"I purchased my Honda City Car-i-v Tec (VMT petrol variant),
Reg. no DL 8C AU 7276, engine no-LICSZ 14427066, chasis no-MAKGM651FJN 316154 from Honda city wazir pur show room on 13/07/2018 with a warranty of 3 yrs w.e.f 13/07/2020.
After some time, it’s Stereo music system used to get Hang up intermittently., which was brought into the notice of servicing personnel at the time of services. I was told to ignore the same as something usual in Electronc Gadgets. But when it got frequent making me unable to use music system/remote phone/Navigation etc., I visited WP service centre and submitted a video of fault on 10/07/2020. I was told that the complaint is raised to concerned team, for which Token no D-7824 was received on 16/07/2020.
On 05/09/2020, Stereo replacement done with receipt no-SR[protected]. But to my surprise, the replaced unit worked even worse than the original. Now the soft touch screen started turning Blank/ white after some time of turning it ON. I visited the WP service centre again and submitted my complaint along with video of fault on 19/09/2020 with invoice no- SR[protected] Dt. 19.09.2020.
I was assured of replacement after Token no-D 8809, was received in Ist week of Nov. 2020. Since then, I have made several enquiries from WP service centre, I am told the same will be replaced, once the part is received from head office . It has not been replaced so far and I am also not told of any time limit for it.
HIghly unsatisfactory, since I have to make these many visits, with no resolution in sight.
Do inquire internally, and let me know when you are making the part replaced!
