused to take my Activa for service. They first told to book the complaint. After making complaint they asked to book my two wheeler Honda Activa on Phone. Booking a Scooter for Service center on mobile phone which did not worked for 7 days. Eighth day i made call to their office nos. They just told try again. After whole day at last i was able to get the Booking. I was give the time of morning 8.30 am. I was there in office at 8.15 am and was hearing similar complaints from other people sitting there. When my number came, They told that your service book is not vaild. I told them to check, they later agreed that Validity is there and you have to come after 15 days. I was shocked. after Booking they were not ready to accept the vehicle for service. They asked for a paid service. I understood the attitude, which was only for the sake of money.
                I request all those who read this, come together and fire this people. Tell Honda about this.
                What we do next, we are harassed. Find the way to fight against this attitude.

                I have booked the Active Honda on 23-May-2009; I have been told that the waiting period will be thirty to thirty-five days.

                After crossing the 35 days they informed on 5th it will be finalized.



                Now it is almost 47 days from booking date. no information from sales man.

                it is very much astonishing that before booking they running behind the customer and afterwards we have to rush behind you.



                Sir, let me know any online booking procedure is there. I think if it is not, your dealer will take undue advantage and there is no transparency.

                I got my honda activa vehicle serviced in silicon honda showroom, rajarajeshwari nagar, bangalore 3 months back. That time i was informed that the whole engine unit has to be changed and i got the whole engine unit changed.
                within a span of 15 days my vehicle had problems related to the engine. when i went over there they just gave some vague answers and sent me.
                Few days before my engine seized once again and i went to get it repaired over there. Again they told that the whole engine unit has to be changed. i found it very surprising...just if you need to change your engine unit every 3rd month...!!!
                They squarely blamed me for the engine status...and again asked me to replace it and when i asked for the briefing what i got was better not to be explained.

                Dear Sir

                I have gave my Activa for servicing on 29.10.09 to Sai Point Service Centre, Thane. There was only starting problem. On that day they have replaced my battery, Gear Comp, Kick, Horn, done rubber coating, change engine oil, gear oil etc. and made a total bill of Rs. 2650.00. Only two days it works and there after the same starting problem occurs, inspite of calling several times to Sai Point office and Manager Mr. Santosh's mobile number after four days they came and took my activa back to service centre. On that day they have made a bill of Rs. 365.00, but after several arguments they made it Rs. 145.00 that I had paid.

                The same problem repeated after one day, the starting problem remains as it is. I immediately called the service centre and told my problem but they are not supportive at all.

                The service is very poor and even after spending Rs. 3000.00 on it I can not use my Activa for my daily purpose. I am very much disappointed and I request you to look into the matter and see that my problem gets solved immediately

                I booked Activa vide Booking Form No-B049791 dt.[protected] from CHAKRADHAR AUTO, ADAJAN, SURAT.I got telephone from Showroom staff on 26th December to pay the amount we will deliver the vechile within 10 days. Whenever I visited the showroom for payment and asking for vechile they denied to deliver, asking me for booking amount of Rs.1000/ earlier which was not demanded by any person at the time of booking and continues visit to show room.its not my mistake not to pay booking amount, mistake by staff, they are not entertain the customer properly and with full dialoge.Now they told me to pay 1000/- and came after 4 months.And the behave of staff is very rude, feel guilty to enter the Honda Showroom.pls help me.
                I have purchased Honda activa on 26september 2009 from universal honda laldarwaja ahmedabad-1 its frame no.ME4JC446J98014155 engine no.JC44E0273946 Dealer codeGJ010001 I have facing problem of average, and it can not run in slowly, gear box making noice, these problem is company' manufacturing deffect, I was complaining many times but they cant give the satisfaction for the above complaints. and they cant solve the problems.

                i got the message from JSP Honda saying that my last free service ends on 29th june 2010 so we took the activa and they told that our free services are completed so we paid for the service but once we received the vehicle we are facing with starting problem and when called the technician came and told everything is fine but still we faced the same problem and again gave the vehicle to them for trouble shooting. They told since it is winter now we have to kick start it every morning but even in the evening also it is not starting with button. Don't know whether i should give the vehicle in non honda authorised service center for trouble shooting

                I bought a new Honda Activa within a two months the side stand broken, when I enquired due to the weight of the vehice it got broken. I approached the KUN India Honda Activa showroom Adyar they did not give a proper response and they asked to buy a new stand. Its really bad experience of customer Service.

                Poor and worst customer service
                I HAVE GIVEN MY ACTIVA FOR SERVICE IN PUNJAB HONDA NEAR PRAHLADNAGAR GARDEN ON SATURDAY. THEY SAID ME TO COLLECT THE ACTIVA BEFORE 6 PM, SO MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND WENT THERE TO COLECT ACTIVA AT 5 PM THEY SAID COME AFTER HALF AN HOUR SO WE AGAIN WENT THERE AT 6.30. THEY TAKE THE PAYMENT AND WHEN WE HAVE CHECKED THE ACTIVA THE PROBLEM WHICH WE HAVE GIVEN IN HE MORNING WAS NOT DONE BY THEM AN THERE WAS NO PROBLEM IN BUZZER WHE I GAVE IT TO THEM FOR SERVICE BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING ALSO WHEN I COLLECT AFTER SERVICE. THEN WE GAVE THEM AGAINS THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO THAT DAY WE AAID WE WIL COLLECT IT ON MONADY. WE WENT GAISN TO COLLECT IT ON MONDAY ATILL MY BUZZER IS NOT WORKING. RIDICULOUS WORK DONE BY THIS DEALER. ITS VERY NEAR TO OUR HOME SO WE HAVE GIVEN OVERTHERE. BUT THE SERVICE IS VERY RIDICULOUS.
                On 11March 2011 I braught a Honda Activa from a dealer. Today it brokedown and when I called the Mulund Service centre, they say, they would attend the call in couple of days and I have to pay them 350 Rs. for their visit.

Then I took it to the nearby district (tanjore) which is 50 kms far from my home but MECH HONDA TANJORE were more worser than MA HONDA TRICHY. they were more careless about complaints and customer service then I had imagined .
                Then I took this matter to the service manager about those service guys but he did a drama before me like scolding them .
                I am very sick of these people , I think honda must follow all their service centres or better get out of service field and do good to us!

                I wish to submit the following for your favorable consideration and
                sympathetic action.

                I am V.V. Aboobacker, a senior citizen, aged 68 years, living on the
                above address.

                I am having a Honda Activa Scooter, with the registration No.
                KL09/S5730 which was delivered at the Honda Showroom, Ghani Motors,
                Kalpaka Junction, Palakkad Road, Mele Pattambi for some repairs on[protected].

                I had been given a verbal estimate of about Rs. 18000/-, after
                thorough inspection of the vehicle by the mechanic. Accordingly, I
                had paid them an advance of Rs. 5000/- with receipt No. 15532 dated
                [protected].

                I was enquiring to their service center No. [protected] till the 1st
                week of April and I was replied that the works are in progress. After
                that, I was told to contact the chief mechanic, Mr. Mohan on
                [protected].

                Accordingly, I started calling him from 5th April onwards and he will
                tell me a 2 or 3 days definite date that the vehicle would be
                delivered to me. Again I will call him on the promised date and the
                same 2 or 3 days promise would be continued and thus it continued till
                20th May and I decided that there is no use of contacting him any
                more. On 20th May, I contacted the Manager on [protected], described
                the whole story and requested him to deliver the vehicle in proper
                condition as I am daily spending lot of money for my conveyance. On
                hearing all these he told me that he would call me back after proper
                investigation. Accordingly, he called me back after one hour and
                promised me that the vehicle would be ready with excellent condition
                changing all the necessary parts etc., on Friday, the 3rd June, 2011
                by evening 5.30pm whereas their closing time is 6 pm.

                I patiently waited till that time and reached there at 5.30 pm, settled
                their Bill no. 467 &1426 amounting Rs. 22380.24 and brought the
                vehicle to my home.

                On drive to home, I came to understand that the fuel meter is not
                working. When I reached home, I have noticed so many complaints like self starting is out of order, seat lock Is out of order and I cannot even remove the key from the ignition.

                The seat cover was excellent and there were no problem with the ignition key when I delivered the vehicle for repair. They have changed unnecessarily. Further, they have removed so many extra items from the vehicle.

                Now, I cannot drive the vehicle and the vehicle is kept in my home.
                Please imagine that spending Rs. 22380.24 and waiting exactly 90 days repair from a recognized agency, I cannot drive the vehicle. In addition to that, I have spent more than Rs. 30,000/- for conveyance during the last 3 months. Please note that keeping the vehicle 90 days with them they cannot touch the self starter switch and they cannot replace a fuel meter.

                Please find out the guilty for all these blunders and arrange to repair the vehicle within 3 days, to avoid legal proceedings.

                I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with services I received from Marikar (Motors) Ltd., Honda Division, Marthandam on various grounds.
                • I had bitter experience right from booking to getting the delivery of the vehicle
                • Spares are not at all available at the store
                • When I went to take my vehicle after first service, the experience was even bad. I shared this in detail with Mr. Parameswaran, the Manager at Nagercoil.
                • And the highlight is, I gave my vehicle for second free service on 16th September. I went to take the vehicle on 17th Service. To my surprise, water wash was not done. When asked, the service engineer told me that the machine is repair. He asked me to go after few days. Again I went on 24th September just for water wash. This time the service engineer informed me that it cannot be done because of the shortage of manpower. Now he has asked me to go after few days. No proper time or date has been given for my next visit. I’m not sure whether this will be done during my next visit.
                • I have to go for the third time for a water wash. Instead if it was followed up properly, the issue would have solved with the second visit itself.
                • If I am asked to rank on customer satisfaction, I prefer to give a big zero.
                I would appreciate it if you investigate this matter and take appropriate action. You may contact me at [protected] if you require like any additional information. Kindly notify me in writing about the results of your investigation.
                If I don’t get a convincing reply, I will be forced to take up the issue legally.
                I saw many people are complaining about Honda.I have a very bad experience with my Honda Activa Scooter. One of their authorised service provider in Bangalore took NINE MONTHS to solve a problem.I visited totally 14 times.I sent 4 mails to Honda.Forget about replying ,they did'nt even acknowledge receiving my mail.

                This is to inform u that I have purchased one activa from your
                moradabad dealer m/s AKANSHA on 23/03/12 and I get it service on 18/04/12
                from AKANSHA and then again on 14/08/12 and since then I am complaining the
                dealer that I have starting problem in my activa, since from then service
                person at AKANSHA has charged rs. Forty from me every time I visited service
                center for battery charge. And when I lastly visited AKANSHA on 12/02/13 and
                told the service person about my problem first he told me to get battery
                charged, but when I shouted on him and asked him to check the self then he
                told me to deposit my activa for repair and get it back at 12:30. When I
                visited akansha again at 12:30 for delivery of my activa, service person
                told me that he did not check my activa till that time and asked me to come
                again.



                Please confirm me that this is the services your company is providing
                through your dealer network.when I called your head office no.[protected]
                2290912 and lucknow office number[protected] then the girl on the other
                side told me that she has registered my complaint and will call me soon. But
                till today I did not received any call and my complaint number from your
                lucknow office. I also tried your head office number today many times, but
                no one is there to pick up the phone.



                Please reply soon ASAP, else I have to make complaint to higher authorities.

                Today I received a call from MR. VIPIN and he assured me that my activa and its starting problem has been sort out and company has changed the battery, and my activa is ready and he is sending it at my place. When at 7:53 PM I received a call from qayum from cell no. [protected], he told me that he has come for the delivery of my activa, he arrived at 7:55 PM and I confirm the main problem in activa, he replied me that my battery has replaced, and told me to make payment of services charges, when I ask for the details of new battery, he simply refused regarding change of battery. He take away my activa back.

                Please confirm me if the company has changed the battery, then why they are not providing me in written.

                Please reply soon, else I have to file a complaint case with higher authorities.

                  This is to complain that i own a bike of hero Impulse, i buyed this bike on december 2012, last month i did my 5th free service at M.s.&S (motors) P.ltd. that time i report a complaint to servce engineer about my bike chain making sound when i am riding and also my bike back wheel tyre is only one side going damage so when i apply the brake bike is skidding, then after that service the complaints is not gone, then again i gone servce centre and asked about this, service engineer said that the chain is problem they will replace but it will take 10 days. then after 10 days they replaced the chain. but the main problem of tyre is still there.and they returned my bike then said next month hero service engineer will come that time they will call you.ican't ride bike on this condition becouse of this tyre problem so please tell me what to do, please solve this problem soon.

                  I have cbz xtrem 2011 model NO:AP35N0035 which has both front and rear disc brakes. I changed the rear disc pads set on the advise of service engineer worth Rs.1027 in the hero service center (SRI VARALAKSHMI MOTORS PVT LTD vizianagaram) on 26/07/13. from there when ever i apply the brakes typical irritating sound is generated. i went to the same service center for 6 times. Every time they used to pump some air to the disc and clean it.i did not have problem with the old brake pads. til now the problem is not solved...I am not satisfied with the service.

                    I , K.Balakrishnan , owner of vehicle No. KL31A9247 bought a pleasure from chavara Diya Motors on 1st July 2009. My daughter was using the vehicle. And in 2011 Nov it showed some sound problem from the engine . When we approached the showroom "POWER CITY MOTORS" Kayamkulam, they told to get a full engine repair . They took my vehicle for more than a weak. After the repair they told they changed the crank etc and gave a bill of Rs 4500. The bill is there with me now. Now on 2nd June 2012 (after 6 months) again the sound is there. We took the vehicle again to the same showroom and they suggested another engine repair.when we asked about the previous repair , they told it was repaired by another staff of them who left the showroom . What can I do now for this type of cheating?. Will the head office take any action?

                      I purchased a Honda CB-Shine bike from Radiant Honda, dealer code VR020004 Lucknow on 6.10.2011. However the same was moved to Anpara-Sonbhadra, as I got transferred. The alignment of the rear wheel of the bike was not proper and was rubbing with the storage compartment (for keeping tool kit and first aid kit) provided below the seat. Due to this the same got damaged.

                      I pointed out this issue during my 1st free service at Anpara service center. The same was not rectified then.

                      The problem continued and even after my other free services, which was done at Renukoot service center (Renukoot Automobiles), the same has not been resolved.
                      The owner/director of Renukoot Automobiles, Mr. Jitendra Kr. Jaiswal is telling me that the bike is defective and issue cannot be resolved by them.
                      However, he is also asking me to get the alignment corrected from some outside service center, if possible

                      I have mailed them many times and lodged complains on the company's portal but not to get any resolution.

                            Dont do the servicing at Ridewell Motors Service Center, Bafna road, Nanded.
                            Before 1st servicing my spendor pro gave avg of 75 km/ltr. after 1 st service it give 68 km/ltr. after 2nd it was 60 km/ltr after 3rd it gaves 54 km/ltr, continues after 6 th it is giving 40 km /ltr.
                            Also dont purchase new bike from same showroom . All bikes have duplicate parts.

                                I am Suresh Kale I have purchased Hero Honda pleasure on[protected] which Eng. No-JF16EBBGE22496 and Frame No-MBLJF16EDBGE21878 from authorized dealer VIJAYPAL AUTOMOBILES at Jagdalpur, C.G. After one month I had found some problems from engine like various sound. During the first servicing of the vehicle in sub-dealer JAYVAJAY AUTOMOBILES, DANTEWADA, C.G. has solved the problem. After 15 days again started the same problem and the vehicle is automatically stopped during running. Then for second servicing I went to authorized dealer the same problem was solved. Then after some days another problem i.e oil is leaking from the engine and the sound of the engine is totally changed. Now the vehicle is at showroom and they are telling to change the piston. If there is manufacturing defect why should the customer bear the loss. If there any possibilities please replace the vehicle, because it is in the guarantee period. Please give me satisfactory reply as soon as possible.

                                  After so much of frustration with my bike service, I am writing this mail.

                                  I bought UNICORN DAZZLER (CB15) on 14.06.2011 from Dealer DHRUVDESH MOTORS PVT LTD, Bangalore. After first free service, (in Dhruvdesh Motors Pvt Ltd, Nagavara, Bangalore) I noticed that back suspensor giving vibrates for even half inch ups & downs and for more than 1 inch ups downs my vehicle giving shakes and it leads to my back pain.
                                  Now you can assume how the back suspensor movement on small and big speed breakers.
                                  Even though my vehicle suspensor mode is in soft (changed to soft mode in second service) I am facing this problem and also no difference for hard and soft mode.
                                  I have been complained the same at Dhruvesh Motors PVT LTD service center at 2nd free service, 3rd free service and in first paid service.
                                  They always changing the suspensor mode from hard to soft and soft to medium mode but no changes in suspensor movement and service center people always saying that it’s in soft mode only and we cannot do it any thing.
                                  I driven my friends UNICORN DAZZLER 5 times to compare the suspensor movement and even though their suspensor is in medium mode, its moving very smoothly on 3 to 10 inches ups and speed breakers.
                                  And also I have driven Hero Honda bikes for testing the suspensor on the same roads and those vehicles and my friends vehicles back suspensors are very smooth and same informed to Dhruvdesh Motors PVT LTD at 3rd service and 1st paid service.
                                  They only trying to move the suspensor from hard to soft and doing nothing.
                                  In 2nd service and 3rd service also they did not consider my bike trouble hence, I did not take my bike for 3rd free service because they only doing clutch, breaks and water services.
                                  Due to this problem I am using my vehicle very rarely and taking alternative transports. I have driven only 3125 KMs from 14.06.2012 to till today (nearly one year).


                                  My queries are:
                                  Is HONDA can solve the my suspensor problem (Now I cannot effort for new suspensor because I complained on 2nd and 3rd free services)?
                                  Why HONDA service centers are not taking care in free services?
                                  If HONDA service center are not able to solve this problem please let me know and I will sell this bike and take Hero Honda or Bajaj vehicles.

                                    I (PRATAP) visit the service center JSP HONDA,CHINTAL for 4th free service. Previous every service i followed service manual as mentioned. In 4th service not mentioned engine oil change but they were given estimation with engine oil replacement, i asked to regarding service supervisor he also told as it is ( oil change) necessary. and also talking unnecessory words.and also telling as ' if i not replacing engine oil, warranty would not be accept in future".so kindly take action.
