Sir,
I have purchased Honda Activa (Model-SCV110B) on 19th August, 2011 from your dealer Jugal Kishore Honda, Sanjay Gandhipuram, Faizabad Road, Lucknow(U.P.). After three months Battery of that scooter was not working properly, so I complained the same to Jugal Kishore Honda showroom as well as its workshop at the time of second free service. Just after recharging mechanic said that it will ok after some drive but same problem existed, only kick start was there. On my third free service I complained him again; mechanic misguided me and said no further problem will exist. But same problem exist there in. After repeated requests the battery was taken away on 23 January, 2012 and told to come after two week. Their response is very-very poor. After so many visits & requests an old battery make[protected] was given to me on 21 February, 2012. It is also not working properly. I am not satisfy yet. I want that a new battery should be provided to me in replacement o[censored]nder warranty battery. In this connection I told to your dealer. He informed me that this battery has been provided by the company which I replaced.

As such I request you to please pass necessary instructions to reliable person/dealer for providing me new battery as early as possible, failing which I will be compelled to take the protection of law.

Honda scooters Pvt Ltd/honda activa — refusal of warranty replacement

I purchased an activa for my daughter from VAH Pvt Ltd,37 chippi tank,begum bridge meerut on 25/06/2009.Bill no.-091an00845.Registration no.-UP15 AK 9531.At the time of purchase the dealer issued a warranty card stating that for the following 2 years any problem in the scooter or parts will be treated or parts will be replaced free of charge.after one year the scooty started giving a strange sound and less pickup and mileage.On 27/03/2011 when i took it to service centre they said the crank and cylinderare making sound and they said it needs to be replaced and will be charged Rs.8000.as per the warranty it has only run approx 10000 kms and is still in warranty and should be replaced free of charge.moreover I have always taken the scooter to honda service station for service and i have proof of all the services.I have also sent a notice to the dealer and your company through registered AD requesting to provide me with warranty replacement of the parts.I request u to please action my request and please get the damaged parts replaced within one week because the warranty is about to expire on 25/06/2011.else i will have to apprach the court of law.

        2nd Complaint-Purchased Pleasure from United Agency Paud Rd,Which was registered on 28/11/2011.Registration No.is MH12HP-8461.On 2nd Jan.2012 due to leakage the Staff o[censored]nited Agency asked me to keep the Vehicle at their Work-shop.After my 1st complaint with you the Dealer Staff told me that the Spares are available(i.e.-Crank Shaft & Other Parts) & the Vehicle will be delivered to me on 21/02/2012 at 5-00 P.M..Half an hour after the Delivery I noticed the same problem with the Vehicle about the leakage asoccured on 2nd of Jan.2012.United agency has not told me what parts they have changed.The Dealer is trying to cheat me. Do the needful immediately as Iam paying Installments for this Vehicle. Thanking- you.Mandar P.Joshi.Pune.
        Must take strong action against this type of Dealer.

          Hero Honda Pleasure Model — Warranty Repairing

          Vehicle No-MH12HP-8461. Registered on-28/11/2011. Dealer-United Agency,Paud Rd.Pune. Buyer-Mandar Prabhakar Joshi. Chasis No-MBLJF16EDBGHO2726, Eng.No.-JF16EBBGH02758. The vehicle is with the Dealer from 2nd Jan.2012 for repairing. The Dealer Staff is asking me to purchase the required Spares from outside because they have no stock of Spares as the Crank Shaft is damaged within 2 months.The Dealer is not at all responding.Pl.take some strong action as i am paying Installments for my Vehicle & my Office is 12 K.M.from my residence.
          Worst service from Dealer.Iam paying Installments against Vehicle Loan & I am going 12 K.M. everyday to the Office.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I bought a unicorn bike on (04/03/2011), i was really fed up with the service. within 1 year of time i face many problem in the service of the bike, one Mr.Murugan, Service manger of Maansarovar Honda, which is located @ velachery 100 feet road, Chennai, said that he will clear all the problems in the bike but he does n't. The mono suspension in my bike was not working properly, now i am suffering from severe back pain & Doctor said not to drive bike for 3 months, totally i used my bike less no of times only, approximately 7500kms -8000kms only used. Many problems like disk, shuffling of gear makes more noise, battery backup is not proper, self start is not working on gear, still i did n't get my problem solved, many of the times i have spoken with the responsible person in the show room, no one is giving proper responsible to me, if i make a call to the showroom they were not giving proper responsible, some ladies in the service department putting the call on hold for more then 10 to 12 times, i am really fed up with honda service, is their anyone who really solve all those problems

            I gave my vechile to manasarovar honda velachery. The service is very worst. my life i am using vechile more than 10 years. this is the first time i am meeting the poor service provider in life. even they not doing water service also not properly.
            i am facing same issue from same service centre, friends plse choose other showrooms

              I ordered Front fork stem before a month but still i did not receive.Not only this, I were in search of Side mirrors for 3 months at the end they

              said to fix SHINE's side mirrors to Unicorn bike. And the service always worst from the purchase of the bike. For this i have booked and waited for this

              bike for 2 months. Getting Spare is very very difficult in Honda. And For the past 3 services I was saying to correct some noise in CHAIN. But they never

              put into ears.They are simply changing the engine oil & Water washing and returning to the customers. That too in TIRUPUR PRESSANA HONDA,

              worst in the world.They never did the service well at all.From the purchase of Bike there was noise while applying rear brake.After changing the Brake

              shoes, the sound off. I think they are not giving new product to the customers.

              My experience is worst ,, facing lot of troubles and spending more money for everything. Better Don't prefer Honda.

              I totally agree with non-availability of spare parts. I just need a rubber ring on carburetor and it has now been over three months i am searching for one. This is the smallest thing. Other spare part availability problem is there. Experiences of others with availability of spares is the same. I am fed to the point that I have started recommending people not to buy Honda products just for non-availability of spare parts even though bikes of Honda are very good in every aspect. Happy hunting for spares
              same prob for me too. i have a 2005 model Unicorn (Dark Grey color). I have been looking for a pertol tank for the past 3 months, in vain. The dealers don't even take the pain to respond properly or give a proper contact where the spares would be available.

              I love HONDA products. Just because of such poor after sales service and unavailability of spare parts I have started to hate it. I have even started advicing my friends and relatives to not go for a HONDA.

                When I took the delivery of my Honda City after 2nd service, I had notified my dissatisfaction to Crystal Honda in writing (about scratches developed in their body shop) and they had written an apology letter to me on 16th Nov 2011 saying that my problem will be resolved in 3rd service. Post this when I gave my car for 2nd service on 3rd Feb 2012, Crystal Honda behaved in the same ill manner and denied the scratches. I filed a complaint with Honda Care and this was punched with number ‘21200124’ in the Honda Head office. However there has not been a solution to this problem as of today. I would request your assistance in getting this issue sorted out or help me sue Honda

                  I have purchased Honda Shine from your Showroom(C R Scooters Vadodara) on 3rd February 2010, and my passing date is 11th Feb 2010. But recently I came to Know that there is a discrepancy between passing date and manufacturing date of the bike(Year 2008) when police doing the routine checkup and they have taken my Bike and all the documents Like RC book and they are claiming that this is a stolen bike .

                  So, give me the justification with proper documentation ASAP.

                    I purchase a HONDA ACTIVA (SCV110B) Scooter on 4th Feb 2012 from Monka Auto mobiles , Jugsalai, Jamshedpur. The Scooter I revived is not up to the Quality Standards, I found some defects on The Scooter. After that I PROMPTLY made contact with the Dealer and they suggest for Repairing. But I don't want any repair on the Scooter, because I paid the FULL amount in cash...

                    So I request you to please make a replacement against this Scooter. Other wise I have to complaint this problem to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.

                      I have taken a bike Honda CB shine bike on[protected]withe in 15the days i have a problem of battery and i have given the bike on[protected] to service center for battery but there was no response after that i have given thee bike to service center 2 to 3 time for battery but still i have a battery problem. I am telling to sai point service center that i have a battery problem they are telling me that is not over look out it is Ex-id company look out you go to Ex-id company and tell them for battery. I am telling only one think that we have taken a bike from Honda so why we go to Ex-id company. If i have any problem withe any parts Honda will say that we have taken a parts from japan so i should go to japan for replace.So that is not my look out that is Honda company look out.Give me replay as soon as possible.

                      sir i have a honda shine cb bike, i have a problem of battery with it. As 2 times i had sent my bike's battery on showroom also the battery is in gurenty period. The dealer of bike says that you contact on main office. give suggestion...............

                        I am a Member of Hero honda Good Life Programme Bearing card No [protected], valid from 04/04/10 to 03/09/13, Ttill date i have not received a any gift against my aforementioned good life card. When ever i have asked for the gift they said "Stock Nil" But when last Friday I go to Yova Motor,Faridabad,Haryana to check my gift, they said that you had already collect your gift, but they not shown any entry regarding any gift.This is not good.Kindly take necessary action.

                          i purchased a new honda aviator from your company dealer ,R HONDA here in gurdaspur city on 13th DEC 2011 and i am facing lots of battery problem in it ,firstly its not charging properly and if it is charged it lasts for only two three days . i got it checked from ur company service station at R HONDA they simply charged the battery once and returned it to me but now im facing lot of problems ,today again i send my aviator to the service center but still they r charging it . as per the machanic the battery is faulty and it has to be replaced .but they r not replacing it so kindly do me this little favour so that baattery is replaced . I am already having two self start vehicles they r working very fine but this aviator doesnot get self start any time . so plz take this matter seriously as my wife is facing lots of problems for this .

                                I purchaged new honda cb shine on 03/07/2010 at SRI VASAVI HONDA NEAR RTC BUS STAND KURNOOL-518003.Still i have completed three free servings at kurnool.Still i have been facing problem in operating gears since the time of purchaging.I gave complaints many times at SRI VASAVI HONDA KURNOOL.They are not giving right solution and irresponsible against me.I was dissatisfied with their service.
                                Please consider my request through this complaint.please justify.

                                  HI SIR
                                  This is to apprise you that i have bought a new Heo honda Hunk front disk bike from Kanha Motors Allahabad on 1st july 2011 and since then i got it serviced two times ,but the servicing given was very poor and none of the times the battery was charged though i got that noted on my job card and my bike's battery is not working properly and gets to lower charging very often creating problem for me to use my bike.Now i want you change my bike's battery as soon as possible.
                                  So i want you to take stern steps for getting my problem corrected.

                                  i had purchased a bike super splender on 5jan 2012 at starting it is vibrating i had gone to service centre autoneed, i had wasted two day but there is no solution my bike still vibrating i complained in there web site but they had not taken any action.

                                    I have purchased one Honda Unicorn vehicle from the dealer Vishnu Honda(Sree vishnupriya motors), visakhapatnam on april, 2011.After 2nd service, I found very durty noice from engine,same day handover the to service centre,he check the engine and found some baring was broken,they was taken 15 days for replace part.After replace the part still engine noise sound.have given so many complaints to the dealer that Unicorn is not working properly due to engine problem. I have mentioned that the engine gave more noisy and heat sound. Then, at every time I approached the dealer for repair, I requested them to look the engine problem and rectify the same. But, they have not responded and informed orally that we will see the engine till the vehicle run atleast 1500 km. Now, Unicorn crossed 4, 700 km. Still, the dealer has not cleared my doubt and rectify the engine problem.

                                    As and when I approached for any repair, they orally informed that the spares to be replaced. Still my vehicle is not working properly even though I changed the spare parts as per the advice of the dealer. Hence, I am not satisfied the service of the dealer.

                                    In this connection, I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and instruct the dealer Vishnu Honda, visakhapatnam to replace my vehicle, as I am not in a position to bear more cost for repair charges.

                                    Honda CB Unicorn — not available parts

                                    Dear Sir,



                                    Here I am writing few line for your strong and favorable action. In the month August 2011, I have purchased two wheeler Name- Honda Unicorn from your Sambalpur , Odisha show room. From the day of purchase the Techo meter was unserviceable & not available any parts just like petrol tank break lever front light. The same day I given complain at the show room. As a customer, agent should keep me on high priority. But till today I have not received the above meter as well as other spare parts. My home town is around 50 km fm Sambalpur town. Around 10 to15 times I visited the show room. This wasted my time as well as valuable fuel.


                                    As a costumer, I am not at all satisfied with the agent dealing and behavior. Kindly take strong action and do the needful at the earliest which will be a great favor for me and well other people who is going to purchase your products in future in the area.

                                    My unicorn engine making lots of noise.i had only 8months to the bike.i have done all the free services but in the sevice center my complaint does not listen.i have 4 years engine waranty left.plzzzz tell me what should i do....my contac number is [protected]

                                      Sir, My name is GIRISH KSHATRIYA, sir i have a Honda stunner 2008 Model although warranty period of my bike is over. But still i preferred to service my by your authorized service center.. But last time when i had been for servicing one of you engineer informed me that there is come problem with the ” Choke ” and must be replaced with new and then i agreed to replace it with the new one but your engineer later said that its not available in the stock hence i have to wait for a week But the Choke of my bike was already Unplugged / removed..
                                      When i ask your engineer to fix it up he said the new stock will be coming soon & they will install the new one BUT NOW IT ABOUT MORE THEN FOUR MONTHS they say that they are out of stock…
                                      Even i have some problem with the performance of the bike & after servicing also the problems are not fixed by your engineers & one more thing some of the staff members of Mangesh Honda, dose not give appropriate response to the customers..
                                      My Complaint is against Mangesh Honda, Belgaum.
                                      So i kindly request you to take some serious action against the matter..

                                      Respected sir, I have being using a Honda Dio bike for the last 8 to9 years.And have serviced my bike on time and have got the best service.But on the 23 of April i brought my bike for an emergency as there was there was an petrol leaking
                                      from my bike .And the previous day i had filled Rs 300 worth petrol.Mr Vasant asked me to leave the bike cause there was some problem in the bike and asked me to come at 5pm.but to my surprise my bike tank had very little petrol in it.On asking Mr Umesh told me that he will give me a call the next day.And on the 24Mr Vasant calls up saying that there was very little petrol in the bike which is not true cause i showed that there was a good amount of petrol.sir i hat to get this to your notice as many friend of mine also have the same problem.sir that was my last service at Mangesh Honda and do not wish to get my bike for service.
