I bought a unicorn bike on (04/03/2011), i was really fed up with the service. within 1 year of time i face many problem in the service of the bike, one Mr.Murugan, Service manger of Maansarovar Honda, which is located @ velachery 100 feet road, Chennai, said that he will clear all the problems in the bike but he does n't. The mono suspension in my bike was not working properly, now i am suffering from severe back pain & Doctor said not to drive bike for 3 months, totally i used my bike less no of times only, approximately 7500kms -8000kms only used. Many problems like disk, shuffling of gear makes more noise, battery backup is not proper, self start is not working on gear, still i did n't get my problem solved, many of the times i have spoken with the responsible person in the show room, no one is giving proper responsible to me, if i make a call to the showroom they were not giving proper responsible, some ladies in the service department putting the call on hold for more then 10 to 12 times, i am really fed up with honda service, is their anyone who really solve all those problems

Honda scooters Pvt Ltd/honda activa — refusal of warranty replacement
I purchased an activa for my daughter from VAH Pvt Ltd,37 chippi tank,begum bridge meerut on 25/06/2009.Bill no.-091an00845.Registration no.-UP15 AK 9531.At the time of purchase the dealer issued a warranty card stating that for the following 2 years any problem in the scooter or parts will be treated or parts will be replaced free of charge.after one year the scooty started giving a strange sound and less pickup and mileage.On 27/03/2011 when i took it to service centre they said the crank and cylinderare making sound and they said it needs to be replaced and will be charged Rs.8000.as per the warranty it has only run approx 10000 kms and is still in warranty and should be replaced free of charge.moreover I have always taken the scooter to honda service station for service and i have proof of all the services.I have also sent a notice to the dealer and your company through registered AD requesting to provide me with warranty replacement of the parts.I request u to please action my request and please get the damaged parts replaced within one week because the warranty is about to expire on 25/06/2011.else i will have to apprach the court of law.
