        Dear Sir,

        I purchased one Honda Activa Scooter on 06/May/2011 from your dealer SAI ASTHA HONDA BYEPASS ROAD CHAS ( BOKARO) PH :- [protected], +[protected].Engine no: JC44E1251590, CHASSIS NO: ME4JC448CB8140685
        After 3rd free service the vehicle felt some complaints like Back Light & Back Break, poor milage, over engine raising etc. The work shop people said to me Honda Activa gets 50 km per liter, but I get below 30.

        Kindly attend this matter and do the needful and help us to satisfy one of the Honda customer

          My Honda Aviator bearing registration number OR14W 4078 purchased on MAY11 is lying with Koshalya Honda,Rourkela due to no SPARE availability. It is amazing a small spare bearing part no. 11100KWP is not available. On inquiry no commitment from dealer stating that Honda Head office is not responding to their email nor sending any spare. A sorry state of affair for a company like HONDA for such poor service forcing customer like us to wait for his own vehicle due to poor spare management . My all activities are badly affected incurring huge loss for failure on both side of dealer as well as manufacturer.I donot know whether any commitment is there for compensating the loss but honda 2 wheelers is really became a nightmare for me. On telephonic to different contacts like[protected],[protected],[protected] no response either no one receive the phone or no operators available.It is amazing that HONDA such reputed company operates in such a poor manner in INDIA. Pl see that if company like HONDA can at least take the pain to serve their customer and deliver me my vehicle at earliest.

          HONDA AVIATOR — not a good response from authorized honda workshop

          Sir,
          This is to inform you about the badly manged authorized Honda Workshop
          I gave my Honda Aviator to "ESS ELL MOTORS" Plot No. 10,,Dehradun industrial co-operative estate Ltd,Near Mahant Inderesh Hospital ,Patel Nagar ,Dehradun.
          For some repair in case of an accident on 6th June 2011 but they have't managed its " T " till now ie. 17 lune 2011
          The Service Advisor Nitin did't told about the unavailable product till now and asks to wait further till next month.

          Please take some action to quicken up the process as it is not expected from a company like "Honda"

          three days ago I had booked a complaint with your Bikaner dealer M/s Laxmi Honda explaining that my aviator is not starting either by battery or by kick. they said that their mechanic will come and will do the needful. Phoned 5-6 times. get promises only but none has come to check my vehicle. very very very poor service.

          HONDA AVIATOR — no spare parts availability at dealer rourkela

          My vehicle no OR14W 4078 lying at workshop of dealer Hyundai Koshlaya Rourkela due to no spare availability since 18 nov. No postive response. the vehicle purchased on May 11. All my activities affected. no comitment from dealer regarding delivery of the vehicle
          These people should be taken to court for such behaviour ... I own a aviator myself and it took me countless trips to the service centres for a master cylinder kit 13FB4 ... I regret investing my hard earned money with this sham of a company who does not care about their customers . I will never recommend any one to buy a Honda automobile ...:(

          Since beginning the said scooter is having problem in Kick. Kick is very very hard has caused ortho problem of my LH side knee. Though it was given for repairing in their authorised service centre (CR Scooter-Baroda) has proved miserably poor with having the same tight kicking problem. It has been known that there is a basic design mistake in the kick mechanism - profiles of gear teeth having basic design error.

          As we have been using Honda's Activa and having satisfaction o[censored]sage, we entrusted this Avitor but it has only given us very very bitter experience both finanacially and physically - causing Knee problem.

          Whether this Japanese group has failed in their customer service motto or what ??????

          Expecting their concern to resole my agnious situation.

            Sir we had bought activa on 29 january 2011.After 1 month it's battery creates starting problem.Company had replaced it but it's problem not solved and again that problem had started.Now we again complaint about the battery to the dealer and they again change the battery but the same problem arises.We are fed up and plzz do something.Plzzzz help us............

            This is to inform you that, i had purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S Navsarjan Motors,Bharuch , on 4th Dec 2008 under registration GJ16 AK 7397,There is a start up trouble since last 3 months I complaint about this to the dealer and nearly 2 months back and he advised to contact dealer of Battery who has given warrantee. we have approached the dealer ( Battery) for 3 times and every time the dealer of battery - after recharging the battery billed for RS 30 and informed that there is not an issue of battery but threre seems to be problem in your scooter (activa) Again today we have approached M/s Navsarjan Motors Bharuch and after checking he told us to contact agin Battery dealer no doubt his representative also came with us. Now the Battery dealer said that there is problem in Battery and the Battery will be replaced after 15 days.

            I expalined my worry that without battery I can not drive in City area or at Night ( in croweded city horn is must and in night without battery it almost impossoible to drive without full lights.

            I asked about email Id of M/s Navsarjan Motors on ph no[protected] the person in charge given me mail id as " www.hond2wheelers.com"

            They are not informing correct email id as well as they do not know the difference between email id and web site.

            i want to complain againts to th e service center at mahanagar(jugal kishor).the service, they provided me was not satisfied me . and the nature of the center's worker was not so good with the customers.
            plz take some affective action about my complain.( up 32 cv0829).
            this is lastly informed to you concerned that i had purchased honda activa erom jugul kishore lko u p, but right from the date of purchase there was serious starting trouble which could not b ractified despite repeated check ups at jugul kishore as well as at bee aar honda lko.
            as such there appears to b manufacturing deffect in the activa .
            wherefore it is requested to kindly change the vehicle otere wise i will have to move to appropriate court of law.
            WE HAVE PURCHASED HONDA ACTIVA FROM BIKANER DEALER IN APRIL 2007 ,FROM LAST 3 MONTHS WE ARE FACING STARTING PROBLEM AND WE HAVE VISITED THE LOCAL DEALER SO MANY TIMES FOR REMOVING THE PROBLEM , AFTER GIVING THEM 4-5 TIMES FOR REPAIR ON CHARGEBLE BASIS THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE TO REMOVE THE PROBLEM AFTER RUNNING 3-4 KELO METERS THERE IS THE SAME PROBLEM THAT THE SCOOTER NOT STARTS WE HAVE TO FACE PROBLEM FOR HANDLING THE SCOOTER WITHOUT STARTING AND YOUR DEALER TECHNICAL STAFF IS NOT COMPITENT TO REMOVE THE PROBLEM .WE ARE MAINTAINING THE SCOOTER PROPERLY BY REGULAR SERVICES TIMELY BATTERY CHANGE AND ALL OTHER SUBJECTS .MAIN THING IS THAT MY FATHER IS USING THE SCOOTER AND HIS AGE AROUND 65 YEARS .IN THIS AGE ITS VERY DIFFICULT ,SO PLEASE DO NECARRY AT YOUR END AND OBLIGE.

            I took Honda Activa on 02.09.2010 from Bhasin Honda, Raja Garden, New Delhi. Since purchase the the vehicle starting problem to till date. I am so many time visit to Workshop and talk to Head Office Mr. Deepak. But the problem is still continue two time service is already done and three time vehicle leave at workshop but no result to till date so please sought out the problem and take further necessary action.

            sir i purchased a honda activa in 11 feb 2011 from the sixth days my vehicle problem with battery and kick start i contect dealer they say this is battery problem i give the battery in warratny exide make atz4 .after 20 days battery come from warranty this same battery compony not replaced it. same day evening start same problem and went to honda showroom. he took battery and send to exide compony for replacement.after 15 days again same battery gave.again same problem started i cant under stand what to it.this honda activa fault or exide battery fault or dealer service faoult thanking.
            I have been facing starting problem with my Honda activa for last six months...have given it for repair and service number of times to didar motors which is authorised service centre...they have not been able to rectify the problem.. They say that nothing is wrong and you need to use kick when you start.

            Unicorn Suspension is very worst

            I bought a unicorn bike in September 1st week. The bike was good except suspension. I compliant and gave for service. After service there is no improvement for suspension. Still not compatible the suspension.

              hi,
              this complaint regarding my activa scooter. I purchased a activa in 4 feb,2011 which no.up81ak0585 and 4 services was completed at 7200km but my scooter engine was not working properly then i mat with employee of the R.S. auto sales whose is situated on marris road ,aligarh. he told me that sir, your activa engine is working over and will be replace in warranty. so i said that so please replace it. then i mat with manager of servicing ,he said that please left your activa for 3-4 days. i went to honda service center then he gave me a bill of engine parts and said me pay this. i saw the bill and i am shocked because bill's amount was Rs 1863. i said that it have included some parts which was replaced in warranty like free of cost. sir , these parts were not available in my stock ,we purchased the outside so its bill will be paid by you. i said that company is responsible for this. Manager- I don't know company.please pay all charges. I show the booklet of activa wfhich have the information of warranty parts. he denied book queries. after i paid all payment to idieot manager and said that i complaint in Honda. so i want to justis. please judge this problem. and take strict action against the R.S. auto sales ,marris road, aligarh. i hope that u will give me a positive result. thanku so much.                 My name is Tapan and I am driver of the Additional Solicitor General of India (Shri Vivek K Tankha). I have purchased a Splender Pro Bike No. DL 3S BW 7440 in February 2011 from ARC Motors Pvt. Ltd from a showroom at S-9, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-II, New Delhi. The problem started when the head light of my bike was not working in the month of June 2011 at service centre situated at F-26/4, Okhal Industrial Area, Phase-II New Delhi and requested them to get it rectified. I have visited three times to get it rectified but each time they told me that it is OK. But still the head light was not working. Fourt and last time on 27.11.2011 I went there for the same and told them to replace it as it was not functioning. They told me that it is kharab and you will have to deposit Rs. 130/- for the same. I told them that I have never used my bike in night how can it be kharab. But they denied it and demanded Rs. 130/- for replacing the same. I told them whey did they not tell me earlier and befooled me for so many months. I did the same. but now the dipper of my bike is not working properly. They even do not prove the proper servicing for my bike. When I also requested them to provide me proper service, the manager every time misbehaved me and rebuked and even harassed me. He threateneded me never to visit that place and make complains anywhere.....yaha to aise hi chalega. I have been facing unnecessary wastage of money and time just because of their poor servicing.                 hai, my name is natarajan, i have a bike hero honda hunk - 2009, i am from trichy, tamilnadu. my free services are completed, now i am in pay service, yesterday i give the bike for service to KRT MOTORS UNIT I at trichy tamilnadu. i tell 4 complaints about bike, today they delivered my bike, i have trialed it. very poor servise. they do nothing, only wash the bike and polish the bike, last 4 services they do like this, they tell no spares for your bike hunk . please dont give autherised service centre for this company. my bike no:TN48M - 2352.

                  I am raising this compliant against Punjab Honda @ Rajkot - Dealer of HONDA Activa - I have shifted from Bhopal - MPCG,last month & wanted to get my vehicle serviced, I tried to contact them on phone to know the timing for the services - after 3 days of continuous calling, i got the call & Mr Chauhan picked up the call & told my wife that we take the Vechical only between 8 to 9 AM - Which is really Odd timing for the nuclear family >>>> So, we requested that it would not be possible to come by 9.00 AM - So he said come on Thursday by 10.00 AM - We reached at 9.35 AM >>>> But the way the Staff treated us was very BAD - no one was ready to listen to us , nor wanted to talk >>> they simply told us that there is some renovation work is going on so we will not take the vehicle - but the other vehicle of other clients were very much taken >>>>>

                  Also when i asked them to give us the compliant register they refused to give - I got late for office - my Wife also had to come a lot ng with me & our child was left alone at home >>>>

                  We did not appreciate this kind of Attitude from the Brand like - HONDA , I am also in Service industry - Bharti Airtel working as ZBM - Rajkot Zone but have never handled the customers like this >>>>

                  Would Request proper Action has to be taken against this service center.

                  This response you received because you are a Hindi Speaking Person from MP. We are also facing the same attitude in Rajkot. These people are still living in their shells cant speak hindi/english properly but always ignore hindi & prefer english.

                  May be soon they will ask the country's name changed from Hindustan to GUJJUstan...ha ...ha...ha

                    Sir , I purchased a bike Hero Honda hunk 150 cc from Ess Aay Agencies India Pvt Ltd located in karol bagh , New Delhi on 28 February 2011 . I faced problem on my Back shocker that shocker is not working properly and i want to him replaced my bike shocker because it is in warranty but Ess Aay Agencies workshop Manager Mr J.Mahra who's contact no is [protected] said that he don't changed my shocker because my first and second Service was done by Ess Aay Agencies Pvt ltd workshop and Left 3,4,5,6 was serviced by another service station so that there's is responsibility for him and said you can change your Shocker from another place because he concerned that if you whole sixth free serviced your bike form our workshop then he concerned about change of shocker and talk very rudely and said you can do anything that he cannot change my bike shocker even if you complaint about him to any hero honda director or chairman . If my bike shocker could't be change I book a stall in upcoming automobile Auto Expo 2012 and show my bike and tells to everyone that how yours service and response to change any damage spare part which is under warranty .

                        I purchased a new Honda Activa from east Delhi’s Swaroop Honda showroom on dated 3-oct-2011. After 2 days when I drove this activa ,I realize that there is some bubbling in front tyre of the scooter, front breaks cable was giving some sound, its handle was jammed while driving towards right, and when I release my both hands while driving the scooter, it was running towards right side .On 7-oct I went to their showroom and told them about the problem regarding the defective scooter ,they told me to go to their workshop. On 8-oct I went to their work shop and told them about the problem, instead of listening to me their person said that it’s a new vehicle drive it for some time it will adjust automatically for which I also have an argument with them. Then on 10-oct I again went to their workshop in morning to get the problem rectify, but the person who was making job card said me that you have come again, then I contacted the person whom I met in the showroom, he then told to some mechanic to check the scooter .After some time he adjusted the handle and solve the problem of jamming, but the other problems remain the same .After that I complained it to their customer care. On 17-oct they call me again, on that very day they officially made my job card and after that handle the scooter to the mechanic .He just do the formality and bend the handle towards left, that made the problem more complicated. On 31-oct my scooters first service was done and I again told them about the problem, but instead of fixing the problem they now hav given me more headache, my scooters front tyre is jammed now. I[censored] want to rotate it from ur hand u cannot rotate it freely. Now I want ur help regarding this problem, as I want to take some legal action against them.

                          I bought Unicorn vehicle AP13 P 3436 3 years ago and since first week onwards vehicle has many problems including kick start problem. It just won't start, takes around 40 -50 kicks and 15 Min's or more to start. Problem was not this severe in starting but now its unbearable physical and mental stress for me.

                          Gave vehicle to Fortune Honda RaniGanj service center three time and kept vehicle there for 6 days and still don't see any improvement.
                          Every Time they say problem has been taken care but I see the same thing happening again and again, I cannot keep going and give vehicle for servicing leaving my job and taking half day leaves and end result same problem not solved. More over one has to spend almost a hour to register the job card and to get the vehicle delivery.

                          I cannot even sell this vehicle to anyone as he will be cursing me for selling this crap to him, my morning get screwed up because of this vehicle and all the disappointment shows up physically, mentally at work. I curse Honda for selling such crap to customers who spend hard earned money. Never get response from there customer care Nos, they have a voice mail which is full and no one bother to at-least clear it. In one word Honda service "Sucks" and should be sued for their pathetic delivery in product & services.

                            I bought a Honda shine during April '11 and the dealer is Presanna Honda. The complaints I faced with the vehicle and the dealer are as below

                            During the time of deliver - No end weight on the left side of the handle bar - Wonderful PDI check they have in Presanna honda. Later I got it corrected
                            1st day with the vehicle - Right side cover rattling - The lug which was supposed to lock the rib was bent. No idea where it happened. Later on I corrected it myself
                            After 7 months - The headlamp mounting point was broken on the right side, due to vibration caused by the vehicle and road. When contacted the dealer they said this will not fall under warranty and they claimed I broke - Wonderful guy they got at Presanna honda, defending in their favor. The remedy is still a question.

                            Now Honda and Presannan Honda made me think why I took this bike. The truth is Honda's focus is not with bike falling in this segment. Besides the waiting period for Unicorn is more than that of the car. I recommend do not go for Honda bikes, if so you will have no peace of mind

                              I own a Hero Honda Karizma. I have been facing an issue regarding the spares of my bike. My bike's self-start was not working since 2 months and I have been roaming around different hero honda showrooms in the city for Self Relay(spare part that doesn't cost more than Rs 500). But there is no stock around the City.
                              I have given for servicing twice in these two months at different hero honda showrooms near my place and I was billed around Rs.1000 for each service, but as there was no stock, the problem was not rectified.
                              Even though I like th e bike, due to no stock in the showrooms and no facility to order one, I am facing a lot of trouble.'
                              It would be very helpful if I get this rectified as soon as possible.

                                  I have Got New Honda CB Unicorn on 06/10/2011 and during travelling the rear tyre got busted after opening it was observed that the rear tyre is cracked from inside at the joint and due to this the Tuf-Up tube got damaged due to punching and when i ve taken this Complain to Millenium Honda Sangli i've got irresponsible answer from them like "we dont give warranty for tyre and batteries ".
                                  such answers are not accepted from a company like Honda.

                                    well this to inform you guyz ,it was schoking to knw about the defects of the Honda Stunner which i purchased two yrs back.......when i purchased the motor bike within 1 week the silencer was disbursing the black gases after reporting this the service centre In nepalgunj had promised to change the engine if it occurs happen bt it was so disappointing to know that wenever we complained they never used to rectify our complaints but after 2 yrs wen gauranty period is over they said they will check all the complaints from the customer file and inform us its been 2-3 months the gauranty period is over and the had no response from the service centre i.e jayant enterprise.

                                      Honda Activa — delay in issuing vehicle

                                      my name is M.R.Ranjith, i had booked honda activa on 02 jan 2010 at honda showroom in Ranigunj,secunderabad. At that moment, they have promised me to give the bike within three months.today it is 23 jun 2010 nearly six months after booking,but till now i didn't got the bike.Everytime i go, they tell me a new story.the people who had booked in feb and mar got the vehicle but i didn't.i also heard they are giving bike by taking extra 5000 on each vehicle.please help me,i am really fed up.
                                      Is there any outcome of posting your complaints here or we are just wasting our time... :(

                                        I would like to bring to your notice that Honda activa bearing registration number AP 10 AM 1072 has hit my car (Santro Xing,Maroon) rear bumper and ran away. This event have taken place near DPS,diamond point on 14 November, 2011 at 12.15pm on my way home. There was a damage to my car rear bumper and I could only note the scooter number in the due course. The owner is a lady and she was wearing a burqa.Please help me in knowing the scooter owner's contact and recover the loss.
