My self is Deepak kumar, i have purchased ur Hero honda CBZ Extreme on date 1st of march 2012 form Sahib motors ( Site -IV, Sahibabad industrial area, Near Bikaner wala, Sahibabad.) from the date of purchased its disc breke is not working properly, its color almost torn from many parts, its create too much sound from engine, chain and its visor also vibrate. befor the first service i complained to service advisor to have a look on these matter. but he told me that pls continue run this bike till the first service and i have also done this thing. at the time of first service, again i told these things to service advisor, he wrote these things on service form, but when i came back to take my bike the problem was as it is. he satisfied me with his arguements. i escape more than ten times with an accident because of disc brake. i dont know what & where is the problem. now again its service time for my bike. what should i do now....... please take a action on this matter as soon as possible.

    I have recently owned a new Honda Activa from Jas Honda Sambalpur.The kind of service being provided at Jas Honda is really disgusting.I was forced to service that activa near a local service centre due to the irretating attitude & near future I am ditermined to not to purchase any product from Honda.

        I very much regret for purchasing HONDA SHINE VEHICLE AT Fortune Honda Ranigunj, Hyderabad
        5-4-92/1MG MG Road, pin code 500003.
        My stay of residence is at ALWAL, and whenever I go to purchase spare parts or engine oil at the RANIGUNJ Service Centre, the concerned staff says they don’t have enough stocks and always gives me a free suggestion to buy the required spare parts/engine oil at ALLIED AUTO AGENCIES Ramkote, this is causing a lot of inconvenience in buying the spare parts, Moreover when i went to Ramkote, in some cases they asked me to come after 10-15 days as the stock was not available, Today I have sent my colleague to purchase Honda shine engine oil at Ranigunj service Centre, they simply say they do not have sufficient stocks and asked me to search in other stores, and when I tried to speak to the concerned officer on the mobile [protected] their phones were not answerable, why should we be penalised for the inefficient and callous attitude of your indifferent employees/dealers irresponsible attitude? would the concerned Sales department look into my complaint and revert back to me to dr.[protected]@rediffmail.com

          I ordered for a Honda CB Unicorn from Hasan Honda in Puducherry. The bike was delivered on 11 April 2012. The bike had a problem where the engine shuts down as soon as it was started. I had to keep accelerating to keep the bike going. The dealer told it was due to 'new bike which was just out of the factory' and that it'll be fine in a day. The problem persisted even after 2 days. When I took it to the dealer, he told me it was some issue called 'idling' and tried to adjust some vent/screw or something near the engine. This rectified the problem but gave rise to one more problem, the engine sound became rough from the smooth sound it gave when it was delivered. Now, the dealer asked me to leave the vehicle to me for a day more when he could rectify the problem. I had to take the vehicle to Bangalore where I am working. So I parceled the bike through KPN Speed Parcel Service. I took the vehicle to Sapphire Honda in Bangalore who told me that the dealer in Puducherry (Hasan Honda) have done a bad job and they are not supposed to handle a new bike in such an unprofessional manner. The dealer in Puducherry (Hasan Honda) also did not provide me with the 'Service Manual' which I was supposed to get with the bike while delivery. They quoted 'No Stock Available' when asked for it. They told they'll provide me with it after 2 weeks and now it almost a month and I have not received it yet. Due to not showing the Service Manual, I had to pay Sapphire Honda guys for the service which I was supposed to get for free.

          1. I need proper reply from Hasan Honda for manhandling my new bike.
          2. I need to get the Service Manual from Hasan Honda.
          3. I want Honda to take action against Hasan Honda.

Laxmi Honda,Angul before 1 & Half year.After 1st or 2nd free servicing i have complained for poor mileage but they r unable to solve the problem till now.My bike ave. is 40km/ltr.It is also tested by the service staffs.I Have also purchase AMC and till
            now my bike always goes to dealer for servicing.Now the stage comes when i am thinking to resale my bike and go for Hero CBZ extreme.

            Please give me your views.

              I have a Hero Honda Pleasure, 2 years old. First I started giving service at Nagappa Service Centre near Menaka Theatre. during One of the service I was charged with a bill amount of Rs,4427/- on 27th March 2011 . In that Bill 2parts namely cover fr, upper cost Rs.191.11 and Set Fr Lwr, Cover cost Rs.568.89. which was said by them not available, They wrote due in that bill it self. They said they'll make a call when it's ready. But time passed nothing happened. One or two times they called, and when we go at the time they say come in the evening like that. So, Till today, I neither got that nor got the money back.

              2. As I am residing at Perambur, After the launch of service centre at Perambur, I started giving for service at Perambur Itself. About six months back, while servicing my vehicle they said, Clutch plate is to be changed, that's y it's sounding like a share auto. I agreed too. Till now, they say they re not getting this spare part. I'm really fed up by this.

              I request the higher authorities, to kindly look into this and try to solve my problems at the earliest. My vehicle No is AB 8997.

              why company is not supplying pleasure scooter to the respected showroom. i booked pleasure from aher auto,kalyan on 28 september 2009.they told delivery would be made in 15 days or before that only. so i m not getting the delivery. they told on 13 october 2009 it will be delivered. is this kind of service we as a consumer should expect from you or what. was there really a strike in your company?????
              i m seriously thinking to visit godown of hero honda in kalyan and check whether scooter are available or not. there were 2 pleasure standing in showroom itself. and they say no stock is there. i booked black with red pleasure.

                This is Vignesh from Rasipuram, Namakkal. I leave my bike for service before 3 Months and i gave complaint about the battery.
                The Service Manager in HONDA showroom prefer me change the battery. And they told me that there is no batteries available in the spares section. Till date, They didn't give me a battery for bike.
                They didn't respond to my questions asked by me about the battery. It is difficult to ride the bike without light in night time for the past three months. So, please give me some tips about the complaint.

                  Hi, My Name is Ganesh Aher ([protected]). I owned CBR250r on 15th April 2012 with Price of Rs.170000/- Cash from Vihaan motors of Thane Ghodbunder road. but within just 20Days of delivery the Parts of it's engine got damaged (Time plate) . when we ask the resolution to Vihaan motors workshop mechanic he said the time plate got damaged which needs to be repair. so I kept My CBR in the workshop only on 2nd May 2012. two days has been past but still my bike has not been repaired by them the reason the spare parts is not available with the workshop people. even they don't know how much time it will take and how long I need to keep my bike with them. I really fail to understand it's new branded CBR250r how come in just 20days and in 200 kilometers the spare parts get damaged. however It's question of company reputation and trust of people on Hero Honda.                     maine apni honda activa 22 apr 2012 ko j.B honda,jhandewalan ,delhi se purchase ki hai.Maine usse abhi tak 100 km he chalaya hai.Maine tank full kara rakha tha bcoz tank empty hone ke baad average ka pata lag jayega .But aaj jab main apni honda activa ko lekar nikla tab thodi dur jaane ke baad usme se petrol laek hone ki smell aane lage. Jab maine piche dekha to road par petrol girta hua aa raha tha.To maine usse side laga kar chek kara to uski petrol supply karne wali pipe nikle hue the aur usme se sara petrol gir chuka tha .Mujhe kisi ko dekhne hospital jana tha but main ja na saka.Mujhe confirm hai ki yeh manufacturing defect hai company ko iska claim dena hoga ya phir mere activa ko change karaya jaye.Abhi se yeh problem aa rahi hai aage kya hoga ...

                      I have booked Honda Activa paying Rs.1,000/- in Dec,11.
                      I have approached HDFC Bank Ltd, for vehicle loan.
                      loan is also approved by the HDFC Bank Ltd and got the messages several times.
                      on assurance of the exeutive of HDFC I have paid the downpayment to Fortune motors also.
                      I have regularly touch with the executive of HDFC Bank
                      In the month of April,12 I approached the bank for cancellation of loan.
                      Very next day executive of HDFC Bank approached me and I was shocked see the Sale Invoice and Insurance papers in my name dt.[protected]
                      Till date I have not deliver the vehicle by fortune motors
                      Now he insisting me to sign the sale papers to reimburse the booking amount as well as downpayment.
                      Pl.clarify me on payment of downpayment the fortune motors will raise the invoice of full vehicle amount?
                      Shall I approach PS for booking case against the executive
                      Pl.guide me in this regard.

                        got the black coloured honda activa in 2012 as promised. this website is very powerful and responsible hats off to this website

                        Honda Activa Scotter — Delay in Delivery

                        I had booked a Honda Activa two wheeler from the authorized dealer (Pilot 2Wheelers Pvt. Ltd., 5, Sunder Baug, Deonar Rd., Chembur, Mumbai 88.) on June 20'th 2009 by paying the Rs. 1000/- as an amount for advance booking. Based on their booking form it was stated that the delivery time will take approximately 45 to 60 days from booking. but, when i contacted the dealer on 22.08.09, they asked me to deposit whole money and wait again for minimum 20 days for delivery.
                        In this connection, I want to draw the attention of the main company that the poor and detoriate condition of your dealer at Mumbai. I[censored]r dealer want money from us to buy the bike from your end then how you will keep faith on that dealer for the big buisness? Hope, you (The company) will take a proper step to remove this confusion from the customer like us.
                        I am very much eagerly awaited for your proper action...

                          The self start is not working properly from the very beginning i bought bike from Narbheram showroom,Adityapur,Jamshedpur,Jharkhand.The black smoke comes out from the silencer regularly from the very beginning.I have already informed the same to the dealer but no action has been taken yet.i have already done servicing 3 times from the same place i bought it.i always told them to lodge the complain but they have not done and gives lots of excuses. The service centre people are also not able to solve the problem.Now again i have been to service centre on 27th April'12, they kept the bike & i have not received the bike yet. The behaviour of the people in service center is not up to the mark,they know only to give excuses.
                          Please look into the matter.

                              Please take this as very important. I have booked Black Honda Activa from EVM Honda, kaimanam, Thiruvananthapuram(Booking No. 46219 for Honda Activa) on 13/10/2011. On 18/3/2012 I was informed that the vehicle is ready for delivery and for this I was asked to pay the complete amount. According to this I paid the full amount (Rs. 52866/-)on 26/3/2012. On that day I was informed that the vehicle will be delivered within 20 days.I was regularly contacting the office (Representative, sales manager, etc.) about the vehicle delivery and always we got the answer that it will be delivered within 3 days. We are fed up with your dealings. Finally when I contacted today to the office they said that there is no stock. This is” cheating the customer with lame excuses”. Please do the needful.

                                  We had purchased one Honda shine bike (HR19S 5287) on[protected] from M.R.M Honda, Charkhi Dadri( Distt- Bhiwani) on the name of Harish Kumar. Only after three months, bike created a problem in it's soaker and started to create the noise in its soaker.

                                  We went M.R.M Honda, Charkhi dadri and met with Mr. Krishan ( Garage In charge). We told the problem and he checked it & agreed that bike having noise problem in their soaker. He told that we'll replaced the soaker after discussion with their senior and he requested us to come again. After that number of times we visited but problem is not sorted out.

                                  Finally we launched a complaint in their complaint resister on[protected] but problem was not resolved. Then I discussed the same with their senior in Bhiwani. He agreed that soaker having big noise problem but it's not leaking so we can't replace it. We told that it having a mfg fault which was created only after thee months of bike purchage so you must be replaced the bike but even you are not replacing the soaker so it was the end of our patience.

                                  So finally I am launching a complaint with you in the hope of my bike will be replaced and compensate the harassment which was given by their employees.

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that M/s. Sri Kanakadurga Automobiles Ltd., M.G. Road, Vijayawada – 10 is dodging on its assurance of effecting delivery on 12th April, 2012. The amount has been paid on 29th March, 2012, vide receipt No.[protected], booking no.[protected] towards payment for Shine model Honda motor cycle.
                                      The assurance and time frames by M/s. Sri Kanakadurga Automobiles Ltd., are being treated as less valuable than STRAW. It is a tragedy that the dealer for the worlds most adored and respected automobile brand is being downgraded. They commit to deliver Shine, later the staff members say the brand is banned, particular colour is not available. Many games are being played out. They try to impose and thrust the accessories and other models on customers. It is up to you to ensure the promises being made by HONDA through your dealers are not reneged with impunity. This is going to cast an irretrievable damage to your reputation. It is a paradox that even after paying full amount, we are forced to wait endlessly.
                                      Please ensure deliveries are effected according to their commitments. This is not a stray incident. This type of shabby treatment is being meted out to each and every customer. To prevent long term damage to your company, I request you ensure commitments by dealer are fulfilled.

                                        I gave my vehicle for service and to check for the front brake which is horrifying my driving. It is written in the job card no 41. when I called they said vehicle is ready and good. Later they called saying vehicle is ready come and take. same problems are repeating. the supervisor says, technician has not done work. they said they need to replace the part (drum assembly), said ok. they asked for 30 minutes time. i waited 3 hours. They come cool to say that part is not available. My conclusion - service is very very bad (I don't want to use bad words). I am afraid they just washed my vehicle and gave back and collected money for paid service. The next day I went back to ask. The store keeper is not aware of the part to be arranged for the customer. Only I can feel pity for myself and advise others not to go for the service in the showroom. I replaced the same part the very next day in my neighbourhood by private mechanic. It is working well.
