DEFECTIVE SCOOTER

I purchased a new Honda Activa from east Delhi’s Swaroop Honda showroom on dated 3-oct-2011. After 2 days when I drove this activa ,I realize that there is some bubbling in front tyre of the scooter, front breaks cable was giving some sound, its handle was jammed while driving towards right, and when I release my both hands while driving the scooter, it was running towards right side .On 7-oct I went to their showroom and told them about the problem regarding the defective scooter ,they told me to go to their workshop. On 8-oct I went to their work shop and told them about the problem, instead of listening to me their person said that it’s a new vehicle drive it for some time it will adjust automatically for which I also have an argument with them. Then on 10-oct I again went to their workshop in morning to get the problem rectify, but the person who was making job card said me that you have come again, then I contacted the person whom I met in the showroom, he then told to some mechanic to check the scooter .After some time he adjusted the handle and solve the problem of jamming, but the other problems remain the same .After that I complained it to their customer care. On 17-oct they call me again, on that very day they officially made my job card and after that handle the scooter to the mechanic .He just do the formality and bend the handle towards left, that made the problem more complicated. On 31-oct my scooters first service was done and I again told them about the problem, but instead of fixing the problem they now hav given me more headache, my scooters front tyre is jammed now. I[censored] want to rotate it from ur hand u cannot rotate it freely. Now I want ur help regarding this problem, as I want to take some legal action against them.
