Dear sir/madam,
I bought a unicorn bike on (04/03/2011), i was really fed up with the service. within 1 year of time i face many problem in the service of the bike, one Mr.Murugan, Service manger of Maansarovar Honda, which is located @ velachery 100 feet road, Chennai, said that he will clear all the problems in the bike but he does n't. The mono suspension in my bike was not working properly, now i am suffering from severe back pain & Doctor said not to drive bike for 3 months, totally i used my bike less no of times only, approximately 7500kms -8000kms only used. Many problems like disk, shuffling of gear makes more noise, battery backup is not proper, self start is not working on gear, still i did n't get my problem solved, many of the times i have spoken with the responsible person in the show room, no one is giving proper responsible to me, if i make a call to the showroom they were not giving proper responsible, some ladies in the service department putting the call on hold for more then 10 to 12 times, i am really fed up with honda service, is their anyone who really solve all those problems

I, Mahadevan Sasidharan Nair Purchased a PLEASURE @ HEROHONDA show room in Kerala state shop name: SMART MOTORS UCHAKKADA. On the date of 13.03.2011. I have to say some thing about my Vehicle to you. It’s my Kind request to you dear sir. I have 3 HERO HAONDA bikes of my own I own this company because I trust in this good service and life long level. I am facing some major problems with your new branded HERO HONDA BIKE PLEASURE KL 19B -1552
1. When I purchased the vehicle it’s too smooth to drive I really got 3kms per liter. How is this possible? I went to the showroom and deal with the Manager he opened the whole vehicle and said, there is a small stone inside the petrol tank which came UN known by the company. I am happy to say am getting a km of 51 now days.
2. My first service is been done on 09.06.2011 on 939kms job card no:23522
3. I met an accident in that time and came some scratches on the vehicle on 26.07.2011, I approached the showroom and they took 650rs for repainting the vehicle, Till today date they dint do this so. They say it’s my fault that I dint give them time to paint the vehicle I kept the same vehicle for 2weeks and 2 days in the showroom nothing happened. Now days they says the time has expired and we are not ready to do this so.
4. Good this gives the company to a good level of costumer satisfaction.
5. My second service is been done on 06.08.2011 on 2540kms job card no: 24960.
6. From the date of second service after next day I lost the battery power which and where I suffered a lot in the middle of the road in trivandrum central. I thank you for this too.
7. When I approached your manager he, says that’s not our fault, we can’t do any thing I charged the battery @rs 150.00 from the place.
8. I am so sorry to say that your branch office and the officers are nit in good hospitality to do the service or care takes the customers in good manner.
9. My third service is been done on 10.10.2011 on 3224kms job card no: 26575. when ever I go to consult the realer they makes service.
10. On 16.01.2012 I bike to Trivandrum on the way to my job the vehicle burst and smoke appeared from the front side, I was not able even to ride or just move the vehicle.
11. I approached the same center in an auto carrying the vehicle from Trivandrum to your esteemed concern. They opened and said the wiring connections got burned and should be replaced and will charge 800.00 rs for the new wiring set.
12. I waited 2 days and the answer from the concern was no new wiring set and it take time more than 3 – 4 weeks, they replaced an old wiring kit but when I opened the whole body in an pother service point they replied its just a small pieced wire now on my vehicle.
13. I really think that your concern is not good to be in real service with the customers.
14. They say that if I complaint to any other s they don’t have any problem and I would be made no service or any other service to this vehicle.
15. Am too dispersed to go there and I am going to sell the vehicle its my unlucky vehicle with HERO HONDA.
16. I f I dint get my bikes whole body cover to be changed to new I will give this copy and publish in main news paper in trivandrum edition and via facebook.
17. I know the cover will charge of rs: 1200.00 for the bike. I enquired with the showroom manager he itself told me on the date of 26.07.2011. On the time of second service.
18. Nothing happened till date.
19. Do the needful which you can do with this GOOD customer.
 PLEASE GO THROUGH THIS LETTER AND PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL.
 I am not so rich to buy another bike in other company TVs or Honda Aviator. Which gives more than 56 kms per liters?
 It’s too smooth as Hero Honda Pleasure.
I have taken this vehicle in the name of my mother smt: Vijaya kumari.
The old address has been changed and I dint change the address because if nothing is given as a good reply I have to sell this vehicle. So sorry to do this.
Surely you will loose this customer. My luck came from when I took HERO HONDA CD DELUXE.
