Hello,

My honda city car music system stopped working and my car is in warranty, my car. number is HR 26 DL 3344

each team i go to honda showroom(cherish Honda gurgaon ) they say we have raise ld you complain but Honda received any response from the company, i have paid my hard earned money to buy this car if company does not have parts then why do they even manufacture it.

it’s been more than 5 months now but i didn’t heard anything back.

please help to resolve this

    Dear sir/mam,
    Good afternoon, I bought a City automatic car from apco honda calicut in January 2018.(registration number-KL 11 BK 4747 and VIN is MAKGM662JHN301651)
    By the time a year is up, in 2019, it's music system got complaint. I got it replaced as it has warrenty. But unfortunately a year later, in 2020, the system started showing complaints again. When I contacted the service center, I was told that the company would only replace it once.
    I'm disappointed with the company's position that the system should be replaced at my own expense while the warrenty lasts until January -12 - 2021.
    I kindly request you to find a solution to this problem by changing the system once again before the warrenty expires on January 12th.

      on 25the december 2020 and again i have mailed on 6th January 2021, byt theres no reply or call from the company.

      i have mailed the below to the company :

      There’s no response from your side, I guess I need to go to consumer court.

      My car no.is GJ 27 BS 7255, in 22 September, token no.3050, I have visited Honda Landmark Automobiles, Isanpur, Ahmedabad to replace my music system which stopped working suddenly. The car is bought in May 2018 - honda city vx automatic. It’s been over a more than 3 months and yet the company does not have its shipments of the replacement parts. I have called many times at different numbers but each time replacement time increases.
      I am frustrated and fed up now as i need the music system in my car. It feels i am using a DABBA. Either change the music system, or give me a new car. I am not happy or satisfied to pay 15 lakhs for a car with defective components for which they have no replacements as well. It is not a customers fault if the company does not have its parts, why make a car then?

      Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and help me resolve it.

        I am having Honda City purchased in 2017 but music system is not working for more than 6 months.Complaint has been registered on 20th August 2020 but there is no resolution. If it is not resolved within 3 working days I will go for social media as there is customer dissatisfaction and harrassment..I am having no. OD 15 J 9966..Kindly resolve the issues on urgent basis as it is under warranty.

            Respected Sir,

            Myself Sanjay Wankhede and I have purchased the vehicle HONDA Amaze, having registration number MH 31 FE 8292 on 21st December 2019 from Aryodaya Honda Center Nagpur Maharashtra and its been a year I am using this vehicle with utmost care. I am driving the vehicle in eco mode as far as possible from my end and the vehicle run so far till date 04/01/2021 is 6678 Kms. Also I have serviced my vehicle on time as per company norms and scheduled dates.
            Even after taking all these preventive and timely measures from our end we are getting the AVERAGE (mileage) of only 14.8 km/l which is very less than the average claimed by your Honda company.
            I have informed your service center of ARYODAYA HONDA, Nagpur, Maharashtra about this mileage issue but no action was taken on this issue. Instead I was told that the mileage reduces with time span. But as far as I know that there's no such vehicle whose mileage drops down by 4 KM/l in just one year span with less drive and more proper maintenance. I think you should definitely look into this matter to the earliest.

            Also would like to mention another issue of VEHICLE PICKUP .

            When I start running the vehicle and put on the second gear, the vehicle does not generate enough power stroke as compared to remaining gears pickup. The RPM during second gear activation keeps increasing at its max but the speed of vehicle drops down and do not raise instantly like other gears and make a really abnormal sound during raise. I have tried many different speed combinations to analyse this issue but the vehicle do not generate the required pickup during the second gears initial stage.
            I have informed your Aryodaya Honda service center regarding this issue also. But again they said that all our AMAZE customers have the same complaint regarding the second gear pickup. And its a default issue from company end. No action was taken over this issue also.

            So Sir now I am looking forward for solution to these two Major problems from your end.

            I genuinely request you to look into this issue as soon as possible because its not a small one and ultimately your customer is dissatisfied with your commitments and service facilities.

            You can contact me directly if you wish to or i[censored] want to know anything more about the issue in detail. Feel free to contact. Looking forward with a resolved solution on early basis.

                Honda Amaze Car was sent on 26.22.2020 for servicing particularly about AC not working at authorised service centre Arodaya Honda Nagpur but the service center has not done any servicing and charged Rs 5500
                After 2 days, AC system has stopped working and I faced lot problems as I was away from Nagpur
                When contacted, I was told that there was no problem and therefore we have not anything about AC problem
                My intention for sending My car for servicing was only for AC problem faced by me
                This is the attitude of Arodaya Honda who has looted

                  My Honda Amaze car was sent for servicing on 26.12.20 with proper instructions for AC cooling fault noticed by me and specifically told to service centre to get it repaired
                  Vehicle was serviced and an amount of Rs 5500 was charged
                  The vehicle AC stopped working after running around 100 kms
                  The Arodaya Honda unable to give satisfactory answers
                  They are cheater and grabbed money without doing anything

                    Sir, i am shamnad masood owner of honda city reg no KL 16 P 954.i have complaint against the people working Muthoot Honda, kollam service center. I already orderd some spare parts Worth of 40000Rs. Today morning i went there to replace this spares. I reached in front office almost 10.30am. And i am asking to a staff stayed there without any hurry. But he behaved like we were beggars asking coin.after that we wait more than an hour. Nobody ask anything. This incident is make me very sad about your customer care. So you should take a serious action against this to improve your customer satisfaction. Otherwise i will go to public through social media platform.

                      I'm writing this because I'm a big fan of Honda Petrol cars and I am really concerned about goodwill of HONDA.

                      I had purchased Honda Amaze this year in March'2020 from Ludhiana thru your dealer M/s. AKC Motors, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana (Vidhata)

                      My complaint is about MRF tyre being used by Honda

                      Last month I had got bulge in one of my car tyre, as it was inspected by MRF tyre authorities in Ludhiana, they rejected the claim saying it has nothing to do with manufacturing defect, but it is due to sudden impact that tyre got damaged.

                      Sir, I don't want any claim against that tyre, but my concern is about rest of tyres in my vehicle.
                      Is me and my family is safe with such tyres which are not even able to take sudden impacts on road, which are very usual on indian roads?

                      I'm driving for the past 16-17 years, this is my 5th car, but I've not experienced any such issues with any other brands. May it be Bridgestone, JK Goodyear, Ceat etc.

                      I discussed with 3-4 guys in market dealing in tyres and it was their general feedback that MRF people does not accepts complaints easily and customers try not to take MRF tyre for their vehicle,

                      Sir, this is my humble suggestion to you guys at HONDA, if possible please stop taking MRF tyres for your cars, there are many other good players in market you can go for.

                      One more thing I want to add, my all 4 main tyres are manufactured of 2020, but the stepney tyre was supplied is of 2019 manufacturing.

                        "I purchased my Honda City Car-i-v Tec (VMT petrol variant),

                        Reg. no DL 8C AU 7276, engine no-LICSZ 14427066, chasis no-MAKGM651FJN 316154 from Honda city wazir pur show room on 13/07/2018 with a warranty of 3 yrs w.e.f 13/07/2020.

                        After some time, it’s Stereo music system used to get Hang up intermittently., which was brought into the notice of servicing personnel at the time of services. I was told to ignore the same as something usual in Electronc Gadgets. But when it got frequent making me unable to use music system/remote phone/Navigation etc., I visited WP service centre and submitted a video of fault on 10/07/2020. I was told that the complaint is raised to concerned team, for which Token no D-7824 was received on 16/07/2020.

                        On 05/09/2020, Stereo replacement done with receipt no-SR[protected]. But to my surprise, the replaced unit worked even worse than the original. Now the soft touch screen started turning Blank/ white after some time of turning it ON. I visited the WP service centre again and submitted my complaint along with video of fault on 19/09/2020 with invoice no- SR[protected] Dt. 19.09.2020.

                        I was assured of replacement after Token no-D 8809, was received in Ist week of Nov. 2020. Since then, I have made several enquiries from WP service centre, I am told the same will be replaced, once the part is received from head office . It has not been replaced so far and I am also not told of any time limit for it.

                        HIghly unsatisfactory, since I have to make these many visits, with no resolution in sight.

                        Do inquire internally, and let me know when you are making the part replaced!

                        Hope for an early satisfactory action from your/ concerned authority.

                          I'm Dr Krishna my car faced a problem with information touch system. Touch was not working properly. 1st I faced the problem in the month of February 2020 I went to the nagole green honda showroom and raised a complaint but they didn't give the approval as it didn't reach their rule's. And again during lockdown the problem became severe and the touch was completely gone and the infotainment system was also completely not working I faced a lot of problems and after lockdown when they opened showrooms again I went to showroom and launched a complaint in the month of june they accepted my complaint and gave an approval to replace the information system under warranty. it's been almost 6months but my system wasn't replaced yet. Every month I had been calling the showroom but they are like it's not in my hands Honda hasn't sent sent us the product. They r just not at all taking care of the complaint and telling me the same answer since 6months I'm facing a lot of problems. Literally I got to pay fines to traffic police for talking on phone while driving due to lack of bluetooth. I can't bare this anymore . I just want my problem to resolved in a week or I'll move forward to consumer court. Order no.J664 is the order number of my vehicle number AP 26 BJ 2420

                            I registered a complaint in June 20 for AVN not working for my car Honda City, IV Generation. As my car is under warranty, I am eligible for a free replacement. The complaint was registered with token number D-8020. Till date, there has been no solution. The customer care representatives have been making a fool of me since the last 5 months telling me please wait for two weeks. This has been going on since June. Last week, they said they can't do anything else and I should talk to Honda directly. I sent a mail to Honda and they told me that I won't get any replacement till April'21 due to pandemic affecting their sourcing and logistics.
                            For an MNC like Honda, how can they have just one supplier for a small part like an AVN? Are they not shipping out Honda City everyday? Is it going out without an AVN? Why can't they provide a substitute replacement. Seems like they don't intend to replace my faulty AVN. Such poor after sales service for a brand and reputated company like Honda.

                              Description: it's been more than 22 days since I have raised a complaint to Honda Team for the Touch Music system suddenly stopped working and I have been regularly following up with Gurgaon Sector 16 Team but not getting proper response from their end and I have been using my car without the system and it’s very difficult for me to drive a car.

                              I raised a complaint about the same issue in June 2020. They have been not answering and just delaying. Customer representatives are making a fool of the customer. Even said talk to Honda directly, we can't do anything. Now just got a mail that no replacement until April'21. To wait for 12 months for an AVN. Crap company. Poor after sales. No intent to solve customer problems.

                                I have honda wrv (Mp-04 cw 5251), which i bought almost 2 years back, 3-4 months ago my consol/digipad malfunctioned and i went to dealership for its replacement under warranty, they said it will a month's time for replacement because we do not keep this system and we will have to import it from malaysia.
                                I am surprised by the fact that even a small part like a digipad is not maintained in inventory in any dealership.

                                I have always been a fan of honda and after my goo[censored]p, my perception has changed completely. Honda is taking its customer complaints very lightly and does not care if it is 1 month or 2 months or 3 months, first of all honda should not compromise with its quality of the parts which i think they do, because there are many complaints of the same nature in my circle. Even if it does, they must prioritise the after sales service of any malfunctioned part of any car, which honda does not as in my case.

                                Secondly i profusely believe that honda's battery is also of mediocre quality, as many times it has not started my car, and i have to call someone for help. It happened almost 4-5 times in the last 1 year, which shouldn't happen only after 1 year of purchase.

                                From the last 3-4 months i have always given the negative feedback of the car to all of my friends and relatives & will continue to do it. It was my biggest mistake to buy honda.

                                  1. I own Honda City (MH01 CT 0475). Last year (2019) I entered into service contract with Western Honda (Chembur-Mumbai) for 2 years (4 services). One service was provided by Western Honda. Later during 2020 for the next service, I understood the service center has been closed. Please advise how the balance (three) services would be provided under the contract.
                                  2. The car console is behaving erratically for past 2 months. I am unable to use the console for entertainment/others. Please advise how this can be rectified. I am given to understand similar issues are being faced by quite a few Honda City owners (2017 model).

                                      After I paid for change of parts for breaks such as disk, pad etc.. break work is not properly done. I been using this vehicle for so many years I never got a complaint on this regard after I change these parts.

                                      But after service also I sent them back 2 times but I’m not getting good response from the capital service people and managing admin people too.

                                      They r not picking up the call after I spoke to them 1st. They never called me back as well.. And they didn’t change the advisor also for the complainant work event after I request..

                                      Chosen Honda city just for breaking so safety is very much priority compare to Hyundai but the way they treat CUSTOMER and responding in capital Honda is ###..

                                      The worst managers as well. My advisor name is Ilayaraja he s not a worthy guy.
                                      Who said never done a road test after the change of break disk and everything..
                                      And gave me this is the reason for my first complaint in this service regards..

                                      So imagine these guys.. Honda is well known for CUSTOMER care and feedback and trustworthy brand according to me but ur control over car Services r absent in My opinion and very disappointing response over communications also..

                                      I need a justification for my paid service and u need to gain my Satisfaction on these regards.. and waiting fir ur response and u need to prove ur actions against this admin people whoever responsible for CUSTOMER relationship manager in capital Honda near chennai airport branch.

                                      I have attached the call details so that u can understand how mANY TIME she didn’t responded my calls and he never tried to call me back.. shame for your CUSTOMER relationship manager who didn’t understand the responsibility to the CUSTOMER.

                                      update 1: they called me asked the details and they promised me that they will call me after a day.
                                      They really dnt know what to respond for this issue. So they told that they will be calling me back on next day basically.

                                      And Im waiting for that call/response from the service team and from Honda management.

                                      Initially after this complaint Honda have contacted and try to communicate between me and service people but after one call they didn't follow up with this issue. So my concern is that they will be in touch with me till they resolve this issue or they'll call just for once for the sake of this complaint.

                                      And I just want to know Honda they r unofficially bringing down the quality and performance for braking disk & pad..? or its a mistake of the capital Honda service..? Whats should be the understanding..?

                                      This is serious issue braking problem if I have met with any accident or something u people all will be responsible. I just bought city because of the breaking performance.
                                      I thoroughly disappointed with your vehicle service, responsibility and with your commitments.

                                      And I expect the refund for this issue. So that I can proceed with the different service station like Olympia Honda. I already spent my time and money multiple times for this same issue and I dot want to persist this issue or continue with your company service anymore. just need a solution!

                                        Honda City music system ( touch screen not working )

                                        Hi,

                                        My Honda city touchscreen is not working and I have raise a complaint to service center on 31 Aug 2020. This part is under warranty. Still they are saying that I will get this part replace by after April 2021. Sir who will bear this cost as this part is under warranty and Honda is claiming for that. My Car no. is MH05DS3203.
