    Dear Sir/Madam

    We had purchased one Honda shine bike (HR19S 5287) on[protected] from M.R.M Honda, Charkhi Dadri( Distt- Bhiwani) on the name of Harish Kumar. Only after three months, bike created a problem in it's soaker and started to create the noise in its soaker.

    We went M.R.M Honda, Charkhi dadri and met with Mr. Krishan ( Garage In charge). We told the problem and he checked it & agreed that bike having noise problem in their soaker. He told that we'll replaced the soaker after discussion with their senior and he requested us to come again. After that number of times we visited but problem is not sorted out.

    Finally we launched a complaint in their complaint resister on[protected] but problem was not resolved. Then I discussed the same with their senior in Bhiwani. He agreed that soaker having big noise problem but it's not leaking so we can't replace it. We told that it having a mfg fault which was created only after thee months of bike purchage so you must be replaced the bike but even you are not replacing the soaker so it was the end of our patience.

    So finally I am launching a complaint with you in the hope of my bike will be replaced and compensate the harassment which was given by their employees.

        Dear Sir,
        I would like to bring to your notice that M/s. Sri Kanakadurga Automobiles Ltd., M.G. Road, Vijayawada – 10 is dodging on its assurance of effecting delivery on 12th April, 2012. The amount has been paid on 29th March, 2012, vide receipt No.[protected], booking no.[protected] towards payment for Shine model Honda motor cycle.
        The assurance and time frames by M/s. Sri Kanakadurga Automobiles Ltd., are being treated as less valuable than STRAW. It is a tragedy that the dealer for the worlds most adored and respected automobile brand is being downgraded. They commit to deliver Shine, later the staff members say the brand is banned, particular colour is not available. Many games are being played out. They try to impose and thrust the accessories and other models on customers. It is up to you to ensure the promises being made by HONDA through your dealers are not reneged with impunity. This is going to cast an irretrievable damage to your reputation. It is a paradox that even after paying full amount, we are forced to wait endlessly.
        Please ensure deliveries are effected according to their commitments. This is not a stray incident. This type of shabby treatment is being meted out to each and every customer. To prevent long term damage to your company, I request you ensure commitments by dealer are fulfilled.

          I gave my vehicle for service and to check for the front brake which is horrifying my driving. It is written in the job card no 41. when I called they said vehicle is ready and good. Later they called saying vehicle is ready come and take. same problems are repeating. the supervisor says, technician has not done work. they said they need to replace the part (drum assembly), said ok. they asked for 30 minutes time. i waited 3 hours. They come cool to say that part is not available. My conclusion - service is very very bad (I don't want to use bad words). I am afraid they just washed my vehicle and gave back and collected money for paid service. The next day I went back to ask. The store keeper is not aware of the part to be arranged for the customer. Only I can feel pity for myself and advise others not to go for the service in the showroom. I replaced the same part the very next day in my neighbourhood by private mechanic. It is working well.

            i am allready paid 50,000 for activa two wheeler on 20 th march 2012 in calicut KTC office (booking no : 66334 Name: jasmin), but the vehicle not delivered yet today. they said more extra fiitings item (rate arround 3000/-) , pls kindly inform me all extra fitting item , they said side stand, guard, foot rest, nickling Etc... why ? this items are part of the vehicle,

              I have taken the vehicle CB Unicorn in August, 2011. From that time onwards I am not happy with that vehicle towards noice and overheat of the Engine. Previously I used Shine bike for the last four years, I am very happy with that vehicle. Yesterday I have given the vehicle in Autofin Work Shop at Himayatnager, till now there is no call from them about the vehicle. My vehicle no. is AP 09 CF 0277.               Please take care and justify me at the needful.
              I am not happy with the unicorn vehicle because the vehicle noise is too much and engine is getting very hot.

                    I am very sorry to say that your custmer care service is very bad. After making many complain the problems of my bike could not solve which was occurred in the initially, in my bike no- UP-13Z 6791. Gradually problem became bigger after making many complain at Rajendra hona shahadra where first services were done I compalain to mr PANDEY , But he did not listen me then I make complain to your costumercare office gurgaon but responce was zero. i went to the Praggaya honda okhla for final service i make the same complain but once again nothing could be.
                    The detail of the complain is as under----
                    1- oiling in the tapet walls
                    2- engine is not making the proper pick up. clutch plate is not working properly on the low speed bike becames switch off.
                    3-Handle which the mazior problem science starting, which became the reason of my back inzury . on the driving it makes bubbling very badly and the controlling became very impossiable.
                    4-shokers are failure from starting whiich does not jump after stoping.
                    Therefore i request you to kindky rewert me back&send a techinical expert for test drive so that diagnosis could be done. OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

                    HONDA MOTORCYCLE — Change my Rimm Drum

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have brought a Honda Activa Scooter due to accidental case we have submitted in the Honda service center for accidental claim for front body.I have done this problem from the Service center but getting a new problem my RIM DRUM is broken whether there is not broken my drum when we have submitted in the Service center, but service engineer told me its broken by you or stone through so you have to pay for replacement of this part and cost is 1555. When i told the engineer is not my fault it replace under warranty so engineer told me its not covered under warranty after that i paid charges for this part and i am going for legal action.

                      I have honda shine.
                      I had an accident and my bike got damaged.
                      I have an insurance of my bike.
                      My bike's front fender, left side light and head light cover is damaged.
                      When i went to honda service center named "CHAKRADHAR HONDA", they told that we don't have front fender and head light cover stickers in stock since last one year. so, if i claim my bike's insurance, they can only change left side light and head light cover. Then what is the meaning of taking insurance of bike every year???
                      Even i went to other service center named "GANGA HONDA", they also don't have the parts.

                        I have purchased Activa from KUN HONDA, Adyar, Chennai which I am regretting after getting poor service from KUN HONDA, these people are the worst. At the time of 1st Service I got my vehicle with full of water and they were not even bother to clean it. They just spray the water and return back the vehicle, charged for 347/-, they never called for their best service (They are busy with sales.....).

                        Because the worst experience of KUN, I gave my Active for second service on 24th Jan to Didar Motors, Mount Road, Chennai. They did good job and i got a feedback call as well for their service. But they forgot to complete my complaint (Seat base screw fixing and left side mirror adjustments were not done properly).
                        Now today i gave for 3rd service to Didar Motors, Chennai, but this time my Activa got engine noise, i have informed the same to the service engineer, he said that the fault is in Engine and it will take two or three days to get the spare from Honda and the vehicle will be deliver after four days, am very much ok with that, asked him to do. Suddenly i got call from Didar that the vehicle is ready, when asked about the Engine noise they said that i will get call within 15 days after receiving spares from Honda.
                        But the problem seems to be serious, the noise from engine getting increased day by day. I purchased this vehicle by paying full cash just 6 months back, the.. the... worst experience from the HONDA dealers.... this is my 6th vehicle ... i had TVS Champ, TVS Scooty, Kinetic Honda, TVS Pep, TVS pep + ..Now ...HONDA ACTIVA.
                        Either HONDA has given me a defective bike or these people are thieves’

                        I’m going to file a case against HONDA and service centres as well, if am not getting proper action from HONDA..... Expecting your reply.........

                            Pleasure ( Hero honda) — Faulty pressure

                            Very Bad Service Given By Metro motors

                            AS there is Lots of Harassment Regarding complain in Hero Honda plessure by Metro Motors,Navsari, when i was going for complain with My plessure Honda, they are not giving the satisfy answer. i bought the new plessure & with in a 15 days i was sending the six times to metro motors.

                            no. of problem was present in the plessure. i personally request to them if possible to replace to me anther plessure. but, they promise to me next time it is not happened.

                            But just one day back oil was spoiling in the plessure & very badly it is separated in the plessure. again, i request to them pl. look this matter very seriously because it is very difficult to me for my coming month to handle this plessure. so, please replace to me or inform to Honda manufacturing company but they are not ready to inform to him

                            we face so much Difficult to handle this. pl. look this matter seriously & solve the problem soon

                              I bought Honda DIO in christmas 2011. Its been 3 months I bought this bike and my right hand switch isnt working propely. I cannot self start using right hand break nor the break light glows whn I hit the right break. Today I left my bike for 2nd Free service and mentioned that the right switch isn't working. Later end of the day when I came to take my bike I was stunned to see that the switch was not replaced or repaired reason being-...

                                    Please do not buy Hero Honda Pleasure??? .

                                    I bought the Hero Honda Pleasure from GRM Motors Chennai. From the day 1 self start was not working.
                                    Dealer fooled me, kick start every day morning and have some round so that battery get charged for the day, good that he is not a car dealer??. But the self start never worked. After along follow-up and fight, he replaced the battery now that problem is solved.
                                    The quality of plastics are very poor, within 1st service the battery holder attached with mask broken due to self vibration and jumping inside making huge noise( like a tool box falling from 1st floor to ground) inside mask, night time street dogs chase hearing the noise. The dealer refused change the mask, since this is the repeated problem in all the pleasure scooters and company is not giving. I have addressed to Chennai region Service head also. No reply?. Now running with the problems

                                    Other bad comments:

                                    1, Fuel consumption is huge, drink petrol like any thing Rs.200 petrol is consumed for my 1 week run hardly 50 to 60 KM. Since no reserve system perfect milege check is not possible.
                                    2, Engine get off in the signals.
                                    3, Start switch (attached with left& right brake) malfunction very often.
                                    4, Suspension is bad. Jump like frog in little bumpy roads also, it shakes too badly sisters??
                                    5, Starting torque is very poor. Very risky to stop and start in the slopes.

                                    Available in attractive colors.
